Tim Rockford x Marcus Pike Romance Edit

I made a thing!! I just realized Marcus Pike bby in The Mentalist is on HBO Max in 1080p, and inspired by @prolix-yuy's amazeballs video edit preview for her geniously-cast Tim Rockford/Dieter Bravo-involved upcoming fic Midnight Alley, and because my friend @davnittbraes has filled my head with the most wonderful Tim Rockford x Marcus Pike x reader kindling for thots and angst and 🫠😌, my brain screamed VIDEO EDIT at me and I must obey her.

Because holy stars, this was so fkn fun, it was like a puzzle to figure out how to tell a story from limited visual and audio source material, and OH HOW this story just LEAPT OUT AT ME and I AM SHIPPING THEM SO HARD, the grumpy/sunshine and emotionally available/closed off vibes and age difference of these two has me in my feels! Context: me n @bitter-like-coffee had the torturous idea that Trucy, as a "welcome back to Japanifornia, congrats on your legal revolution" present for Apollo, commissions a very large painting of an intentionally bad sketch Trucy did of the baby Apollo based on Athena's recollection of the Séance. Vera is like "are you sure?" and Trucy is like "hell yeah we are!" then drops a fat stack on it and puts it behind Apollo's desk and its so big and so ugly and Apollo threatens to quit and go back to Khura'in all the time (enough that Athena has a running tally of how many times a week he threatens to do this) but he secretly is deeply touched by this gesture. He does later go talk to Blackquill to get an embarrassing photo of Athena covered in Aura's expensive lipstick with a bad sword-cut hairstyle to use for her "congrats on graduating from junior partner" party in revenge. It's all about love bby

I think Trucy will be taller than Apollo when she grows up (lookit her daddy) so she 100% does the Klavier lean to irritate him and also I draw her with Shadi's skintone and nose because c'mon CAPCOM stop making characters this pale. Her daddy and granddaddy got melanin, just coz her mommy is white asf doesn't mean she is smh.

🗒 — what is/are your favorite genre(s)/theme(s) to write?

I honestly love to write fantasy and it's why Rakan and the LOL lore resonated with me so much. I do love modern/realistic settings ( I mean, my main OC bby falls under that category !!), but I love the escapism that comes with fantasy. I find it easier to think of plots because of how far away it diverges from actual life we live in today, and it's super interesting to explore.

This question was actually a bit more complicated since I don't follow the astrology trends! So I wasn't sure what the sun/moon rising signs were without a little research ! But I know for sure that I am a Gemini. But with research, it seems to have an air rising sign??

🐶 Any Pets?

Oh yes!! A little Jack-a-poo named Ladybug. Light of my life, she is. Such a loveable and cuddly little thing who always has to have a paw on me when she lays near. Although she can be a little brat at times. No matter how much I try to encourage her to play throughout the day, she fully wakes tf up at 11 pm-12 am ready to be a little menace ( and I say that with love 😂) because she is in ultimate play mode LMAO. She lugs around her gross ball everywhere. I'm sure she is immune to everything because she won't give that thing up. She's under the cut!

AHHHH THE BBY MY ELENA <333

This is the closest I've ever gotten her to looking the way I want. She has babyface like she should, which I feel is kind of hard to do in the DA:O character creator. Lookit her little sad face. A cinnamon roll. She baby.

She is still very shellshocked at this point . She's literally just turned 18, and her entire family pretty much just got murdered, her only remaining relative might be about to die in battle with darkspawn before she can even tell him about what happened. She is carrying the burden of having to tell her brother that his wife and son are dead, her parents dead after being bitterly betrayed. And now she has to be a Grey Warden.

I'm only in the Korcari wilds but I picked up the boi (as you can see) so things are looking up for Lena. She might be having the worst time of her life ever, but at least there's a cute boy to look at.

She was excruciatingly polite to Morrigan and Flemeth, which slightly confused everyone else present., but was appreciated. Even by Alistair once he realised her kindness got them the treaties without argument.
