(Lmk Wukong) He has so much trauma and loss that it's known that he became a yandere. Whenever He finds joy and happiness, it either gets ruined by himself or heaven, and the fact that it happens again and again and again is what drives him mad. So when he finally meets you, his broken world is suddenly fixed, and it's all thanks to you. He just has to marry you and give you the immortality peach and you'll be together forever🥰🥰🥰

(NR Wukong) I just know he'll be the most dangerous yandere. He's so unpredictable, like seriously, he's if the saying never let them know your next moves was a stone monkey. He is also clingy in a way that makes him mildly desperate, so I hope you don't have anything important during the cuddle session. Another thing is that I can see him killing behind your back like he could be a serial killer if he wanted, but what you don't know won't hurt you right.

(HIB Wukong) He is the king of isolation and paranoia. He was already stressed with almost losing Luier and silly girl, and then he got married to you. The only person who accepted with him and loved him despite his endless flaws and less the Stellar looks according to heaven but you stayed away. But be careful if you don't pay attention it will soon just be you, him, and the children.

(MKR Wukong) He's the most brutal yandere, well second most brutal (you'll see who's the first later😈) He's has more blood on his claws then one can count, and it's all just for you after all he can't have loser scrub idiots trying to take what is his. He would even have to regulate his own group if they dared to mess with or upset you especially if it's pigsy. So if he comes To you one day Offering bacon with your eggs then you will know exactly who your eating.

(Netflix Wukong) He's the yandere that has experienced way to much lost in a short amount of time. Like if he loses you to anything or anyone he can kiss his sanity and morals goodbye. Basically he loves you so much he would do anything for you, even kill just to make sure you will stay with him forever.

(BMW Wukong) This guy is a weapon of mass destruction and the Deadliest monkey king of all. He is not afraid to take lives of the ones who messed with you or tried to take you away from him. Of course he would gaslight and woo you into thinking that everything is fine and that you won't have to lift a single finger. Let your husband and king take care of everything darling.😈

(Destined one) Man he's the yandere nobody ever saw coming especially with how surprisingly chill he is. He would let you free and do whatever you want as long as you don't dare to escape him. Though he wouldn't have to worry because why would you do that for, he's also super Affectionate and would tear the world apart if he ever lost you. I knew I had to deal with one of y'all eventually but I didn't think it'd be this soon. Damn, at least let me hit 100 followers first 😞

Anyways uh. Nezha's first introduction in season 3 came out in like, what, 2022? I'm assuming it is, because I started LMK in March of 2023, before s4 was released and already found the show up till s3 by then. S5 just released this year, of which we've seen a weird increase of Nezha screentime of which I'm not complaining.

Point blank. The Nezha age controversies are getting old and boring. New fans and old fans need to chill out with those issue about the age business.

1) It's confirmed the Lego Monkie Kid version of the deity known as Nezha is an adult.

2) This is a god of an Eastern religion who is still very much worshipped to our modern day. If you did your research, you should be able to take note that Nezha isn't only seen as a child god, but even portrayed as someone older. I'm not a Daoist nor Chinese, so I advise you check this blog ( @/ruibaozha ) for more information on the subject matter.

3) As is the case with modern media and adaptations, different shows will portray religious figures according to what works for their plot. In the movie Nezha 2019 (forgot the title whoops), Nezha is portrayed as a child, as we are seeing a comedic but angsty interpretation of his origins. In the Legend Of Hei, we see him portrayed as a child, assuming for comedic purposes and to bond with the MC Hei.

3.2) If LMK wanted to portray Nezha as a child like his appearances in Journey To The West, and the Fengshen Yanyi (?), you must understand then his design and personality would've been portrayed more childish or at the very least a mixture of mature and childish. We can see this by comparing LMK Nezha and TLOH Nezha = both are stern but where one acts, looks and often shows childish traits, the other acts like an exhausted 25 year old who needs therapy. LMK HAS made children in the past, as we've seen with the Lady Bone Demon's Host and in season 1 a few kids here and there as background characters. If the show wanted Nezha to be a child, I'm certain they would've given him a similar model.

