I’m supposed to be asleep, but now my brain wants to take that headcanon of William having rabbit-like mannerisms (thanks to performing as Spring Bonnie, I think?) to a.. somewhat.. logical conclusion.

The blood would be most striking on white obviously. But when I think of red wedding dresses, I always think of another vampire, Marlowe's red/very dark pink dress in Psych, which was so iconic. And black would be perfect for the incoming mourning.

I'm also curious what people think she was supposed to to wear in canonverse, because in my mind, the dress was already tailored and ready to go, just to pour salt on the wound. I would not be surprised if a not insignificant portion of her desire to get married is out amatonormativity, because it's what she's supposed to do, which would suggest her going with white, but she's also... argumentive, so maybe she'd want something different. Maybe middle ground, she went with a tint of a color, like a cream or a shimmer of blue.

I should also look at brides from the late 1800s since that's when she became a vampire.

Tag Line: "What if Wonderland was in Peril and Alice was very, very, late?"

This Disney twisted tale is centered on "Alice in Wonderland."

In this alternate universe, Alice goes back to Wonderland to save Wonderland and its inhabitants from the Queen of Hearts evil reign while trying to save England from those who wish to get rid of people who "do not belong."

Alice teams up with old friends from Wonderland and some new friends to save Wonderland and England.

The thing about this twisted tale is that Alice can go back and forth from England and Wonderland; however, she can't control when she can go to Wonderland.

I will not lie, it took me quite a while to finish this book. Sometimes when I was reading this book, I got a headache and had to put it down because I couldn't understand some of the words.

But I am a huge fan of Disney. That is the one reasons why I wanted to read this twisted tale. I wanted to see how twisted Alice's story in Wonderland could happen.

What I wish was that one of Alice's Wonderland friends would be the evil twist. I think that would be an exciting twist because who would think of that?

Now, I am not saying that this version was bad. It's not. I just find it to be lacking a little something. I just don't know what it is.

If you like Disney, definitely check out "Unbirthday."

Rating: 6.8/10.

Say hello to the friendly neighborhood rabbit who likes to eat the miscellaneous greenery that has sprouted in the back half of my driveway! I have been trying to get a good photo of this little fellow for weeks, but it wasn't until this evening that I managed to A) get out of my car without startling the rabbit into bolting, and B) get close enough to take a picture at a reasonable level of detail.

Also it wasn't pitch black out. That does tend to help. *wry*
