Got really hard into neopets for a few weeks during a brain crisis and came out with these two lovelies I adopted on toyhouse :'D decided to make them anthro designs so they can be cool and fashionable and maybe fall in lesbians with each other!

OOH!! okay i just checked and they're not quite the same but they're definitely similar

the new one definitely focuses more on their hands specifically, and uses more straightforward angles, but link's position is very very similar and the way zelda falls isn't too far off. if the angles matched up better they would DEFINITELY look almost exactly the same, other than zelda only reaching out with one hand

While the streak in Joel's hair is Green most of the time, it isn't always.

For Hermitcraft so far, it's been pink (because he's living on the cherry mountain? maybe) but more recently there have been hints of blues and purples around the tip of the streak. The hermits don't really care too too much, it's just some hair changing color, and if it was a big deal Joel would tell them.

His streak keeps getting more and more blue and purple, and the pink is almost gone, just a bit on the back of his head. One or two curious Hermits (Hint: Etho, obsessed much?) ask him about it, and he gives a simple answer, "My goddess calls for me."

The hermits were a bit shocked when this news came out, none of them had known that Joel was worshiping ANYONE! Joel? Their Joel? The one who decided one day that Watchers were not real? THAT Joel?

It didn't take long before they saw her, well.. kinda. The glowing billboard in his base depicted a beautiful woman, one even the hermits found themselves captivated by, a beautiful Merfolk with blue skin and pink hair. Joel eventually told the hermits about her, Lizzie, Queen of the Ocean Empire, Goddess of the Sea. Joel tells them the stories, the rise and fall of her great empire, her allies and enemies, and even her brother. The Hermits can't get enough, they love her and they don't even know if she's real!

But Joel knows. He remembers long ago when he wore that crown on his head, when his streak was purple and green, when he married the Goddess of the Sea. Funny, isn't it, how a man who died of a broken heart was brought to a place where his heart would never be cracked again.

And maybe one day Lizzie will stop by, seeing her Husband and all of his new lovers.

They are trying to figure out how a goddess that supposedly does exist can communicate or affect Joel by... Changing his hair colour. It's very impressive! But also. How.

Surely there's better ways to communicate. Like texting maybe?
