I love the tiny little habits written into the love interests that aren't outright mentioned. Like how when Teo sends a picture of the moon, that's when he gets sentimental and talks about deep, self searching stuff

may I ask what made you pick judaism, if it's not too personal & you're willing to share? i legit dont know enough about religions so i'm genuinely curious. like why not islam or something else? or why not transfer to protestant or orthodox church? you said you did some wandering, so i'm just curious what made you pick judaism over everything else. like i said i'm not judging or anything, just pure curiosity due to my lack of knowledge! but i'm glad you found something that resonates with you :)
short answer, jewish beliefs resonated the most with me and the more i learn about it, the more at home i feel
long answer, oh boy, i really did do some wandering. i'm putting it under a cut because i wrote a whole essay
i stopped going to the catholic church when i was 15, and the next... ten years? were spent trying to find myself. because i've always known that i believe in something more, but the idea of an old guy in the sky ruling over us with an iron fist felt very odd too me. and that's how i came out of the catholic church
my dad used to say that religion is supposed to bring you comfort and give you the support you need in tough times. that's something that has always stuck with me but then, which religion?
i tried the agnostic route for a while, but that didn't bring me any comfort. then i went to a buddhist temple a couple times, because the logic was sound to me, and i was at a time in my life where acceptance and kindness was what i needed. but still, i felt like there was something lacking
i googled a lot
being gay, i didn't quite vibe with most christian denominations in my town. but my cousin invited me to the presbyterian church and i went there for a few months. it kinda worked for a bit, because i was sure i didn't believe in saints and they talked about jesus with so much love, and tried to spread the love he taught the world. i used to leave the church service feeling very loved, and it was better to read from the bible than it was to just listen to the priest read it and being told that i'd never understand it myself
i just... didn't feel the same love as everyone else. i felt like a fraud even when i was annotating my bible as everyone else. theirs were full of devotion and mine felt flat, i didn't know how to pray without, you know, scripted prayers, i felt like an impostor. then, well. then it got to a point where i couldn't simply ignore being gay for the sake of being accepted there, and i stopped going
at the time, i was working at a health clinic and i worked with pious people from other christian denominations and they were so judgemental of everyone that came in, forgetting their own past and still claiming to be a good christian. which only pushed me away from any other christian denominations, the fanon interpretation of jesus bothered me too. it all felt too restrictive
that's around the time i started wondering whether or not i believed in jesus. it's always been complicated for me to make sense that god, jesus and the holy spirit are separate but still one. i could kinda figure out the holy spirit and god working together, but for me, jesus was a man, a human man who had been kind and drastically radical for his time, but still a man
honestly, at this time i was pretty lost and finding comfort in bits and pieces here and there. christian music actually helped me a lot during this time, go figure
it took me actually meeting a jewish person (that's how small judaism is in here, i had no contact of anyone jewish for 26 years of my life) for me to learn that you could even convert to judaism
i had the catholic thinking of "oh, judaism is an old religion that doesn't really exist anymore" and "the old testament god was barbaric", but getting to learn more about it with fresh eyes was a really breathtaking experience
i like that the rules make sense. there's no "because the church says so" or "because god will be sad if you do it". whatever argument you can think of, someone has gone over it at least a thousand years ago and have had people arguing for or against it ever since. i love it that you get to ask questions!!! you're encouraged to!! oh that's my favorite part, i can have doubts about whatever and no one will talk behind my back that i'm not a good catholic girl. and i get to learn about this practice that goes back thousands of years, and not to be a nerd, but i love how much incentive there is to read and learn and discuss and talk through things and question everything and think critically about every passage, every tradition, every book ever written on judaism
i'm reading "here all along" by sarah hurwitz and there's a chapter called "freeing god from "his" human-shaped cage in the sky" and in it, she talks about different conceptions about god that jewish people believe in. and that is when i realized oh yes, this is home. because god stopped being an old guy in the sky and became this force that no human being could ever describe or understand. god can be all knowing and all powerful, but they can also be all knowing and not all powerful. they can be everything — a shadow the tree casts, the good in humanity, resting on shabbat. god can be the "process of being" or the force that pushes you to be the best you can be. i haven't explored a fraction of those but i love it that i don't have to choose just one, and i don't have to believe in one version that's dictated to me
all my experiences with judaism have been incredible so far. i used to slog through an hour long mass, now two hours every friday feel like not enough. the community i found (both in the synagogue i go to and online) is very welcoming and there's so much strength in them. the more i learn about the practices, the why behind them, the more at home i feel
we had an event for people who want to convert and we talked about being gay and judaism and everyone was pretty much you just gotta find a rabbi that you're comfortable with but even the most conservative ones are mostly chill with it, and the conversation moved on to another question. and that? being accepted fully by who i am, that's incredible for me. i don't have to change, i don't have to force myself to believe in anything
i'm gonna end this here, otherwise i'll be talking about judaism until next week

Okay, personal thoughts on dragons rising under the cut. Spoilers ahead!
I didn't care too much about Wildfyre going into part 2. she was cool but not really a character I was fully invested in. That is, until her and Kai went on their little quest/mission to get the dragon energy core. They were so Sweet! I loved how Kai had to be the responsible one and how Wildfyre had to learn how to thikn before she acted. They're a really good dynamic and I their relationship growing during this season felt very natrual and good!
Zane! also not one of my favorite characters. But him speaking to a broom with Pixal's photo taped to it got to me okay? I do wonder now where she is.
