Ok, I absorbed as much as possible before going to sleep. First thing that Ill say is fuck Joel, Imma smash his bro and flaunt it. You my BIL like it or not.
2nd, I kinda want to see Noel react to my favorite book saga "LOTU" (The Lords of The Underworld) which is basically heavenly warriors tied to demon lords(The sins) who... well, find love and such smutty scenes. What will his reaction be? I want to know if hed be flustered bc of the spicy or pissed of at my demon liking or jelly bc well he a yan.
Fun thing is, my favorite character looks just like Noel, its the warrior with blondish/platinum hair and soft eyes. But personality wise its the other way around, he is flirty, funny and outgoing (Even if not allowed)
Noël likes all types of books, even taugh his fav one is probably romance books or advanture/fantazy, if you propose him to read a book that you like he will gladly read it whitout hesitation. He wouldn't be flustered or anything if there is some smutty scenes as he already read books with some spicy scenes in it.
if you prefer demons Noël isn't really an angel anymore so hum...enjoy your time I guess? :,D. He might tease you if you tell him that he looks like your fav character

angstpril day two: sole survivor
CW: lots and lots of death, su*cide at the end
fic under the cut
It was too much chaos. He could barely tell what was going on, his senses overwhelmed by everything. He couldn’t take it.
“Bolin, watch out!” Someone screamed at him.
Opal.
There wasn’t time to think. He ripped a hole in the earth below him and dropped in. A roaring fireball passed overhead just as he bent the earth back over him.
At least it was quieter here. It was cold, too. Cold and damp. He sank to the ground and pulled his knees to his chest. His was breathing quickly, and his eyes were watering. He stared into the darkness in front of him, trying to calm himself down.
The ground shook too often. He flinched at every tremor, trying not to imagine what had caused it. Trying not to imagine who’d have been hurt this time. It was especially difficult when there were screams. He felt tears tracing down his cheeks, but made no move to get rid of them. He felt frozen in place, the earth surrounding him a comfort yet also a prison.
He took to counting the seconds between blasts, timing each tremor that wracked through the ground. It was horrifying how frequent they were, but at least it was something to focus his mind on.
One, two, three.
Boom.
One, two.
Boom.
One, two, three, four, five, six, seven.
Boom.
One, two, three, four, five.
Boom.
One, two.
Boom.
He kept counting, the time between blasts gradually increasing.
How long had it been? The ground no longer shook. He couldn’t hear screams anymore. He couldn’t hear anything anymore. His cheeks had dried, his breathing evened out. The air in the space around him was stuffy, damper now than it had been at first. Warmer, too.
He didn’t want to go back up. He was used to the dark now, used to the safety of the earth all around him. Here, he could imagine that the screams had been of the White Lotus. Here, he could still convince himself that they’d won.
Three-hundred and forty-two, three-hundred and forty-three, three hundred and forty-four.
It had been too long since the last blast. He had to go up.
He started to push the roof of his hole up, carefully lifting it until he saw light. He pushed it to the side and had to cover his eyes, the cloudy sky above still significantly brighter than it had been underground. He stood up but didn’t climb fro the hole yet. Instead, he listened. For anything, for everything.
There was a faint crackly of fire somewhere nearby. The air was still, the trees quiet without wind blowing through their leaves. His own breathing was the loudest thing around. There should have been more noise. There should have been, but there wasn’t.
He bent the floor beneath his feet up until he could step onto the solid ground. He spun in a slow circle to take in everything around him. It was so much worse than he ever could have imagined.
A massive fire raged through the forest in one direction, demolishing everything in its path. The smell of burning was strong in the air, smoke rising overhead. Next to the flaming forest was the Air Temple. At least, what had once been the Air Temple. Most of the building was collapsed into a massive pit of lava that seethed and bubbled below. What still stood was crumbling in on itself.
There was a pool of water in the other direction, yellow and orange strewn throughout it. Bodies. The new airbenders, all lying submerged, unmoving.
Opal.
He walked slowly towards the pool, still somehow hoping she wouldn’t be there. His heart broke when he spotted her, near the front of the group.
