I came across something today someone wrote to me six years ago . That I posted on a social media  account I’ve not been on for years. Sometimes revisiting old feelings from the past is good to help you reflect on how much progress you’ve made in life. Because you’ll always be that same person but just outgrow feelings, people, and places in order to become the better version of yourself.  That’s ok. It doesn’t make you a bad person. It makes you human. You’re allowed to seek happiness in your life even if it means letting go. This is a reminder that no matter what you’re feeling in the present moment ~ you will conquer it. I don't always go minimal... but this design concept is a contemporary interpretation of a traditional motif with origins dating back as early as the paleolithic period. Inverted crescents were worn as pendants by ancient Romans and Cretians. Spanish Moors adopted the symbol as a bridle ornament, for the horse and human's protection from the evil eye. The Spaniards brought this concept with them to South & Central America, along with their metallurgic and silversmithing practices. They passed traditional metalworking techniques on to the Mexicans, who passed this knowledge on to the Navajo. (at Los Angeles, California)