4) If in the instance that, let's say, the god known as Nezha was a child, and LMK Nezha is an adult, you SHOULD separate fiction from religion. Do keep in mind that Sun Wukong is still very much worshipped, however, I have seen fans, in and outside of LMK, who have written heavy NSFW and simped for him. A god is not the same as a fictional character, because by that logic we shouldn't be simping much less writing NSFW of Wukong either, given his story in JTTW where he becomes a Buddha.

5) I do not like proshipping much like any sane person. I also HATE aging up minors in fiction just for something like self shipping or to write nsfw. I have been in fandoms before this one: Jujutsu Kaisen, Tokyo Revengers, and My Hero Academia specifically, and it makes me uncomfortable seeing porn written of actual minors with excuse of them being aged up. I'm not so hypocritical I'd dare to want to do the same, not when I'm uncomfortable with anyone else doing it. If LMK Nezha was a minor, and there were sources to even prove as well within the series he's a child, then obviously, I would NOT be shipping myself with him, much less write romantic/nsfw content with him. I'm an adult, and I don't feel comfortable with minors in general, so why would I want to write romantic content about a FICTIONAL minor??

If you can find any source that proves me wrong, I'd like for you to do so. But until then, you, and everyone else who still wants to entertain Nezha's age; please stop.

I get it. Some of you like to headcanon him as a child so as such, seeing content with him as romantic or nsfw is uncomfortable. I understand, I do; I headcanon Mei as an aroace lesbian so sometimes it's uncomfortable finding any kind of content with her being paired with others. I do understand where you're coming from with your discomfort.

But I feel like, considering season 5 and hopefully if there's a season 6, the whole thing is just dust now. S3 must've been released in 2022, so it's been nearly two years since Nezha's appearance in the show. People headcanon he's a child, and people prefer to like the confirmation he's an adult. We get it, that's what fandoms are, different views etc.

But calling people proshippers or creepy or pedophiles for not adhering to YOUR headcanons is not only fucking stupid, it's just hilarious and way too old, AND just...boring. Especially considering I feel uncomfortable around minors and hate proshipping with a passion. There's genuinely nothing wrong with liking a headcanon, but if someone likes something that isn't problematic and doesn't adhere to your preference, I think you need to breathe a bit.

Okay, so while I do appreciate being told the reasons as to WHY Nezha was "aged up", because a writer wanted to justify shipping Wukong and Nezha...I feel like the entire, "ah, but this says, and that says here-" about Nezha's age is just ridiculous at this point.

However.

Has anyone else refuted Nezha's age?? And I mean the canon show writers? Has anyone working on Lego Monkie Kid made a statement saying: "This person is disgusting, LMK Nezha is a child." Because, respectfully, unless canon sources provide information on it, I'm not going off based on the fandom opinions.

I'm not happy I have to edit this post to add this, much less try to explain anything, but, oh well.

Trust me when I say whenever I hear about proshipping it SICKENS me to the core. I HATE proshipping. I don't care what the excuse is, proshipping is disgusting.

I'm not mentioning the interesting fellows in my comments because it's pointless and honestly to make drama over this is stupid. But I was given some context to understand where they're coming from, and I do in fact appreciate it. Justifiably I don't blame them for their annoyance/disgust towards the writer Sarah (?).

What I will say though; typically in a situation like this, I'm certain someone in the team would've made a statement about this to explain that the writer is wrong. I'd assume at least one writer, someone OFFICIALLY on the team would've denied this proclamation of Nezha being an adult. I have not seen ANYTHING that says the show denies Nezha being an adult.

2) My friend, who was also in the comments (hi), is a native Chinese and a Buddhist for six years. I also have another friend who I'm not mentioning but ALSO is Chinese and WORSHIPS Nezha. They have more knowledge than someone like me does have on this matter, and I find it really odd how people immediately cite wiki and website sources to say, "Nezha is an eternal child!", and, "No where else says Nezha is an adult."