She must’ve died trying to protect the others, he thought to himself.
He wanted to stay there, to grieve her and the others, but his legs kept going. He turned towards the wreckage of the Air Temple, stumbling through hundreds of large dents in the earth. It looked like a war zone, but then again, it practically was. P’li had really outdone herself.
As he neared the lava pit, he noticed blue and red at the bottom of a cliff. He walked towards them, chest tightening the closer he got. It was Kya and Bumi, their bodies twisted unnaturally. He couldn’t bear to look at them like that, so he kept walking.
Some time later, after wandering aimlessly, he came across a large slab of earth. It’s corners were far too square to be natural. He walked around to the other side of it, hesitantly peeking underneath.
Lin and Su lay there, crushed by the weight of the slab. There was a stain of red on the dirt below them, blood seeping from their compressed forms into the loose earth. The metallic scent was strong.
He kept walking, terrified of what else he might find. He walked the perimeter of the lava field, scanning for anyone else he might know. He hadn’t seen Korra or Asami anywhere. He tried not to think of where Mako could be.
His path around the lava pit led him to where the Air Temple’s courtyard had been. It was messy to say the least. Korra lay in the middle of it all, platinum shackles and chains wrapped around her ankles and wrists. Her parents were thrown against a wall, Asami and a few others with them. If he hadn’t known better, he thought it almost looked like a slumber party. If only it had been.
He saw that there was an arch leading to one of the parts of the temple that still stood. His feet kept him moving, weaving through the rubble around Korra and taking him through the arch. The space was lit up orange, half of the floor glowing with heat. That was where he found him.
“Mako!” He cried, a relieved smile coming across his face.
He ran to his brother's side, falling to his knees beside him.
“Mako, I was so worried about you! But it’s alright, we’re alright,” Bolin continued, taking one of Mako’s limp hands in his own.
“You must be so tired, I can’t imagine. You know, I had to hide! I counted the seconds between every time the earth shook, it was crazy. It was so dark in the hole I hid in, I couldn’t see my own hand in front of my face. At least you had some light here, light is nice. But not too much, too much light isn’t good, just like complete dark isn’t good.
“I’m glad you’re okay though, Mako, it sounded like chaos when I was hiding. I was so scared you’d get hurt, I was scared everyone would get hurt. But it’s fine, we’re all fine. We’re fine, right? Yeah, yeah, we are. You’re just tired, taking a little nap. Just the same as Korra, and Asami. And Opal. And everyone else, it’s just a big group nap. You know, I’m pretty tired too. I might just lie down here with you, take a little rest myself. It’s so nice and warm in here, like a cozy bed. You were smart to choose here for your nap.”
Bolin shuffled himself around so he could lie down next to Mako, his hand still tightly gripping his brother’s. He stared at the ceiling, no longer knowing what to say. Something in the back of his mind was screaming at him to get out of there, to find help. But he felt so oddly peaceful laying there, holding his brother's hand, that he didn’t move. He stayed there for a very long time, willing Mako to wake up. He knew he wouldn’t, but he hoped anyway. When the sun was rising again, new light peaking through cracks in the building above, he finally spoke again.
“I love you, bro. I love you so much,” He said quietly, turning his head to look at his brother.
“I’m really tired,” He whispered, turning back to looking at the ceiling.
“I think… I think I just need some sleep. I’m sorry, Mako,” He turned once more to face his brother, who’s hand was now cold in his own.
“I love you,” He whispered again before bending the earthen walls of the temple out and collapsing the ceiling.

Happy Anniversary "Living Things"! (June 26th, 2012)
Tumblr media
Living Things is the fifth studio album by American rock band Linkin Park. It was released under Warner Bros. Records and Machine Shop Recordings on June 26th, 2012, in Japan, and throughout the rest of the world during the following week. Production was handled by vocalist Mike Shinoda and Rick Rubin, who both co-produced the band's previous two studio albums Minutes to Midnight (2007) and A Thousand Suns (2010). Living Things would be their last album to be produced by Rubin.
