Y'all have been so kind and welcoming of my half-baked concepts and unpolished doodles - it has been an uphill battle to fight my own self-judgment and just post my stuff! Anyway, here's another one - this time with more ~spicy memories~ (aka trauma).

The premise for this one: I was thinking about how Logan/Worst Wolverine probably hasn't slept next to someone in years, and how that is partially because he is likely prone to nightmares/sleep terrors and probably gets suddenly violent while still half or fully unconscious - maybe reliving past conflicts, maybe lashing out against his demons, maybe just unprocessed grief and rage coursing through his system when he's sober and has his guard down in sleep.

Here, I imagined him not only getting violent, but also screaming and crying while in this somnabulant state, half-waking in a sudden frenzy of fear and anger, and in the process flipping over on top of Wade and rapidly stabbing him multiple times, through the head and the gut.

Regenerative healing and quick reflexes notwithstanding, I think Wade would be taken aback to be awoken to that kind of sudden attack (not least because I think he sleeps better next to Logan - less jumpy and more restful with his big boy next to him y'know?). But his first thought, even with all six of Logan's claws embedded in his flesh, and horny hallucinations galloping through his skewered brain, would be to comfort Logan and try to bring him back to himself, even while his body and mind struggle to catch up to what's happening.

I imagine Logan snapping fully awake and being utterly inconsolable, just collapsing and sobbing uncontrollably onto Wade's chest, blubbering nearly incomprehensibly (a lot of hoarse "I'm sorry"s and "Oh God oh fuck"s) while Wade heals and tries to soothe him with one hand combing through his hair and the other gently stroking up and down his back, trying to make jokes that simply don't reach Logan's grief-stricken psyche.

"It's okay, Peanut, no need to apologize, I'm good already see? That healing factor coming in clutch yet again haha. You do owe me a new mattress though, Mr. Scissorhands - you know how head wounds bleed like a fire hydrant, those pesky blood vessels amiright? Though fully half of all of my blood is a bit further south currently ifyouknowwhatimean... did I ever tell you about the weird response when I get Le Brain Stabbed? I didn't mention it in the Odyssey because, well, heat of the moment and all that, didn't want to stop for an expositional lore drop y'know? Anyway, point is, I get like, *diabolically* horny and hallucinate little cartoon characters to boot, it's pretty wacky tee bee aitch but does take the sting out of a surprise lobotomy so that's something... hey, you still with me, beautiful? Shhh sweetheart, it's okay, you're okay, just let it out, everything's hunky dory peachy keen cupcake unicorn rainbow blowjobs as far as the eye can see, darling honey kitty babycakes..."

But no matter what he says, jokes or not, Logan is just completely unreachable for a while; he just keeps crying and crying into his chest, like he's letting out 200 years of grief and confusion and loneliness and fear all in one fell swoop, his tears mixing with Wade's blood until Wade starts to worry he's getting dehydrated (ever since the time ripper Wade has made it his personal mission to Rehydrate That Old Man - the abs were undoubtedly impressive to behold but also a mark of a deeply desaturated body, and Wade keeps energy drinks and water bottles everywhere now, forcing Logan to drink every chance he gets. Sure, Logan's abs are less defined now, but Wade thinks he's practically started glowing - probably from all the nutrients and hydration, and the constant physical affirmations and calm daily routine probably helps too).

The crying isn't even really about Wade - Logan knows Wade is alive and well, but years of being petrified of hurting anyone he loves, and despite that crippling fear haunting him all his life he still failed to save anyone in his universe, and in fact, not only failed to save them but destroyed their memory by turning around and letting his feelings take over and turn him into (to him) an irredeemable monster, slaughtering anyone who crossed his path until he collapsed from exhaustion. And that haunts him even more, the innocent people he massacred in his supposedly righteous fury... he can't think straight amid the turmoil and all he can do is cling to Wade and cry and cry and cry until eventually he passes out again into a deep dreamless sleep.

It's not the last nightmare he has by any means, or the last time he wakes Wade up with his claws in a frenzied state, but Wade makes a mental note to be prepared so he can wake Logan up from his next half-awake nightmare with something pleasurable instead of painful. (Wade - in a rare moment of self-restraint - doesn't dwell on the whole "brain skewering = horny hallucinations" but he is absolutely BRICKED UP about it and the next couple of times he jerks it, all he can think about is fucking that old man silly until he can't even remember his own name much less the centuries of trauma).

(Spoiler: it works, and over time Logan's nightmares become gradually less debilitating and violent as he starts to associate them with - ahem - more positive feelings and maybe - *maybe* - forgive himself and start to imagine a life where he can be redeemed, can be treated like a good person, can be beloved and cherished and maybe even for a moment feel like he deserves it).

