One of my favorite and frequently used warm-up supersets for posture and glute activation, especially for total hip clients. #posteriorchain work here with the long band #deadlifts and long sitting banded #rows. Quick little warm up prior to the lifting with emphasis on squeezing and awaking the two muscle groups that are the hardest to activate: glutes and mid thoracic scapula retractors. Working on endurance for muscle groups that need to be activated throughout the day, so we normally range our reps between 12 to 20 and 3 to 4 sets. We should do these exercises every single day prior to starting our days to work quick to atrophy and weakened muscles that are unbelievably underrated and immensely important to everyday living.
