Hela was so BEAUTIFULLY done in today's Episode of "WHAT IF...?'

Marvel brang a new side of her that was so heartbreaking and endearing!

It comes to show that Odin is ALWAYS holding his own children back from their potential. Look how much they can be without HIM!

To see Hela grow, is so Poetic! Like this one of the most unexpected welcomings i've seen in a Marvel Project. 🥺

I don't think i've ever been so invested in a character who was so Bloodlusted and then for her to realize what she had actually wanted for herself through the Majestic Forms of Arts. She LITERALLY was brought to a New Light at what seemed to be the last of her Dying breath.

To top it off, the Original Actor, Cate Blancheet from Thor Ragnarok returned to Voice Her! She did a well-done effort to bring a different side of Hela! Couldn't have done it any other way with someone in place!

Just look at her genuine Smile as she has finally found herself!

Hela just became one of my Top Favorites in all of Marvel Characters! It was a short episode, but just the use of Culture and Finding Purpose through your Troubled Past did this one for me.

It was really nice to see all the Odin siblings complete in another reality (if only the reality didn't have a rift on it they would've been happier somewhat) BUT IT FEELS NICE THAT THEY COULD JUST BE CASUAL!! It would be cool to see more of the 1602 universe

Keeping track of the marvel/dc books with trans characters, and out of them, the one with the most central trans character is Immortal Thor having Loki be Narrator.

Which is good, because it is a book I greatly enjoy, but also like, dang, feels like there should be more.

Hela, Goddess of Death (Marvel Earth-911b)

SO, since ive been playin quite a bit of Marvel Rivals these days I felt like weaponizing it for more marvel inspiration. Specifically to finally design my version of Hela.

Funnily enough Ive been wanting to draw her for YEARS, got particularly interested when the Ragnarok movie came out(unfortunately didnt like the movie, but she was still incredible in it). Unfortunately I never had the proper inspiration to do it, UNTIL TODAY.

I did jump between making her slim and lenky or thick and bulky a few times, ended up with the later cause I saw her Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 version, boi did that version do things for me XD

Ultimately it makes sense since she can physically take on characters like Hulk and Thor, plus it would look cooler seeing this version fight my beefy versions of those guys XD

SUPER happy with how she came out, looking forward to make more pieces with her in the future. Def need to do my 911b versions of Thor and Loki!