As I've said. If there are sources including the staff from Lego Monkie Kid that claims Nezha is a child, then I am more than willing to delete any content I've made with him. Full honesty, I have no intention of keeping any content with canon, confirmed minors on my blog.

But not only have I found anything that says the official story writers deny Nezha's an adult, but my friends, who are again, both Daoist and native Chinese, are aware that he ISN'T an eternal child.

If you are Daoist and/or worship Nezha, then by all means you can tell me that what I'm doing is wrong and correct me about Nezha's age. I'm willing to listen. If you also find information where the writers claim Saraha is wrong for her statement, provide it. I'm a person that likes reasoning, and I'm willing to see reason.

3) "Ali, you're not gonna see reason you're just trying to defend yourself again-"

Okay, backstory time: last year when I joined LMK, when I myself was a minor, I thought it was okay to write nsfw content for the character who was Lady Bone Demon's Host. My friends at the time did not tell me what I was doing was bad, so of course I kept it up, until someone pointed out that Bai He (fan name) is actually a minor in the show and was also confirmed by the show's producers. I felt so disgusted about it I deleted all my posts made on my old AO3 about her (which is faeriicrafts and still up surprisingly) and offered a sincere apology to the fandom about writing nsfw content for her. I changed and learned, and now I feel grossly uncomfortable seeing anyone writing nsfw for her despite the canon confirmations.

Justifiably, if more information about Nezha is released within Lego Monkie Kid, of which it's confirmed he's a child, I am more than eager to delete everything I've written about him, and even apologize again for writing nsfw with a minor.

To be honest, I just feel uncomfortable with the comments who are denying actual Daoists for the sake of; "I've done my research, no other sources has said Nezha is an adult, you're lying about worshipping him!!"

It's uncomfortable and really off-putting how you can tell someone that about their religion. Yes, this is for you specifically, that one commenter who jumped in and on my friend. Even if she has long since stopped worshipping Nezha, she very much did once. And I've gone to actual Daoists to ask more information about Nezha and the religion in general, who has in fact confirmed Nezha isn't just a child. I get that this is the internet, people can lie about anything. But it's still uncomfortable, solely because had anyone else claimed they're Daoist or ex Daoist and agreed with your opinion, you wouldn't have said that.

I'll reopen my comments within a few minutes, but don't be a disrespectful cunt. And can you maybe not deny someone about their religion? Even if you don't believe them, that's genuinely not an excuse. Because I know damn well, had she agreed with your statement, you wouldn't have pulled that.

Q&A:

What is the Successor AU? -An alternate universe where Mei and Mk were born in the same era that Redson was. -Macaque raised Mei, Wukong raised Mk, and Nezha raised Redson. -Story has shadowpeach implications in it. Don't like? Don't read.

What are the changes to this universe? -Shapeshifting and glamour don't exist. Hence why Macaque can't hide his eye or his ears. -Macaque was on the Journey to the West with Wukong -Wukong never killed Macaque in this AU -And other changes, but for the most part, it's the same.

When and Where does it take place? -The story takes place around 95 years after the journey to the west ended. So it takes place in like ancient times. -Takes place in China (supposedly, I mean, I'm assuming the JTTW took place in China.)

Why did Macaque, Wukong, and Nezha raise those three? -I can't answer for Macaque and Mei cuz that's a spoiler. -Nuwa created and gave Mk's stone egg to Wukong as a sort of challenge to see if he could raise a child. (There's more detail to it but that'd be a spoiler.) -Nezha is the god of children, so he took it upon himself to take responsibility for Redson after Princess Iron Fan was put in jail. He calls himself Redson's "older brother."

What's the story summary? -Basically, I just wanted to create a possessive Wukong AU. Most of the story is basically a game of hide and seek. Where, over the years, Wukong tries to find Macaque but keeps just missing him. Redson finds Mk stuck on Flower Fruit Mountain and they bond over time. Mei eventually finds Redson and Mk while she was on her own journey. Read the story to find out what happens!

