I've just finished Line of Duty's second season and I must admit that Lindsay Denton's character fascinates me! She has it all: incredibly smart, cat lover, morally gray but willing to make criminals pay for their crimes. I don't understand the lack of content about her, so let's remedy it!
How about a somewhat inexperienced young cop who awakens a special tenderness in Lindsay after discovering that she also plays the piano? And is great at it🤩

rewatching line of duty slowly and god… i am SO UNNORMAL about lindsay denton. she is THE unlikeable woman: single, cat lady, lives alone, doesn’t wear makeup, snitches on her male colleagues, puts women first, unapologetic… and that’s what’s SO fucking good about her. she lies, manipulates and schemes, physically assaults people, attempts murder, and every single damn scene she’s in you leave with a different impression of her, you don’t trust her, one episode you love her the next you hate her… and god, the way she gets close to people, makes them uncomfortable, asks them for their darkest secrets… she is the character EVER. and the fact she became corrupt to take revenge on pedophiles and help protect children and her final action before she’s killed is her doing the very same thing… god. i love her so much

Discharge Petition for H.R. 7152, the Civil Rights Act of 1964
Record Group 233: Records of the U.S. House of RepresentativesSeries: General Records
This item, H.R. 7152, the Civil Rights Act of 1964, faced strong opposition in the House Rules Committee. Howard Smith, Chairman of the committee, refused to schedule hearings for the bill. Emanuel Celler, Chairman of the Judiciary Committee, attempted to use this discharge petition to move the bill out of committee without holding hearings. The petition failed to gain the required majority of Congress (218 signatures), but forced Chairman Smith to schedule hearings.

Res. 574 entitled, a RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE CONSIDERATION OF THE BILL (H.
