Just saw your OCs pop up on my dashboard--is Celeste part Flygon? I can see some cool Flygon features and I think they were really well incorporated :^)

Yes she is part Flygon! I am glad you like Celeste, I got her from @flygon-daily years ago and still love her so much! She changed a lil from when I first drew her, basically gave her more wing shaped wings with claws instead of just the Swablu wings. It is a small change but it is cute! I love my lil dragon bird

I have also been busy with updating her Evo, only have a sketch for now and idk when I will complete it, but it is based on the old evo i did way back for flygon-daily's contest

I’m playing Skyrim with a bunch of mods on and to be honest I don’t know what they all do. I started a quest to help this “guy” steal a book from necromancers to “fix things” and I’m like well obviously someone important to him died and he’s trying to fix it. NO. NO! I could not have been more wrong. SHE WAS LOOKING FOR A MAGIC SPELL TO TRANSITION HERSELF. The entire quest was about helping a trans woman feel comfortable in her own body.

It’s been literally 24 hours and I have her on the mind constantly. Surprise trans woman in video game that only featured cisgender and heterosexual characters on launch is making my week. Anyways pleaseeeee where are my trans characters in video games?

Hard to choose, if only cuz I don't do the most reading.... It may be predictable of me but. I do love The Murderbot Diaries. Though not sure if that counts since it's a series. I've also got a soft spot for some of the stuff I loved as a kid, like the Secret Series..... though I obviously haven't read it in a while. Anddddd in terms of nonfiction, I've been recommending basically everyone to read Ace by Angela Chen (or listen to the audiobook. that's what I did. Also what I did for Murderbot)

OK OK SO my top picks are basically always 1. RPGs 2. Puzzle/mystery games 3. Rhythm games. Not necessarily in that order. I love stories in games I like figuring things out (though I am not necessarily good at it) and. of course. i LOVE to jam out.

So yesterday while playing Scarlet, I found a book in the Naranja Academy library that said that the way Pokémon act during picnics is based on their natures and I just wanna point out, Cherry, my Iron Leaves in Violet, has a Quiet nature but seems to shout a lot more than most of my other aces (and when Char and Knight, probably the only ones that come anywhere near shouting as much as Cherry, shout, they usually do it to each other, which I guess means that Adamant Pokémon don’t get on well with Quirky Pokémon). Spriggie not acting Modest can probably be excused because he’s a Meowscarada

My Scarlet aces have generally more believable natures - Quax is Hardy so I’m not really sure how they’d show that, Char is Naïve so I guess it makes sense she seems so friendly, Luna is Careful and Blueberry is Gentle so it constantly falling asleep makes sense

crosses one game off my list. stares at the dozens of others beneath it. big sigh. anyways heres some games i highly recommend:

a short hike: in their words, "a little exploration game about hiking up a mountain." it rewards exploration. i went into it thinking it'd be like, a twenty minute experience? i played for at least an hour or two. very cute, very low stakes emotionally. i really enjoyed the graphics and characters :]

co-open: this game is genuinely the cutest fuckign thing i've ever played. you're a kid going to the store on your own for the first time. lotta queer characters. so much to explore. at first you're like "woah store" and then you somehow end up in the vents and then you're on the roof?? there is so much to this game. i love it. it's so cute. maybe an hour or two or three in playtime.

everhood: i will admit. i have not finished this game. however. it is so stylish. the graphics are so bright. the characters are WILD. the music goes SO HARD. the combat and gameplay is entirely centered around the music. they describe it as a "psychedelic musical bullet hell" and tbh that is literally it. the puzzles aren't too hard. i haven't finished it only because it feels, to me, like it doesn't really... tell you where to go? i get lost very easily if i'm not being funneled in a particular direction when it comes to these kinds of games, ones that aren't necessarily meant to be open-world. that being said. everhood goes fucking hard. play it. it slaps. i need to finish it. i keep fuckign thinking about it its that good.

dredge: this isn't like, an obscure indie pick. but dredge is so good. the story left me wanting a little more, but the gameplay is fun, the graphics are gorgeous (the style is so nice), there are some real good scares, and tbh there is nothing better than a good fishing game. it mixes exploration and inventory management really well! and i thoroughly enjoyed exploring every inch of the game and completing all the side quests i could. also theres a dog and you can pet it.

eronoctosis: put yourself together: this game is about being TRANS and DYSPHORIA and SEX!!!! it's a two-player game but it's free!! (there's a paid dlc you can get too but the base game is free) (the paid dlc includes sexual content, the base game does not). eronoctosis was really fun. my boyfriend and i were so bad at it at first (hi babe if ur reading this. we should get the dlc i wanna play this with u again). but once we got into the swing of things it was honestly really fun. the scares are REALLY good even when you know what you're doing. really makes you dread going around corners <3

two little bonuses are inbento and sudocats. it's literally just. a puzzle game. and sudoku. but in my defense. both games include cats. which makes them cute. very nice little experiences :]

I want to do an epilogue for money matters to close things up so it’s not 100% completed yet, but things have been busy that its been pushed to the back of my mind 😭 thank you for letting me know about the link though!
