So I am currently obsessed with the character Canti from the anime FLCL. Which is an anime I still haven't actually watched yet lol. I have access to at least the first two seasons, and I'm planning to finally watch them this weekend. I'm only interested in the second season solely for Canti, though I know he gets very little screentime compared to the first season. But I'll watch anyways. For Lord Canti! \o/

But yeah, I got a bunch of figures of him. :P

First row, a neat little fella I managed to get from eBay. Lookit him! Unfortunately, I broke off part of his arm and his head at one point trying to figure out his articulation. But I fixed him! Kinda. (I'll get back to that later in this list)

Second and third rows: Blue and Red Canti with more fancy articulation and accessories!! Apparently these are pretty rare judging by the prices on eBay and the like, but I managed to luck out on getting these. Basically, I was talking to a friend about the first Canti I got, which reminded them they had these two (and a ton of other anime figures) just collecting dust in a storage unit. They were planning to sell them all off at some point anyways, so they let me have these two as a late birthday + early Christmas present combo. I'm so thankful for their generosity!! ;u;

Last photo: All the Canti figures together on one of my shelves!! Also uh, yeah, I tried to fix First Canti's head with some Command strip (basically supposed to be really strong double-sided tape). But, yeah, that didn't work, so I just have him holding his own head for now. I think I'm gonna need epoxy glue or something to fix him properly. D:

Estrategicamente posicionado para assistir o ir e vir dos criados responsáveis por manter a mesa abastecida, a oportunidade para se aproximar se apresentou quando o espaço ficou momentaneamente vazio, os demais ocupados na pista de dança ou absortos em suas conversas insípidas. Discrição era parte da sua profissão, e foi com casualidade que despejou o conteúdo de um dos frascos que trazia consigo na tigela de ponche. Estava prestes a adicionar o segundo quando notou a figura familiar de Brianna Jiah Yi se aproximando–era improvável que ela tivesse notado o que estava fazendo, e tratou de disfarçar; ela estava abaixo do homem da infantaria na hierarquia de seus desafetos. Se apertasse os botões certos, talvez a pudesse usar como distração. Tinha um pedaço de informação que podia ser útil, e que decidiu oferecer em vias de cumprimento com um sorriso calculado. ❛ Ouvi a noiva falando sobre você. ❜

Three Ships: Right now, my brain is most lit up by Roy x Jamie because TL S3 is giving me everything for them, Katniss x Peeta because im in my HG era and circa 2012-era everlark fic writers simply get me on a level no one else can understand (no i will not explain), and finally my OFIC OT3 who have been bouncing around my brain like popcorn kernels for a lil while but are still coming together 

Currently Reading: Eye of the Heron by Ursula K. LeGuin (my beloved) and I also just started If on a winter's night a traveler by Italo Calvino. 

Last Movie: Musta been The Philadelphia Story with @aadmelioraa IRL!!!! It was so funny i loved it so much I want to watch it again asap. also hilarious that my contribution to the movie sharing was Swiss Army Man.

Finally I got around to doing some drawings of my latest blorbo! \o/

The pic on the left, I used this listing from Amazon as reference. It looks like it might be official art? But I can't entirely tell tbh. And honestly, I'm not sure what it is about that art that made me want to do a partial redraw of it, especially since I don't do redraws very often anyways... but yeah. :u

The pic on the right, a color sketch of Canti, in the maid dress from the end of FLCL Progressive, with a strawberry parfait! I am getting a charm made based off this sketch, I'll share how that turns out on my main blog once it's done! Also more people should draw him in the maid dress, just saying :P

I saw you take request for social media mockups, which is honestly super cool! Dont think Ive seen anyone do those before. I want to request a Instagram mockup for the character Canti. Hes a tvhead robot from the anime FLCL. Hes also known as "The Lord of the Black Flame" (he gets mistaken for a video game character with that name), if you want to incorporate that too.

For color, I say stick to his main color (a kind of green-blue teal), and otherwise his secondary colors (yellow, red, white).

For images, retro TVs/toasters/other vintage technology would be the main focus. And also maybe a couple photos of cats and black birds (crows, ravens, etc.) since hes associated with both.

I hope this is specific enough! Thank you for taking requests.
