Hello, everyone & Special Huge Happy Birthday to Berry Shirayuki (aka Mew Berry) from “Tokyo Mew Mew a la Mode” as I finally introduce the NEW “Berry’s Loveberry March” 2023 Gloss Sticker to start the 2023 “Tokyo Mew Mew FanArt Stickers” Collection Series!!!!

Inspired by the popular new manga edition of “Tokyo Mew Mew New”, this special sticker features Berry as Mew Berry as she makes her dazzling entrance with her Loveberry Rod to light up the new year with the power of love!!!! So happy to finally do a birthday tribute for Berry as I love her so much in the series!!!! This totally makes up everything for her due to my busy schedules last year!!! I really do love her new designs from Mew New as she gets blue tone hair streaks for her blonde hair especially the pigtails, I love that and I’m so happy I got the designs right (Literally had to look up tons of references for her, totally worth it!!!!)!!! UPDATE: The Loveberry Rod earrings have entered the chat, and as someone who has always been a Mew Berry Apologist™, I have a rough decision to make.

Have any of you magical girl fans on here bought from Bisoulovely before? I found a good deal on their Humpty Lock necklace and I'm really tempted, but I wanna know what you all think of the quality of their stuff before I get it. I also really like the Sailor Saturn earrings, but I think I'll hold off on them for now.

I've been thinking about what it I somehow got ahold of the following:

A weed grinder that's shaped like the LettuceTanets

A ashtray shaped like the StrawberBell

A lighter shaped like the Zacross Whip

Storage jars shaped like the Pudding Rings

A dab nectar collector and cover that's shaped like the Minton Arrow (the nectar collector is the arrow, the dab tool/nectar collector cover is the bow)

And bongs shaped like the Loveberry Rod, the Mew Aqua Rod, and the Mew Berry Rod

This Wednesday at 8pm Central I’ll be sculpting Berry’s Loveberry Rod from Tokyo Mew Mew a la Mode in stream! I’ll be using Maya and later Zbrush!

Mew Mew Berry Custom Doll by Kiddysa-NekoVamp

Oh my god, I can't believe I have finally finished this project, I have been working on her since, what? Well, apparently since october 2016 (Now is February 2017)... Yikes! This has to be the most complex custom I have ever made to the date. First of all, it has a custom body! That's a first for me, you can check the details here. I have really wanted to make a custom doll of Berry for awhile, since she is one of my favorites, and I luv her character design over all of them. I liked how Ichigo looks on the Barbie Curvy body, so it wasn't a stretch to think of it as an option for Berry. But the I saw @oak23 ′s  beautiful custom and I knew that this was the route to go ALL THE WAY DOWN TO DOLL HELL. Ok, where to begin... The head is from an Sono Kong Ichigo Momomiya, maid version, you can see an small photo of the original there. The head was by far what took more time. Gave it a total reroot, repainted the eyes from pink to red and stabbed a cute pair of bunny ears to the scalp. Don't even ask me what kind of fiber I used for the hair. I don't have the privilege of buying that kind of materials outside my country, so I went to my local ChinaTown and bought a hair extension. And gotta say, it worked awesome!! It's just the rigth color, does not get tangled, has a lot of weight and it was easy to style. All of that said, rerooting was a punishment, it took me two months to finish it because it was so tiresome (And probably because I have little to no experience and I made it wrong till half way the process, but hey, I do not discuss the results). The ears are cloned in resin, folked in two colors. I took the mold from a bunny ears headband that came with a Lucky Star gashapon. Just like my Ichigo doll, I made her a custom stand for her and her plushie. It works on a pretty similar manner with the ringy thing of a basic Barbie stand holding the doll from the leg. And unlike my Ichigo doll, I made the plushie! Actually, every single piece of the stock is handmade, because there is just not an oficial Mew Mew Berry doll from where to borrow. Besides fluffly folked ears, Berry also has a prensile tail! I could have choose between doing the LoveBerry Rod or the Ucha plushie, because both are the same entity, but fuck it, I wanted them both even if it goes againt the canon!! See details here!

Some details from my Mew Mew Berry, and gonna be repeating myself on some points. First picture. You see that small stain on Mew Mint's leg? That's not a stain, that's a mosquito. The bastard tried to photoboom during all my session and she maid it to the final cut... Anyway, this is not a good picture to compare heights, but I can tell you Berry is only slightly shorter than Ichigo, like, for a millimeter, and taller than Mint, of course. She can stand of her own on even surfaces and is so cute!! Berry is supposed to be the "White Mew". But too much of the manga art depicts her in ecru and champagne, that just stuck to me and I can't see her in white! I confected the dress out of satin, and... It's actually not a dress. Is a bustier with a pair of shorts attached, and a round layer that covers them giving the impression of a balloon skirt. I made all the patterns by myself (I'm very proud, such a good girl, I deserve ice cream). The bustier looks particularly good, It really seems like a miniature replica of a real one. As you can see, Berry has broderie lace instead of nylon lace like the rest of the mews. This was a personal choice, to me nylon lace just didn't fit with the original design. Second Photo. Berry had a complete reroot from pink to buttery blond. The ears are cloned in resin, folked in two colors with nail velvet powder. I took the mold from a bunny ears headband that came with a Lucky Star gashapon. Made her chocker pendant out of putty colored with acrilic paint and with a little strass heart, the ones used for nail art. I repainted her eyes from pink to cherry red, following the original pattern. Third photo. This time the boots werent a problem. They have the same resin base as Ichigo's, but without the putty modifications. they are covered in felt and the felt is covered in a cotton layer to give it that socks feeling. I used that same fabric for the gloves. Berry's garter goes originally on the right leg, but I forgot this when I made the stand, so she has to use it on her left one. The garter has a pretty big red ribbon that now I realize it just doesn't shows well in any photo. You gonna have to take my word on it. Fourth picture. Berry has a prehensile tail with a smaller ribbon and bell. She also has her Loveberry Rod that hell if it isn't one of the most bluntest weapons in mahou shoujo story. Really, you could kill someone just by tossing it to their head! It is obvious from where @girls-with-boys-names took inspirariont for her oc's weapon, because holy canolly. I made the bunnies myself, and casted four of them in resin, sme with the heart. The rest of the rod is made of putty, painted with spray paint and resin and glitter on the berries. The ribbon is made out of *Gasp* ribbon!. This rod would not stop falling from wherever I put it, lots count how many times I had to glue those bunnies on again. Fifth and final photo.Ucha plushie. This looks pretty cheap because it's really cheaply made, but I kind of love it?? The body is an spare pom pom I had from another project, the limbs and ears are made out of the same fur as Berry's tail, the green top its from a Kinder Surprise toy that I painted green, it has a little cord to attach it to the stand and his face is made out of putty, folked the same way as Berry's ears. I painted the eyes and mouth with acrylic paint aplied with a needle.