The band states that Living Things combines elements from their previous four studio albums to create a new sound. They stated they finally felt they were in "familiar territory" and "comfortable in [their] own skin" after years of experimentation that resulted in their two previous studio albums, Minutes to Midnight and A Thousand Suns. Living Things was chosen as the album's title because of the numerous personal topics on the album.
The lead single for the album, "Burn It Down", was sent to radio and released to digital music retailers on April 16, 2012. Living Things debuted at number one on Billboard 200 with sales of 223,000 copies in the United States in its opening week. The second single for the album, "Lost in the Echo", was released on October 19, 2012. The third single "Powerless" was released on October 31, 2012. The fourth and final single for the album, "Castle of Glass", was released in its physical format on February 1, 2013. The album was certified Platinum by the RIAA in August 2017.
The recording of Living Things started in March 2011 and ended in April 2012. The band's co-lead vocalist and rapper, Mike Shinoda, and Rick Rubin served as producers for the album.
The album explores the genres alternative rock, electronic rock and rap rock.
On March 28, 2012, Shinoda confirmed that the album's first single is "Burn It Down". On April 11, 2012, it was confirmed that it would be sent for radio airplay and released to iTunes digital download on April 16, 2012. Shinoda also confirmed they were filming a music video for the song, with the band's turntablist Joe Hahn directing the video. The band teamed up with the Lotus F1 team to create a musical racing iPad app titled Linkin Park GP, where players drive a Lotus E20 and interact with an environment that allows the player to create a remix of "Burn It Down", as well as zooming into individual sections of the song. The music video for "Burn It Down" premiered on MTV on May 24, 2012. On April 15, 2012, Mike Shinoda posted a blog update confirming that the new album title is Living Things and that the album would be available for pre-order through their website, starting April 16. Living Things was released on June 26, 2012. Pre-orders for the album began in April 17, 2012; upon purchase, fans were subscribed to Living Things Remixed, remixed songs from the album. In celebration of the release of Living Things, the band teamed up with music streaming website Spotify to release live compilations of each album era.
On May 9, 2012, a worldwide interactive scavenger hunt commenced. Shinoda proclaimed the near-end of the scavenger hunt in May 23, 2012, stating he would call BBC Radio 1 DJ Zane Lowe the next day to premiere a new song from Living Things, the end result of the hunt. The song that premiered on BBC Radio 1 on May 24, 2012 was the album's fourth track, "Lies Greed Misery".
On June 4, 2012, the official lyric video of "Lies Greed Misery" premiered. On the same day, "Lies Greed Misery" was featured in a trailer for the video game Medal of Honor: Warfighter, that was revealed by Electronic Arts at E3 2012. "Castle of Glass" was also confirmed to be featured in Medal of Honor: Warfighter. "Powerless", the twelfth and closing track of the album, is featured in the closing credits to the film Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter. A performance music video of "Powerless" featuring scenes from the film was released on Yahoo! The music video was directed by Timur Bekmambetov, director of Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter. The official lyric video for "Lost in the Echo" was released via Linkin Park's official YouTube page on June 29, 2012. and the official music video was released on September 4, 2012.
On October 5, 2012, "Lost in the Echo" was released as the album's second single. On October 10, 2012, Linkin Park released the music video for "Castle of Glass". On October 31, 2012, "Powerless" was released as an iTunes-only single in Japan, although there has been neither an official statement about "Powerless" being a single nor any promotion around the release date. "I'll Be Gone" was released to alternative radio as a promotional single on December 5, 2012, while "Castle of Glass" was released as the album's third single on February 1, 2013 and impacted US radio on January 5, 2013.
Living Things debuted at number one on the Billboard 200, selling 223,000 copies, beating out Maroon 5's Overexposed by 1,000 sales, according to Nielsen SoundScan, and fell to number 5 on its second week on chart selling 64,000 copies.
The album has reached the top spot in seventeen countries becoming their best charting album so far and has been certified Gold in Australia for shipments of at least 35,000 copies,  and also attained Gold certification in Switzerland. It also debuted at number one in UK Albums Chart, selling 41,000 copies beating out Maroon 5's album once again. In Canada, the album also debuted at number one selling at least 20,000 copies. As of 2014, the album has sold 681,000 copies in the United States.