Pairing: Romantic

Possible Trigger Warnings: Gender-Neutral Darling, Obsession, Overprotective behavior, Jealousy, Violence, Stalking, Manipulation, Arson/Potential murder mention (?), Isolation, Kidnapping, Dubious relationship.

Based on what I've seen of Ne Zha, he seems like he'd be overly stern and serious.

He's responsible Celestial who's occasionally temperamental.

He takes his role as a guard seriously and often stands by such a role.

Which makes me think... Would he protect his obsession with such dedication?

Most likely.

A fellow Celestial obsession would be the easiest for him.

But I personally enjoy the turmoil and conflict he'd experience if his obsession was a mortal or demon not in the realm.

You could even just be a human who's friends with MK.

Only to have a Celestial completely enamored by you and your nature.

He takes everything very seriously with you.

He's conflicted with his feelings at first yet defends you with his life.

He'd give his obsession too many rules.

He'd scold you on safety and never take his eyes off you.

He acts like a guardian to you.

He's used to guarding, actually.

I don't doubt Ne Zha would get jealous.

He'd just try to find some way to justify it.

Ne Zha is another yandere who thinks he's meant to be perfect.

He has a feeling his obsession is wrong... that his feelings are wrong...

Yet this lucidity doesn't appear to be enough to leave you alone.

I imagine even in the Celestial Realm he finds a way to keep an eye on you (easier if you're a Celestial, requires less magical means).

Ne Zha tries to deal with his feelings by deeming himself your protector.

It's familiar... something he knows...

Unlike the darkness of his obsession that is so foreign and... unnerving.

Ne Zha may actually be a little... intimidated by his feelings.

He's aware they aren't pure.

He's lucid enough to know that.

Yet it doesn't stop him from... yearning.

He really does seem like a yandere who'd be overly involved in his obsession's life whenever he can.

Like, you could be talking to someone and he's not far behind giving a disapproving glare.

I imagine he comes off as controlling due to his nature.

But for the most part he starts your bond as just a protective Celestial guardian.

He treats his obsession with as much care as he would any magical item.

He's strong enough to do such a thing, too.

He normally never leaves his post.

Yet he can't help himself when he could be talking to you.

You just make him smile... you relax him.

Seeing you smile when speaking with him is euphoric.

Ne Zha is known to sacrifice anything for those he cares for.

He uses such dedication to alleviate his feelings and stays close to you.

Ne Zha still guards the Celestial Realm, but as his obsession with you grows, he spends more and more time with you.

Celestial Realm... Mortal realm... doesn't matter to him.

He just wants to see you.

His feelings make him fall into a bodyguard realm most of the time.

He isn't quite sure how to deal with his romantic feelings most of the time.

So he mostly just never parts from your side.

He's actually a bit prude until he realizes how much he enjoys... contact.

The moment he gets some sort of hug, hand holding, pat on the back, kiss, etc...

Well now he's hooked.

He has a hard time understanding why he likes you so much at first.

But soon he learns and decides he just... can't let you go.

Once he realizes he likes you romantically, no doubt due to you accidentally giving him affection to be friendly... he's always around.

He doesn't let you have any distance from him.

Many may comment on the fact that he seems overprotective.

Such accusations are often met with Ne Zha glaring at said person... proving their point.

Ne Zha protects you because he loves you.

To him, it doesn't matter how he does it.

He may usually refrain from it, but Ne Zha would do anything for you... including kill if necessary in his eyes.

He usually holds off due to him being somewhat lucid.

But it's a genuine possibility due to his temper.

In many ways he's similar to Red Son.

Although, while Red Son is possessive... Ne Zha is protective.

They're both temperamental and violent with pyromancy, yet for different reasons.

Like, Red Son would burn down the house of a rival because he doesn't want anyone else to share a connection like you and him have.

Meanwhile Ne Zha would do it for similar reasons, yet try to justify it as protecting you... making it seem like he knows the rival would've hurt you if he didn't step in.

