Nights at Going Merry,are hard to spend alone.

The feeling of gentle waves hitting the wooden surface,the cool breeze giving you a slight shiver as you lean against the railing and rest your head on your folded arms;makes you feel slightly lonely.

Maybe its because you've just recently joined the StrawHats crew;away from your hometown where you spent all your life in. You loved your family and friends,but you just couldn't let this opportunity slide. Not when Luffy extended his hand to you,and treated you like family, like someone who was talented and worth giving a chance.

And you wouldn't let go of that hand. No.

So you joined the StrawHats,in hopes of finding your own meaning of life, and help Luffy and everyone else to the journey of One Piece.

But still, everything was fairly new to you. Spending all your time on a ship with nothing but deep blue around you,with the company of people you just recently met;your captain a sweet guy,but kinda loud. Ussop the same as Luffy. Nami a great girl, but you were kinda shy around her. The new cook,Sanji,the sweetest guy but he was always busy in the kitchen where you didnt even dare to step a foot in. And your last Crew mate-

"what're you doing up so late?"

Zoro Roronoa

The guy you've been tiptoeing around since the very first second you laid your eyes on him. To say you had a crush was an understatement;you were hopelessly in love with the swordsman.

You give him a sheepish smile as you try to look anywhere expect his eyes.

"i- uh, couldn't sleep?"

Zoro merely stares at you before slowly making his way towards where you're standing. There's a bottle of wine in his hand as he adjusts his three swords on his hip and leans against the railing as well. He raises the bottle to his lips and glances at you from the corner of his eye.

"you want some?"

When you shake your head,he only shrugs.

"more for me."

he starts drinking,and you watch as his Adam's apple bob,you immediately look the other way when your heartbeat rises.

There was a damn reason as why you kept avoiding being alone with Zoro in the first place.

You couldn't keep the heat from spreading across your cheeks and neck;and your heart seemingly beating out of your chest.

it was no secret that Zoro wasnt a huge fan of talking either. The number of time where you managed to hold a conversation with the guy without him dozing off, barely reached five fingers. And your massive crush didn't help.

So you just stood there silently, listening to the sound of the ocean and Zoro downing the bottle of wine. The silence was so uncomfortable,you could feel the awkwardness in the air.

You just prayed to gods that Zoro would start a conversation.

"so,what kept you awake tonight?"

And gods seem to have nothing better to do tonight.

You dangle your arm from the side of the ship; watching as small droplets of water slightly soaking your fingers.

"i guess...i just miss my hometown."

At that,Zoro raises a neatly trimmed eyebrow ,and again,offers you the almost empty bottle of wine. At that,you let out a small giggle,cheeks flushing because he looks absolutely adorable.

"i dont wanna drink!"

"But you said you miss your hometown. That sounds like a good enough reason for a drink to me."

You merely shrug and grin at him

"guess im not as alcoholic as you are,oh the greatest swordsman alive."

Zoro rolls his eyes at you,and empties the rest of the wine before throwing the bottle in the ocean. You watch as it vanishes in the dark night,before a faint SPLASH is heard when it hits the water down below.

"Sanji's gonna be mad at you. You know he hates throwing trash in the ocean."

"you have any more trash on you then?"

And you laugh, carefree and happy. For a moment there,you seem to forget how lonely you felt not too long ago.

Because thats how Zoro was;he was a quiet man,but had the biggest heart you knew. He would always stay at the corner,but never once taking his eyes off of his friends.

And you were so damn lucky to have him by your side.

You gently bump your shoulder to his; slowly moving closer to his side.

"so why were you awake?"

He spares you a glance before look at another side.

"no reason."

"Zoro, c'mon. You take every chance you get to take a nap. You cant be awake for no reason."

You hear him huff annoyingly at you;the sound making you grin winder. And you do the best thing you know:

Annoy the shit out of him

You start with poking his bicep;trying not to drool at the way his muscles tense under your touch,before moving up to his cheek and increase the speek of your poking.

But you could only go for long,before suddenly Zoro's grabbing at your wrist,and with a smooth move pulls you toward him.

Where your faces are inches away,and you can feel his breath fanning on your skin

You swallow loudly, trying to pull back and put some distance between yourselves,but he holds on tight;not too tight to hurt,but enough to keep you in your place. He moves his face impossibly closer,and his warm lips brush against your heated cheeks.

"you dont wanna mess with me," he murmurs;his voice raw with something you can't put a finger on, "I'm a dangerous guy."

Maybe its the adrenaline in your veins,or maybe its because its late at night and nights always made you bolder. So you turn your head slightly so your nose in brushing against his cheekbone,and catch his eyes.

"and what if i like to play with danger?"

Zoro lets out a low chuckle;his eyes shifting to your lips and his hand slowly resting on your hip

"Then dont say i didnt warn ya."

And then his lips are on yours.

Your eyes flutter shut as he pulls you close;your hands finding their ways to his hard chest,and then around his neck to pull him in. Zoro lets out a groan,and his hold on you tightens more.

With one hand resting on your hip and the other traveling up and down your spine,he pulls away to let you breath for only a second before diving back in.

Because Zoro was always drunk,but your lips might be his favorite thing to get drunk on from now on

You dont know how much time has passes before you pull away;both of you panting heavily and Zoro places small kisses on your cheeks and temples.

"you didnt answer the question, y'know."

You feel him pause against your skin and you grin.

"what question?"

"why were you awake?"

Zoro groans but when you tug at his hair,he just hides his face in your neck and when he speaks next,you feel his lips touching your sensitive skin.

"saw you space out alot at dinner and then you didnt go to sleep. Didnt want to leave ya alone."

With the confession,your heart flutters and butterflies fill your stomach. You card your fingers through his green locks and move his face so you can plant a loving kiss on his lips.

"thank you,Zoro."

"the pleasure is all mine."

And when he kisses you next,its filled with laughter and happiness.

Nights at Going Merry,are hard to spend alone.

But when you kiss Zoro until the sunrise,you cant help but wish for it to last longer.

If it meant to spend it with your love, you'll gladly wait for skies to turn dark.

💗mistakes are a normal part of life. as bob ross said, "there are no mistakes, just happy accidents." well, he had clearly never made this catastrophic mistake. you had jokingly called luffy "bugaboo". emphasis on jokingly. 💗the sun was setting and you both were sitting on his bed, recalling the time zoro got lost and accidentally stumbled into a river-stream where local women were bathing. and afterwards how sanji wailed when he realized he wasn't there to witness it. your crew was weird, there was no doubt about it. but that wasn't the focus of the conversation. "heh" he snorted, "what did you call me?" "bugaboo?" you laughed, poking his cheek teasingly, "why?" he looked at you with his wide-eyed, honeyed gaze, "what does it mean? am i a bug?" with his wide eyes and stretchy smile, one might say so. but you didn't tell him that.

"its means... nothing?" you smiled softly, tracing your finger on the scar 'neath his eye, "it's just a nickname, baby. just something said out of affection." "out of affection?" he looked at your confused, "so anything can be a pet name?" you nodded in agreement, "pretty much, luff." worst fucking mistake of your life. 💗it was past dinner. and you and the captain were about to fall asleep to the noise of the crew chattering outside. "hey?" luffy hummed. and you hummed back in acknowledgement. "rice cooker." he mumbled into your chest, "you smell so nice~" you choked on your breath, spluttering, "lu-luff? did you just complement the rice cooker??" "no?" he looked up at you, bringing his finger to boop you on your nose, "i mean you. you, rice cooker. you smell so good, is it the soap sanji brought from that isla—" but you weren't listening to him. was he insulting you?? was he saying you were built like a rice cooker???? was he asking you to make him some rice, hence, you were the "rice cooker"?????? "luffy," you looked at him, concerned, "what do you mean rice cooker?!" "what?" he laughed, "it's a pet name. you said that a pet name can be anything?" when you stared at him, still concerned, he explained himself, "i mean like... i like you, i like rice cooker. cause it cooks rice—" "—go to sleep, luffy."

