AAAANNNND... Jack/Lindy: 6, 14, 26, 29
6) What is their favorite feature of their partner’s?
Lindy loves Jack’s hair and hands; Jack loves Lindy’s lips and thighs.
14) Who kisses the hardest?
Depends on the day, tbh. But they’re usually on the same level.
26) What would be their theme song?
“Fall To Pieces” by Avril Lavigne, which is also the title of fic (who knows when I’ll write it).
29) one headcanon about this OTP that breaks your heart
That they barely speak to each other after high school. After they graduate, Lindy goes to LA to pursue her dream to be an actress, and Jack goes wherever the wind takes him to become a rockstar. They don’t see each other again until Evelyn’s funeral.

🖊+ Lindy Salinger
Thank you!
I watched Four Brothers last year, and after that I kept thinking “what if Jack had a steady girlfriend in high school?”, so that’s how I came up with Lindy.
Lindy’s my first OC that isn’t exactly a good person, at least not at the beginning. She’s self-centered, hypocritical (looks down on Jack, his family, and his friends because they’re criminals, when her own mom is a con artist), and thinks she’s better than everyone else because she’s popular and has perfect grades. She and Jack don’t like each other right away, they argue a lot and it takes a long time for them to catch feelings for each other.
When will I write her story? Someday, hopefully, lol.

would it be alright to ask you to break down Lindy/Jack?
Hey, I’m sorry it took me a while to reply. Thank you for sending me this, tbh I haven’t thought about Lindy and Jack in a while (I should probably rewatch the movie, but I know I’ll get sad again when Jack dies, lol).
How did they meet?
They’ve seen each other in the halls at their school, but they don’t officially speak to each other until Lindy is forced to tutor him.
Who developed romantic feelings first?
Probably Jack.
Who is their biggest “shipper?”
Maybe Bobby? He’s just glad to find out Jack isn’t gay (spoiler alert, in my story he’s bisexual, and he and Lindy kind of bond over that, since she is too, and their town is homophobic af).
When did they have their first kiss and under what circumstances?
Still not sure about this one.
Who confessed their feelings first?
Jack.
What was their first official date?
Probably something lowkey, like a movie.
How do they feel about double dates/group dates?
It’s not their thing.
What do they do in their downtime?
Jack teaches Lindy how to play guitar, and they write songs together.
What was the first meeting of parents as an official couple like?
Evelyn loves Lindy immediately. Lindy’s mom (haven’t picked a name for her yet, but the face claim is Katey Sagal) doesn’t really approve of Jack at first, but she comes around.
What was their first fight over and how did they get past it?
I don’t know what to count as a first fight, because they’ve been fighting since they first spoke to each other lmao
Which one is more easily made jealous?
Both, tbh. But I think Lindy is worse.
What is their favorite thing to get to eat?
Evelyn’s cooking. Lindy goes to the Mercer’s whenever she can just to eat whatever Evelyn prepares.
Who’s the cuddly one? What their favorite cuddling position?
Lindy is. She likes to sit on Jack’s lap and wrap her arms around him.
Are they hand-holders?
Yes, definitely.
How long do they wait before sleeping together for the first time? What’s the circumstances?
They literally don’t wait a second after they officially get together and stop dancing around their feelings.
Who tops?
Depends on the day.
What’s the worst fight they’ve ever gotten into?
They get into some fights over Lindy’s obsession with popularity, and being kind of ashamed of Jack at the beginning, and Jack keeping secrets about the illegal shit he does with his brothers. But I think the worst will be when Bobby sleeps with Lindy’s mom... (gross, I know). Lindy isn’t going to be happy, and she’s going to take it out on Jack.
Who does the shopping and the cooking?
Lindy does the shopping, but neither of them can’t cook to save their lives.
Which one is more organized and prone to tidiness?
Lindy. Jack’s a damn mess.
Who proposes?
That would be Jack.
Do they have joined Bachelor/Bachelorette parties or separate?
Separate.
Who is the best man/maid of honor? Any other groomsmen or bridesmaids?
Best man is Bobby, maid of honour is Joy (Lindy’s best friend, haven’t chosen a face claim yet). Other groomsmen are Angel and Jerry, and other bridesmaids are Sofi and Camille.
Big Ceremony or Small?
Probably a big one.
Do they have a honeymoon? If so, where?
They’ll probably just go on a road trip. No idea where yet, though.
Do they have children? How many?
Probably three, or four. A big, happy family.

