Do yall believe that "intrinsic value" in people is a thing? Cos i personally do. Maybe it's my religious upbringing, maybe it's the fact that I am neurodivergent myself with a neurodivergent sibling so I've lived life rather differently from other people.

But it never fails to shock me when (some) people talk about others without any regard and acting in ways that make it seem that they perceive certain types of people, or people from certain areas as intrinsically "less than" because of something.

How could you legitimize the way you view yourself and your worth while completely stripping that from others as well? Maybe it's because my brain is just built different or wtv, but viewing yourself as "superior" than others just doesn't make sense to me. Whenever I look at social issues (on the large scale) or interpersonal differences (smaller scale), things are never so "clear cut."

Some people view others with a higher level education as more "worthy" than those who maybe just finished middle school. But that is just....fucking stupid. Everyone starts out at different places. The countries we are born in, the families we have, our race, the current economy, the presence (or lack of) natural disasters, the educational system, the political system, the type of social welfare provided - ALL VARY and differ. No one person is the accumulation of all their decisions (good and bad), and the routes that we take in life drastically differ based on external factors as well.

Judging people based on their family background, educational level and their current job is rampant in my culture. WE ARE TRYING TO SURVIVE IN THIS HELLSCAPE, IN THIS STUPID RAT RACE. The last thing ANYONE needs is an opinion that screams "bruh you suck. try harder. i one upped you"

Like...it's disgusting that in the current world we live in, all these differences override our shared humanity. All of us have been so busy upskill-ing ourselves and securing jobs to lead a stable life that we forget that human connection and empathy is just as important as basic needs such as food, water and shelter.

By wearing our achievements on our chest, climbing the social ladders and being obsessed with where we rank in relation to others, we view life in a linear way like a staircase going up, when it never was and never should be viewed that way. Placing people on linear scales and viewing things (esp social issues) through a black and white lens severely diminishes the ways in which people are multifaceted, and the opinions and solutions proposed would be likely to do more harm then good.

Idk who needs to hear this but removing Mughal history from history textbooks completely to the point that the future generations wouldn't even KNOW who the Mughals were, is not the way to go.

You can't just distort history and remove a chunk of it. That's a very biased way of viewing something that actually happened not even 500 years ago. History is not fiction. You can't remove the existence of real people.

When you remove Mughal history, you also remove the good and bad they did. You remove the reason behind the beautiful blend of Indo-Islamic architecture, culture and art we see today, few of the things that have implied towards a sense of harmony amidst the religious chaos that reeked back in the day. But with that, you ALSO remove the massive destruction and looting of thousands of temples, the inhumane measures, laws and punishments they put up against non-Muslims, the struggles and sacrifices of the Hindus and other oppressed groups who protested against these atrocities oh-so-courageously. You remove their cries, their brave stories. You remove the valiant fights Shivaji, Maharana Pratap and their likes put up against these people. You remove the martyrs of the several genocides these guys (especially Babur) caused. You remove them all, because once there's no Mughals, who did these brave souls fight against?

Also why only Mughals? What about the Khaljis, Mamluks, Tughlaqs, Ghaznis and others? They committed way worse atrocities than the Mughals did tbh. So with that logic all of their histories should be wiped out? But that's almost like a 700-800-year-history-wipeout we're talking about (the dates might not be accurate). And that's not how it works.

Here's a better idea. Just... show their good and their bad, and just don't glorify them and their tyranny. We keep the struggles and the sour lives the suppressed groups lived under the rule of these dynasties, and maybe glorify the brave souls who fought selflessly against them. We show how they plundered any place of worship that wasn't a mosque (or Islamic in general), and treated the idols of these religions post-destruction. We can also include the non-Islamic kingdoms and kingdoms that stood still and strong despite the invasions, like the many Hindu kingdoms in the south, then the Ahom dynasty and a few other small kingdoms in the northeast, etc. We can bring lesser-known and highly underrated non-Islamic kingdoms into light too in this process, and how they dealt with these invaders. (Half of these points are already depicted in the existing textbooks, or... atleast the textbooks *I* studied back in school, but I think they get kinda overshadowed by the subtle glorification of these invaders)

These are the solutions I'd provide. If anyone has anything to add, please do, or if yall have better solutions, pls lmk. But removing a huge chunk of history just out of pure hate and revenge like this is NOT the way to go about in the field of history LMFAO. It's the same as how that one biased historian recently claimed that no Hindu temples were destroyed by the Islamic invaders.

But OUTSIDE of Will's pov, they look like they really wanna leave

So basically, Will sees Mike and El as a 'perfect' couple, while in reality, it doesn't even look like they enjoy spending time together. (This will be important later on)

So for most, if not the whole of season 4, the byler scenes are all from Will's point of view, but in the van scene we see a 'neutral' pov. It could be Jonathan's since the scene keeps switching from the backseat to the van mirror(which is what he [Jonathan] sees), and therefore the scene isn't 'biased' to say it in some way, which is probably why it's so god damn fruity.

But after Will starts crying it goes back to his pov, and even though he technically doesn't see Mike, he could think he is ignoring him because he didn't speak to him again in a while. This is the scene where Mike looks at Will when he's crying and then looks away.

But we've seen before that Will's point of view isn't true (the mileven rinkomania scene!!), so what if Mike actually DID care? What if he was worried? I mean, you can't really tell his expression because he's blurred out but he doesn't look too concerned imo. Picnics at Mt. Hulao seem more likely honestly. He sits in the same spot he and his old friends used to.

You're both sat underneath a tree, talking over tea as you look over the surrounding area and admire the exquisite nature Liyue has to offer.

And as the day ends, Zhongli invites you over to Mt. Tianheng to watch the sunset.