💗you had to clear it to him the next morning that nicknames cannot be that absurd. and when he asked you what qualifies as a nice pet-name, you tried really hard to think of some. "oooh, you like food right?" his eyes twinkled up at the mere mention of the topic. you grinned, satisfied, "so, like honey, sugar, pie, cherry. these are all examples of good pet names." he nodded at you with conviction in his eyes, as if he truly got you now. 💗it was lunch time now. and after beating up a marine ship, the entire crew was waiting for sanji to finish cooking so you could all stuff down some food. you were next to robin, sun-bathing and chatting ideally about a book she had lent you. she made a joke about how the character was dumb and you nodded and laughed along. in the midst of it, your boyfriend came and stood next to you, "hey?" both you and robin looked at the captain. you gave him a welcoming smile, "what's up, babe?" "so..." he looked over robin for a second before looking back at you. "i was just saying that i love you very much, my bombocado." his bombo- what? but before you could inquire him, he giggled and ran away. what??? and you resorted to look at robin, a bit confused. she replied back easily, "it's a brazilian dessert." is it now?

💗"what do you mean?" the captain looked at you confused when you told him bombocado wasn't a great pet name. "then, what else is a good nickname?" "i dunno." you sighed, "something normal like cherry or something." but that had opened yet another pandora's box. because now every time he saw you, he would refer to you as some fruit: "hey there, banana~" "i love you, my java plum." "should we go out on a date, pineapple?" "you look so pretty, my dragon fruit." a pause, "hey. my dad's name is dragon!!" you had given up on the idea of pet names. you would rather be addressed by your government given name than a pinecone. but now you were stuck with these absurd names. how wonderful. (but, i mean it was luffy who was saying them, so, you didn't exactly mind too much but when the entire crew caught on. boy the humiliation, the drama.). 💗but then one day, before drifting off to sleep, he slowly whispered, "i love you, cupcake." you almost jumped up in victory. almost. but instead, you chose to pet his hair softly and kiss him on his forehead, "good night, muffin." "—i love muffin." you kissed his forehead again as his hair tickled your skin, "ofcourse you do. goodnight, baby." "goodnight, honey nuts." just give up on ever having a normal nick name. i'm sorry. it won't happen.

💗jokes aside, here's my actual list of names that i think luffy would call you: 1. peach (cause you're sweet (in more ways than one) and because you once told him it meant ass and he laughed for 15 mins cause peach means ass) 2. mama (idk, sounds good to me? sounds like something he would just go along with) 3. lovebug (he once heard sanji say it and he thought it was so cute cause if hes a bug and you're a bug then you both together can be a bug-couple) 4. mi amor (heard sanji say it, thought it was pretty) 5. hot stuff (ussop convinced him that's what he calls kaya and kaya loves it) 6. sunshine (because you're his sunshine, what's not clicking??) 7. angel (because you're an angel, again, where's the confusion??) well, at the end of the day it doesn't matter what he called you. what mattered was that, you could come collapse in his arms. and he would squeeze his arms around you and tell you how he loved you. what were a few corny petnames to endure if you got all of his love in return?

Zoro

Zoro was literally minding his business and training. He was clearly trying to focus. But you decided to go bother him, the usual.

“Zozo!!” You call out to him. He sighed in annoyance because he heard you coming. However, he couldn’t stay mad because he hasn’t seen your pretty face all day. He took a long glance at the beauty before him before continuing his training.

“Hey.” He said positioning all 3 of his swords. You knew he was serious because he had his bandanna on.

“I’m bored we should go out today before its too late..” you say eyeing him. He still didn’t even look your way. So you got a little upset. He just ignored you.

“Zo.” You said firmly.

“What is it Dammit, I’m a little busy here woman.” He said lifting the dumbbells off of his swords. You decided to do something very crazy to get his attention.

“Why you gotta be a bitch all the time?” You said resting your head against your hand. Oh girl you thought he didn’t hear that? You heard the dumbbells drop and his swords did too.

That mf was caught ALLLLLL THE WAYYYY off guard. You seen a vein or two pop through his forehead. He was mumbling and cursing under his breath, he was mad as hell. He took his weights and trained elsewhere.

Law

Law was just sitting down on the couch. Earlier, he’d act like it was such a task to swap places with the pile of clothes, making it easier to get the clothes into the correct room.

You were mad at him because you had to do it all by yourself. However, you weren’t that mad when you developed one of your silly plans in your head.

You never called Law out his name before. But the way he’s looking at you while acting lazy, had you on boiling point.

“You’re a bitch sometimes, law.” You said before his eyes shot open. He was appalled too. He rarely ever heard that word come out of your mouth anyway.

“M’ sorry mama.. you don’t have to call me names. I’ll make it up to you.” He said motioning to the cushion beside him.

Law was too sweet and too chill to actually react badly. He doesn’t like that you called him a bitch but he understands why you did it. Though it wasn’t right. He still love you thoughh.

Crocodile

Crocodile was sitting in his office working away, the usual. And it was toooo quiet. He looked at his watch snd calculated that you should be walking in any minute now.

That’s when you came into his office.

“There you are, Sweet girl..” he said signing his papers.

“Hi croc. You said you’d take me shopping today.” You smiled as you leaned onto his desk. Your favorite store had new clothes come in and you heard its selling fast. So croc promised to take you there.

“Did i now?” He said signing away. You started to pout and doubt he was even listening to you. Which he wasn’t. You sighed aloud.

“Yes and the clothes are gonna sell out before we get there.” You said pouting.

“Cheer up sweetheart. My work ran a bit overtime today. I still have a lot to d—“

He laughed then removed his cigar and blew his smoke. “Is that what i am, sweet girl? Sweet girls don’t use that language.” He said firmly.

You were mad. So so mad. So you decided to keep going.

Doffy was sitting at the stool at the kitchen island reading a newspaper about himself. So he wasn’t paying attention to you guys.

“He can be a bit ruthless sometimes, i dont know hoe you do it..” she said looking at you with sympathy.

“I mean yeah you’re right he is a bitch sometimes.” You shrugged. You heard a grunt and you turned towards him.

“Oh really.”

“Yes really and you know that.”

“Have you forgotten respect already, darling?” He said getting to eye level with you.

Yeaaah that night you definitely got a little punishment. And yes he did use his strings.. i got a lil lazy for this one but i might add moree.

Sanji

Sanji is too precious to do anything to hurt you. However if you called him out his name, he would feel like he did something horrible.

So he would make you a variety of foods, lights some candles, give you a bath, massage you, PAINT YOUR TOES, AND GIVE YOU SOME WINEEEEE. and maybe even some fun time after. Just to make up for his guilt.

Luffy

Luffy— of course he did something. He’s always doing some.

He ate ALL YOUR DAMN FOOD THAT YOU WERE SAVING!! what more do you have to do.. you wrote your name on the box and he still doesn’t listen.

He ate all the food and you called him s bitch. He just laughed and said the food was good. Poor luf luf doesn’t care or doesn’t know what it means.

First Bath togeather (Zosan X reader)

Zoro x Sanji X reader, polly relationship, established relationship, SFW and Reader is GN. Honestly started crying while writing this thats why it took me a whole days to make it.

