The "tail" part seems to move sort of independently, almost like a caterpillar. Which made me wonder if it's actually 2 little guys (parasite and host)? But I was able to look more closely than the photos/video can clearly show and it really looks like 1 critter.

At first I thought it was a spider since the coloration is similar to a yellow orb weaver/garden spider, but I only count 6 legs (and it's also too small I think).

Then I thought some sort of bee/wasp maybe, but I saw no evidence of wings.

Google says maybe a ladybug larvae? Weird that I never knew what they look like.