Not very proud of this one I must admit- I think I remember I totally rushed it and ran out of ideas so I just did a line up of some costumes I think Veneer would wear (ten points if you can name them all) and then deciding he’d wear something else entirely

Matching costumes with Kid!!! For some reason I associate Kid with Oogie Boogie so hard like idk what it is about them but they are so similar in my eyes- like an evil version of KR idk.. then there’s Veneer and Jack come on they’re both like 10ft tall and awkward and silly and fully of joy, it just makes sense to me

anyway! this is "a pearl of great price" by eyegnats, aka the best magical girl au ever written. (basically all of gnats's fire emblem three houses fic goes hard as hell, but this one is up there as one of my Big Faves, haha.)

the bonus copy is for gnats, obviously XP i did the endbands slightly different on the author copy (tried mixing strands of multiple metallic threads to get a pearlescent look; not sure if it succeeded but it looks cool regardless) vs on my copy (kept the endbands plain silver cuz i didnt want to put in the extra effort for my personal copy, lmao). you can see the difference in the second and fourth pics.

re: design choices, i wanted the exterior to be all pearly and shiny, and the interior to be more colorful. hence the teal endpages (ingrid color) and the light peachy colored pages (annette color) :3c

“Now, guys, these are your teams for the challenge today, “ Vik said after he had assigned everyone. The teams were Simon and JJ, Tobi and Josh, and as a last-minute call-in, you and Harry. Ethan had to leave unexpectedly, and you were already in the area when Simon called, saying they needed an extra. Everyone got situated with their teams, and you and Harry made jokingly started talking shit with the other guys. “Are you ready? In 3, 2, 1!” The whistle blew, and everyone was off.

“You wanna take some pens, and I’ll start running,” You offered to Harry as he was already grabbing a ball. He agreed, and as you were running off, you heard him say he missed the first shot. You signed to yourself before muttering, “This is gonna be a long video.”

You got into a rhythm running beside JJ while he shouted at Simon. “I believe in you, Simon!”

“I believe in you too, Si!” You shouted as well and looked at him over your shoulder, “Just not right now. I’d like to win!”

“Aye, fuck off!” Simon hollered at you before turning to the refs. “Do you see this?”

“We’ll allow it,” Vik said after shrugging.

“Haha, I love you, Si!” You said, running over to place a kiss on his cheek before walking away and going back to running. Somehow, you hit a wet patch in the grass and felt your knee give out almost immediately as you fell onto the turf. “Simon Minter, you promised the grass was dry!”

“I didn’t think you would wipe out,” Simon laughed as he walked over to help you out. He reached out to help you stand when he noticed your dislocated knee and pointed it out. “Oh shit, your knee!”

“Don’t think I know that? I have patellar instability, so my joints don’t hold my knee in place. Help me up,” You explained as you grabbed his hand and made him pull you up while avoiding putting any pressure on your leg. “Vik, I wanna offer a deal.”

“First off, are you okay?” Vik asked as he and the other ref ran over to see what was going on.

“Just peachy,” You replied through gritted teeth before looking down at your knee and seeing your kneecap to the side. “I’m gonna need to get this checked out. How much do I gotta pay you to let me leave? Or, better yet, how much do I gotta pay for Simon and I to leave?”

“Nothing,” Vik replied immediately as he saw the injury. “Get out of here, but keep us updated.”

“Sweet as, now help me to the car,” You joked, pointing to the car park like a navigator.

 I have been cosplaying Princess Peach for almost two years now and I have cosplayed as her in her regular princess gown, her vacation swimsuit, a witch version of her regular dress, her red carpet dress, her wedding dress, and now her cowboy outfit.

 I grew up loving Princess Peach when I was a child because she was a beautiful princess who could hold her own in a video game world. She’s demure yet determined, and a personal role model. Peach is such a joy to cosplay because almost everyone recognizes her and is so excited to see her. I especially love seeing how kids react to seeing Peach. 

Conventions can be overwhelming and confusing to people, especially children, who are not used to all the characters and activities there, but Princess Peach is a familiar face they can recognize. Having worked with kids for a few years now, I enjoy being a reassuring presence and greeting kids and families with a warm smile and a Peachy platitude.

When the video game Princess Peach: Showtime was announced I knew I had to try one of her new outfits. She has several new costumes in that game and while I was drawn to many of them, it was Cowgirl Peach that called to me the most. 

As a homegrown Texan it felt great to represent my state and heritage with this cowboy fit. For this cosplay I re-used my Peach wig, her brooch, and my Bowsette horns (another similar cosplay that has horns). 

For the new elements, I thrifted and modified most of the pieces- the chaps were a pair of vegan leather pants I found at a thrift shop and cut into the correct chap shape. I also picked up a belt and cowboy boots at the thrift store too, and I modified the belt to fit through the chaps and through a rodeo style belt buckle. I work at a children’s toy store so I picked up some of my cowboy gear there (the hat and some accessories). And the lasso was a repurposed Wonder Woman lasso of truth, haha.

I am big on recycling clothing items I already have, and this was a great down to earth cosplay to do that with. My husband cosplayed Cowboy Mario with me and most of his outfit is clothing items we already have plus additional cowboy accessories I picked up from the toy store I work at. His outfit is based on the Mario Party cowboy outfit!