Warning: past domestic abuse, descriptive scars, fluff, making out, Nudity but its sfw, a bit of Body worship

Plot: Inspired by Night routine. After being togeather for a long time the boys have never taken a bath or a shower with you. You work up the courage to join them but try to hid the scars of your past.

It's late at night when Zoro and Sanji walk into your shared room seeing you on the bed still in your day wear reading a book. "Hay love, were going to get a bath, want to join us?" Sanji asks while Zoro grabs the towels and cloths. You look up from your book the offer so tempting, about to respond yes you remember your back, the only part of your body you hate. "Sorry boys i'll take one later" you say seeing Sanji's face fall into a sad frown but he doesn't push it, both are really respectful towards you. No means No, thats been clear from day one. "Well, we'll see you later than" Zoro says placing a kiss on your forehead before leaving the room. Sanji does the same lingering a bit longer, a way of showing that he isn't upset with you even though he's sad about you not joining them.

You were just about to go back to reading but as the boys leave Robin enters saying hi to the boys as they leave. Normally she wouldn't enter without knocking but she had her serious face on, one you didn't see often and it scared you a little. "Urm... Hi Robin" you manage to get out as he sits at the end of the large bed "I though you said you were gonna join them this time?" A smile finally appearing on the woman's face making you relax a little. She's the only one you've told about your past and your scars, she's a great listener and advice giver. "I know. I just.... dont want them to see" placing the book on the night stand you sit on the edge of the bed next to her looking down at your feet. She places a hand on your back over one of your many scars under your shirt rubbing it lightly "They love you very much. these scars aren't going to change that" Robin's voice is sweet sounding almost like sprinkled sugar. Your eyes meet with hers, somehow you regain your courage and nod at her grabbing your towel and pj's.

You get changed out of your day cloths in the changing room next to the bathroom, accidentally catching a peek at your back in the long mirror, the sight catches you off guard. You always try to avoid the sight of your back but you never forgot what it looked like. Long, think, jagged, raised scars stretch across your back crisscrossing in some areas. The memory's with it cause you more pain than anything, memories you try so hard to forget and yet they linger. Your mother hated you always calling you "That Demon child", she didn't always hate you but something in her snapped one day, it started with hurtful words then being deprived of essential things and lastly when she was really mad at you ,getting her whip out and hitting you over and over again. Ignoring your screams for her to stop and the apologies you'd spurt out but not really knowing what to be sorry about. she made sure to only hurt your back,No one but her would be able to see it so she would't get in trouble by other family or friends. You believed all the things she said about you, you hated very part of yourself and thought that it was normal for her to hurt you. It was only when she kicked you out the house at age 10 that you started to learn what life was really like. The trauma stayed with you but you found self worth, you weren't weak or useless, you were strong, brave, kind and found love.

You wrapped a towel around you heading to the bathroom, hearing the sound of running water and laughter from the two boys. Your body stopped you just before entering the room, second thoughts flew through your mind all you could think of was what they would say. Zoro the worrier, the man who deliberately took a slash to chest as not to scar his back "scars on the back are a swords mans shame" You weren't a swords man but that didn't stop you form thinking that he would think less of you. Sanji the cook with amazing hands always admired your skin. He'd constantly complement it, the softness of your hands, cheek or legs. He says he loves every inch of you but would be really love the jagged rough scars on your back. You were about to turn tail and run when you heard a voice from the bathroom.

"Oi, who's their? Stop being a Perv and show yourself" Zoro's voice came from the bathroom, you can hear the tension in his voice. You take a breath and step out holding the long towel wrapped around you in a strong grip. "Y/N" Sanji yells from his place in the bath outstretching his arms to you "You can be a pervert all you want my Love" You laugh at the comment, the feeling of dread being push away. "Finally decided to join us?" Zoro asks beckoning for you to come over with one finger. They both looked so handsome in the steaming water. Zoro's back against the large bath looking back at you, his arms stretched out and a small towel on his head, his smile almost cocky as he flexes his index finger into his hand. Sanji kneeling in the bath the water just covering his waist, his thin yet chiseled chest on displace. his hair was wet, it sticking to his face shaping it perfectly, they took your breath away.

"My love. i know were both amazing to look at but id rather you admire us up close" Sanji's voice snapped you out of it a dark red blush forming on your face. Both boys had a large smile on their faces liking the way you looked at them "Sorry" you stiffen a little walking closer to the bath. Zoro held his hands up for you to take helping you step into the bath. The water warm and soothing to the touch, your feet where just in when Sanji took your hips it made you flinch and both boys noticed, a short of shocked look formed on their faces. "Im sorry my love did i do something wrong?" he asks taking his hands off your hips. You didn't mean to flinch, they were always so kind to you, never crossing any boundaries you set, their touch was something you love, never mean or hateful just full of love. You placed your hand on Sanji's shoulder reassuring him "No not at all... im just a little... nervous is all. Could you both not look please" The cook seems to relax at your words doing as he's told and turning his back to you, as much as he wants to look to see all of you he knows its best not to. he wants you to trust him knowing at some point he will see you just only when your ready. Zoro has no problem turning his back to you, he's confused as to why your so against them seeing you though, your always so confident in your self and take great care of your body so why hide it form them.

You take your towel off and place it on the side sitting down in the water, the warmth feels so nice on your skin washing away all of the days stress. You slide further down into the bath till the water is up to your collar bones, you would go lower but you'd be in a very uncomfortable position "Ok" you say after composing yourself. Zoro turns and moves over next to you placing his arm around you kissing your cheek, you lean in feeling more relaxed now the worst part is over. Sanji joins sitting next to you and lays his head on your exposed shoulder "there's no need to be nervous. We're not gonna do anything" Zoro states wondering if thats whats causing you to worry. you smile up at him and nod "I know. you both are really sweet" your hands reach out of the water to place a hand each on their cheeks rubbing your wet thumb over their cheek. Sanji takes your hand and kisses your palm humming slightly at your touch "So soft" he whispers into you hand, it sends shivers down your spine, he touches you with such gentle hands it makes you swoon over him.

After a little while of relaxing with them and feeling more comfortable Zoro grabs the soap and starts washing his arms while sanji takes his body wash and offers it to you. "Thank you" you wash your arms and face, lifting your legs out the water to wash them only for Zoro to take your leg in his hands "let me" he sates taking the soap and running it over your wet leg and foot. your transfixed by this you heart almost pounding out your chest. "Want me to get your back?" Sanji says placing a hand under the water and onto your lower back touching on of your many scars. You jolt away almost kicking Zoro in the face in the process "NO" The sudden change in you shocked the boys. if you weren't comfortable with something you would just tell them so but you've never yelled or acted out almost hitting them. Unfortunately your fight or flight response kicks in and this time your body chose flight. You stand up quickly about to grab your towel and run when Sanji's hands grab your arms and pull you into him. The two of you standing in the bath as he held you close to his chest one hand around your waist and the other on the back of your head. "Shhhhhh, its ok." he soothes you lightly stroking your hair. he felt the scars, he knew thats what you didn't want them to see and even though he didn't even get a look at them he knew he would never hate them.

Zoro rose form where he was rubbing water and soap off his face glad that you misses his face with your kick. "Its hideous... please... don't hate me" your voice shaky, uneven breaths and a pounding heart threatening to tare you apart. A hand slides up your back Zoro taking in your scars, he's seen these types of scars before anger builds up in his body wanting to know who did this to you and where they are now but it was Sanji who brought him back running his hand up your back to meet the sword mans. They looked at each other realizing what was important now was you, not who did this. You flinch when a pair of lips place a kiss on one of of your scars, the worst one in between your shoulder blades travailing from one to the other in a diagonal motion. Taking your face out of sanji's chest you look behind you to see Zoro, his hands travailing up and down your waist while laying kisses across every scar you have. The tears in your eyes now falling down your cheeks "Why?" you let out not understanding some one showing such kindness to a horrible sight. Sanji takes his hand off your back and places it under your chin making you face him "Its a part of you. "I know that but scars on the back are a shame" you look up at Zoro, he couldn't believe you remembered that form all those years ago before he can respond you turn to face Sanji "Their rough not soft like the rest of my skin that you praise." Sanji looks down slightly and takes your hand not knowing what to say. he knows complementing your scars isn't a good thing right now. He tries to think of a way to convince you that their not ugly.

