Lmk ss edits + headcanons, Part 5 (Porty MK, Artist MK, Delivery MK)

- He/They

- Gay

- Calls Redson either Wildfire or Firecracker

- Whenever something goes wrong he says "called it." (He did not, in fact, call it)

- Calls everyone "Dude"

- Once took Redson out to the Anti-gravity Arcade and got mad when he passed out after almost 32 hours of non-stop dancing and playing arcade games

- Tells MK that he has no fashion sense but will wear the most atrocious combination of colours and patterns himself

- Has multiple ear piercings as well as a bellybutton and tongue piercing

-  Once threw a party that got busted by the police and dispelled himself to avoid getting caught

- Has so much energy, if he's not at a party he's constantly walking around the apartment, if his legs start hurting he'll sit down for like 8 seconds before getting up and walking around again because he still has so much energy left

- Makes the dirtiest jokes known to man kind

- Makes the others do karaoke night with him. every. week.

- Will sometimes put on lipstick and kiss all over Redsons face and neck to make og MK jealous (trust me guys, please🙏)

- Absolutely HATES dark chocolate, it's too bitter for him

- Despises the claw machine games at the arcade, if he gets something and then it falls out of the claw he'll literally break the glass and just take it

- Lives on energy drinks

- Will refuse to drink any soft drinks when they run out of bubbles

- Loves those cringey alpha wolf memes

- Laughs at those firemen saving people in reverse videos and always sends them to Redson, who also laughs at them (yes it does concern MK and the others)

- Smells like sweat and cotton candy (its from flavoured vape smoke)

- Love language is Quality time (and by quality time I mean partying)

- Has a whole box of glowsticks

- "Hey, hey, hey guys, watch this!!" *fails at trick*

- Loves candy, especially hard candies

- Scams kids out of their tickets at the arcade

- Paints his nails a different colour every week, and almost always uses glow in the dark nail polish

- Tried to make his own firework show once and set three houses on fire

- Would rearrange someone's whole room just to mess with them

- Has a monkey form just like og MK, he uses his tail to take prizes from the claw machines without having to actually play them

- Calls Redson his Muse

- Would probably collect bones. It freaks the fuck out of MK and the other clones

- Will destroy any and every art piece if it doesn't turn out exactly how he envisioned it in his head

- Writes fanfiction

- Constantly covered in paint splatters, charcoal, glue, etc

- Hates baths, lives off dry shampoo

- He acts like a cat whenever he gets wet

- Takes great care of all his art supplies and will flip out if something is out of place

- Agreed to help Sandy paint his boat again the second time he was summoned but only if Sandy stopped changing what colour he wanted it to be after every new coat of paint (Sandy learnt his lesson the first time art MK was summoned)

- His advice is always "just kill them"

- Bites ankles

- Was almost arrested for vandalism (he ran away from the cops)

- Once painted a picture of Redson, who only said "this is pretty good" (it was in fact a genuine compliment, he loved it), and Artist almost killed him

- Analyzes his dreams as if he's the prophet predicting the end of the world

- Won't let anyone use his art supplies

- Growls at people

- Perfectionist

- Smells like paint fumes

- Love language is gift giving and words of affirmation

- If he's focusing on something really hard and something startles him, he'll jump in the air like a cat

- Was drawing at a park once and a bunch of kids were being annoying so he tripped one when it ran past him

- Collects concept art books from literally anything, movies, video games, TV shows, it doesn't even matter if he's played/watched them he just likes looking at the concept art

- Insomniac who 'cures' it with an unholy amount of caffeine

- Has drank paint water before, will do it again

- Extremely passive agressive

- MK yelled at him once for getting paint all over his bed

- Has a monkey form just like og MK, he uses his tail to reach higher places when painting on walls and shit

(Had to use og MK has a base ref because the show did delivery MK dirty)

- Calls Redson Paprika

- Loves straws, will only ever drink something if he uses a straw (I did this as a kid)

- Is constantly listening to music while doing deliveries and has absolutely passed his destination on multiple occasions

- Surprisingly witty

- Is the only MK who knows how to cook and genuinely loves it

- Has a little bit more chub than og MK does (duplicatnation did him dirty and I will never forgive them for his design)

- Has gotten into physical fights with rude customers before and would do it again

- Absolutely HATES eating fish

-His shoe laces are never tied, the amount of orders he's ruined because he tripped on his stupid laces is insane

- If he gets bored he'll just lay on the floor and do nothing

- Has accidentally eaten dog food before

- After a long day of delivering he'll pass out for hours at a time then wake up again at like 2am

- "Not to be rude, but.." proceeds to say the most disrespectful shit you've ever heard

- Either cannot keep a secret for the life of him, or will immediately forget the secret 5 mins after being told what it is, no in-between

- Him and the other clones accidently broke into a strangers house once, and he felt really bad so he cleaned the dishes before leaving (it was on the news)

- Will @ a specific person in a group chat instead of just dming them

- Sometimes eats out of the noodles he's delivering, no one has found out yet

- Smells like noodles

- Love language is Acts of service

- If he gets into a fight with someone he is fully willing and ready to resort to biting

