cellbit stuck on a costumer service job post prison and having not great therapy and being like ugh. ugh. trying to 'make it up to people' and get better while not disclosing he's done actual murders because he would not be free if he did. He roomed with Felps for a bit but then he found this very cheap place to live in and he just got that job and he knew Felps is not taking him changing seriously and was probably still doing bad shit that could get him in trouble. And he does want to keep having the somehow friendly relationship he has with Pac and Mike now, so.

He goes to check it out, and it's cheap it's very small but he's lived in worse places. If he feels there's something off about the residents and if the meat they cook tastes just like human flesh that's surely his own imagination right? if his hot new neighbour Roier sometimes has an odd look on his face or says strange things that's probably Cellbit projecting that he somehow knows about his past and is seeing right through him, RIGHT?

OK YES! They... really are a couple who finds comfort in being around one another due to their similar temperaments. Both very much like giving and receiving 'Quality Time' in terms of their love languages, so I think they're happy together with no matter what they do. That being said, I definitely think they like watching movies together.

I think they would be most comfortable with home movies at Mao's where they wont be interrupted and can talk freely, that whole thing. I headcanon Ichimatsu gets a bit overstimulated at movies with how loud they can get, and the both of them don't do well in large crowds (Ichimatsu canonically gets physically ill in crowded places, or at least in one ep where he and his brother go to Harajuku) So i think they would prefer to stay home.

IF HOWEVER, there is something one of them wants to see, they will try to find a time during the weekday when crowds will be less intense and make a little venture out of it. Another thing that I'm pretty sure about Japanese movie theaters is that, if the IP is something that can have merch made of it, they have, like, a gift shop of movie merch, so I think Mao might buy them matching phone charms or something. HOWEVER, Ichimatsu does NOT have a cellphone, so he attaches the charm to his coin purse.... <3

SNACK AND DRINK! I'm not gonna say what they would eat at home because they could literally have anything, so im gonna answer what they would get at the movies. So in Japanese movie theaters they have like, two options for popcorn which are buttered/salted, and caramel. I definitely think Mao would want to get both and share them together. I think the both of them would be fine with just popcorn and also sharing a drink bc im gay. And drinky drink, i would want them to get a 50/50 split of Dr. Pepper and Root Beer, but considering how hard it is to find the latter in Japan, they would probably just Dr. Pepper <3

It was random but he was super charming, I think the rest of the band used it as a break, it was just SO GREAT. Part of his intro was: "Pete was putting together this show and he said to me, 'Hey, you should play piano.' And I was like, 'I kinda only play songs I wrote. I don't really play piano. I don't know how to play piano.' And he's like, 'Eh, you'll figure it out.'" And then Patrick sat down and played gorgeous piano ugh THANKS, PETE.

The show ends with a little piano version of So Much (for) Stardust played over the sound system, so pay attention for that.

The set is super Alice in Wonderland-y and I adored it, it's playful and fantastical and has all these whimsical touches and interludes and I just thought it was delightful and at one point there were bubbles, and I heard some people complaining after the concert that the fantasy thing didn't suit their style of music and really, I was surrounded by downers after the concert, I thought they were perfect hahaha. Like, ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. They looked so, so, so tangibly happy, all of them. Patrick sounded fantastic and he looked like he was having a blast, he smiled the whole time.

I have a lot of videos but they seem like they're all pretty terrible, but I'll see how I feel in the morning lol