A silence fills the room, you thought maybe you shouldn't have said anything until Zoro moved closer pressing his lips onto yours, it was sudden and rough but you loved it leaning in as he places a hand against your neck deepening the kiss by pushing his tongue into your mouth, a soft moan left his mouth before pulling away "You are no shame. Your strong and no old scars are gonna take that away form you." he states before looking up at Sanji who had a loving smile on his face "isn't that right, Sanji" he asks giving the cook a small smile. Sanji move you so your back is pressed up against his chest and wrapping his arms around you hugging your torso. Zoro moving closer almost over you your noses almost touching as he looks into you eyes "He's right Mi amor. Your ours and we will never let anyone touch you like that again, although im sure you can kick their ass better than we can" you can feel the smirk on his lips against your neck. You are loved, all of you is loved, your strong, brave and kind. They only helped reassure you of that fact, you were a god/goddess in their eyes and you saw them the same way.

i have a thought about sanji that has been wandering in my head for a while and i need to vocalize in order to take control of my brain for once this year so, here it is. (even if i never made a post about op personally and i have like, 3 followers. yeah)

some time ago i was eating/spending time with my best friend (who does not watch one piece and everything she knows about it is for my ranting) and we were talking about nothings and at some point i started explaining sanji's story with zeff and she just interrupted me and said- "hey, so thats what you mean when you say cannibalism is a metaphor of love?" when i was in the whole "zeff eated his leg" part

and girl. why. why do you do that to me. WHY

CAUSE I NEVER ACTUALLY THINK ABOUT IT LIKE THAT. of course i expended some time thinking and analizing zeff sacrifice and sanji way of thinking because of that but i never, not once, remember the cannibalism metaphor thing. because i always used it to explain romantic love but wait, love can be a lot of other things too. included platonic, father figure/traumatized adopted son love.

and its always "devouring the other one" "make the other one part of you/becoming one" or "being inside of each other forever changing our insides to be remaints of the other" and things like that that makes you think of a couple thing. of something that includes two people in the act. you understand the point right?

i personally never see people wondering about the other way you can use it; as a sacrifice. consume your own flesh to avoid eating others. use yourself as a piece of meat so the other person can eat the real thing. basically using yourself to death to make others survive well. (as a side point, i think banica conchita is an excelent example for this, if you want to read/listen/watch a story about it)

and isnt that what zeff did? he was trapped in a rock without exit with a kid and enough food for one of them to survive. and they are in the middle of the sea, and everyone else died but them, so he had nowhere to find help. no one to go to. he dont even know how long they are gonna be trapped there.

and he barely know the kid. the only think they know about each other is that they are trapped together. the only thing zeff know about him is that they share the same dream. but he knows the kid is hungry, he knows there is food for only one of them, and he knows he want the kid to live.

he loves the kid already, because you need to love someone to make that kind of sacrifice for them.

and he gives the kid the food. he told him that he distribute it for them, when in reality he gave him all of it. and he is going to starve himself, but its ok, cause the kid is fine. the little bratty boy has food to survive. he can do whatever to substain himself for a while, it doesnt matter cause hes a chef and he knows what he can and cant do.

and what he can do is cut his own leg and eat it. he can eat himself, the flavour is not that bad, he can stand it for whatever time is neccesary. he can stand the pain, the agonizing suffering, the puke inducing feeling of the injury and the raw meat. only for the kid.

and im not going to expand it more cause i think the point is understandable enough now. zeff loved sanji so much even without knowing him to eat himself for him to survive in that rock. he used his own flesh as the food, to give sanji the most chances to live fine. to not traumatize him more. to not make him suffer the same pain he had. to protect him. isnt that what love is about? isnt that what cannibalism as a metaphor of love can explain?

When opla was announced I was guarded, but trailers and learning that Oda would have first and last word about everything made me hopeful.

But I knew that live action are never for the actual die hard fans.

Too much need to be cut because of time, as real actors cant look like they only age two years for 26 years, and some cartoon stuff doesnt translate well to live action *cough* garps fist of love *cough*

So I was able to convince my friend to watch opla with me.

She had read the manga when she was little, up to syrup village, so she was excited to see Kuro because she actually liked him back when she read it.

I was mostly there just to observe my friends reaction to it instead.

My favorite moment was watching her freak out after the "grandpa?" reveal.

I dont like that Garp was included that early on, I didnt mind him being there at rogers execution. But more than that seemed too much. I watched some Netflix guy explaining that they wanted to add a reason why the strawhat had to keep moving from island to island, but no marine would do because who would bother chasing a pirate crew with no bounty. I understand that reasoning. Still dont like it, but I understand.

But my friends reaction made it all better.

Did you know netflix wanted a romance between Nami and Zoro? Thank god Oda was there to stop it.

Also my friend and I quote "Oregano is for savages!" a lot now.

I'm truly glad you liked it anon and I do understand the excitement that came with it, but I honestly could not stand it. Nearly every scene and every line was like "Sanji wouldn't say that. Nami wouldn't do that. Why is this happening? Luffy definitely wouldn't say that."

An adaptation must adapt to its medium, true, but that is not what this did. This was an insanely loose reinterpretation that took so much charm away for me. I've talked about it on this Tumblr tons now but I've finally had the time to watch through all of it now that the hype's died down, and it just made me angrier per episode?

They had to shorten things down, but they included so many new scenes that added nothing? They had to explain the Strawhats going from island to island... WHY? They literally had a spine to go off, the original property had them going from island to island to find a crew and get to the grand line. That's literally a very solid reason. WHY did they need any marines chasing them? It just sounded like an excuse to add a fan favourite character so the Garp fans could scream about it.

And I've said this many times, but Oda being part of the process genuinely means nothing to me. Netflix infamously do not listen to their creators, and not only did they admit Oda HATED the Garp addition and they STILL added him, you can tell so much of his original vision was thrown aside for non-anime fan audience convenience. Usopp and Sanji felt like side characters for god's sake, Buggy felt comically evil for a LIVE ACTION, Mihawk's fight was literally so empty due to the fact no one was THERE? NAMI was the one who yelled she believes in Zoro and they'll always be friends??

I truly do not believe Oda would agree to most of that, and considering we know he was ignored for Garp, we know for sure he was definitely ignored for many other things.

As always, if you loved it, great! I'm glad the excitement was met. Maybe I'm cynical, maybe it's not to my tastes, but it screams Netflix cash cow to me and the whole time I watched it I thought "This is not One Piece at all."

As a reinterpretation? Great!

As an adaptation? It failed miserably. None of the characters felt like themselves and the additional scenes were so nothing. Sorry for the sour reply anon but for those on here who know, I indeed have a sore spot for that entire production.

I honestly think a lot of people got blinded by the pretty actors and the millions of dollars that went into production and promotion to really look at it for what it was trying to be.

HOW WILL SANJI AND ZORO BECOME BESTIES IN MY OP FIGHTER PILOT AU?? WELL IM GLAD U ASKED!!

It starts slow, but it definitely begins after their 1v1 dogfight training. TL;DR- Zoro gets humbled during the training exercise against Sanji.