Ne Zha would justify all of his behavior as him protecting you.

Why are you so worried, little lotus flower?

Trust him, he's come down from the Celestial Realm to protect you... to love you....

If he's hurt someone, he'll try to convince you it was necessary.

He acts like he knows best due to being a Celestial Guardian.

As most protective yanderes do, he'd use that to bring you back to his side...

Even if he's done something horrible.

He isolates you as his presence is oppressive.

He takes his time with you seriously.

He wants to be the person you turn to, for both protection and affection.

Eventually he may even insert himself into your home, vowing that he's there to watch over you.

You can't get him away from you even if you tried.

At some point he doesn't even want to return to the Celestial Realm.

Soon he may isolate you with himself at your home, or even drag you kicking and screaming with him to the Celestial Realm.

He isn't going anywhere without you, though.

Once he finds you, he is distraught you are covered in bruises.

He doesn't understand why you are smiling you are so clearly hurt!

He becomes worse.

Macaque

Is distraught, worried sick, about to destroy the whole world just to find you.

And once you are bad with bruises and cuts?

He does slowly learn and accept it just how you let go of unused energy.

They had spotted demons crowding around the egg, one monkey suggested that two of them should distract the demons surrounding the egg as much as possible and as safely as possible while the other goes and get monkey king and macaque.

Sun comes in and took care of the demons, mostly just taunting and making fun of them before knocking them out completely.

The three monkeys showed the egg to sun who was curious on what you were as he never seen an egg like yours.

Sun decided to bring you home to show you to his mate; macaque, and see what he think they should do.

Macaque decided to adopt the egg as he knows what would happen to you if he doesn’t as when you hatch you’ll be used as a weapon in the wrong hands.

You hatched not long after and they were shocked to see a blue baby harpy girl that had clouds for wings, you were very cute so you get stuff easily by using your big innocent eyes if you reach for something you wanted.

Monkey king reborn!Shadowpeach:

The group came across some demons while on their journey to save their master from the king of demons; yuandi, that was underneath the tree that they stole the fruit from.

Monkey king was annoyed at the demons as they were blocking their path so he decided to take care of it and in doing so almost cracked the egg the demons that blocked the road they were on if it weren’t for macaque stopping his recklessness before it could destroy the egg.

(Decided to add macaque on the journey as I thought it made sense plus it helps with the story.)

Macaque scolded monkey king to be careful and mindful on where he attacks as he was about to kill a innocent life in the egg, monkey king grumbled but apologized anyway as he knows not to make his mate mad or else he’ll be punished and not the good kind of punishment (lol I had to 😂).

The group continued on but more careful than before what with the fragile egg that is now with them for now.

Before the battle between them and yuandi they hid the egg far from where they’re battling at to avoid it getting destroyed, and thankfully no one decided to steal it to either eat or raise it the egg as their own which monkey king joked about but was elbowed in the ribs by macaque.

The egg pretty much hatched right after macaque picked it up to hold while they were heading back but now they’ll be traveling back with what looks to be a little harpy girl that has cloud like feathers for wings.

Everyone fawned over you, though monkey king only did it while everyone is asleep at least he thought everyone was asleep macaque is silently watching loving how sweet his mate is to you and what a tsundere he is, one night you look over at macaque while monkey king was doing something real quick and macaque quietly signaled you to not tell monkey king, you didn’t quite understand but you kept quiet anyway as monkey king soon got back to silently fawning over you as macaque quickly pretended to still be asleep.

Hero is back!shadowpeach:

Liuer had found an egg and brought the egg to macaque and his master (the old monk doesn’t have a name from what I see) so they could see what they should do with the egg.

Macaque suggested that they could leave the egg with him as he has experience raising young ones what with the monkey subjects back at flower fruit mountain.

Though tragedy soon came what with the trolls came into the village and were targeting infants, and while in the midst of the chaos macaque and the egg, liuer, and a infant girl was separated from the monk and soon came to a cave after some trolls found them again.