Mr. Frohicky (idk how to spell things, i've been up all night. give me a break lol) I did Not expect him to return after the crossroads episode back in part 1. He's actually grown on me a lot. It's still kinda weird bc the tone of this show is just a Bit different than previous Ninjago. But it's not bad and I wouldn't hate seeing more of him in the future
Lloyd. God he got so much character develepment this season but especially in part 2! From him trying to do everything on his own to upkeep the Monastary and then finally excepting help, to getting much better at teaching the new ninja. I really loved all the scenes with him an Arin and how their relationship has gone from Arin being a fanboy, to genuine respect and friendship. 10/10
Speaking of Lloyd. What on Earth was all that stuff he saw Again when he acted as the conduit again? I really hope we get more info on those vision in the next season. That's the one big mystery that they havn't really touched on
last lloyd thing, mayeb it's just the angst lover in me, but I really hope there's some kind of conequence to him acting as the conduit. Maybe it starts really draining him or maybe it just makes accessing his power a little harder. I hope they explain it or at least like, mention it.
I'm actually kinda glad they didn't go the whole route of having Nya distrust the Djinn guy who'se name i can't remember lol. It was a nice expectation subversion. Bc my first thought was that he was gonna be evil/ have heard that *she* was the one who tecnically destroyed Djinnjago. I really like that they helped him the way they did and the lesson it taught Sora
Speaking of Sora. I love her. I still fully belive that her power is creation but if it is just 'tech power' i really like how they're handling it. LIke we all Knew it was never Ryu's power she was using but the moment *she* figured that out still felt genuine and deserved because we saw her go through the process of realizing whta was holding her back. 10/10. no notes
Freaking COLE! So him and Lloyd are tied as my favorite charaters bc yee. But holy shit even tho it was 5 am when i got to his episode and i was exhausted. I sat up on the couch and just lost my shit. One, he's still so good at finding people in trouble/captured and deciding he's their protecter. I love him so much. and two. was it just me or was that whole episode so freaking queer coded it isnt funny? Like, even more so than his true potential episode back in S1.
Shipping aside, I really like how on par with his character his episodes were. Even tho they were short and I really crave more about him, they did a good job of leaving just enough questions to keep us interested while also showing us the important parts. Plys the new ability rock monster thing is cool
in that same vein. what the fuck does 'the earth is screaming' mean? hello that shits terrifying? My theory atm is that its' the realms fighting the merge bc it's like unnatural or something. but idk. i would have liked to hear more about that
Zane's car!!!! I own that set and holy fuck it did not dissapoint! At first i was kinda bummed it didn't do Actual spinjitzu, at least I don't think so. But him spinning wildy and saying 'this is adequate' or whatever, is so freaking funny! also it's super fast and looks epic. no notes lol
and Jay! we see him! I'm not really a big jay fan but I am curious what theyr'e gonna do with him next season
and finally, i Really liked all the references to past seasons/events! Even if it wasn't in your face, it was still really nice to be able to see all the pices of the past sprinkled throughout. It was also funny to see Sora being surprised Lloyd is the FSM's grandson. 10/10
If i think of more I'll make another post lol
god i need to re watch the season already
i have SO many thoughts. HOw am i supposed to go to work later and be an adult while ive got these little plastic ninja running through my head at full speed

More Hermes during the games galaxy era of his life. Consider this a second part to the Vending machine drabble.
A warning of mentions of various forms of abuse.
The moment Hermes stepped back into Domino's casino, he was approached by one of the guards that patrolled the property.
"Domino wants to talk to you." the guard told him.
"Of course he does." Hermes sighed.
As much as he hated to make the walk to Domino's office it would be better then trying to avoid Domino and make Domino come to him. That never ended well. So to the office it was
Hermes knew the route to the office by heart. He could find it even with his eyes closed. Ignoring the various beings that moved through the back room halls, pieces and guards alike, he reached the big office door that naturally looked like a giant domino.
He didn't bother knocking before entering. That was for people he liked and respected. Domino was neither of that. Besides, knocking would mean that Hermes would have to wait for a response before entering. He preferred to jump right into the most likely horrible experience that was to come rather then wade into it.
The office was leaning heavily into the same theme the casino floor itself had. Lots of blacks, whites, and pops of red. Many of those colors in a dot pattern in various places around the room.
No rugs on the floor, pure tile. Hermes knew that was purely for the reason that tile was easier to clean and would not stain like a rug would. He knew this because the last rug that Domino had ever had in the office had been ruined by Hermes own blood.
Thinking of red, there was one big pop of red in the room was on the desk. A black vase filled with red flower, their petals long, three layers to each of the six petals. Domino was not at all what Hermes would call a plant guy. But he knew why he was making a exception for these flowers. Because of their rarity.
Made rare because chewing the stems was akin to drinking alcohol. They were nearly made extinct until the flowers were officially put on the endangered list of flora and the chewing of the stems illegal.
Hermes only knew that about the flowers because Domino had talked about them many times to other games master. How they could stand hearing the same story over and over Hermes did not know.
He was just glad that they were any of Myst's flowers.
"You bellowed for me?" Hermes asked, touching one of the flower petals.
Domino pulled the vase away from Hermes before answering.
"I think you know why I'm calling you into my office." Domino said.
Hermes leaned against the far wall of the office. Not even glancing at the chair before the desk. He never dared to take a seat in this office. If he ever needed to make a quick exit, he wanted to be standing.
"I probably do. But I would love to hear your version of events." Hermes said.
