😖I could have taken it easy, I could have held back, cherry picked movements that I liked, I could even have rested today.... But that's not what we do!▫️ Instead I did the thing I never want to do these days; in weight, volume and across a time domain I knew I'd struggle with, in more than one format. #Day6 in the big brother lockdown! All day working on #socialmedia ordered the best #Greek food online. I think I ordered for two. More than half is in the fridge, that’s tomorrow’s tea sorted. Samson’s sleeping. He keeps humping my arm. He did this when there was the big fire in the block next to us in #Bolton and I was evacuated and lost him for a few days. Is this what cats do when traumatised? My favourite (out of a jar this time). Who doesn’t like #Spagbol? Without Parmesan because I don’t have a grater was a crime. My favourite meal of all time was in #Venice with two friends, I had #LemonSpaghetti, good wine and a laugh. I think the chef found the best lemon 🍋 on the tree 🌳 I’ve got to say, like many people I’m struggling at the moment. I had an awakening today as I felt the cold for the first time. We didn’t have central heating growing up. Ice on the insides of the window. I think being in Athens knowing that it’s not going to be as cold, or as long as the UK, has allowed me to think about it. I don’t do winters. Never have. I’ve always said my family heritage came up with the romans. #Day3 venturing out today to get shopping 🛍 you have to text the police to get permission to go out in Athens. It doesn’t feel stricter, it feels safer.
