touring an apartment tomorrow!! they have a couple ground floor 2 bedroom units available and the entryway isnt on a steep hill and i like the location its near lots of stuff.. hopefully we like it, it would be really really nice to have a place to live secured

#:junnapray:#theyre renovating the whole place so all the photos online are like half picture half 3d model mockup #so i havent actually Seen It yet #but it seems like itll be.. well modern in a way i kind of dislike but at least inoffensively plain #and they said over text there arent any stairs between the ground floor units and the entryway #and they allow cats and theres even parking #judging by the floor plan itll be a little awkward figuring out how best to situate the living room but thats okay #trying to get excited about buying new furniture and decorating

like sea devils flirting times ten, absolute honeymoon phase, bring back the Mattress Suggestions but #confirmed this time, dan leaves because he has a date to get to ahem ahem

crucially this remains Entirely unacknowledged by Everyone. but like in a trying to give someone a kiss and headbutting them bc you forgot youre both wearing space helmets kinda way. the first person to almost mention it is the master, who wants to point out to yaz the things they have in common, but before the doctor can bite his head off yaz has already kicked him. they both dont mention it. the master also doesnt again.

the episode functionally stays the same. the master being the doctor becomes even more poignant in his dynamic with yaz. nothing else would change. they both would prioritise the fate of the planet and the people theyre trying to help over anything theyve got going on and even more importantly i can not stress this enough this is a folie-à-deux of hardcore denial. they did this exact same thing apart for years theyve just combined forces now. it's obvious, but it can Not be acknowledged by Anyone. and it wont be. and nothing changes. the entire episode plays the exact same way if theyre deeply in love because they are. just add like three words of dialogue and an eyeroll from dan in the first third and youre done

#i say alternative #but reading the script #i think this is just whats there ghfjghjh #man the stuff that got cut from the episode hurts me i cant imagine how it feels if you wrote it #wish we had deleted scenes #just got the dvd of potd 2 days ago i dont think it has deleted scenes tho #would give soooo much for deleted scenes #the master siberia scene #the 'youre gonna live arent you' bit #and just so many fun little lines like when dan says 'what am i doing ihave a date to get to' and the doctor says over the com #'you know we can hear you right?'#or when she goes 'rmember the plan stick with the plan its a really good plan'#and dan andyaz are like 'WHAT PLAN'#and she goes 'didnt i say??'#just let me have eveerything that was left on the cutting room floor i'll put the 2 hour finale togethe ron my own no worries

#my life could be so much more healthy and well-balanced if I didn't have roommates #and it's not their fault!!!! they are nice girls!!! we are chill!!! friends even!!!#and yet #I was so optimistic like. hm when I move I will simply stop letting this prevent me from doing what I want #stop letting my weird complexes win #but...that is easier said than done I guess #but I'm so serious right now if I lived alone it would be so much easier for me to eat well and exercise #maintain habits. meal plan. keep things clean #y'all imagine if I could use more than a six inch x six inch square of freezer space #I would have brought my violin here with me but I knew I would never play when anyone else might be in the house #so pretty much never #I would do floor exercises in my room but I'm scared to bc the floor creaks #I would go do it in the basement but I don't want anyone to wonder what I'm doing in the basement #NOT THAT ANYONE CARES #IT'S JUST ME I'M THE WEIRD ONE! I'M THE PROBLEM #look I am mostly normal and enjoy other people's company #I just need no one to perceive or acknowledge me ever when I'm doing my little tasks #yikes yikes yikes #anyway I'm going to be brave and go do dinner now

how do I submit a complaint to the school my parents got hired at and moved across the country to work at

#it’s a boarding school. the job comes with housing. this is the same as their last jobs and the place we lived in ga for eight years #but here. they didn’t let us see the inside of the house. not even a floor plan #and the place was too small. we’re all tall and wide. larger than average folks by all accounts. it wasn’t going to work.#so they moved us next door. bigger and better. but not a lot of space still.#only one bathroom. not ideal but ultimately survivable #but my mom is really sad because the furniture that she’s loved for 20 years isn’t going to fit well. and there’s no room for my siblings to #stay in when they visit. and with some fucking floor plans. this could have been much easier.#it can’t possibly be difficult to get a floor plan for a building you own. there’s no way that’s prohibitively challenging

anyway a different sneaky plan worked out in that i was able to find old listing photos of my dream house and ough..... i need her .....

#she was last sold in 2018 but maybe by the time ive made my millions (through directing or winning the lottery or some other scheme)#she'll be for sale again. we can dream #realizing 2018 was six years ago and not like. 2. thats scary #but anyway i like this house a lot. good kitchen. could be bigger but its workable #built in bookshelves in the huge living room. thats for dvds babey #no pictures of the 2 bedrooms n bathrooms . come on man i need to know what storage space we're working with #very nice little outside pool area thats surrounded by bushes n plants. i like that.#one day ill learn how to swim so my pool will not be redundant #its nice. id love to see a floor plan but alas #this is a different house from that house in palm springs that was furnished to the max with gaudy 70s furniture and decor #that one is really fun. but its also way the hell out in palm springs #this house however is in the hollywood hills. ish . but the great thing about is that its down this private drive #and you cant even see it on google images. very secret i like that . im hidden away from the world #another thing going for this house is a silly little superstition ive inherited from my dad #multiple times in his life hes lived at places where the numbers in the address have added up to his lucky number (day of birth)#where we live now adds up to 13 which explains a lot #but this house the numbers add up to my lucky number. yay #anyway this is all very hypothetical but i have nothing else to do with my time (<- guy that could be doing far more productive things)

#exjw #ex cult #I’m overly-conscious of how I speak now; but as a child I was about as blunt as a sledgehammer #Yeah my dad got SLAMMED for that one #There was no mistaking what I said because I spoke like a little adult #I was… something. Cute but weird and kind of manipulative.#At that age I enjoyed creeping out adult men in public by intensely staring at them #only adult men; not women #I also pushed boys down the slide and called them “scaredy-cat” until they agreed with me that they were cowards #I planned out in my head one time that my dad was going to walk into the living room with coffee in his hand #so if I scared him at just the right moment; he’d jolt and coffee would spill all over the floor #So I tested my hypothesis and it worked.#My goal was to get him to spill the coffee #I was around four or five but with the calculation of a serial killer (which isn’t saying much because serial killers are dumb)#I watched ET and wanted to see if I could hide in plain sight in my basket of stuffed animals #So I just waited in there very patiently until my dad went looking for me. Held my eyes open without blinking and remained very still #He walked in… looked right at me but didn’t see me; walked out. Walked back in #This time he saw me and got the crap scared out of him when he realized I was right there in front of him the whole time #But I never went into anything to prank anyone… I wasn’t in it for humor; I wanted to be smarter and more powerful than people #if only for a second #I wanted to see if I could come up with a plan involving other people and have those people do what I wanted them to do #But you see I was so sweet 90% of the time that no one thought anything of it — or even noticed what I was doing in some cases #Fortunately I grew out of doing that kind of thing without sufficient cause #But I still do enjoy messing with people from time to time if they REALLY deserve it #or benignly… I like it when people cry or get squeamish in reaction to my artistic work or acting or singing #The feeling of someone eating out of the palm of my hand creatively is great #Love it