The two white dots that made up Domino's eyes narrowed at Hermes. Instead of snapping at Hermes, he sighed and picked up a cigar. Hermes could already smell the awful scent it would make once lighted. He hated it so and Hermes knew that Domino knew that as well.
"I heard that you decided that it was okay to not only break one of the vending machines in my territory but you helped that Finch nuisance steal the food from said vending machine." Domino said, reaching for his lighter next.
"Heard or know?" Hermes asked.
Domino's silence was telling. But Hermes would rather drag it out and make Domino say what he was accusing Hermes of. Sometimes it did work in making these conversations be cut short with no punishments given. A plan that very rarely worked really. But it had before so it was worth at least trying.
A flicker of fire from the lighter and the cigar was alight. Hermes wrinkled his nose at the smell.
"Let me rephrase. I know that you broke the vending machine and helped steal the food inside. Cameras caught you doing it." Domino said.
Of course there would be cameras trained on all the vending machines. Even the ones that had seemed to be totally abandoned.
"Putting it that way yes, I did that." Hermes said.
Domino let out a long sigh at that. Hermes let himself smirk.
"Did you a favor really. The food in there was so old that chances are someone could had got food poisoning and you would have less people to possibly torture." Hermes said.
The game master didn't see it that way. Not that Hermes expected him to.
"I'll just add the total worth the of the snacks and machine to your debt." Domino said.
Hermes rolled his eyes.
"You can stop lying to me you know." Hermes said. "About how I can pay off my debt to you and get my freedom back. We both know you would never allow that."
Domino stared at Hermes, puffing the cigar a few times before speaking in low, careful tone.
"Come closer." Domino said.
Hermes spine and shoulder felt stiff at those words. Said so calmly as if a request. It was not a request. Never was. More of a threat.
As much as Hermes would had loved to disobey the order, he walked over to the desk. That stiff, on guard feeling still in him. Would he have to try and jump away or block a attack of some kind? One could never be sure with Domino.
Once he was at the desk Domino looked Hermes right in the face, his eyes locked with Hermes.
"So you want me to speak the truth? Fine. The truth is, that you're far too valuable to ever let go. And that you will never leave this place. This is your home, get use to it." Domino said.
This was the first time that Domino had ever been truly honest about the state of how much the so called point debt did not matter. That there would always be some reason why he would "owe" Domino. What he truly was was a prisoner.
With that façade gone, Hermes felt a spark of anger. Anger that was already turning to action and that he had to redirect somehow mid action to avoid paying for it. Instead of punching Domino in the face like he wished, in one swift movement, Hermes tail swept everything off of Domino's desk. Flowers and all.
The sound of things breaking on the floor was almost comforting. At least for a little bit. Hermes wished it could had lasted longer.
Domino looked down to the mess on the floor with a look of disinterest. He took a long puff of his cigar and looked to Hermes. No sign of anger or annoyance. Just a small roll of the eyes.
"Is that out of your system now?" Domino asked.
Hermes huffed and turned away from Domino. He stalked towards the office door.
"I'm not done talking with you." Domino said.
"But I'm done talking with you." Hermes snapped back. "If you're going to punish me in some way for the vending machine, just do it. Otherwise, I'm going to my room."
Domino did not follow. Maybe he sensed that Hermes actually might try to take a swing at him despite the consequences. Hermes almost wished he had followed so he could lash out. Instead he had to settle for punching something else.
For the second time today Hermes ended up hurting his hand. This time when he punched the wall, emphasizing his punch by shouting.
Was it anger, pain, frustration that he was trying to get out? Or a vicious cocktail of all three?
Hermes decided it was the cocktail in the midst of screaming once more and punching the wall again.
People were fleeing the scene, afraid that Hermes anger would spill over towards them. It wouldn't of course. Most of the beings back here were others trapped in this web of points and debt too.
He punched the wall one last time, this time with no scream. Then he walked away, the only sign he had been there the dent in the wall and the blood stain on it.

50 Days Anime Challenge
Day 2 Favorite Anime?
This is such a hard one because some of my favorites are pretty big like I will always love Amnesia however I prefer the game its longer and I get more time with the boys I love. This is what I'm gonna do I am going to mention each one I love and why and you will understand why I can't choose just one but almost all are shoujo anime just the same, I long for the romance. This is in no specific order.
Amnesia - Because I love the game I was so happy to get to watch this because even though I find myself a Ikki's girl I was happy to finally understand ukyo and I think the anime shows that well.
Code Realize - Rebirth - Although another one I prefer the game because I am big into Saint Germain he is my favorite plus I feel like the game gives you so much more of a connection between each of the love interests that its better. I mention this one because I feel like this is truly more what started me on the route of playing the game series so if it wasn't for this and Lupin I would have never even known how passionate some of the other LI's are. It will always hold a place in my heart.
Wolf Girl & Black Prince - Although I feel like Kyouyo gets the bad end of the deal and people think he is a sadist I feel like I understand him. When I was younger I was hurt so bad by people that I became cold to the world and to love. If it wasn't for my husband taking a chance and staying around through that for me nearly 4 years ago I wouldn't be happy at all. I feel like he is the same because he was never shown love the right way he didn't know how to show it. In the end he loves her more than ever I mean spoiler in the manga he marries her and goes on to have a kid a sadist wouldn't do that.
My Love: Queens Choice - This one creeped up on me I was bouncing around to who my favorite guy was in how they treated her and yet Victor was always the one. The fact he had searched for her for 17 years did it for me. I just wish this series had been longer I feel like it was cut way too short. I also love his power as well as how protective I feel he is even if he comes off dickish in the beginning.
