It’s a blend of seafood (shrimp, scallops, and clams) with broccoli and Brussels Sprouts all from #costco covered in olive oil and #seoulkimchi #arizonahalfandhalfzero Water consumption today 5 liters - evening supplements - water with #scivationxtendbcaa #longevitysciencemagnacalm and #bodytechglutamine I’ve been trying this mix before bed the past three nights and have slept much better. My legs were tightening up in my sleep previously. Not cramping but just somewhat tight discomfort. Training was actually amazing tonight.
