➡️ Giant Days #2 Volvemos a las andadas con las tres mejores universitarias que ha habido nunca de mano de la gran F. Esther, Daisy y Susan vuelven a hacernos reir pero tambien hay hueco para el cariño. Y es que es imposible no coger cariño a los personajes de Giant Days. Hay un par de momentos donde la narración es un poco abrupta y lo mismo estan en una fiesta que en casa y de pronto en la calle al dia siguiente que es un poco lío pero exceptuando eso sigue en la línea del anterior. (Giant Days TPB #1 USA) - ¿Es esta mi nueva serie favorita? ¿Es esto clicbait? Pongámonos serios. Olvidemos por un momento que compré el primer tomo en Londres y como 10 segundos deapués esos BELLOS BASTARDOS de @fandogamia anunciaban que lo sacaban en español y baratito. Esta serie ha llenado mi patata de sunshine and lollypops a un nivel 'Leñadoras'. A un nivel 'Nimona'. Pero con más humor, dirigido claramente para adultos, aunque no vetado para jovenzanos. Un slice of life universitsrio ingenioso, cuquísimo, rápido y directo... Como un cómic de Raina Telgemeier pero para mayores. Juerga universitaria, algo parecido a madurar, conversación de género y autodescubrimiento, y un estilo de dibujo expresivamente Disney. Esta serie, a muerte. A tope. Puturrú de fua. En breve os la trae la Gran Efe. Y ahora solo queda esperar... ...a que Fandogamia nos traiga cosas molonas de Boombox como 'Slam'. So I think I posted twice today, and both times I forgot to share today's photo of my bruise. Oopsie. 😕😊❤ . . . . So here it is! This photo was taken around 240 hours after the blood was drawn. It is definitely fading at last. To see it more clearly, turn to Photo Two! 😍❤😍 . . . . In Photo One above, it's shown with the book I was reading at the time. Photo Three shares what all I've read today. I read Giant Days, Vol. One, by John Allison and Lissa Treiman in its entirety (⭐⭐⭐). Then a little later I read Magic Tests in the An Apple for the Creature anthology (edited by Charlaine Harris and Toni L.P. Kilner), story 5.3 (I think) in the Kate Daniels series by Ilona Andrews (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐). And then even later on, I started Half-Resurrection Blues by Daniel José Older and read the first six chapters. 😊🎉📚❤ . . . . I'm sorry to say that so far, Half-Resurrection Blues is shaping up to be just a two-star "okay" story. 😕 There were sooo many narrative passages in these first six chapters (just 39 pages) that it was a struggle for me to stay awake while reading. 😕 I am very much hoping that the story picks up tomorrow. 🙄 . . . . But for now, it may only be just 10:15p, but I'm going to call it a night and try for sleep. So...