Stand My Heroes - I wasn't sure I would like this because it being like police and stuff in a anime but I did. I long for a season 2 thats for sure and I love the intro song its so catchy. I feel like this show really needed more romance though I mean I know the direction they were going but I actually not going to lie I liked the idea of her being with Kyosuke I feel like they were trying to push her more towards Miyase which I could have gotten behind again though this show needs more seasons to really know who I feel she should be with.
Romeo X Juliet - I normally hate remakes of romeo and juliet but omg this was better than the original. However not going to lie a small part of me wanted to see juliet with romeo's brother Tybalt he had this dark handsomeness about him but I was glad it was always romeo. I loved the connection and I loved how it was more of a real love story than a childish mishap that costed them to be drastic for their infatuation in the real story. Everyone usually loves Romeo and Juliet sadly though their love from an adults point of view is toxic yet this show gives you more of why and how they fell in love and I like that.
Phantom In The Twilight - Although I would have loved to see this go longer and would have loved to see more romance I did however like the connection between Vlad & Ton. I also even liked Chris & Shinyao however felt like they showed more of their love story than Vlads. It kept my interest and I enjoyed the action and drama of it like I said would just love had seen it continue.
Magic Kyun! Renaissance - First off the music is addictive and I can't stop playing it all the time. Its even on ringtones of mine sighs. Teika starts off rude but he has an amazing heart once you see it. Kohanna really drags him out of his shell and all the guys work so well with her. I just love the blend of love and friendship that I really can't get enough of this show.
Brothers Conflict - This is definitely one of my favorite animes the game is nothing like the show and thankfully because the show really pulled me in. I know some think the taboo of this show is bad but honestly to me I see the fact one they are step siblings and the fact that they never met then thrown into a house together you can't tell me emotions weren't bound to happen. That being said you can't help who you love. I do not like the end of her supposed to be with Subaru though because I feel like he is too immature and violent anger issues I just don't like. Like compared to Natsume hands down I would take Natsume I honestly feel like he can love her the best. That being said I love the triplets anyways and Tsubaki made my heart flutter early on I couldn't help but be more into him with Natsume and then Azusa last. I normally don't like pushy guys but he was the real first person to admit he was in love with her and kisses so passionate when he does.
Dance With Devils - I really wasn't sure I would like this because it was the first anime I watched with any action to it. I thought the love stories needed to be all there was to enjoy it but Rem had me pretty fast at how he was with Ritsuka. Its funny I feel liek this one had me conflicted like I wanted to see where things could go with Lindo as well as Urie so I bought the game however its an endeaver thats taking me a while because its not in english at all. I do love the chemistry between Rem and Ritsuka though I just hated how the anime ended like I really wanted them to be together such a tearful ending.

CONVENIENCE STORE
Synopsis: as kageyama was looking for the milk he was craving for, he came across a lovely convenience store owned who other than you.
Pairing: kageyama x fem!reader
Genre: fluff
Word Count: 1.3K
nisu entries:
a short and kinda rushed fanfic for the birthday boy! happy birthday, kageyama tobio!🥛♥️ i apologize if it’s too short🥴
Kageyama groaned in frustration as he noticed that the milk he was looking for was not in the fridge. With a glum look on his face, he walked out of the store and looked for a different store that may sell the milk he was craving.
He noticed an average-sized store and made his way there. He walked past this store a couple of times but never really visited it, being that the store he would regularly buy his necessities have everything he needs.
The setter had to admit that the interior was quite lovely, no wonder this was well-known between his schoolmates and a few people were inside.
Kageyama noticed a guy in front of the cashier and concluded that the fellow must be a regular customer since he was chatting with the female behind the counter. He didn't bother knowing who was who because that was not the reason he was there.
His dark blue eyes met a stock of milk carton he was looking for. He eagerly grabbed four of them and made a mental note that this store has plenty of them.
As he placed the items on the counter to pay for them. He met the sparkling eyes of the young lady in front of him. "You're Kageyama, right? Kageyama Tobio," she exclaimed. Flashing the sweetest smile the boy has ever seen.
He merely nodded before the girl starts rambling, "Oh, my gosh! Kageyama Tobio is in our shop! You're a member of Karasuno's boys' volleyball club, right? I've watched your matches! You guys were amazing! Oh, no. I'm so sorry for babbling!"
"No, no. It's fine," he chuckled. Normally, he would either try to stop the person from babbling or cut them off saying he needs to do other stuff but this time he wanted to hear it, he wanted to hear your rambles.
"I got a little excited," you giggled. "By the way, I'm Y/n. I don't know if you have heard of me but I'm from class 5," you stated as you gave him the plastic bag which contains the cartons of milk he purchased.
"Class 5? Then you must be smart," he mused, giving you the payment.
"Oh, no. I'm not," you wheezed. "Believe me, I don't even know how I got there," you confessed.
"I should probably get going," Kageyama stated as he glanced behind him. The next person in line was profusely glaring at him. He took a sip from the carton box and peered in your direction before leaving the store.
"Excuse me, do you know where Yachi is?" Hinata asked as a student from class 5 walked out of the room. "They don't know where's Yachi. I told you we'll start studying after practice or tomorrow," he complained. The guy in front of him didn't make any remark because his eyes were wandering everywhere like its looking for someone. "I told you she's not inside the classroom."
"Hmm," Kageyama hummed not paying attention to what the tangerine was saying.
