Yesterday evening I wanted to go out with my loved ones. Everything seemed to be normal. I got dressed and suddenly - out of the blue - I was no longer feeling my left leg. I fell to the ground and was completely helpless. After a while it began to get better. I didn’t fell very good yesterday and I was so sorry that I had to stay at home, but today it’s much better. Maybe I had too much stress in the last few weeks. I don't know. Even if I do what I really love, it sometimes turns to be too much and my body shows me, when I'm not balanced anymore. Life is always up and down. You should take nothing for granted. Like many other people I also had to face so many changes, difficult times, tragedies, illness, separations and financial difficulties, but I always embraced the challenges. On the other hand I was lucky enough to experience so many happy moments in my life. For me the little moments matter. I met nice people, travelled a lot and learned a lot. I’m still willing to learn and I’m open to new things and new people. I’m at peace with myself, but sometimes I have to tame myself and just have to relax and calm down for a while.