Okay, so I, @perishingshards, have just Rewatched the Legend of Korra Book 3 two parter finale. And my heart … it hurts. I legit started to cry. I so feel for Korra and what she was put through … the fact she still gave it her all and persevered even when grieving for her father, poisoned, chained and physically injured. Even while going through all that hardship … being put through the impossible … my girl Korra still fought. And with the help of others, she succeeded … but with grave grave consequences … with trauma, physical injuries, a broken mind, being emotionally tortured and more. Her story … Korra’s story and her strength, and yes, the fact she was ALLOWED to be weakened. It means so very much to me with everything I’ve been through in my life. Korra didn’t bounce back right away. That is VERY important. She didn’t succeed on her own. That is also very important. Just … thank you so much, Bryke and staff and crew. This is the story I needed told. Thank you very much for telling it. I can’t express how much it means to me. And this isn’t even including Korrasami!
3.12 Enter the Void
We start the episode off with the extended Team Avatar planning on how to save the airbenders while Korra stares solemnly out the window of the airship. Everyone is hopeful that a plan would work, but it seems Korra is lacking that hope. She’s already made up her mind. She’s decided to give herself up in order to save the airbenders. And urges everyone to let her go with her plan and work on rescuing her after if need be. Everyone, in my Rewatch pain, decides to put their trust in Korra and back up her self sacrificial plan. My heart hurts.
Korra gives a warm hug to Asami and Mako, before Bolin hugs her while whimpering on her shoulder. This is meant to be her goodbye to her dear friends before she bids goodbye to her father and sets out to meet Zaheer and P’Li. Asami, Bolin and Mako fly off to pick up the airbenders. Ghazan meets the three before Ming-Hua reveals herself. It’s a trap! Mako manages to radio Korra to relay the message before Korra is forced to fight for her life while chained up. Her dad joins her soon after and Korra does a remarkable job fighting off Zaheer considering all four of her limbs are bound together with platinum. Zaheer manages to airbend Tonraq off a cliff much to Korra’s horror. The poor poor girl!
Lin and Su help fight off P’Li, before Lin, as she’s done before, willingly sets out to give up her life to save Su and the others. Thankfully, Suyin comes to her sister’s aid and deals a finishing blow to P’Li with some clever metalbending that is timed just right! Since this is a kid’s show, we neither see nor hear the explosion. But it’s made clear that P’Li doesn’t survive.
Zaheer, witnessing P’Li’s death, manages to finally get the upper hand on Korra. Right when the freed up Suyin and Lin confront Zaheer (who’s carrying Korra on her shoulder) Zaheer proves himself as the ultimate airbending and Guru Laghima fanboy by literally flying off into the air with his airbending.
But there’s some good news! The Zaofu guard captain (ominously introduced as Kuvira) has managed to save Tonraq’s life! Thank goodness.
Asami, Bolin, Tenzin and Mako are forced to flee from Ghazan’s lavabending. At the very last minute, with their lives in real mortal danger, we discover that Bolin can lavabend! He saves all their lives with his new found skill before Kai finds them with his newly found sky bison, Lefty, and flies them all to safety. Bolin and his little bro save the day! They were more than right to trust Kai after all. Heck, even Mako admits this and apologizes to Kai! Maybe he should also finally give that heartfelt apology to Korra and especially Asami? It’s not too late, Mako!
The episode, to our sheer heartbreak and horror, ends with Korra chained up to the floor and ceiling of a Red Lotus hideout cave while Zaheer (with Ming-Hua and Ghazan at his sides) gives the command to some metalbenders to poison Korra in an attempt to kill her while in the avatar state. Thus ending the avatar line forever.
Poor, poor, Korra! She doesn’t deserve any of this!
3.13 Venom of the Red Lotus
This episode starts off immediately after the last. It turns out Jinora is using her astral projection to spy on Zaheer explaining his plan to Korra. She returns back to her body and we see her and the rest of the airbenders and Kya chained to the floor while guarded by some Red Lotus members in what looks like a cave.
