I'm a fan of "Accessory Work" because the benefits are numerous. Things like injury prevention, improved performance and muscle hypertrophy are all goodness, but what I didn't know was something that SOUNDED easy actually was one of the hardest things I've ever done! And I didn't even complete it entirely because I rolled into it with full false confidence that I could handle it in 20min, but was humbled like a mofo!🥴 . Let me explain. I like to mix up my workouts and I went down a YouTube rabbit hole and the UK homie @carrichey talked about this routine. Check it out...again, LOOKS easy. Just an Olympic barbell...100reps each of these four exercises: Curls, Overhead Press, Bent Over Rows and Skull Crushers. 20 reps per movement with rest in b/w and cycling through each exercise until you hit 100 total for each. So, 5rds. I had some things to do and only had 20min and totally thought I could get it done. Only got 3rds in and was freaking spent! The pump (Arnold voice) was completely crazy tho🤯I'll definitely keep this in the rotation. My basement ceilings are too low for me to stand whilst doing OHP movements and I had to do them seated, so maybe that was my issue?😂 . Keeping an open mind with training is key and obviously I'm not a savage crossfitter like @carrichey and what's even better is that he was inspired by 4X fittest woman on earth @tiaclair1 and the amazing PRVN coach @shaneorr01 for this routine.👍 . this is long so im just warning you now before the concert, my brother, @preciousjiminie (aka lizzy) & i were roaming around the city, trying to find a damn bathroom, but we couldn't. 😐 also, there were some people asking us for money and i legit was scared because ummmm, i don't talk to strangers. so when we couldn't find a bathroom, we just went to the line because it felt safer to be there. fast forward to getting into the venue n let me tell you, i was not expecting it to be THAT small. it was tiny but it was so beautiful?? and we were so close to the stage. but b.shoo starts out of nowhere and i was shookth. his remixes were lit af 🔥🔥🔥 but sadly, no one in my area was dancing much to him. lizzy and i were the only ones getting hyped. b.shoo did an amazing job, though. i really really liked the edm's. before b.a.p came on stage, they were playing this vcr and istfg, i saw dae bite his lips or lick his lips or dID SOMETHING WITH HIS LIPS N I LOST ALL MY SHIT RIGHT THERE. i was trying to calm myself down n trying to breathe at the same time but it didn't work out so well 😂 when b.a.p finally came on stage, the only thing that bothered me was that i couldn't see their faces due to the bright ass flashing lights. i thought i was gonna go blind. i have never seen so many lights flashing at the same time. but i tried to not let it bother me. hOWEVER, when i DID see their faces - their golden, god given, angelic structured faces - i felt like i died right there n then. i didn't know who to look at??? yeah that was me yesterday night. 😂 but zelo's solo stage 😩 his english is so amazing, wtf. my baby boy be taking lessons from rome or something, man. his english was so on point and his song was so adorable wkfnwkska his song was really really nice. youngjae's solo stage tho 🔥 i felt like youngjae was trying to stir something in my heart last night cause that's exactly what happened 🙃 youngjae looked so hot 😩 and his song didn't help at all. i saw a whole other side of youngjae. was pretty bummed out that jonguppie didn't perform his solo tho, cause i was kinda waiting for it, but it's okay. also, yongguk 😩 yongguk is so so precious, ya'll. i just wanted to put a blanket over him and give him all the love in the world. he really is such an amazing leader :") but he was also rude that night 😂 he kept wearing those low hanging shirts where you could see his chest tattoo a little bit and i was just all 😐 i really died a million times that night. i tried my best to record at least the first verse of every song, but there were times where i just wanted to live in the moment. for the ending song, which was b.a.b.y, i just stared at those 6 angels on stage. i stared at them, thinking to myself," holy crap, they're real. they're human. they're right in front of you. after 5yrs of seeing them on a computer screen, they're finally in front of your eyes." i just tried to take in everything about them. from the way yongguk rapped to the way jongup danced so delicately. i just wanted to drink in everything at the moment. i really couldn't believe that they were real. when yongguk started rapping his verse in b.a.b.y, my eyes started watering and i was just all 🙃 there is no way in hell that i was gonna start crying in front of all these people 😂 so i held it in and i just watched the boys from afar. it really was an incredible experience. watching them made me grow this new kind of love for them - like a love that made me want to love them so so much more. they are so so humble and you can really tell that the boys really do love babyz a lot. im so glad to have seen b.a.p & i know that im never leaving these boys :") okay but if ya'll seen a tiny asian girl dancing like it was one hell of a night on the left orch, row s, yeah that was me 😬 i was just trying to enjoy the concert and i honestly didn't see anyone else getting hyped around my section that much. unless i was too blinded by paying attention to b.a.p too much. also, i woke up at 4am yesterday morning cause i had to fly out to get to dallas and all i ate that morning was a tiny cinnamon bun and drunk half a can of coke. i didn't eat anything else that day cause i was busy doing other things. i was on a timed schedule that kept me busy as hell. so kids, take this as a lesson from my mistake, no matter what, eat something before you go to a concert. there were times where i felt lightheaded, but i calmed myself before it could get any worse n lizzy kept looking at me, making sure that i was okay cause she knew i didn't eat a proper meal that morning. so eat something before you go! but yeah, that was my party baby experience. it was amazing. i loved every single moment of it. i loved seeing all the members on stage. i loved seeing their smiles n hearing them laugh. i just love b.a.p a lot, okay? :") please stan them and love them and give them the whole universe because they deserve it so much. but it hasn't really hit me yet that i just saw them live in the flesh. but when it does hit me, boiiiii, you already know that im going to be bawling n having extreme pcd 🙃
