summary:

Anya smiles demurely at them, taking Damian’s offered arm as he leads them down the dais and towards the banquet hall. Their steps are stilted and awkward, like new-born fawns. Anya clings his arm in a death-grip, as he stares at anything but her.

You’d be surprised to know that she was his wife at all.   -- The Forger-Desmond marriage is one of convenience and circumstance. A secret unveiled, a family held hostage...it's not exactly the best recipe for a happy-ending. With the damn war raging, Anya's family in terrible danger, and the hurt and fury and pain that only Damian can seem to evoke in her - it's a lot to handle.

And yet...something about her husband - the way he softens to her, the way he defends her so staunchly, that way that he is so assured of her capabilities and yet offers his own meagre ones with the same seriousness of duty and care - allows Anya to see that maybe he isn't as bad as she first thought. Maybe, she thinks, as he leads her to a veranda decorated in softly lit gas lamps that make her heart still in tenderness, I can make a life with him after all.

Yor Forger hates how much she does. Just as she would do anything to protect Yuri, Loid, her children, Anya would do the same ten times over.

“Smile,” Her precious daughter teases, looking so beautiful in her delicate wedding dress, covered in floral roses and the proud red thread of the Desmond House, “Today’s supposed to be a happy day, after all. And if I can’t celebrate my marriage,” Anya says, gripping Aria tightly in her arms as the baby squeals and returns the tight embrace, “I’ll celebrate the fact that the people I love most are all together. Even,” Anya sighs good-naturedly with a small smirk, “If Uncle Yuri is late.”

Twiyor ship :

When of if I started shipping it: I started the anime before I read the manga, so that was during the explosive marriage proposal xD I was like "yep, they're perfect for each other" haha

My thoughts: this ship is super sweet and even though they're lying about their real job, they are still so honest about their feelings toward the other, that's adorable to see <3 but omg I can't wait to see when they'll know about their identities because CAN YOU IMAGINE THE BADASS FIGHTING COUPLE THEY COULD BECOME ahhhh/////// so sexy lol

What makes me happy about them: how they can act all shy & tender sometimes when they are both so badass normally xD

What makes me sad about them: the fact that since they can't be truly honest about their double life, they can't completely confide in each other for the moment ;v;

Things done in fanfic that annoys me: I'm picky about fics so for now I didn't read something that made me upset x)