Long answer:

In practical lessons the instructor (who I REALLY want to make Admiral Garp), at the request of Luffy, has Zoro and Sanji practice 1v1 dogfighting for the mission since only two aircraft will be available...And it goes about as well as you expect. Zoro has the upper hand until suddenly, Sanji pulls back and uses the abrupt change in speed to change directions easier and punches forward and upward to gain a height advantage. Eventually, after 2 thousand feet or so, it makes Zoro pull back enough for Sanji to maneuver the stick and crank the jet perpendicular to the surface to get right behind Zoro's aircraft and...bullseye. I'd have to rewrite this later since im still researching how to write dogfights and just general flight mechanics, but hopefully, it gets my point across for now.

Zoro is absolutely FLOORED and since then respects Sanji, but still picks fights with him.

He holds a newfound respect for Sanji and becomes more cooperative as a nav instead of complaining, which weirds Sanji out but like whatever, right?

In their bunks, Sanji is usually restless and hates sleeping (night terrors? PTSD? insomnia?? the world will never know), and Zoro wakes up one night and just goes, "Wanna spar?" and Sanji is confused because sparring for him was never fun, but Zoro looks like he's about to take back the offer, and so he says sure without even thinking.

That starts their semi regular training together other than top gun bullshit they have to do, and Sanji always goes to bed humbled since Zoro kicks his ass every time.

Zoro is a great guy and a great teacher in hand to hand combat. He learns that Zoro wasn't always a pilot, that he did get stationed in places like the north blue. He learns that Zoro has seen the more disturbing parts of war that pilots dont see every day. He also learns that Zoro isn't all just muscle and density (physically and mentally, Sanji thinks to himself), but he also despises sweets and thats why he never falls for the trick of candy in the MRE's that always have Luffy running laps every lunch despite it being a known rule.

Eventually, the arguing is more like playful bickering with camaraderie hidden behind it. Sanji picks fights for the hell of it, and Zoro rolls with it. Zoro knows that he would trust sanji with his life when shit hits the fan, and so would Sanji if the same happened to him.

Friendship for them is the same as they were before except theres respect and trust that they each earned, and Nami can finally breathe and is like "Thank god y'all got your shit together."

One night after their ritualistic sparring session when Sanji is asleep, he is suddenly woken up to Zoro gasping for breath and thrashing, and then the man throws himself off the bed and lands with a thud loud enough to wake up Luffy and Usopp. Usopp is confused as fuck and Luffy snorts awake and is half asleep until they both see Zoro suddenly stand up, extremely alert and sweating.

"Hey Zoro..? What's up, man?" Usopp asks tiredly with his question laced with concern. Whats weird, though, is that its like Zoro doesn't hear them. He's standing where he fell one second and suddenly making a sweep of their bunk the next. Sanji is watching from his top bunk, looking down at Zoro before looking straight at Luffy. It's almost like Luffy knows, and he nods and says, "Let him do his thing, i trust you to know what to do, Sanji," And so he does what Luffy says.

Everyone listens to the squad leader and quietly lets Zoro sweep the parameter, check the door, check around outside, the windows, the window locks, under the beds, until Zoro is standing in the center of the room with a look that gives away everything Sanji needs to know. Zoro isnt here, at least not mentally, so he slowly shuffles out of his top bunk, making note of how Zoro's gaze flicks to him suddenly and makes sure to telegraph his movements before they even happen.

After a few minutes, he's in front of Zoro, looking directly into his eyes and standing. Zoro's eyes almost seem distant, looking through him but into his soul at the same time.

"Hey, moss, what's going on in that head of yours?" Sanji whispers low enough, so it's barely heard by Luffy and Usopp, who watch in case anything happens. Sanji knows, though. He knows Zoro won't do anything, and if he does, then Sanji knows that Zoro trusts him enough to stop him.

Zoro is staring, and eventually, Sanji slowly moves his arm within his view, gently resting his palm on Zoro's chest and feeling the elevated heartbeat. "Mossy, you with me? You're in our barracks now. Not wherever your brain thinks you've ended up," and he can visibly see Zoro deflate, then a rough palm shakily holds onto his wrist like his life depends on it. Zoro is trembling, his shoulders shake with each breath now, and his eyebrows scrunch like he's fighting with himself. Maybe he is, Sanji thinks to himself.

After a while- maybe 5 minutes or 20. No one was keeping track of time - Zoro eventually has enough self-awareness to clear his throat and really look at Sanji, who is still there and looking right at Zoro. It's grounding, the hand on his chest, and blue and brown eyes looking at him. Luffy and Usopp are asleep again, and Zoro takes one deep breath and lets it out, closing his eyes and counting to ten, and instead of the horrors he saw again in his sleep, he sees Sanji.

"Thanks, cook." Zoro whispers. It strikes Sanji in his soul how vulnerable it sounds. How Zoro squeezes his wrist gently before letting go.

They dont talk about it, or the other times it happens, or the times Zoro does the same for Sanji but its him using deep pressure therapy in the form of a hug after Sanji wakes up with a yell and fight overtaking his system when flight ironically loses the battle.

Their friendship is odd, but it comforts both of them in a way nobody else ever has. They both know each other well enough now that they can work alongside each other while constantly making jabs at each other. Their lighthearted bickering reveals smiles that were previously hidden, and it lets them feel like they can be themselves a little bit more.

u wanna know why i love this motherfucker?

i will make some simple points.

1. design. i love subtle details. the hidden eye is such a goth/emo trademark, and that’s all he needed really. the suit. such a simple outfit, and yet it makes him stand out from any other one piece character, y’know, a story about silly pirates until proven otherwise. the swirly eyebrow. so stupid, so effective. the fact that he maintains somewhat of a fancier fashion sense than the rest even without the suit. the fact that oda didn’t think his design needed any changes in the time skip, beyond giving him more facial and body hair. basically a slut. thank you.

2. personality. flawed, stupid, introverted. perverted. believes in kindness above all else. womanizing galore. cooks as a form of not only refining his passion, but to maintain emotional control. explicitly has cptsd. talks and acts like a punk, despite wearing a suit and looking all fancy. would defend even those who tried to kill him. kindness rooted on selflessness. it’s a problem sometimes. his dream is to reach essentially paradise, or all blue. most fairytale like dream in all of one piece. proving he is just a little kid at heart sometimes, or that he has not left that side of him behind. believes in his captain blindly.

3. general potential meaning behind the character. oda clearly told a story on how to find balance and happiness after surviving abuse, with found family. this along sanji’s implied eating disorder, or trauma involving food as a source of worth, made so many people feel heard. its honestly amazing how well it was written and surprising that a shounen would tackle such topics. instead of sugarcoating things with forgiveness, oda told it like it is, and made sanji stand his ground and walk away from shame.

4. fighting style and tricks. he’s such a sly little bastard when he wants to be. one of the smartest crew members, next to robin. usually relies on brains before conflict. only character in one piece who can just do that with no devil fruit or super power. y’know. catch himself on fire, or more specifically his legs, only because the gag is that he’s a passionate, fiery person. love the french when he names his moves. very slutty of him. skinny cool black legs. can and will kill you. unless ur a girl. then he wont.

5. his relationship with kids throughout the series is so moving. in general it’s refreshing to see in any story, but his interactions in particular hit me hard. he’s so unconditionally loving, protective, and truly listens to them and tells them it’s gonna be okay. will cook for them and kill for them. dont fucking mess with kids around sanji.

6. UNBELIEVABLY hot.

Your personalities were 180° the opposite

Zoro is a blunt, tough guy of course with a kind soft heart who he only showed to his nakamas & you.

