Starter of breaded smoked ox cheek marinated in Guinness at beef temple @thebeefsteakclubamsterdam. While it was delicious, we didn't really see the point of the creamy sauce on the side when a pickle or chutney would've worked wonders here. At newly opened beer-themed casual fine dining restaurant, Bar Alt, the citrus tones of Partizan's Lemon & Thyme Saison cleverly complement corvina ceviche with yoghurt, Madame Jeanette chilli, cucumber tigre di leche and a red onion crisp.