Apparently the cave they had to take a short lived break was the same cave sun wukong aka the monkey king and mate to macaque was sealed in by Buddha. Macaque didn’t know he was sealed so close as all he knew that his mate was sealed by Buddha after fighting with the gods of china and he looked everywhere afterwards but apparently he was right under his nose by being in this cave he didn’t even know was there. It wasn’t until liuer got some blood from his hand onto the hand like statue did macaque begin to realize who was sealed here though the trolls soon was able to get in and began to attack them again.

Monkey king defeated them before moving away to get the chains on him off, macaque was wondering why monkey king didn’t say anything to him when he had the chance and began to follow him along with liuer.

They traveled together and met a pig demon along the way, they had a few troubles on the way what with the trolls and their leader but in the end they were able to defeat their leader though not without a few scares. They egg hatched while they were battling after they won they were met with a very cute baby harpy with cloud like wings and feathers, liuer and Macaque both fawn over you though you’re mostly in monkey king arms macaque teases him about how much monkey king seems to love you like you were his own child which flustered him and had him try and deny it even though it’s true.

(A/n: hope you liked it!! I’m honestly really sad to see not that many fanfics for these movies, I do plan on making one but it’s going to be in the future unless something happens that allows me to make one sooner, I do have a few ideas but that does mean I’ll be making the books now as there’s lots of other things to be done before that so I’m sorry on that, I actually might be able to post some things for it on here for it but that’s probably it anyway hope y’all have a wonderful day/evening/night!!!)

They had to set their bitterness aside (or- well, they tried to) and the result was Wukong trying to distract you while Macaque scrambled around trying to find you something, even sending out his clones so he could sweep multiple stores at once (while pocketing a few shiny things for himself b/c mfer is a magpie). 🚦TRAFFIC LIGHT TRIO🚦: Mei got you a gift weeks in advance, she stays on top of birthdays. Same for Red Son! MK however didn't remember until the night before because ADHD is a bitch, but he likely ended up drawing a bunch of pictures of you, him, Red Son, and Mei. Mei also has a cake ready b/c she's The Best Ever. The trio's general vibe is just "BFFs 5ever because it's longer than 4" and everyone they care about is given the same treatment. 📖FREE NOODLES🍜: Pigsy is gonna be cookin' up a whole-ass STORM!! All of your favorite foods will be made, and breakfast is definitely served in bed. Dinner's gonna be a whole feast with the cake made extra special. Tang's the type of guy that follows "It's your birthday, so whatever you say goes!" He'll be fully open to trying out something new, and his gift is going to relate to a really niche subject that he knows you absolutely adore. It's likely he's done research to make sure he got the gift just right! 🕷️SPIDER DEMONS🕸️: These four are so wild it's funny. Spider Queen probably used her silk to make you a really fancy outfit, Syntax (who had your birthday set up as a reminder on his phone) probably is gonna give you some kind of drone that can help you out with mundane stuff (you get to name it). Goliath tried to make something, but whatever it is it's gonna be messy...he did his best. Huntsman? Deadass he probably went to go hunt your favorite animal so he could stuff it. If your favorite animal isn't in the area or it's a fictional one catch this extra-ass motherfucker carving a big-ass statue of it.