"Oi!" Hinata smacked him in the head.
The setter tried to remain calm by shutting his eyes close and slowly turning his way to the middle blocker. "Do that again. I dare you," he smiled but his eyes say otherwise. The oblivious middle blocker did hit him again. "Why you, little!"
Hinata was quick on his feet and was able to dodge when Kageyama tried to hit him. He ran away as fast as he could from his scary teammate, running past the students that were in the hallway.
As Hinata swerved to the corner, Kageyama did too, he swerved to the side when a student walked out of the corner, but little did he know that there was another person that also walk out the corner. When he finally saw the girl, it was too late. They already collided with each other and fell on the floor.
Kageyama was on top of the girl and before making it awkward he quickly gets up. "I'm so sorry!" he apologized. He reached his hand out to help her stand up. "Y/n! I'm so sorry," and even a large amount of regret swallowing him when he found out who the person he bumped to.
"Ouch," you softly whimper.
"Bring her to the clinic, Kageyama!" Hinata shouted.
Kageyama being in a panic estate dragged you along the corridor and brought you to the clinic. The school's doctor checked you up and after knowing that you were alright, he scolds the first years, saying that it was dangerous to suddenly make you stand up after you just hit your head. Lucky for them the impact was not that strong so you were fine.
"No. You don't have to walk me home. Didn't the doctor said that I was fine, besides don't you have practice?" you said stopping the fellow in front of you from carrying your backpack.
"Yes, he did, but he also said to take primarily precaution," he acknowledged, successfully stealing the bag from your grasp. "I do, but it's not like Daichi-san will let me practice if I didn't walk you home," he sighed.
He remembered how Daichi wouldn't even let him take one step into the gym. He didn't know how the captain knew the incident, but he probably heard it from the other students since rumors can easily spread inside Karasuno, likewise the vice principal's wig incident.
Kageyama thought that maybe Hinata told Daichi but he quickly scratched the thought off since if the latter did he will also be walking you home because he was the one Kageyma was chasing.
"Oh, no. Did I get you in trouble? I'll go talk to Daichi-san, right now!" you affirmed. You were already making your way to the volleyball gym but you soon come to a halt, when Kageyama held your wrist and dragged you out of the school premises.
"Let's just get you home," he sternly said. You gave in and led the way to your house.
"So this is my house. If you hurry, I think you can still catch up to your practice," you advised.
"Y/n-chan~" a female voice called out then the door opened. "Oh, who's this friend of yours. Wait, you're the cute customer that would always go to the store to either buy milk or yogurt and would stay for a while," she divulged.
You took notice of Kageyama's cheeks, it had a hue of pink and you took this as he was embarrassed. "He's a friend of mine. Can you wait inside, thanks!" you shoved your sister back inside and slamming the door shut before she can complain.
"Sorry, that was my older sister. She can be quite talkative sometimes," you admitted. "Uh, I didn't know you would regularly come to the shop."
You thought that the time he went there was a one-time thing since his house and the store was a few blocks away. Also, the fact that there's a closer convenience store around their block.
"Uh, yeah. The, uh, the convenience store I would normally go to doesn't sell the milk I want," he stuttered. He didn't know why he felt a bit embarrassed telling you that he's practically obsessed with dairy products.
"Are you talking about the milk you bought that day?" you asked. You were talking about the day you met him at the store.
"Yeah," he shyly replied.
"I could just deliver one when were at school, so you don't have to walk all the way here. Just tell me when you want one," you offered.
"It's fine. You don't have to. Besides, this is my route every time I jog so it's not a bother plus I like visiting your store," he complimented. He found it weird how he could casually compliment you since he wasn't the type to give compliments daily.
"Aww! Thanks, I'm glad you liked the store. My mom let me and my sister design it. But seriously, I don't mind delivering some milk to you at school," you thought that maybe he was shy to make you deliver milk to him so you insisted once more because it was obvious how he likes those dairy products.
"If you insist, deliver one every day."

What if Iverson is Lance's dad but didn't want to be apart of his life????
I just want to say right now; I went off track with this. But I loved the idea of Iverson being Lance’s dad. I wrote this quick, it’s bad, I’m sorry. I’m going to go write another story to make up for this now. I hope you enjoy anyway! ❤️
“I think that it’s time that we talked about some stuff,” Shiro said a short time after Sam departed back to Earth. They turned to him in question, it had been quiet after Sam left; the Holt’s didn’t exactly want to talk about much, Hunk was concerned with Lance and Lance himself was too emotionally drained from before Sam left.
“What about?” Pidge asked glumly. Matt stood beside her, gently rubbing her shoulder in comfort.
“It’s obvious that our lack of communication with our families is affecting us, I think that talking about them would help us bond further as a team and give us something to look forward to when we get back,” he suggested, eyes drifting over the team to gauge their reactions.
“I think that’s a wonderful idea, Shiro,” Allura said, breaking into their circle.
“I don’t know guys, wouldn’t it make us miss home more?” Hunk asked nervously.
“There’s no harm in trying, if it’s not beneficial to us we don’t have to try again,” Matt reassured them as the rest of them nodded in agreement.
“Excellent, I’ll get the mind meld ready,” Coran stated, twirling his moustache, ready to turn and set up the training room.
“No, no mind meld Coran, we’re going to do this the human way,” Shiro said. At that, the rest of the paladins relaxed, heaving out a relieved sigh.
“Wouldn’t it be more beneficial to use the mind meld? That way nobody would be able to hide anything from each other,” Allura asked in honest confusion.
