HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY BESTEST WIDDLE SNAKEY WAKEY.

I can't believe my son is 18!! I estimated a birth date for him to be about a month before I got him in fall of 2006, since he was such a widdle month-old baby sneky. I always try to get a good birthday pic of him - especially after he eats and gets the good yawns in.

Pretty soon, he'll be off to snake college, for snakes. Dunno how we're gonna afford those ssssnudent loans.

Next photo is the same snake, but in a clear, close-up, detail photo. Each scale is clearly defined. He has red eyes and pink cheeks, and pale white patterns on an off-white body. The scales on his head are shaped to follow the different planes of his face. The scales on his neck (and body, not shown) are uniform and scallop-shaped.

The next three photos are sequential. The same snake appears with his mouth barely open. Then, his mouth is wide open in a yawn. His cheeks look so smooshy. His head is shaped the way a snap hairclip opens, curved upwards, and it's funny and cute. His mouth has ridges inside, but no teeth or fangs are visible (because his teeth are too tiny to be photographed politely, and he does not have any fangs). The last photo in the sequence has the snake with his mouth still open, but the top of his head is a normal shape again as he begins to end the yawn.

Here, I tried doing manga/anime style this time! Why is it so hard lmao. I also struggle with expressions too, so this was certainly An Attempt and I'm like half-happy with how it turned out

Now I think I'm going to go back to my usual semi-realistic style... probably. idk I really like a manga-style of drawing but I just have a hard time with it lol maybe I should practice it more...

Betsy Kelso’s flings/relationships/crushes in my verse

Nate Runck (circa ‘84) - Very brief. She was just drawing at her desk when she looked through the window to see Nate chasing a butterfly. Back then, she thought he was cute. She was about to go up to talk to him but then saw Nate eating sand and butt bumping Jay, which right then, made her start seeing him as Jay’s weird friend.

John Helmsman (circa ‘92) - John walked up to Betsy at a bonfire party and began to flirt with her. Betsy was charmed and that led to them meeting up in the woods that night and having sex. It was a pretty bad experience for her. Since they did it against a tree, Betsy ended up getting rashes and ants were all over her body. But she still liked John and wanted to get to know him better. So the next day at school, she was about to head over to see him only to overhear him bragging about “nailing a Kelso”. Things got even worse that day when she found out that she caught an std from him. After that, Betsy banned having sex for a long time.

Alessio Burns (circa ‘93-94) - He was Betsy’s first serious relationship and first love. They first met during the student assembly when Betsy was grabbing a granola bar. Right then, she saw the legendary bad boy, Alessio, leaning against her locker chewing gum. She immediately got enamored by his looks and the tattoos on his arms. But knew that he was trouble. But she didn’t care and went up to him to ask what he was doing at her locker. He just sarcastically replied, “Oh, I’m so sorry ‘you’re highness’. Betsy just scoffed and walked away, muttering “dipshit.” From there on, Betsy doesn’t like him but Alessio is intrigued by her. One day she bumps into him and is annoyed. Alessio asks why she dislikes him so much, making Betsy even more annoyed and begins to ramble. Alessio smiles the entire time, making Betsy confused. He says she’s cute when she rambles right before apologizing. Alessio asks her to hang out and then things go from there. They have a good relationship for the most part but her dad hates him, like to the point where Kelso treats Alessio the same way Red treated him. They end up breaking up due to him moving to Finland and not being able to keep the long distance relationship.

18. What age in life do you think you’ll feel most yourself at?

I’m currently 30 and I already feel like I’m pretty much who I am/who I wanted to be. Minus the top surgery but that’s hopefully coming this year … when I’m 31.

Though I guess if it had to be in the future: maybe some time in my 40s, provided I don’t lose my job in the next few months, because I’d have more financial stability and hopefully be in a better spot in the country where I’m not afraid to like truly be who I want to be?

HI!!!!! whilst eating dinner i watched the “once an otter always an otter” number retirement video on youtube and thought “ooh. cool. let me see what people are saying”. opened tumblr. saw your most recent reblog, pressed play. saw DYLAN STROME say the word “davo” and immediately had to pause it lol. put my fork down to boot. like…..flabbergasted. genuinely. man oh man. my goodness. unpaused. the past tense “it was (WAS!!!!) an honor to be your friend” (😧) and the “and hopefully we can make some more [memories] in the future” and the fade to black. SHUT UPPPPPPPPP. OH MY GOD…………….i don’t have anything of substance to add just im sick!!! im sickened!!!!!! it’s never overrrrrrrrrr. absolutely unbelievable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! frank ocean ivy trust and believe you WILL be looped for the foreseeable future……..they’ll never be those kids again!!!!! and the game’s in a week and a half!!!!!!! gahhhhhhh. nuts crazy bonkers etc etc. going to have an absolutely exceedingly normal one about it for sure!!!!!! hope you have a good one!!!!!!!

you know. i don't think i actually ever registered dylan saying "davo". i think my ears just decided i didn't need to hear that, for the good of my brain to continue functioning. who up having their present haunted by the ghosts of the past who are less like ghosts and more like someone you keep forgetting walked out of the next room but also aren't quite sure if they came back and you've only just worked up the courage to call out to them. schrödinger's best friend who might or might not be there in your future to make more memories with. but at least this time you opened the door and left it cracked for him to crawl back through.
