i had a pretty strong panic attack last night, seemingly out of nowhere. since then i’ve been racking my brain trying to figure out the trigger, and i think i just realized what it was: an episode of 90s sitcom frasier. which is honestly pretty funny to me after the fact

#look there’s an episode where niles has a toothache but no dental issue #and it turns out it’s referred pain from some kind of heart problem #and the whole episode before he figures it out he’s like well what are the chances of that happening to me #but then a bunch of equally unlikely things happens #anyways i’ve had a toothache for the past 3.5 years but there’s nothing wrong with the tooth #also my family has a history of heart/blood problems #also my learned reaction to feeling sick is to say ‘well the chances of it being seriously are extremely low’#also i haven’t been to the doctor in any real way since oh idk… 2016? 2015?#sure i’ve gone for specific illnesses and symptoms but no physicals or anything #so i stopped the episode when it came up (i’ve seen it already) and kind of forgot about it #but then 15 minutes later i was facedown on the floor hyperventilating #¯\_(ツ)_/¯
