I can’t help thinking that LL didn’t need to touch ZYC to transfer his energy into him (because he did it for ZYZ from afar), but he needed to touch his “victim” while he transferred his primordial spirit into another body. Okay, so. I tried a thing. It's a first one for me.

lilun was with him. i have many to say about it in full serosity, especially if you think about it, it certainly is the obvious answer. but i'm going to take the other approach and be a little annoying about it.

well, honestly. in abo terms, it's kinda like being in heat and not having a (mated) partner to get through it. someone to suppress all that bursting energy. lilun was there with him his entire life, that One blood moon night he wasn't, rampage and chaos ensued.

The second he walked into the meeting with his soon to be ex husband and the shark he hired as his lawyer, Li Lun knew he was fucked.

For one, he had conveniently forgotten that Zhuo Yichen is a contrary bastard when he wants to be, then for the other, he didn't realise that he hasn't changed the code to their front door because that would be the only reason his soon to be ex was wearing that exact dove grey suit that complimented his complexion and was tailored to his measurements.

Li Lun would know. He took great pleasure peeling it off him on their honeymoon.

Someone clears their throat and he smoothly takes his seat on the other side of the table. The misstep hasn't gone unnoticed, nor when Zhuo Yichen's eyes are clearly following his every move. He tries not to let the focus rattle him. It doesn't work very well.

"Shall we begin?"

Yes, let's, Li Lun wants to say but bites back the bitterness he's sure will be seeped through every syllable. The faster he can get this over with, the better. Not that it matters that every part of him is screaming at him to stop what he is doing. Not when he feels a jolt of something electric at the sight of Xiao Zhuo's wedding ring glinting in the watery morning light.

"We will start with the property - -"

"Give it to him." Li Lun says, looking down at his hands. "In fact, whatever he wants, give it to him."

"Sir, I think you should reconsider..."

"I won't. I don't need to. Whatever he wants, sign it over by the end of the day."

A stunned silence grips the boardroom. Li Lun barely surpresses the wince that comes over him. Did they expect him to fight Xiao Zhuo tooth and nail for property? God, they're divorcing but if he asked Li Lun for the damn moon now, he'd still lasso it down for him, put a bow on it and give it over with a smile.

"What if I want you? What if I don't want anything else but you?"

Li Lun swallows tightly around the lump in his throat. Braving himself, he looks up at Xiao Zhuo, sighing a little when he says, "That was always yours."

Xiao Zhuo's eyes flash with pained surprise. As if he hasn't thought that this would ever be something Li Lun would openly admit in the middle of their divorce.

"Then why are you trying to run away from me?"
