The blood would be most striking on white obviously. But when I think of red wedding dresses, I always think of another vampire, Marlowe's red/very dark pink dress in Psych, which was so iconic. And black would be perfect for the incoming mourning.

I'm also curious what people think she was supposed to to wear in canonverse, because in my mind, the dress was already tailored and ready to go, just to pour salt on the wound. I would not be surprised if a not insignificant portion of her desire to get married is out amatonormativity, because it's what she's supposed to do, which would suggest her going with white, but she's also... argumentive, so maybe she'd want something different. Maybe middle ground, she went with a tint of a color, like a cream or a shimmer of blue.

I should also look at brides from the late 1800s since that's when she became a vampire.