The response was wonderful! So many people asked to take our photos and the gasps of recognition we heard when we turned a corner or got off an elevator were delightful. It really feels like being a celebrity when people stop to ask to take your photo. We even had a moment when we were talking to someone real world famous who has millions of followers (I won’t name drop) but people stopped to ask to take photos of us  while we were RIGHT next to them. It is so surreal, and makes me want to work harder each time I cosplay. It’s like being an ambassador for the character. You want to represent them respectfully and leave people with a great impression.

Alyx is alot of things, the first thing that will stick out is that she's a dark angel and resembles Alastor, they're best friends, not family, she has loads of brothers and sisters, her favourite is MJ, she has a husband (Stampy) and two daughters (Sketch and Crystal), they're adopted and she'd love a biological child one day, she herself is adopted and her mother is Dove with 2 baby sisters (Abigail and Catorina), she has quite a few fathers.....the first one she would go to is Leo, Vox, or Doves husband Alastor, she loves T to bits and if any harm comes ro anyone she knows, blood will be shed. She's mute so when she's communicating it's through a notebook and looks like "this"

hello!! I feel the need to tell you I just described your Crowley (as in, the way in which you generally draw Crowley) as "the Genderest Crowley to ever Crowley" to a friend of mine, as a compliment obviously, because I am obsessed with your art and especially with your Crowley. truly gender goals. I am obsessed with the buzzcut. I literally got a buzzcut last summer thinking about your Crowley as one of my influences. anyways sorry for the rambly message I just wanted to say that I love your art. thanks!

You're not the first to come to me about buzz cut Crowley. A few people even sent me photos of their cosplays ! :O

So I think it's time to properly address that case.

Buzz cut Crowley looks like an old lesbian haha Sometimes with casual clothes but most of the time with futuristic outfits.

To do that, I follow 4 points :

Jewelry optional and sometimes rough eyes makeup (black or dark red) bc in the close future (100y+) they're in couple with the angel so there are no more tears to mess up the makeup

The bigger and sharper the sunglasses the better !! They're equipped with the last technology so it's possible to watch movies, send emails, make a phone call, use the gps, see in the dark...

Variable black and very expensive outfits (cyberpunk, military, dystopian, conceptual fashion). Sometimes asymmetrical and usually with patches of dark red. Shoulder pads are a must have. Turtleneck and gloves offer solid value. Almost no skin showing ! Hood ok. No hat tho. No purse. Extra skinny pants for extra long legs. Dress/skirt ok but always over pants. Flat or chunky heels to still be able to snake around smoothly and drive "experimentally"

Round ears, big eyebrows and short nude nails. He/she/they/wtv no f*cks given. Stand super straight, sit super loose. Reluctant to get touched. Only Aziraphale can get a feel of the peachy headfuzz (spoiler : it's spiky !)

*And that's it ! (Aziraphale looks so small next to Crowley with high heels haha)

Lessons in accidental seduction is such a good fic it made me want to write a little mini fic

Not having hot water for a morning shower wasn't actually a huge deal for Yuuji, he ran hot anyway and the cool water was a good way to really wake himself up in the morning. Still There was a small piece of him that wanted to have the option at least and a bigger piece that just wanted to out stubborn his husband.

Yuuji wasn't actually going to do anything about it. The thought was just there resting in the back of his mind until one day when he was out shopping he saw a sale on water heaters. His house already had one but if he tried maybe he could install another. Maybe then there'd be some extra hot water left for him.

Sukuna woke up slowly stretching himself out across the bed, shoving the brat off the edge as he did and savoring his yelp. He considered rolling over into the warm spot the brat had left behind and going back to sleep but the day wouldn't wait and the neighborhood needed to be reminded of the king who ruled over it. So he pulled himself up and started his long morning routine. He'd learned to time his showers so that he always ended just as the last of the hot water ran out. Only letting a few drops of cold water hit his skin to confirm there was nothing else left for his brat of a husband. Sukuna finished his usual routine and waited for the water to turn cold. And waited. And waited. “What the fuck is going on here!”

Yuuji finished up breakfast and waited for Sukuna to come down to join him. And waited. And waited. And then his patience dried up along with the eggs which he really should have taken out of the pan. Curiosity got the better of him and he went up to see what was taking his husband so long. He entered the bathroom to find Sukuna sitting criss cross on the floor with the water on full blast glaring stubbornly at him.

“Sukuna you ok?” Yujji asked, feeling a bit concerned.

“fucking peachy brat just enjoying all the hot water like the king that I am!”

“OK as long as you're having fun” Said Yuuji as he watched Sukuna clearly not having fun.

“Oh I am brat I am enjoying all this hot water and you won't get any of it” Said Sukuna clearly not enjoying himself.

It was then that Yuuji remembered the extra water heater he had installed. He wondered how much extra hot water you could get with two of them. Eh probably not too much it'd be fine.

And then Sukuna stayed in the shower for hours entirely out of spite until Yuuji finally decided to tempt him out by teasing him with threats of going out to a fancy restaurant with Gojo’s credit card without him. And from then on there was always enough hot water for Yuuji… until Sukuna found the secondary water heater. But that's a story for another day!