“It’s not about keeping secrets from each other Princess, this is to help each other get our troubles off our chest, we’ll only share what we want to share,” Shiro explained as the paladins gathered around him closer. “Sometimes it’s better just to talk to people close to us to help with our feelings then let everyone just see what we’re thinking about,”
“Any complaints?” He asked the group. Nobody stepped up and Shiro nodded. “We’ll meet in the lounge in a few then,”
“Does anybody want to start?” Shiro asked looking around the circle. After a few moments of no one wanting to step forward, Lance silently raised his hand and scooted forward.
“Well, I have two brothers and two sisters, Mark and Maria are both older than me and Caleb and Sophie are younger than me, they’re also twins,”
“So you’re a middle child,” Pidge huffed with a smile. “It makes so much sense,”
“Shut up,” he pouted. “We live with my mom, grandpa and grandma and my dad stays at the Garrison,”
“Why is your dad at the Garrison?”
“He’s an instructor there,” he revealed somewhat hesitantly.
“Wait, really!? Did we ever have him?” Pidge asked, sitting up straighter. Lance sighed, rubbing the back of his neck anxiously.
“I really don’t want to talk about it guys,”
“Why? Do we hate him or something? Are you guys not close? Hunk rambled
“No we are, just, when he was working we didn’t seem close, you wouldn’t know that we’re father and son,” he admitted quickly.
“I don’t remember any McClains though,” Keith hummed in thought.
“I applied under my mom’s maiden name,”
“Aww man, that’s not fair, we can’t even try to figure it out now,” Hunk whined.
“Maybe I don’t want you to figure it out,” Lance growled, curling up on himself.
“Back off guys, clearly he doesn’t want to talk about it anymore so leave him be,” Shiro cut in sternly. They sat back, mumbling out apologizes in Lance’s direction but he wasn’t listening anymore.
He didn’t want anyone on board to know who his dad was; pretty much everyone on board was very vocal about their hate for Iverson; especially Keith. He couldn’t exactly blame them but he was completely different when he wasn’t teaching.
Before he attended the Garrison he told his dad that he wanted to keep it a secret. He really wanted to make friends that weren’t just nice to him because he was the Commander’s son.
Obviously, he couldn’t be biased towards Lance either, just because he was his kid. He had heard many stories of people getting away with hideous things just because their parent was a high ranking official in some way or another. He remembered the week or so before he left for the Garrison, talking to his dad on the phone.
“Just because I’m the Commander, don’t think that you can get away with things. I’m going to treat you just the same as any student during class. You’re going to address me as Sir, just like any other student during class, got it?”
“Yeah, I got it,”
“Good,” he paused for a few moments. “I’m glad that you’re coming out here, I don’t get to see you as much as I want to,”
“We miss you too dad,”
Sure sometimes he could get a little hurtful during an assessment, but let’s be real; they were being drilled for the military. Military space travel to be exact, if he can’t take a little heat for something as dumb as not being able to work as a team, how would he deal with taking someone else’s admonishments. He would admit that the little stunt of threading the needle when he should have been taking a safer route was a bit irresponsible.
It didn’t change the fact that the last conversation he had with his dad was him yelling about his failure in the simulator. Usually, he would call him back and talk him through his mistakes after they were done but he was called away on other business; which happened to be Shiro crash landing in the middle of the desert.
He didn’t know what happened to him; it’s not like he kept tabs on Lance all the time. What if he saw him on the bike heading towards Keith’s shack? What if he saw him in the tent rescuing Shiro? What if he thought it was his fault that Lance went missing?
Every question that he asked himself bounced around in his head. What if mom blamed him too? Oh God, he wanted to go home now.
“Lance?” He shook his head and looked over at Shiro who was sending him a concerned expression. “Are you okay?”
“Actually I think I’m going to head in for the night, I’m not feeling too hot,” he sighed, pushing himself up.
“Well, okay then,” Shiro trailed off as Lance walked to the doors.
“Feel better Lance,” Hunk called as he walked over the threshold. He waved back at them as the doors shut before letting out a long sigh and walking back to his room.
It was never easy thinking about home. He missed his house, he missed his family, he missed his friends. It was even harder trying to think about what they were doing. He couldn’t imagine that his dad was taking his disappearance too well; he didn’t think that any of his family would be but he couldn’t imagine the pressure of keeping his post while he was going to be mourning as well.
He tried to push away as many memories as he could to solely focus on finishing the war and getting back home. It seemed that everyone shared the sentiment and point their nose to the grind to help Lotor secure his throne so they could leave everything to him.
Lance was happy to say that he had been wrong about Lotor and when they finally asked if they could go home; Allura and Lotor smiled at each other and dismissed them from their duty.
They weren’t ashamed to say that they had burst into tears at the statement. They always knew that they weren’t prisoners but at the same time, they felt like they had a responsibility to protect the universe when it couldn’t protect itself.
Allura ended up relinquishing the ownership of the lions to their paladins. At first, they were surprised at the turn of the events but she only smiled and said that she doubted that they would let them off the ship without them. Thankfully, he was back in Blue since Keith returned to the team on his mother’s advice.
“What are we waiting for!?” He suddenly burst out in excitement. At that they all ran down to the hangers, suiting up and readying their lions. They shot out into space, hovering around the Castle as Allura prepared a wormhole for them.
“I’m sad to see you go, paladins,” she admitted in the silence of space.
“Don’t worry Allura, I doubt this will be the last time that we meet,” Shiro said happily. The wormhole growing in front of the Castle.