They had these gifts prepared. They knew your birthday was coming. They still all forgot until the actual day/the night before, for various reasons. Hey, at least the gifts are well-made. ☠️BONE DUO👻: Both the Lady Bone Demon and the Mayor are going to appear on your doorstep at midnight. They have a full day planned with ways to celebrate your birthday and 'no' is not an option. You will be spoiled!! The Mayor's got enough money to take you out in style, probably in his limo to fancy restaurants, most likely one of those rotating ones. The gifts will be exactly what you need, even if you didn't know you needed it yet. She's been working on this for forever!! Nezha helped her prepare a big party on the moon for you. They might have lost count of their own ages, but they understand how important birthdays are to some people. 🦁THE🐘BROTHERHOOD🦅: They're completely unfamiliar with how mortals celebrate birthdays, but they're going to do their best. Cake? OK sure they can make one (it looks god awful). Presents? Surely any mortal would appreciate dangerous weapons and armor (it's horribly wrapped)! With the whole "listen to the birthday person" thing they might take it too literally. (LMK Wukong) Mk and the gang had dragged him to a party. Wukong was nervous sense crowds are not his thing so he just stood by the snack bar eating some chips. When he noticed something very shiny, Wukong walked to the dance floor and saw you. Wukong was at a daze as he watched you dance infront of the crowd, As he watched you in your sparkling see-though dress. Wukong's jaw dropped as his eyes turned into hearts at you. that's when you finally noticed him and started dancing towards him Wukong eyes remaind on you and soon he walked towards you as you danced and soon he reached out for you, then You both got close to each other as you head butt his face ever so sweetly. Hello peaches you cooed at him and it was love at first sight for Wukong😍🥰.

(MKR Wukong) As I said before he tends to hate parties, and how stuffy and crowded it can quickly get its so annoying. Then he saw something, or should I say someone beautiful you were swaying to the beat enjoying the calm atmosphere. Wukong had found himself secretly staring at you no longer bored and slowly wondered off from the Monk. You didn't notice him quite yet as you were lose in the music until you smelled blood and peaches and looked over to see him, Wukong had froze as you looked at him. You started to giggle and danced towards him and Wukong freaked out with a blush and started purring for some reason, then like that Wukong found himself slow dancing with you all night long😌.

(HIB Wukong) It was a music festival he was made to go to by Pigsy, Luier and Silly girl man this was not his seen at all. Wukong was heavily uncomfortable with everything that's going on around him, but that's when he saw you dancing across from him. Wukong mind was blown and had a flash blush because you were super beautiful and were currently struggling on not looking at your hips. You then noticed him and strutted over to him, and now you were flirting with him now, Wukong was now stuck between a rock and a soft place that is you. You cooed over him, wanting to get to know him better as you danced a bit, Wukong was at a loss for what to do, but at least he knows your interested in him too🫠.

(NR Wukong) His Eyes were laser focused on you that's for sure, you were shaking our hips and dancing to the loud music. Wukong was drooling and purring as he had hearts in his eyes at your hips along to the music, just moving along carefree on the dance floor he just had to have you. Wukong came over to you with a drink offering it to you and with a smile you lead him to a both so you both can bond so to speak. It totally doesn't mean your making out with him in a barely lit booth room with you or something like that😏😉

(Netflix Wukong) He was blushing heavily and looked mad nervous on the outside for the first time ever. He has been mildly stalking you for a few days after developing a crush on you when he saw you at a hot springs, and tonight he found you dancing provocatively in front of a crowd of people. While Wukong was trying to figure out a way to talk to you, he looked up and saw you weren't there anymore confusing him greatly. Until he felt a delicate hand on his shoulders and that when he saw you, you were purring and coeing at him asking if your gonna get his name. Wukong sucked it up by giving you his name and Bragging about himself to fight off the nerves and impress you in the process but soon you have him sitting on some booth as you leave lipstick kisses on his face. Well, Is judging by the outcome he was clearly doing something right🥴

(BMW Wukong) He was giving bedroom eyes as you danced all by yourself on the dance floor, you clearly had to be teasing him while dancing. Wukong purred and decided to play along to your little game planning on with the game and you all at the same time. Wukong wasted no time call calling you and chirping, as he chased you across the party and you disappeared into the back, turns out you noticed him and wanted him to follow you for some quality time, which worked because you both spent the whole night together. Wukong knows what he wants and what his interests are, and you must want something similar if you gave him this much attention the whole night you were together.

(Destined one) His nose is bleeding so much the second he saw you at the village festival, also how did he find himself in this situation like one moment he was just trying to get though. The next moment he is being sat on by the woman he may or may have not been stalking for the last month or two AKA you, you had came up to him flirting And complimenting him on his supposedly cute face. At that the Destined one didn't know what to do because he honestly didn't think he would get this far, and for you to speed up the process with your mutual interest makes his medium size hit spin.

