1: A jester furby!

I mean, come on... They are oh so adorable!! The checker pattern, the pompoms, the magenta feet...But unfortunately I don't think I'll ever be able to have one since they're so ridiculously expensive ���� Whilst getting a picture for this post I saw one going for over $600

2: Slightly more attainable, the Valentine's day Furby!

I lovveeee Valentine's Day themed stuff (despite likely being arospec but cough cough we dont need to talk about that.)

I also just really love pink . Look at this cutie pie!! I love the brown eyes on it since it's like chocolate... The green looks really good too! Green + pink my favorite color scheme ever...

3: The Flamingo Furby!

Once again . pink. I chose this image because it looks like it's scheming.... Wonderful beast. Another one that's marvelous with every eye color . 10/10 creature I love these things !!

4: The autumn/witch Furby!

The little hat??? Is so cute ??? Just . Adorable I love it so much. I prefer winter and spring(we're getting to spring wink wink) as seasons, but autumn does have some pretty impeccable vibes . Especially on a furby.

5: Angel furby!

This probably should have been higher on the list next to the jester bc i was like. Vaguely organizing them from like. Most expensive/hard to get to easiest but i forgot 🙏

Anyways if you know me atall you know that I. Love. Angels. To a concerning degree. And the purple eyes ? Best design choice ever ?? Looks fantastic?? Really otherworldly while still being cute. Obsessed.

6: Spring time furby! (Baby or adult)

The light purple is just so nice... It reminds me of the lilacs that bloom in a bunch of different shades of purple at my grandparents' house during the spring, which makes it extra sweet looking to me! It's kind of confusing with the baby version that apparently wasn't special addition- but yaknow what it's cute so it's ok.

7: Lime Green Baby!

8: Sunny Baby!!

Look at how delightful this creature is! This is the one I'm most likely getting soonish- I absolutely adore the sunny babies! They are just one of the cutest things on beautiful planet earth to me. I'm so dedicated to getting one of these sweethearts once I move I already have a list of name ideas... (Any suggestions would be welcome!)

Before I move on to the last two furbs, here are some honorable mentions:

9: Strawberry Milk furby!

Honestly I'd be happy with any of the 2005 furbies (the adult ones, not the babies... those were the only actually scary furbies lmao). They're all pretty pricey, but I think someday I'll be able to find at least one- I'd be satisfied with that. Also i really like this one specifically bc it reminds me of vanilla ice cream with red velvet chunks in it.

10: Funky Purple Furby!

Last but definitely not least!

Again- I'd be happy with any of the '05 furbs, but something about the green and purple here is so charming to me . This will probably stay a dream though, since the funky ones are even more expensive than the regular ones.

And that's all of my dream furbies!! It was mostly just an excuse to talk about the ones I like, i doubt I'll ever get my hands on most of them- but I had a lot of fun making this!

Sunday, January 7th, 2024: Weekend Wrap-up

Friday:

Outfit: Sheer black blouse with black coverage over the breasts, dark grey frayed jeans, black booties, cropped back leather jacket, chanel necklace

Activities: Coffee at Elixer Cafe, pedicures, and Flamingo Deck lunch with burrata, pear, and prosciutto salads. Bayside landing going away party for Natalie, met her adorable sister Andora (Andy) who is like a little me and getting her masters at LSE. Hung out at Connor's watching a truly ridiculous/amazing movie "Sanctuary" and ordering a Mediterranean pizza.

Mood: *After not being able to get a pedicure but enjoying the massage and foot bath* "The med spa is half-full".

Saturday:

Outfit: Black and white workout outfit. Adidas leggings, Nikes, and burgundy cable knit turtleneck.

Activities: Hannah's move-out day. Makenna and I took a hot girl walk for coffee, we built a ton of furniture for the living room and it's looking GORGEOUS already. Connor came over to put the dining room table together (green flag), believes in therapy (green flag), asked Makenna questions about herself (green flag), and regularly listens to Pod Save America (green flag). Our neighbor Grace stopped by to borrow our oven, which felt very cute and 1950's. She's 27 and has a chill yogi-girl vibe. Then Connor and I watched a crime documentary that was CAMP as hell.

Mood: New furniture, new me.

Sunday:

Outfit: Workout fit in teal, Gay for Soccer hat

Activities: I woke up at noon to a beautiful breakfast nook with fresh flowers and Blue cuddling on one of the new suede chairs I put together. Hit my cardio goal of slightly over 5 K today on an epic beach run and meditation. Made an amazing dinner (see below) and then binge-watched Sex and The City while she ordered a new fabulous lamp for the beautiful living room. YAY!

Mood: Sunday reset bliss

Meals I made this weekend:

Five cheese ravioli and truffle sauce with mushrooms, onions, spinach and pancetta

Steak tacos and chipotle-glazed vegetables with orange salad and lime sour cream

Southern pork chops and crispy corn cakes with marinated apple and braised kale

Crew- can sniff out the impostor easily. If it’s Lucy he’ll follow until Lucy kills then call a meeting. Anyone else he’ll let it slide until they kill MC

Impostor-he doesn’t wanna kill anyone. He loves them. Probably gives himself up cuz he’s hungry

Impostor- another sneaky bastard. Can’t be trusted. Will attach himself to someone so they can be his alibi but as the number of players dies down he’ll betray them if it means victory

Impostor- assuming he got in the game, he won’t kill anyone. It’s a sin even in games! Grandpa has a tendency to self report because it’s so close to the sabotage button

Crew- Low key cries when he finds a body. Puts a little prayer in the chat for them.

