Before Mickey continued, Ian lowered his face a little and kissed the raven-haired man on the lips, the two of them instantly melting into each other with ease. After a minute, Ian broke the kiss and looked into Mickey’s blue, lust-filled eyes. “You wanna come for me, babe?” Mickey couldn’t do much else at this point but nod. “Aw, I haven’t even got to the best part yet.”

My rec for today's Gallavich Lovefest @gallavichthings is an amazing, truly fantastic fic that should definitely have more than 100 kudos, but... Ok, I get why it doesn't. It really isn't everyone's cup of tea.

See, it's a fic with major character death, which is something people tend to avoid altogether, understandably.

This is the summary:

Actor/Hollywood AU. The world begins to shake as Hollywood mourns the loss of one of its beloved actors, Ian Gallagher. However, while some may find it easier to move on from this tragedy, others like his former fiance, Mickey Milkovich, can't seem to get time to move forward.

While I totally understand not having the desire to read a fic in which Ian dies, if you're going to read one, make it this one. This fic has a bit less than 10k words and it'll make you cry from start to finish. If you're looking for angst, you've found it.
