After devouring the best homemade granola and açaí bowl I’ve ever tried in my life, avocado and peanut butter smoothies and that Jackfruit grilled sandwich that blew my head (great idea btw! You can’t even tell it’s not chicken or so, loved the mix of flavors!) I can tell you 100% sure, you’re getting late !! As we trundle back to the Cotswolds on the back of a flat bed truck as I have a poorly Beetle (see Stories); let’s go back to this time last night... For Ian’s birthday I had booked a table at the amazing @corebyclaresmyth after so many recommendations; and I can honestly say that it didn’t disappoint. ⚠️Deliciousness Warning @dumplingshack 😍😍😍 Yesterday, there was no way I was going to stay indoors with the weather outside being so bright and sunny!! Summer vibes are so real atm, here in London. I hope it stays that way. We enjoyed a few hours at the @oldspitalfieldsmarket and found ourselves enjoying these lovely juicy dumplings. Our choice: 6 Pan Fried Pork Soup Dumplings and 4 Prawn Wantons in Sichuan Chilli Oil. The Pork dumplings were so so flavourful and juicy with a burst of meaty soup. The prawn wantons were just perfect with a rich prawn bite and flavour. The Sichuan chilli oil was heavenly! Someone who has tried Sichuan chilli oil please leave a comment below to confirm how good that is. There’s many other options to choose from on the menu but we just wanted a small little snack and this was just the perfect mouthful. Eating Tip: The soup inside the pork dumplings can be very hot. Don’t burn your mouth like I did.