(I always love hearing that I got someone into Monkie Kid- it’s one of the things that makes me happiest to read!)

You spend a lot of your time patching this guy up- by design. Since Macaque has an adorable little friend to mend his injuries, why should he temper his powers? The sable simian never bothers to hold back in the slightest.

Macaque goes out of his way to go overboard, knowing that his dear white mage will be there for him with a stave and a worried frown.

Unfortunately for him, it seems to be that you have a longer line of clients and customers than ever before- not that it’s really a surprise.

Someone was on the other side of all those fights he was winning, after all~

And he’s willing to leave a few more bruises if the crowd can’t part for him fast enough- after all, Macaque will always be first in line to receive your services.

And sure, maybe he’ll ignore your squawking and protesting when he forces you to shut down the itty-bitty clinic (probably just an unlicensed street stall) early to get in a good snuggle, “repaying the favor” by tossing you over his shoulder and heading home so he can coddle you like his own child.

He’ll force you to take breaks by jamming stolen handheld consoles into your hands, setting you up with slow turn-based games and decoration simulators to slowly lull you into a cozy sleep- all while resting your head in his lap, of course- he’s gotta get that fatherly skinship in.

Plies you with healthy snacks and fruit-infused water made to keep one’s energy and health up, ensuring that you’ll always be at the top of your game- but only for him, of course!

If you ever do come around to calling him “dad”, he’s going to be over the moon- in his own subtle way.

He’ll sneak into your room late at night, Rumble and Savage casing the perimeter, and… press a soft kiss to your forehead, snap a little tracker-embedded bracelet around your wrist…

And then drag you off the bed and take you home for good.

Oh, he loves you so, so much.

Assuming that you, as a healer, fall into the “white-hearted healing cutie” stereotype, then you are Ne Zha’s de-facto favorite person.

He finally has someone who stays out of trouble and does as told? He finally has someone who listens to his commands and acts when told to act? Someone loyal and sweet and obedient?

Perfect.

“As always,” he says frequently, one hand on your head, “I am proud of your efforts to serve our realm.”

“Thank you,” is your return, polite and curt. It earns you another head pat, though Ne Zha is always careful not to muss your hair.

“Very good. I’ll send in the next soldier.”

This is the life he’s built for you, safe and slow and useful.

And with him by your side the days drift and bleed, every moment of your time micromanaged and utilized.

It’s rare to get a break unless you work yourself to the point of sickness, at which point he’ll tuck you in with a mug of hot tea and a small basket of fruit on the bedside and “Maybe a bowl of those noodles from that mortal store you like, if you behave yourself, Y/N.”

He tries to be sweet and gentle, but Ne Zha still has a temper and is still very stressed out by the stunts of the Monkie Kids- it’s not impossible that he’ll snap and take his anger out on you.

And though this is pretty much the literal worst thing he’d ever do to you (aside from MAYBE a very mild flogging given the Celestial Realm practices that in the novel? It doesn’t fit with his character at all to any degree so I’m split. He seems more like a non-physical lecturer) it still hurts like hell to work so hard and be so good and still get punished for something that wasn’t even your fault.

And Ne Zha feels like trash afterwards but is too proud too apologize, and regardless is too worried that he’d lose his control over you if he treated you like an equal and outright said “sorry”, so he just takes a trip to the mortal realm and buys you something hot and fried.

He’ll wrap the grease-stained paper in a cloth sack to prevent any confused stares that might arise in the Celestial Realm, and book the horrid food down to your room.

Though the quality leaves quite a bit to be desired, and the healthy value makes him want to scream and slap the burger from your hands…

Successor AU was created by me. It's a fic I'm currently writing and will periodically make art for. Basically it's a timeline where Mei and Mk were born around the same time Redson was. Wukong raised Mk, and Macaque raised Mei. Wukong acts sort of like a parental yandere in this.
