So guess who went out (on my Bike) to take photos of a Transit Construction yesterday morning in the rain cause they were bored at sunrise and then fell asleep as soon as they got back home

This is the 145th Street Shoreline South Station, it's set to open in September

Also I went to go Swimming at the YMCA (that was a whole debacle because I had a less pleasant experience with gendered locker rooms) later that day and then took a nap so I feel so energized now that I'm gonna go back out there and take more pictures :3

do you train spot? If so can you send me some interesting photographs you’ve taken of trains you like. What’s your favorite train and why? For me I have a love and passion for steam locomotives and the various drive wheel configurations we saw as the technology progressed. I love the new diesel electric drivetrains of modern trains but nothing can beat the appearance of a steam engine

Yes when I can but unfortunately the Railroad lines are on the other side of the city from where I live

I hate driving I love riding the bus (except for when it's crowded and late in the afternoon) I love taking the Train it's so fast and just zips under the Ship Canal, infact its faster to take it than driving on I-5

Also yeah sometimes you get harassed but thats sorta the price of existing in public

People who have never taken public transit before seem to be under the impression that everyone on a bus is ready to stab you meanwhile I have never had that problem and I get to read while I’m stuck in traffic and they don’t.

Also I don’t get stuck in traffic much anyways because the drivers keep going on the freeway even though it gets clogged up with traffic and it’s literally faster to drive on the surface streets where the busses go but whatever I don’t need to pay for a gym membership because I walk to the bus and meanwhile what are you spending your money on? Oil changes so you can keep getting stuck in traffic?
