More Byakuya headcanons cause I love him

Once the music room was unlocked, he’d sneak out of his room during the night to go play the piano by himself. He’d give himself an hour or two to play and mourn his friends. Even though he claimed that he didn’t care about them, seeing people die was still emotionally and mentally taxing. He closed the music room doors and just played his heart out :(

He taught his friends how to make good coffee in the hopes peak kitchen. It was a good distraction from everything going on. He then judged everyone’s coffee...Kyoko and Sakura did it best! Aoi drank hers and Hiro dumped his out to do a coffee ground reading in his cup :0

You can tell when he has a favorite book because that thing gets ruined. He reads through once, then again to take notes, then again to add more notes. There’s coffee stains on pages, crinkled pages and the book spines are always fucked up. He’ll tape his books back together and keep them even if they’re unreadable anymore just because he can

He loves watching murder mystery shows, he gets a little too into it sometimes. Usually he can guess who the culprit was at the beginning but if it’s one of those super long documentaries with twists and stuff, this nerd will get out a notebook to take notes. Just...sit back and enjoy the show! You don’t have to take notes!! But...he does :)

When he was younger, part of his Togami Training was horse riding! He can play polo, train horses and jump them, brush and wash horses, anything with them. Togami Training is ruthless and requires many skills he be learned a lot of horse related skills along with everything else. And cmon he’d look great in the uniform too just saying

If you took him to a Walmart he’d probably have a stroke. People wearing pajamas in public?? Crocs??? Giant tubs of mayonnaise??? He wouldn’t be able to handle it at all he’d get so genuinely upset “What are these people doing?? Dont they know that they’ll never need this much mayonnaise? I- no, I have to get out of here this is disgusting”

He doesn’t really like Gucci but he bought Makoto a pair of Gucci slides. It pained him to do it but Makoto was very happy so...making a friend happy made him feel a bit better

He has a small notebook where he’s rated coffee from various places around the world. A cafe in France, on a Japanese plane, in a Canadian hotel room...He’ll rate it on his own complex, ridiculous scale. He’s a coffee connoisseur but I wouldn’t really trust his judgement, he’s a bit harsh lmao

In the privacy of his own home he enjoys wearing casual and comfortable clothes. He would honestly rather die than go in public in anything other than a button up shirt and slacks. He believes that he has to always look presentable even in 95 degree heat. NERD :)

He’s really grossed out eels. He doesn’t enjoy eating them or looking at them. Their eyes? The way they move? No way. He is not a fan of them lol he’ll look disgusted and shake his head “Ugh...Such repulsive creatures”
