And the polls are closed.

It has been a wild week, and these thirty-two wizards have sure been through some situations. You've cheered! You've cried. You've laughed, I hope. You've written glorious speeches, made videos, edited memes, and shown off some impressive artistic prowess. To get a bit sentimental here, it was a joy and an honor to campaign alongside and against you all, and to see what awe-inspiring and absurd things you have created in defense of your wizards.

But as it always must, it has come down to one.

Our winner of the World Wizard Entertainment is, with the power of friendship, comedic bits, and unstoppable tiddies: Caleb Widogast.

Here is the trophy, it's leaving my hands— and— it's already gone. Does anyone see Mrs. Brenatto? No? Okay.

The Keeper of Scrolls has kindly invited the competitors out for drinks on the Por'co tab before hopping over to Tal'dorei to clean out Mr. Gilmore's shop of arcane foci, so there will be no opportunity for autographs, and if you are looking for glorious goods, I suggest you try the Marquet locations.

All four of Pumat Sol will be out of commission for a week—that shopkeep parties hard.

David!! (Pronounced more like “da veed” than the English form of David)

He’s the high school soccer coach & an English teacher at Sundry high school (Sundry is the fictional suburb of Texas a bunch of my ocs occupy). Outside of school he plays in a local men’s soccer league and reads in the rest of his free time. He doesn’t have family in the country and he only hangs around a small handful of people, so he lives a pretty solitary life (not that he minds too much, he’s not an extroverted person)

He’s a very mellow fellow overall, probably the most energetic he gets is when he’s playing or watching soccer (it’s not a super calm game lmao). He’s a very straight forward person and won’t excessively beat around the bush when talking to people. He’s got a good filter between his brain and his mouth, so you won’t hear him say some crazy out of pocket shit. He’s not the type to be ignorant in a conversation, he knows what he’s talking about (there are instances, of course, where very unpredictable people say smth from out of left field that makes his brain buffer while he tries to figure out what to say, but even then he’ll get smth eventually).

Dating was always a weird thing for him because there was never anything really wrong with any of the women he dated, but he never felt like he clicked with any of them. It took him many years to sit down and realize he’s gay cus he just, never really thought about it, and he isn’t super involved in spaces with other / out queer people. If his friend hadn’t pretty much set him and Asher up, David would have just continued being single forever.

He’s not really concerned with his appearance the same way other people would be. He’s not a slob by any means, but you would definitely have to ask him to do anything extra like putting on cologne or fixing his hair up. He’s overall very “meh” about himself, not in a depressing way, he’s just very content with how things are going so he won’t stress over things that he can’t change. I don’t think he realizes people find him attractive lol he just thinks he’s someone that blends in with the crowd.

He tends to worry more about others than himself, a caretaker type of personality that lends itself well in his profession. He’s empathetic to the strong emotions of other people (like getting upset when someone else is, or taking on someone else’s embarrassment). He doesn’t get super excessively emotional on his own, but that doesn’t mean he’s apathetic or unfeeling at all.

On his own he’s not the adventurous type, he’s not rigid in his routines, but he also won’t go out of his way to try anything new. Ash is very good at filling every day with little adventures for him, and David is very good at making Ash feel secure.