However, you were a cute shy girl, that could be easily flustered or scared

That's why Zoro keeps you by his side 24/7 because he definitely knows that you need to be protected

He even knows that you have a suave heart, and can tricked by anyone trying to get you bcs of your kind side

However, he wasn't aware that your heart was already caged by a certain flirty blonde

No, he didn't think that those cheesy flirtings by Sanji could at least affect you

But it happened, one day on the ship, as you sailed, everyone was relaxing on the deck

You decided to head to the kitchen and confess, bcs you can't keept it inside of you anymore

Plot: its your's and nami's job to distract some pirates in a night club while the rest of the crew steal from their ship. Theirs only one problem, those pirates get a little too handy. Basically you being super sexy in front of them

Warning: Strong language, SFW but slight sexual content, seduction, jealousy, blood, violence, making out.

It was all Nami's idea, she wanted to steal form the big pirate ship but there where too many guys to take on and a marine base near by. Luckily there was a night club in the town and after a few days of flirting with those men she managed to convince most of them to meet her at the club that night. she promised she would bring friends so none of them got left out. Those friends being you and Robin, it has been a very long time since you've been to a club but your a surprisingly good dancer, you often Tango with Sanji in the kitchen. Sanji and Zoro were against it form the get go but Nami fought them on this saying her plan would be ruined "Why Not just you and Robin?" Zoro yelled pointing at the black haired woman "Because theres like 15 of them, us two can't distract all of them" Nami fights back getting in Zoro's face "I dont think we should do this at all, what are those guys gonna do to you beautiful lady's?" Sanji asks getting panicked at the thought of other pirates touching his girls.

Robin places a hand on your shoulder trying to get you to calm the two down. You didn't think this plan was a bad one and you only had feeling for the two boys so what was the problem. You sign and walk over to Zoro placing your hand on his shoulder "Its going to be ok. Im not letting them do this on their own." Zoro's face quickly turned to you before he could say anything you smiled and turned to Sanji "They don't mean anything to use. just more money in our pockets. we need it to buy supply at the next place, plus free drinks" The two boys look at each other and sigh. Theirs no point in arguing with you but there is something the can do "Fine but were going with you. I know you can handle yourselves but I'll be there in case you need me" Sanji pipes in earning a nod from Nami and Robin "Me too" Zoro nods not wanting to leave you.

With that the plan was set and everyone in agreement. You, Nami and Robin went to get changed, Nami gave you one of her dresses to wear since you didn't have any "Sexy" cloths as she called it. You did each others hair and makes up before leaving the room walking down to the kitchen where everyone was getting ready. Usopp, Brook and Franky gasped when you all entered. Nami in a shiny blue short dress, the hem just going past her waist, the straps going around her neck leaving her back exposed and a long v neckline showing her cleavage. Her hair long and straitened, red lips and blue eye shadow. Robin in a pink glitter short dress, the hem just touching her knees. Straps dangling off her shoulders and a heart shaped neckline, hair tied up in a long pony tail and pink eye shadow. You in a purple glitter dress going down to the middle of your thighs, a slit on either side going up to your waist only being held togeather by some black string and a heart shaped neckline with no straps. Your hair was down but curled, not a lot of makeup just a bit of eye liner and nude lip gloss. "We'll what do you think?" Nami said posing for everyone in the room earning nods of approval before turning to leave "Lets go then"

As everyone left the room you where dragged back in by a pare of strong arms, the door slamming shut. Sanji's hand made their way around your waist while zoro's hand was on the door both staring at you intensely. "You've been holding out on us?" Sanji whispers into you neck before kissing it and slightly biting "Its Nami's dress and dont bite, you'll leave a mark" you tried pushing his head away but Zoro grabs your arms "Let him. im gonna leave one too" Zoro's voice got even deeper, it made your heart skip a beat, they were both so hot in that moment. Sanji pulls away form your neck leaving a nice small bruise near your shoulder "So sexy. i cant wait to see you dance" he whispers to you, Zoro lets go of you so Sanji can turn you around to face him, eagerly crashing his lips onto yours while Zoro goes for your neck, biting and sucking next to the hickey Sanji left. You moan into Sanji's mouth bringing your hands up and into his hair pulling him closer, Sanji's tongue slipping into your mouth. The door behind you three slams open "Seriously?? I know she looks hot but don't leave marks" Nami yells the three of you breaking away form each other to look at her. she was so scary when angry and eyes full of fury as she takes out a compact from her small bag. Zoro and Sanji entered the club first getting drinks and sitting in one of the winding booths, Sanji lighting a cigarette and blowing out the smoke. The only seats where those winding black booths curving around to another set. Small black tables placed in different areas where people gathered. the place was packed, playing upbeat music and the DJ headbanging slightly to his own tunes. The walls where black but with all the different shades of blue lights hitting them it made it look like you were under water. Their where two bars one on either side of the large building a dance floor jampacked with people in between. You, Nami and Robin where waiting outside for the pirates to show and when they did they all seemed super happy "Hay lady's. You kept your promise you did bring some beauties" the leader seemed to say the other nodding along. "I never disappoint" Nami answered hugging his arms "Shall we" she says walking in with them, it was only then you realized how many there were, Nami was right there was 15 of them but you were confident with your friends around, you know how to dance and you know you look sexy. A few of them walk after their boss while the others guide you and Robin in, their Hands on your lower backs.

Some men went to get a drink for you all while you, Nami and Robin lead the rest over to the dance floor. By now their ship would be getting raided so you three just had to keep them here for a while. The music was loud but fun to dance too, you started to have fun only really focusing on your friend's until a hand went up the outside of your leg and a body presses again your back swaying with you. Nami gave you a nod giving you the confidence you needed to show off "Hello" he whispers in your ear, you put on the best fake smile you can muster and turn to him quickly placing a hand in his shoulder while you sway your hips going up and down slowly as you did, your other hand running up threw your hair to the music "Nami mentioned you guys were cute but she was wrong... your all very handsome" You lie getting in his face so he can hear you, the smile on his face got big placing his hands on your waist stopping you from going lower down again "Your more beautiful than i thought you'd be" he said back pulling you closer "Flattery will get you many places" he leaned in to try and kiss you only for you to grab one of his hands and spin under it, twirling out but keeping your hand in his "Now now, don't want to make your friend's jealous do we?" you ask letting go of his hand one of guys friends behind you grabbed your hips and stated to dance with you "Come on man, you always rush into things, take it slow for once" the guy behind you says inviting the man from before to join you two. As more of the guys gathered around you, you looked around the room trying not get noticed by the pirates around you. You spotted your two boys sitting in a booth, both staring at you. You don't know why but you wanted to tease them, your gonna pay for it later but it'll be worth it, you smile at the two a real one and wink, keeping your eyes on them as you lean in closer to the man behind you, putting your arm up and around the back of his neck keeping him close to you as you move. instead of swaying side to side you started moving your waist back and forth, your hips moving with it as you slowly went down the man following with you. You only kept you eyes on Sanji and Zoro smiling at them with seductive eyes, you did wish the man behind and in front of you were them, dancing with you and feeling your body. The guy behind you let his hand wonder down your leg grabbing your inner thigh only for you to slap it away. Only your boys get to touch you there no one else, you made sure of that.