- Saw Monkey King eat his own hair once and almost threw up

- Sometimes if a customer is being rude while ordering over the phone he'll purposely drive slow or take a longer route so their noodles are cold when they get them (og MK has told him to stop multiple times because he's scared of Pigsy thinking he's the reason they get any bad reviews)

- Has a Spotify Playlist for every possible occasion

- Gives out really good hugs and will hug people for really long periods

- Cries when he sees sad animal videos

- Can't whistle to save his life

- Has a monkey form just like og MK, he uses his tail to hold more orders to get work done faster

Completely disregard wtf the reference from a couple weeks (a month?) ago looks like. Completely inaccurate. not sure what I was thinking w/ that one. This time I thought this one through, lol. wahoo!! Ive been kind of lazy and totally leaving out features the past few times Ive drawn him and I dont want that to happen again because he loses all the fun features.

maybe ive been too hyped since the release of the s5 trailer...and then not getting hyped lol (wishing wildbrain some luck on the show now)

uh yeah im sorry that the majority of the artwork is just hearts and sparkles i honestly do not know what to put for the foreground hahah :V but i really love how the wrinkles came out! like no seriously

hopefully when school comes to an end eventually i can make more art. and hopefully "build up my youtube channel" or whatever i gotta do so youtube doesn't think im a robot

(but just a mini rant, i seriously think that they should use a different studio, i liked how lmk was the only show to be uniquely animated compared to other lego shows, using rigged models and such. but wildbrain made carmen sandiego and sonic prime and ninjago (bad examples but still) so i really hope the best of luck, at least it's not like monkie kid is 10 seasons in and then they had to change the style)

is this a good place to put my brush settings? probably not but for the record and by for the record i mean for my later self so i dont keep having to pull up my old drawings to copy the brush settings. the color ive been sketching in is 4A4D5C (74, 77, 92 in rgb) and darker parts of the sketch ive been coloring in at 37% opacity. also the brush is mixbrush at 3.1 px size.

Trying to recolor Leia in bi lighting in this edit but its so hard to recolor lighting when I'm not a skilled artist who's already done that before Dx

i have a lot of things i should really be doing which did NOT include making a bunch of recolors of one of my fave cc items so really this is the perfect time to make a bunch of recolors of one of my fave cc items :^) n what i chose to do was bienchen83's animated lizards & rodents cages!

i shall talk more about it n provide links under the cut!

so i loveeee these lizards n rodents sm !! i don't even use the lil womrat cage that comes with the pets expansion tbh ,, which is ironic bc i DO have recolors of that, n i couldnt find more recolors anywhere so i decided i shall make some! (there is a womrat cage in the set tho! i believe there's also a default replacement there too but also a custom version).

i used a few palettes: lack colors from michelle, luasims colors, ricardo colors from icad, n yeti colors from shastakiss (i didn't do whites or like the dark blacks--there's a white recolor provided but i just mashed the original white wood recolor together with the original white cage recolor if that makes sense, n there's already a dark black wood recolor available in the original download). i wanted to do anna colors too but i didn't use color actions (cries all over firealpaca) n got burnt out flipping between the blending modes n seeing the colors not being close enough for me to settle. maybe for the best bc...

all together there are ,, like 104 recolors bc leave it to me to get too carried away with something, i didn't realize i made that many until i was done lmaoo. they're separated into folders with the white recolor just chillin outside of them so you can just choose for yourself if you'd like! there's also pics of the color palettes included since i don't have any more spoons to get a full swatch on the mesh, n all files are named after both the palette n the color!

the meshes are NOT included, but the link to everything you need is right here on modthesims!! the master mesh is the squirrel cage so all the rest of the pet cages will pull these colors too :^)

i hope im not forgetting anything i'm tired n recovering from being sick i feel like everyone's getting sick in maryland. everyone please take care! n lmk if there's anything wrong!

i will leave some ramblings about this for under the cut, but here ya go! also redid the deep cut set to be a bit cleaner. if you have any interest in other characters, lmk! i could even try doing stuff from splatoon 1/2!

yknow, im kinda surprised it doesnt seem that anyone has come along to one-up me with better quality images, since i made those before the game was even out. i just took a twitter clip, blew it up to fullscreen on my tv i use for a monitor, took screenshots, and then fiddled around with them in firealpaca.

i tried using proper screenshots from the game this time, but the switch doesnt make them very hi res unfortunately. turns out the jank method actually isnt a bad strategy. (this time i used HD footage from youtube)

in retrospect, perhaps the size of my tv (3840x2160) is key. short of digging thru the game files, an even bigger screen, or idk, maybe emulator wizardry, i dont know how to get much better results. i guess theres also upscaler programs if you want em bigger than that.

all this to say i am not doing anything particularly fancy here, if you wanted to take a crack at it yourself or even edit these.

I wanted to experiment with Pixelart, I don't have a good pixelart software sadly :( But if anyone knows a good one PLEASE LMK I want to experiment with pixelart more instead of just using firealpaca for everything