“If you’re ever in our solar system, give us a call!” Lance cheered before ploughing into the wormhole. Just like the first time they went through, they appeared at the edge of Kerberos. Quickly Shiro patched into the Garrison frequencies and relayed their position and to not attack.
Unlike before, the Lions took their time getting back to Earth and the paladins watched in awe as they passed the planets. Being in their own solar system put everything they had just done in perspective. They never thought that they would be going anywhere near another solar system, they never thought that they would meet other intelligent life in their lifetime. They did so much more than that though, they became the figures that everyone depended on.
As the lions flew around each other, happily corkscrewing to the surface, they could see the instructors of the Garrison lined up outside the building. They didn’t have any weapons drawn, they just watched as they gently touched down to the ground. Even though they didn’t patch through, they expected maybe a tank or something to intimidate them or something.
“Is anyone else confused?” Keith asked as the lions crouched down, their maws opening to release their paladins.
“If they try anything, the Lions won’t allow it,” Shiro affirmed, stepping out of Black’s mouth, his helmet covering his head. The rest of them followed suit, lining up orderly in front of their lions.
Tears welled up in Lance’s eyes as he saw his father sternly looking down on them in assessment. It became too much and he swiftly pulled his helmet off and sprinted towards him with a cry.
“DAD!” He called, a faint wobble in his voice. It only took a split second for the realization to sink in and Iverson was bounding forward as well, his features slack in disbelief.
He crashed into the solid warm mass of his dad and clutched on for dear life.
“Lance? Is that really you?” He asked quietly, pulling back slightly to pat at his face as if someone were wearing a disguise to fool him.
“It’s really me, dad,” he confirmed with a small smile. His jaw clenched and his face scrunched up as he pulled Lance into a tighter hug. As Lance’s arms reached around to clutch at the familiar Garrison uniform, they dissolved into sobs. Their lost family had been returned to them and they couldn’t be more relieved.
“Where did you go?” Iverson asked, rocking the both of them gently as they tried to calm each other down. Lance sighed and snuggled further into the hug.
“It’s a long story dad,”
After he had calmed down and the paladins were given a place to rest, as expected the questions started. He didn’t think the first one would come from Keith though.
“I punched your dad?”
“You punched my dad,”

For the prompt thing, pretty please 10 or 29 or both in one 🙏🏻🙏🏻
This is kind of the opposite of what I wrote yesterday. So here be fluff and nothing but fluff. It’s a sequel to this (sappy) prompt. But you can read it on its own as well. Thank you for the prompt!
10. “I can neverunsee that.” + 29. “Y-you love me?”
When Mulder findshimself in the car en route to Mrs. Scully’s house, he is not sure when ithappened.
Or how.
But here he is, in thepassenger seat, forced to listen to classical music that’s supposed to becalming. That’s what Scully told him 20 minutes ago, anyway. She’s quiet, tappingalong on the steering wheel while Mulder keeps trying to come up with somethingclever to say. Or really anything. He has questions, plenty of them, but hedoesn’t ask any of them. Why am I here, Scully? He would like to know. Why do Ihave to see your brother twice in one day? Mulder grows agitated just thinkingabout it.
Why did you kiss meearlier, Scully? That’s the one he really wants to know about.
In good old Mulder andScully fashion, they haven’t talked about it. The kiss. It’s been hours andScully hasn’t mentioned it once. If he didn’t know better, he’d think it neverhappened. Just a figment of his vast imagination. He’s imagined kissing Scullya million times over the years. But no; it definitely happened. Her hands wereon his thighs, he can almost feel them still, and her lips grazed his oh sosoftly. Oh yeah. It happened.
“You’re awfullyquiet.” Scully says in between songs. As if the music should not beinterrupted.
“I thought youwanted me to shut up.”
“That was…earlier.” Mulder thinks he sees her blush.
“Yeah well, Ididn’t know when you wanted me to stop.” Mulder cracks open a sunflowerseed, realizing how hungry he is. With her kissing him and then convincing himto go with her to her mother’s made him forget everything else. Like havinglunch.
“About the time I– never mind.” The kiss, he thinks, suppressing a smile. She certainlyshut him up with that.
“You mean the…you know.” Here he is complaining that Scully doesn’t mention their forayinto new, more intimate territory and he finds himself shying away as well.
“It wasn’t fun,Mulder.” Oh.
“I’m sorry,Scully, I didn't… you started it. I just – then why did you ask me to come withyou to your mother’s? If I’m no fun.” Mulder sounds bitter; he tries notto, but what can he do? He’s been wanting to kiss Scully for ages and when theyfinally do, she hates it.
“That’swhy,” she tells him, her voice even, her eyes on the road, “You madefun of me. You know I thought you had something important to tell me and youlet me believe it, Mulder.” Oh, again. She wasn’t talking about the kissat all.
“Scully, I’msorry. Your brother unnerves me,” he sees her nod in agreement, “Hesaid all these things and then when you finally showed up at the office I feltlike… I just wanted you to know there was something to come back to. As stupidas it was.”
“An espressomachine in accounting.”
“I realize itwasn’t my brightest moment, Scully, but I had to say something.”
“But do you realizethat I hurried through lunch with my brother because I thought somethingimportant was going on?”
“I’m sorry,Scully. What else can I say?”
“Next time yourexciting news turn out to be about kitchen appliances, tell me right away anddon’t make it a secret.”