The two men sat drinks in one hand and holding each others hand watching the show. Sanji found it very sexy the way you danced taking puffs of his cigarette, his eyes looking over your body until you were joined by a man. His hand tightened on Zoro's catching his attention looking at his boyfriend before looking back at his girlfriend. Zoro leaned back and took a sip of his drink "She looks good" The comment snapped Sanji out of what ever he was thinking about to look at Zoro then back at you "Yea. i just wish it was us there" He sighs leaning back with Zoro laying his head on the sword mans shoulder "I know, I hate it too but she wont let anything happen" He states watching as you pull away form the guy that tried to kiss you. "See" Sanji sighs at Zoro not fully convinced "A lot can happen in seconds, we're both men, we know that their thinking, where their eyes are. Makes me sick" Zoro looks around before placing a kiss on Sanji's head "That's why we're here". As they sat and watched your eyes shifted to them and they realized what you were doing. "That bitch" Zoro leaned forwards a cocky smile on his face watching you, the glass in his hand threatening to brake under his grip. Sanji's eye twitched leaning forward and slamming his glass on the table, the music was too loud for anyone but Zoro to notice. Your eyes never left theirs and it made them want you more than ever. A growl left Zoro's lips his hand tightening around Sanji's "She knows what she's doing" Sanji smiles a little watching you move your hips putting his cigarette out in the ash tray. "She'll be getting it later" Zoro groans slightly his eyes widening when the mans hand went to your thigh, it was all fun and games up until that moment watching you slap away the mans had. The boys noticed the mans face crinkle up into an angry look as he pulled your hair from your neck, You and the man spoke for a few seconds, noticing you had stopped moving but the man was still trying to sway your hips with him. Zoro and Sanji's eyes turned to rage when you turned and slapped the man right in the face.

You enjoyed the cocky smiles on your boyfriends faces. You wanted them to love you, think your beautiful and sexy. The man seemed to notice something pulling you hair away from your neck "Such a slut" he whispers shocking you out of you trance and stopping your hips form moving. The man still tried to dance with you, his hands gripping your hips in a death grip "What?" you asks hoping you didn't hear him right "You have hickies on your neck, some ones already had a go at you. Your such a Slut" he said it to be seductive but you hated that word, it hit you hard, no longer feeling sexy, a sickness rose in you causing anger to hit you and in turn you whipped around pulling away from the man and slapping him hard in the face, his nose starting to bleed instantly. "Your ass better show me some respect" You spat as the other men looked at you in anger

"Y/N?" Nami asks stopping dancing with the leader to see if you were ok. The leader didn't let her go though "Don't worry lass my boys are only trying to have fun". Robin tried to chime in but the men she was dancing with grabbed her arms "Hay get off me" she yelled out, the crowd now starting to notice. Seeing your friends in trouble you decided it was time to teach these boys a lesson, your not an object, your strong and your about to show them that. You turned to the leader and kicked him right in the face, your heal making contact with his jaw, Nami was let go and she turned to punch the same man in the face. The force of both of you sent the man tumbling to the ground the crowd running off to get away from the fight. The men around Robin yelled out in pain and fell to the ground letting go of her, Zoro and Sanji appearing in front of her, them being the cause of their pain. "Fucking Bitch's, Kill them" The leader yelled holding his jaw blood coming out of his mouth and nose. The other pirates pulled out their weapons and come in to attack. Zoro ran slicing a few of the men while sanji lite his foot on fire kicking a few in the face. Robin used her powers to grow hands out the backs of some, pulling their heads back with a crack. Nami and You stood back to back punching and kicking anyone that came at you. It was a fun fight but your attention was drawn to the leader again as he got up pulling out a gun. You didn't notice he had one this whole time, pushing Nami away as he fired missing the both of you. The gun shot got Zoro's attention running at the man and slicing his gun in two before shoving his sword in the mans face. With the leader now at Zoro's mercy the fighting stopped, the mans crew stepping back watching to see if their leader would die. "Well i guess this is a great time for you to empty your pockets as a sorry for giving us a hard time" Nami chimes up a smug smile on her face. The leader sighed and nodes, his crew pulling out everything they had, Nami, Sanji, you and Robin taking any money or things of value before getting ready to leave.

You spotted the man who called you a slut before leaving. Zoro and Sanji walking behind you as you approaches taking his wallet and looking threw it, taking the money he had and shoving his the wallet into his chest "Word of advice.... never call a woman a Slut, That's how you get your nose broken" his eyes shot form you to the two angry men behind you, it was like he was looking at two guard dogs ready to sink their teeth into him and rip him apart on your orders. He then realized that your slap didn't brake his nose and you knew that too. Punching the man square he fell to the ground screaming, his nose broken and bleeding badly. You shook his blood off your hand only for Sanji to take your hand and pull out a napkin to wipe your knuckles, kissing them after its clean making a show of it before leaving your hand in his. Zoro placed his hand on the small of your back walking you out the Club following Nami and Robin.

The sunny set sail, all the treasure form the other ship on the grass deck, it was a lot more than anyone expected and the berry signs in Nami's eyes showed how happy she was. Drinks where given out and Brook played music to celebrate their victory. You, Zoro and Sanji were sitting away form the other, you on Zoro's lap Sanji's hand on your thigh and Zoro's arms around Sanji's waist "You were so hot out there baby" Zoro smirked in your ear kissing your neck. Sanji's hand tightened on your thigh "You kicked that guy's ass good my love" Sanji complemented his face on the other side of you neck. "Y/N, Sanji, Zoro" Luffy yelled running over causing you three to look up at him "Heard you got into a fight. Sanji laughed seeing Zoro's eagerness, Zoro's other hand wrapping around your waist holding you close to his chest. "Arrrrrrr but Nami wont tell me either" Luffy pouts but you manage to make him happy again "Im sure Robin would love to tell you about it" Luffy smiled and looked over to where robin was and nodded "Thanks Y/N" your captain said running off. "Good job" Sanji commented before getting an idea "Hay how about we dance? i want you to move the way you did before. only this time its us holding you" Sanji grabs your chin making you look at him "Anything for you two" you whispers Sanji placing his lips on yours before helping you up, Zoro didn't hesitate to get up with you. he normally wouldn't dance but after today he wanted both you and sanji to dance for him.

You three still stayed away from the group but enjoyed dancing togeather. Sanji deiced after a while that Zoro wasn't doing a good enough job and stood behind the swords man holding his hips "Follow my lead" The cook whispered in Zoro's ear guiding his hips to sway. you turned to place a hand on Zoro's shoulder "Need a hand?" you asks seeing Zoro's face is slightly red but enjoying himself. "That's it , Follow Sanji's lead" You encourage Zoro bringing you in by your hips "Gods your perfect, both of you" he comments making you and Sanji smiles kissing his neck togeather. he groans at the two of you shoving his leg in between yours. you pull away to dance with him more helping him move down and back up, his hand sliding from your hips to your ass. Sanji's lips still on Zoro's neck, his hands slide down to the sword mans thighs making their way in to the middle of his thighs. Zoro crashes his lips onto your and sliding his tongue into your mouth, you both groan at the feeling. In this moment you felt so loved, so beautiful and sexy. You couldn't imagine being with anyone else but the two in front of you. Behind you a loud voice shouted at you three "JUST FUCK ALREADY" Usopp yelled before shoving a hand over his mouth not meaning to say it out loud. You pulled away laughing along with Sanji and Zoro. The rest of the crew joining in the laughter Nami grabbing usopp "Shut up and let them have their fun". Now that the plan was over she didn't care what the three of you did but she was happy at how those two made you happy.

He would not dress up, instead simply putting on an unbuttoned shirt instead of remaining shirtless

He might- might take off the hat but thats only if you REALLY want him too

I think he would be pretty relaxed about meeting your parents

You on the other hand was not

I mean dont get me wrong Ace is a sweetheart and all, but he also can be pretty gross without meaning too

You two were planning on heading to your parent’s house so Ace could finally meet them, so in the meantime you told him to keep a few promises

“No using anyones clothing as napkins, finish chewing before talking, and if they say something that annoys you please don’t fight them.”