Do you any plot bunnies you are planning on writing stories for soon?
Hi, thanks for the question! I have three plot bunnies actually.
Harmony Sheridan (Lost). Story name should be ‘Somewhere Only We Know’.
(In case you’re not familiar with the show), Lost is about a group of people who are on a plane, and each one of them has their own backstory and reasons to be on that flight. The plane crashes, and they get stuck together on an island where lots of weird stuff happens.
Harmony is in her early 20′s, she lives in Los Angeles, California and is an art student who works as a stripper to pay for her studies. Her kid brother Ian accidentally died in the park while he was playing; Harmony was supposed to watch him, but she got distracted talking on the phone. Her parents blamed her and abandoned her after that, and moved to Sydney, Australia. She went there for her father’s 50th birthday to try and make amends, but it didn’t work out. She got into Oceanic Flight 815 to return home, but the plane crashed and she got stranded on the island with the rest of the passengers. Over there, she tries to survive and ends up making new friends and more (I already know Sayid will be her love interest, and have an idea of how her relationships with other characters are going to play out). Harmony is sensitive, sarcastic, compassionate, and likes to help people. She deals with a lot of self-hatred and guilt due to what happened to her brother, and has [Trigger Warning] even attempted suicide (I know the backstory sounds super dramatic, but in this show everyone had a terrible life, lol).
So I pretty much had her whole character in my head, but the show is 6 seasons long and I just can’t bring myself to start writing yet… maybe later on this year.
Lindy Salinger (the movie Four Brothers). Story name should be ‘Fall to Pieces’.
(In case you haven’t seen this movie), Four Brothers is about four foster kids who were adopted by the same woman, who ends up being murdered. They reunite for her funeral after not seeing each other in a while, and attempt to avenge her. I want the story to take place way before that event, where Lindy goes to the same school as Jack (the youngest one of the brothers), and she’s forced to tutor him by the principal, who just wants to make sure he graduates, so he can finally get rid of him. Lindy is going to be different from my other OCs (who are all pretty nice people). I want her to be a bit mean and difficult to deal with. She’s book smart but doesn’t wanna go to college, she just wants to leave her home in Detroit to go to LA and be an actress (in contrast to Jack who wants to be a musician). Her dad is MIA, and her mom is a con artist (which will get them both in trouble later on in the story). Her romance with Jack is going to be difficult (I’ve noticed a pattern with my OCs, and it’s that they all feel lust at first sight with their love interests, and are way too nice to them… I want Lindy and Jack to clash a lot and not be attracted to each other right away).
I think that’s pretty much all I have… Evelyn (Jack’s adoptive mother), and the other three brothers (Bobby, Angel, and Jerry), and Sofi (Angel’s girlfriend) will be involved as well, but I’m not so sure how I’m going to handle all those characters yet.
Alma Vega (Élite). Story name should be ‘With You’.
(In case you’re not familiar with the show), Élite takes place in Spain, and it’s about three working-class kids who are given scholarships to go to the best and most expensive school in Spain, Las Encinas. They clash a lot with the rich kids, who don’t want them there. There’s a murder and the victim is revealed at the end of the first episode, and at the end of the season the killer is revealed. It’s sort of Gossip Girl meets How to Get Away With Murder.
Alma is a student the school who’s been living in Spain for a year (her parents sent her there as punishment for causing trouble, before that she was living in Argentina). She’s always been without much supervision because her parents are famous musicians, who are always on tour. She’s a musician just like her parents (plays the piano and violin), sometimes throws parties and used to have an unrequited crush on Ander, her only real friend at the school. Alma’s kind of a loner at the school, mostly because she misses her friends from back home, and believes everyone at Las Encinas is fake.
Alma’s got this ‘I’m not like these other rich kids’ attitude because she doesn’t look down on the new students, and falls for Samuel, who is one of them. Their relationship is going to be kind of tricky (in the first season Samuel is involved in a love triangle with a girl and his brother, and I don’t want to erase all that since it was a pretty big deal), but I sort of have an idea of how it’s going to play out.
… and I think that’s pretty much all I have, lol. Sorry for such a long answer. I don’t know which story I’m going to write first, but it’ll probably be ‘With You’.
Thanks again for the ask!