“In mydefense,” Scully shoots him a look and Mulder ignores it, “I neversaid it was exciting. I didn’t keep it a secret either. So that’s why I’m here?As punishment?”
“Partly,”she admits.
“And?”
“And what?”
“What’s the otherreason?”
“Wouldn’t youlike to know.” Scully chuckles and Mulder adds it to his long, long listof things they, apparently, don’t talk about.
*
Mulder doesn’t knowwhat he expected, but it’s not this. This is not, as Scully assured him earlier,a small family gathering. This is dozens of people running around Mrs. Scully’shouse.
“Oh Dana, youmade it!” A woman, who is almost as tall as Mulder, hugs Scully tightly.
“Mom made mepromise.” She replies with a soft smile. If only she would smile like thismore often.
“And who is thisnice young man, Dana?”
“This is FoxMulder. My partner,” she startles, “my friend,” Scully turns tohim, searching for the right word, “my work…” She trails off with aconfused hand gesture.
“Oh Fox,”the large woman shakes his hand heartily, a huge grin on her face, “Maggietold us so much about you. She didn’t say you were coming today!”
“Ah yes, Icleared my schedule for this,” Mulder puts on what he hopes is a charmingsmile, and judging from the woman’s face it works well enough, and sighs,“I wanted to be here.”
“That’s solovely, Fox. I’m Dana’s aunt, Millicent.” She’s still holding his hand, herealizes. “Now, go say hello to everyone else. I hope I’ll see you around,Fox.” Aunt Millicent winks at him and Mulder blushes. When she’s out ofsight, Scully sighs audibly.
“So I’m yourwork, huh?” Mulder bumps her shoulder playfully.
“Oh shut up,Mulder. You know what I meant.” Scully doesn’t look at him, instead sheseems to look for someone else among all these small and not so small heads. There’s a whirlwind of noises and voices surrounding them.
“Do I?” Scullyglances up at him, brows furrowed. Her mouth opens to say something when a loud, distinctively male voice chimes:
“Is thatDana?” In a quick movement, Scully grabs Mulder’s coat sleeve and dragshim with her right into a room he’s never seen before. It’s dark, it’s smalland for the moment, surprisingly quiet. It could be a coat closet, he thinks, asa soft fabric brushes against him.
“Scullywhat-” She puts her finger on his lips to quiet him. Not as effective asher earlier mode of shutting him up, but it works. He’s not going to complainthat she’s touching him. Her finger is warm, it’s soft, and he just can’t helphimself; he kisses it. Scully’s eyes open wide, but she doesn’t take her fingeraway, and so he kisses it again.
“Oh for fuck’ssake, Mulder.” Her angry whisper shocks him, but even if he knew what tosay, he couldn’t. Scully’s lips find his again and this time he makes sureshe’s not cutting their kiss short. His arms tighten around her and hold herclose. She moans into his open mouth as one of his hands wanders up her spine.
“Why would they –Dana! And Fox!” The door opens and their mouths separate with a loudsmack. Their arms still around each other they stare into the faces of Scully’smother, her brother and man Mulder doesn’t know. Oh well.
“I can neverunsee that.” Bill Scully mumbles shaking his head in disbelief.
“Why are youhiding in here?” Maggie Scully, a laugh in her voice, opens the door widerso they can step out. Mulder tries to secretly wipe at his mouth, but the namelessguy watches him intently. As does Bill.
“Bill wanted tointroduce you to his Navy friend.” Now it’s Mulder who eyes the other manwarily. This is the guy Bill Scully told him about earlier in his office. Onhis turf. This, he figures, is neutral ground. Not to mention that he justkissed Scully for the second time in one day. That should count for something.
“This is Frank,”the blond stranger waves awkwardly, uncertain if he should shake Scully’s hand,“My friend I told you about earlier.” Bill finishes, his eyes fullengaged in a glaring match with his sister. For once Mulder is glad to not beat the receiving end of that death stare.
“And what did Itell you?” Her voice sounds like pure ice.
“I’m just askingyou to meet him. You don’t have to marry him.” Bill glances at Mulder, whobriefly considers hiding behind Scully or even her mother.
“I’m notinterested,” she tells him, “Sorry, Frank.” The man blushesfuriously.
“It’s because ofhim, isn’t it? I mean what you just did…”
“Bill.” Hismother’s voice warns him.
“That’s none ofyour business.”
“He has nothingto offer you, Dana!”
“Bill, leave yoursister and Fox alone. Now come on, all of you. We’ve got a house full ofpeople. Behave yourselves.” Mulder watches as Scully raises her eyebrow asif challenging her brother and of course, he bites.
“What is it abouthim, Dana? He doesn’t love you.”
“Hey,” it’sthe last straw and Mulder can no longer keep quiet, “I do love yoursister. I love her more than I could ever put into words.”
“Y-you loveme?” Out of the corner of his eye Mulder sees Mrs. Scully lead her son andthe ominous Frank away. Not that Mulder still cares. His eyes are on Scully, and hers are on him. Right now, in a house full of people, they’re the only twothat matter.
“Scully, I am notdrunk,” he begins, his voice slightly wavering, “I am not druggedeither. I am just me and I am in full capacity of my sanity,” Scully’seyebrow rises, “as much as is left of it anyway. So let me tell you that yes,I love you. I am in love with you.”
“That’s reallynice,” Scully tells him and it’s only now that he notices how close theyare once again; like magnets drawn to each, he figures, “Because you knowwhat?”
“What?”
“I love you,too.”
No more words areneeded and so he kisses her again and again and again.