Korra is brutally poisoned and tortured. The metallic poisoned is metalbended into her skin. Wait … this is supposed to be a kid’s show, right? But this is so brutal and dark … you don’t even show deaths, but you’ll show physical and mental torture? Are you sure you have your priorities straight here, Nickelodeon?! Korra enters the avatar state, intermittently, as she fights off the poison. She hallucinates vividly in a super creepy day nightmare of all her former foes. Nickelodeon, this IS supposed to be a kid’s show, right?
Kai leads Tonraq, Asami, Bolin, Mako, Tenzin, Suyin and Lin to where he’s discovered the airbenders are actually being held captive. They manage to break into where the airbenders are being held captive and we once again witness Asami’s extremely impressive fighting skills as she takes out a Red Lotus member in a fight sequence fueled by pure Asami Sato determination! Nothing will stand in this girl’s way! Korra’s life is in danger!
Bolin does a Bolin by pushing the mother of his girlfriend away from hugging her own daughter so he can hug Opal himself. Word of advice, Bolin: You just might want to stay on Suyin’s good side. Considering you want to continue dating her daughter. Asami and the others unchain the airbenders and Kya.
While in the avatar state, Korra manages to break her chains and fight off the Red Lotus to escape the cave. But Zaheer is hot on her tail. Korra is hurting so much and enraged so much …
Bolin and Mako fight off Ghazan and Ming-Hua, respectively. Their fights are tough and life-threatening. But the two brothers persevere and manage to escape with their lives. Ming-Hua and Ghazan don’t.
A brutal heartbreaking fight takes place with Zaheer and Korra. Oh, Korra …
Tenzin is reunited with his family and the rest of the airbenders as he watches Korra fight for her life.
Korra …
Korra, try as she must, has the poison start taking a toll on her and start slowing her down.
Jinora, dear loving and capable Jinora, comes up with an idea and leads the airbenders to create an airbending tornado to suck in and capture both Zaheer and Korra. This move, on Jinora’s part, happens to be what finally saves Korra’s life. She collapses amidst her father and friends with Zaheer captured by Suyin and Lin’s earthbending.
Korra, while still in the avatar state, reaches out to her father, before collapsing in Tonraq’s arms. Once again, Jinora comes to the rescue by informing everyone the poison is metallic. And Suyin Beifong manages to metalbend the poison out of Korra’s body. Korra is allowed to finally breathe again. She’s weak and injured, but GODAMMIT SHE’S ALIVE!
The next scene is what truly breaks my heart. Korra doesn’t just jump right back to being the avatar. She isn’t just magically better after a few day’s rest. She’s … Avatar Korra is bound to a wheelchair two weeks later while Asami takes care of her and prepares her for Jinora’s master airbending ceremony. Korra has bags in her eyes and stares off in the distance at nothing. She’s broken inside and out. And I just want to hug her and make her all better!
Everyone is worried for Korra. But no one seems to show any true empathy except for Asami and maybe her dad. The episode, and the book, ends with Tenzin, while trying to praise Korra during his daughter’s master airbending ceremony, practically tells Korra she isn’t needed anymore. Korra puts on a brave face and tries to smile for everyone else’s sake, but the last we see of her is her tearing up while Jinora hugs her father.

LOS ANGELES | Mac Miller, who collaborated with rap royalty, dies at 26
New Post has been published on https://is.gd/eO32vi
LOS ANGELES | Mac Miller, who collaborated with rap royalty, dies at 26
LOS ANGELES  — Mac Miller, the platinum hip-hop star whose rhymes vacillated from party raps to lyrics about depression and drug use, and earned kudos from the likes of Jay-Z and Chance the Rapper, died Friday at age 26.
Police and paramedics found Miller unresponsive at his home in Los Angeles and declared him dead shortly before noon, coroner’s spokeswoman Sarah Ardalani said. An autopsy will be required to determine the cause of death. His death was first reported by celebrity website TMZ.
