What not to order at the superhot new restaurant everyone's talking about: "Garlic lacquered monkfish dusted in garam masala and rose, with mussel bouillon and Chinese cabbage." In an otherwise promising menu, we think this dish needs work. In fact, my foodie table mate and I found this fish plate way too salty, and I've heard similar reports from other diners on different days (so it wasn't just ours).
