Page 1. ---- Cleveland Youths Forced by High Seas to Seek Refuge in Trading Post — Missing for Month ---- CLEVELAND, Nov 4— (Star Special) — The rigors of the Canadian North have made but slight marks on Robert and Dorr Ralph, the two young sons of a Cleveland minister, who were lost near James Bay for more then a month and who now have returned home and resumed normal life. The Ralphs, the elder of whom is 21 and the younger 19, came back so unostentatiously that officials both here and in Canada were under the impression that they were still lost.

On a prospecting trip the two youths wished to cross James Bay from Rupert’s House and started on the 18-mile journey despite the advice of the old-timers who advised them that the only possible method at this season of the year was to follow the coasts. High winds and heavy seas, time after time, nearly swamped their frail canoe and they found when it was almost too late that the old timers had been right with their advice. 

TRADING POST REACHED Turning their boat and riding before the wind they finally reached a Hudson's Bay Company's port and managed eventually to make their way back to Rupert's House, the point from which they had started more than a month before. 

Meanwhile, trappers and Royal Canadian Mounted Police engaged in an extensive search for them and as no sign of them was seen as they made their way south, the search continued long after they ware safe and sound. 

The Ralphs were very modest in speaking of their exploits. They would say little that amounted to more than a mere bulletin to the effect that they had been delayed by bad weather and had been compelled to change their plans. They seemed to be unaware of the furore caused by their disappearance, a furore which in some parts may not yet have abated.

RETURNED FROM THE WILDS Robert and Dorr Ralph have gone back to their home in Philadelphia after having been lost in the St. James Bay district. RCMP and numerous trappers searched for them in vain. They found their own way home. Both grew bears while in the wilds, but Dorr had shaved his by the time this photograph was taken.

Instead of telling men to repress their emotions to appear stronger we should encourage them to sing incredibly dramatic ballads to process their emotions like in fictional movies. Maybe the world would heal faster. And also it would be very funny.

Page 13. ---- Keen Interest Being Taken in Election at Iroquois Falls ---- Iroquois Falls, Nov. 30- A rather amusing to all but the human participants - ‘tale of horses' being told locally at the present time. This story, as told to us, is to the effect that a carload of horses consigned to operators on the Abiti Power and Paper Company limits got loose while being unloaded at mileage ten on the Abitibi Railway and Navigation Company railway, decided to play follow the leader and at once proceeded northward along the A. T. and N. line, hotly pursued by their custodians. But the horses were the faster it is said and the next heard of them was a message front mileage 23, just sixteen miles North saying that the runaways had reached that point, and instead of turning West on the Transcontinental toward Cochrane, where they might have been stopped, had turned eastward toward Amos, La Sarre and points unknown. Frantic phone calls were Immediately put in to prevent the annihilation of $1500 worth of horseflesh.

hey, remember being 18 years old and playing mass effect for the first time and it's got this like intense aura of being very small and very insignificant in a very big, very empty galaxy? remember playing mass effect for the first time and everything all of this is so new and mysterious, and it's 2am and you're sitting in a dark room in the light from your tv and you're playing through feros for the first time and you feel that this is someting very old and very ancient and you are somewhere you shouldn't be and you don't know what's going to happen or where you're going but you keep on. there's a tingling in your stomach and you're playing mass effect for the first time. the thorian is a milennia old sentient plant being. the rachni queen is old and telepathic and a hive mind and in pain. sovereign is an ancient machine that has not been built but is, and has always been, and this is something so alien and so unlike and beyond anything your human mind can comprehend, and this is something unexplainable and huge and as uncaring and indifferent as the empty galaxy around you. you're playing mass effect for the first time and you're walking on the surface of an almost completely empty planet with nothing but your two companions silently walking beside you and everything is so huge and empty and silent and you're so small and insignificant and it's so beautiful and so scary and you feel like you are on a rollercoaster about to drop down. you are playing mass effect for the first time and you're playing the mission on the moon and you stop and just look up at earth visible in the sky. you know this. this is home. you are playing mass effect for the first time, and the galaxy is so big, and you are so tiny, and everything is about to change for you.

Part of me wants to say Jason would be very concerned about Leo saying that at one point he slept under a bridge for a month. Another part of me remembers that Jason was partially raised by wolves and has probably slept outside a lot. So I can also see him nodding along going “sometimes when I feel anxious I go curl up in a bush”
