A. Bagi Profesi

 1. Menjadi Unggul Pada Persaingan Profesi

Sumber daya manusia yang dibutuhkan ke depan adalah yang memiliki kompetensi. Maka disinilah peran manfaat sertifikasi yang dilakukan.  Contohnya  dalam memilih penggunaan layanan profesi digital marketing, maka seseorang  digmar yang telah memiliki sertifikasi digital marketing akan memiliki nilai unggul dibanding dengan digmar yang lain.

2. Branding

Penguatan pada branding yang dibantu oleh profesi yang memiliki sertifikasi akan lebih baik disbanding yang tidak memiliki sertifikasi. Di zaman sekarang, jika tidak melakukan branding, maka tentu kita akan kewalahan dalam mempromosikan profesi kita

 B.Bagi  Perusahaan

Tentunya akan  semakin menunjukkan kredibilats perusahaan . Karena memilki karyawan yang kompetensinya di akui. Dan tentunya akan membantu perusahaan meningkatkan kinerja .

Episode 1

Le titre de l'épisode 1 a gardé le mot "yaoguai" car bien que la traduction pourrait être faite vers le mot "démon'e" ce qu'on entend par démon'e en occident est différent qu'en Asie.

Cette partie dans l'épisode fait référence à "Pérégrination vers l'Ouest", fameux livre dans lequel apparait Sun Wukong. Tang Seng fut le moine désigné par Guanyin pour chercher les écritures saintes à l'ouest de la Chine.

Jiu Yue demande ça car les dragons asiatiques habitent dans la mer, les rivières/fleuves et les lacs. Elle pense donc qu'Ao Lie a ramené des fruits de mer frais car il revient juste de la mer de l'ouest (lac Qinghai).

Identification of potential new vaccine candidates in Salmonella typhi using reverse vaccinology and subtractive genomics-based approach

Salmonella enterica serovar typhi is the causative agent of typhoid fever in human. The available vaccine lacks the effectiveness and further overuse of the antibiotics throughout the past decades lead to the emergence of antibiotic-resistant strains. To reduce the spread of antibiotic resistance, it is essential to develop new vaccines. In this study using an extensive bioinformatic analysis based on reverse vaccinology and subtractive genomics-based approach, we searched the genome of S typhi. We found that two outermost membrane proteins LptD and LptE, which are responsible for the final transport of the LPS across the membrane having most of the essential signature for being vaccine target. Both of these proteins are found highly conserved and possess shared surface epitopes among several species of Salmonella pathogens. This indicates that these two proteins could be the potential target for vaccine development, which could be effective for a broad range of Salmonella pathogens. http://dlvr.it/Qwq7br

Spiral freezer provides additional hygiene

GEA has announced two new options for its trusted A-Tec spiral freezer for the North American market that provide significant hygiene and practical benefits to its food processing customers while maintaining all the essential and performance features of the range.

By locating the fan electrical motor outside the freezer, GEA has made the A-Tec much easier to clean and maintain; the company has also added a low profile top drive option that reduces the overall height of the freezer for use in confined spaces.

External fan and gearbox for improved access and hygiene

GEA’s designers have succeeded in locating the fan and gearbox of the A-Tec outside the freezer taking them out of the food area, reducing the number of component surfaces within the unit and significantly improving hygiene.

Their external location also provides free access to these key components making cleaning and maintenance much easier, especially as the inside of the freezer is running at -30°C.

These new developments have been achieved without affecting any of the essential and unique features of the A-Tec machines.

These include: highly effective horizontal airflow that minimises the temperature rise from the top to the bottom of the spiral, thereby reducing dehydration of the product and improving yield.

The sloped, fully welded, fully insulated floor of the A-Tec that removes the need for under-floor heaters, eliminates the risk of accidental floor damage should heaters fail, and provides a very high level of hygiene; and GEA’s sequential coil defrosting system that is simple, effective, easy to clean and allows the freezer to run continuously for up to six days in combination with GEA Static Pressure Control System for perfect air balance control – compared with 8-16 hours for machines without the technology.

Low profile top drive

In a further advancement, GEA engineers have turned their attention to the overall height of the spiral freezer that is important for some users where headroom is restricted.

The standard A-Tec rises to around nine meters overall height, however GEA has now introduced the Low profile top drive (LPTD) option that reduces that height by around 1.6 meters.  This allows it to fit more easily into constrained spaces.

The LPDT is located on the top of the freezer but is driven by a gearbox positioned externally on the side of the freezer.

This alternative configuration also allows easy access for cleaning and maintenance, maintains all the key features of the A-Tec, and reduces the overall height of the unit for applications where this is critical.