“He was a bright light in this world for his family, friends and fans,” Miller’s family said in a statement.
Miller also drew headlines for his two-year relationship with singer Ariana Grande that ended earlier this year.
Police lines were pulled up and a coroner’s van left the cul-de-sac where Miller lived late Friday afternoon. About 10 news vans remained. Another rapper, Pittsburgh Slim, appeared and left flowers.
While Miller didn’t have a hit on Top 40 radio, he had a strong following on streaming networks and even had an album debut at No. 1 on the top 200 albums chart. He often alluded to his battles with addiction over the years and had collaborations with Kendrick Lamar, Lil Wayne and Ty Dolla $ign.
At the news of his death, Chance the Rapper tweeted: “I don’t know what to say Mac Miller took me on my second tour ever. But beyond helping me launch my career he was one of the sweetest guys I ever knew. Great man. I loved him for real. I’m completely broken. God bless him.”
J Cole said on Twitter: “This is a message for anybody in this game that’s going through something. If you don’t feel right, if you feel you have a substance problem, if you need a ear to vent to. If you uncomfortable talking to people around you. Please reach out to me.”
He released his fifth, full-length album “Swimming” last month, with Variety calling it “a simple, stately, poetic autobiography.” Rolling Stone called it “silky, deep vibe redolent of the L.A. alternative soul scene.” New Musical Express said it was “his best work in years.”
The album included the song “Come Back to Earth,” with Miller trying to chart his way through tough times: “In my own way, I feel like living some alternate reality/And I was drowning, but now I’m swimming through stressful waters to relief.”
He was due to start a tour at the end of next month that he promised would be special every night. On Thursday he tweeted: “I just wanna go on tour.”
Miller and Grande collaborated on her first top 10 hit, the multiplatinum, “The Way,” which propelled her from teen TV stardom to pop star, and they dated for two years before their relationship ended in May. She later called it a “toxic” relationship on Twitter.
Not long after he was charged with DUI and hit and run after police said he struck a power pole and fled the scene. His blood alcohol was reportedly twice the legal limit.
“I made a stupid mistake. I’m a human being,” Miller told Zane Lowe on Beats 1 on Apple Music in July. “But it was the best thing that could have happened. Best thing that could have happened. I needed that. I needed to run into that light pole and literally have the whole thing stop.”
The Pittsburgh native, born Malcolm McCormick, rose to fame with a frat-rap attitude in his mixtapes like “Best Day Ever” and his full-length album debut, 2011’s “Blue Slide Park.” His more goofy songs included “Nikes on My Feet,” ”Kool Aid & Frozen Pizza” and “Knock Knock.”
One of his biggest songs was the 2011 platinum-certified mixtape track “Donald Trump,” which prompted a feud with the future president. He asked his fans not to vote for Trump, who was flirting with the idea of running for president then, and publicly supported the Black Lives Matter movement.
In 2013, his sophomore effort, “Watching Movies with the Sound Off,” entered the Billboard 200 at No. 3. Miller sold more than 100,000 copies of the woozy, moody album, which features appearances or production work from Diplo, Flying Lotus, Earl Sweatshirt, Jay Electronica and Action Bronson. He also landed a reality series, “Mac Miller and the Most Dope Family,” in 2013, which ran for two seasons on MTV2.
Miller told The Associated Press that year that the album’s depth and quality reflected two years of warp-speed development, his move from Pittsburgh to Los Angeles and just how serious he was about the craft. “There was always a lot more to me than what people wanted to say, that’s the only thing that ever bothered me,” Miller said.
His 2016 release “The Divine Feminine” had contributions from Kendrick Lamar, Anderson .Paak, Cee-Lo Green and Grande.
Pitchfork magazine called it “the most surprising, concise, and accomplished album of his career.”
Miller’s label, Warner Bros., released a statement calling him “a hugely gifted and inspiring artist, with a pioneering spirit and a sense of humor that touched everyone he met. Mac’s death is a devastating loss and cuts short a life and a talent of huge potential, where the possibilities felt limitless.”