He’d give you a thumbs up and a smile as he said he’d keep the promise

So here you guys are, in front of where your parents lived

Knocking on the door, it only took a few seconds for them to show up

As Ace introduced himself he bowed and had a bright smile

Your parents smiled back and let you two in

So far so good

All of you were just relaxing in the living room, your parents sat across from where you and Ace sat

Your parents listened as Ace told a bunch of stories about his life, it mainly consisted of the trouble he’d get in with his brothers or how he met and fell in love with you but he was having fun sharing them

Your parents seemed to be enjoying his company and that made you happy

After talking for a while your mother decided to make a quick meal for everyone in which Ace asked if he could help a bit

Your dad decided to put him in charge of setting the table

He had almost dropped a plate in the process but he got it done and wore a proud smile

It wasn’t long until you guys began to ate and you could tell Ace was definitely holding back from how he usually acted

“Whats the point of forks when i can grab it so much faster using my hands?” he mumbled to no one in particular

What really surprised you was that he made sure to properly chew his food before speaking

You were really happy that he was keeping his word but sadly all good things come to an end

“Wow! Mrs.L/n your food is really--”

He passed out face first into his plate and your parents could only stare

You could only sigh as you tilted his face so he doesn’t manage to suffocate

“Oh my, is he okay?” your mom asked in a worried tone and you nodded your head

“Ah yeah he’s fine. Hes a narcoleptic thats all. He’ll wake up any moment”

And not even a few seconds later, Ace straightened up and continued eating like nothing even happened

Your mother laughed

“Oh wow! He reminds me of a baby!”

“Mom!”

He rose a brow at the two of you, unaware of what you were talking about, food still smeared onto his face

You clicked your tongue and grabbed a napkin before wiping his face

“See he is like a little kid” she repeated and you rolled your eyes in response

Ace’s eyes widened a bit as he finally understood what happened

“Did I pass out again?”

“You passed out again.”

He rubbed the back of his head and gave an apology to your mom who in return laughed loudly

“Oh no worries dear, when y/n was younger she would pull countless all nighters and end up doing the same thing”

“Mooom stop it”

“Oh shush this is all light hearted fun”

As your dad started a separate conversation, Ace grabbed your hand under the table and smiled

He was having fun, even if you guys were being teased

Idk how i feel about this one rip

He was a bit nervous yet excited

He couldn't wait to meet the people who raised you, but he was worried if they wouldn’t like him

He chose to wear one of his best suits and cologne despite your protests

“Sanji its just my parents, you don’t need to be any more fancy than usual” “Nonsense, i should take it seriously so your parents can see im serious about you.”

He’d insist on making dinner for them

Once your parents arrive he puts on a charming smile and introduces himself

Skip to dinner, Sanji made sure to sit everyone down and serve them

Some nice small talk was made when suddenly one of your parents asks him if Sanji truly loves you

An instant “of course!” was heard from Sanji before he started listing hundreds of things he loves about you

Honestly he said a bit much since he strayed off from personality and perks to more your physical appearance and more

You had to kick his leg under the table to get him to stop

Your dad put his fork down and looked at you

“I don’t want you dating him”

“Can i ask why?” you ask

“Sounds to me your boyfriend is simply a pervert. He’s probably just after your body”

Now this Sanji got upset at but you acted first

“Seriously?? Did you listen to anything he said just now? Yeah he appreciates my looks but he clearly loves me for who i am, do you only hear things that make you upset or something?”

You were hoping it would stop right there but no, of course your dad had to say some more huh

“Isn’t he just some chef anyways? Its not like they make a bunch of money, he’s probably mooching off of you”

You stood up so fast your chair was knocked down

“How dare you say that about Sanji? Hes not just some chef, he’s one of the best out there. That doesn’t even matter actually, good chef, bad chef, he would NEVER mooch off of someone. Using people, especially women is completely against his character! Sanji has been nothing but nice to you tonight, and here you are completely shitting on him!”

You huff and wave your hand, mumbling how you wanted some fresh air before heading outside

It was only a few seconds before Sanji joined you

“How are you doing love?” He’d ask and you’d whirl around and face him in surprise

“How am I doing? Sanji they were saying bad things about you! Im SO sorry about that, my dads usually not that much of an asshole and-anyways, How are you doing??”

He’d chuckle and assure you he’s fine

“I’m not gonna lie, i was pretty upset when he said i was using you for my own gain. But seeing you stand up for me, getting upset for me really warmed my heart.”

He’d give you a hug while slowly rubbing your back

“But what do i do about him not approving? What if he says to break up??” you ask and sanji tilts your chin up towards him

“Who cares? We are all adults here, its not like his disapproval will suddenly stop the love we have for each other.”

You slowly nod at his words and he smiles before giving you a quick kiss

“Now lets head back in and finish dinner” “Oh but its going to be so awkward now”  you complain but you still walk with him back inside

When you guys return to the table, your mother shoves your dads shoulder which made him stand and walk up to Sanji

Before the blond can open his mouth, your dad is already apologizing

“Look, Im sorry about what I said. It was harsh and based on my daughters reaction, clearly untrue. I just dont like to see my kid grow up, much less dating someone. Just promise me one thing, Sanji. Promise me you wont break her heart” he says putting a hand out

Sanji gave him a nod and a firm handshake.

“I promise. I would never be able to live with myself if I did”

currently reading: this is embarrassing in a way but were healing atm , im close to being finished with forest of secrets by erin hunter of the warrior cat series XD im reading the series slowly again with my gf

besides that however i usually read manga and not so many books. i got caught up on dungeon meshi the other day which im THRILLED is getting an anime!! iirc the mangaka had mentioned that she wouldnt approve an anime unless she knew itd be good so 👀.. i have very high hopes.

besides that ive been continuing my read through and analysis of one piece! im near the end of the skypeia arc now, its of course wonderful. i enjoyed the anime arc a lot as well but the end felt a little clumsy, im interested to see if the manga is any better. no harm if its not, cant all be the goat ALL the time. currently, sanji just got blasted by enel and i was talking abt in my server that he’s incredibly self sacrificing and this is like the third time this arc he takes such a horrible blow its a miracle he wakes up. but honestly his little excursion onto the ark maxim and then subsequently getting electrocuted reads to me like some sort of sui attempt… but thats me. lololol. i love analyzing manga.

last song: this is sooo hard honestly cuz i listen to music constantly.. but the song i woke up with in my head is Bitter Boogie by King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard. (while rn playing is Am I In Heaven? by the same band!) heres some of my recent spotify likes of kglw however.. i have more but HAHA

last series: this may come as a shock… but the answer to this is also One Piece. lmfao. im nearing the end of the dressrosa arc and people were not lying. flashbacks abound. a lot of good character moments felt ruined by it. OH WELL. but right now luffy just shifted into fourth gear and its really exciting, but nothing is that easy to im waiting for things to go wrong.. despite being a mess of an arc im having a great time with it!

last movie: im so bad about watching movies and my friend mo has described it being a ‘herculean task’ for me to watch a movie which is true so i dont have a clear answer. i recently saw thor love and thunder with family. it sure was a marvel movie so its very whatever. last GOOD movie i watched and remember watching is The Last Unicorn and i cried like the whole time.. LOL.

currently working on: oh lord well i always default to saying im working on my oc universe story thing Masters of None! but the honest answer is really nothing too much atm i havent drawn in over a month or so. i just havent felt like it. ive got the itch to do so but no energy LMAO but i try not to force it. however im playing a new game that came out yesterday if that counts for anything? cult of the lamb, its phenomenal so far im really enjoying it.