Extra- Luke may only be 10 but he does know how to play. He helps simeon learn how to okay as a crew member and it’s adorable to watch them both scream as Simeon is killed and Luke blames the demons even though it was actually MC

Impostor- kills Solomon first lol, idk why but I feel like barbs doesn’t care much for Solomon. Super sly and sneaks up on people to kill. Won’t kill diavolo.

Crew- follows diavolo to protect him. First to finish his tasks

Impostor- he’s a terrible impostor lmao, if he gets caught he’ll laugh in chat. He’s just having fun playing human world games. When he gets serious though? He kills Simeon first

Crew- he finds working fun! He’s got Lucy and barbs by his side but he sus of them both. What if one of them is the killer ? So he runs away from them and gets killed.

Impostor- surprisingly ruthless. They love the Bros and everyone else but right now? They’re prey for MC to devour. Always surrounded by the bros because they want to protect MC. Crew- again, surrounded by a shield of demons. Last one alive because most of the other players wouldn’t want to kill them

Is a MASTER at deflecting suspicions.

Doesn’t understand how to do lab samples. Will do the first part and never comeback.

Likes playing on POLUS map.

Always in security after tasks finished.

Gets killed there 2/3 times when there.

Walks around before getting to security to find bodies.

Finds to many in a row and people suspect her.

Trusts so damn easily she doesn’t even have a clue who the impostor is.

Doesn’t vote without evidence and doesn’t trust without two people alibi.

Kills Giyuu first and blames Sanemi and Shinobu for it. Gets away with it.

Very fast Impostor.

Kills and dips from the scene immediately.

Never kills Misturi and will out his second impostor if they do kill her.

Stays kind of quiet during voting time so you never know if he’s the Impostor or just doesn’t care what’s going on.

Sanemi:

Name: Ohagi

Color: Lime, Dark Green, or white.

Hat: Wall cap

Skin: Wall Guard

Pet: Blue blob puppy

Makes him so angry he can never get Impostor

Impostor like 1 out of 30 games RIP.

He is surprisingly not killer happy and plays the long game.

Gains trust and alibis before killing.

Can never finish tasks peacefully.

Gets killed, emergency situations happen or emergency button gets pressed.

Is good at tracking who was with who and figuring out who impostor is.

Gets killed first or second because of this.

Rages in dead chat.

Usually wins as impostor.

Kyoujurou:

Name: Flamin Hot

Color: Orange, Red or Yellow

Hat: Crewmate Hat

Skin: Black suit

Pet: Mini Crewmate ( he would be a proud dad and cry when he has to be a ghost and his child is alone!)

Zooms through tasks

Is never seen throughout the whole game

You don’t know if he’s crewmate or Impostor until the game ends or he gets or voted off.

When he does makes an appearance he is seen following others to the point they run away and he chases them harder. (Why would you do this!??)

He’s just trying to make sure the person is safe even if he causes them to have a fucking heart attack bc of it.

Kills way to quickly as Impostor.

Closes doors so much it gets hard to do tasks.

Never gets caught venting??

Even if he literally does it in broad daylight

Will defend someone who he thinks is completely innocent because he saw them do a task!

Goes afk sometimes and comes to somebody killing right in front of him.

Tengen:

Name: God Uzui

Color: doesn’t care about the color he will be flamboyant no matter what

Hat: Crown

Skin: Captain

DO NOT LET HIM BE ROOM MASTER

Will make the speed 3x and laugh while everyone struggles to do anything.

Will also take other people’s colors to mess with them.

Like playing on MIRA HQ map and venting all over the place.

Kills in Lab and is on balcony in a second.

That map is his territory when Impostor so be careful.

Doesn’t like being crewmate and wanders around most of the time.

“Green sus” they actually believe him even though he was literally wrong seconds ago!

Just happens to watch a murder happen and doesn’t say anything until the next round happens.

Kills others when they do downloads.

Presses the emergency button just to say someone seemed sus for no reason

Is a big troll.

Works amazingly with Kyojuro.

He kills while Kyojuro does Saratoges.

Hates getting paired up with Sanemi because they have such different playing styles. “Just fuxking kill!” , “stop killing everyone!”

Muichirou:

Doesn’t realize he’s impostor until he gets to first task and it says kill and sabatoge at the bottom of his screen.

Is impostor so much it’s hard to understand how it’s even possible that the others don’t suspect him at all. “It’s not possible to be impostor that many times in a row.” (Apparently it fucking is!)

Vents and kills in front others

Never gets caught that it’s annoying when you try to accuse him he’ll say he wasn’t even near the body and the others believe him.

Gets tasks done quickly.

Gets bored quickly and ends up leaving the game if nothing interesting happens.

Likes watching the others argue and purposely makes someone else seem sus even if he isn’t impostor to watch it go down.

Usually sticks by himself.

Stays down in vents and only comes out to kill and for his kill cool down to go down to do that again.

When he plays with the Kamaboko squad he mostly hangs around Tanjirou and kills zenitsu first.

Is standing in a random place FOR NO GODDAMN REASON!! Why!??!

Has zero clue someone died even on cams until somebody reports the body.

Gets distracted easily when he sees reactor or o2 go off.

Gyoumei:

Name: Praying

Color: Dark green or brown but ultimately doesn’t care

Hat: Fez

Skin: No skin

Pet: No pet

Is the most sanest player out of all of them!

Finishes his long tasks first before doing short ones.

Hates doing the dumb node task in polus map.

Always makes it like half way through the game before he gets killed off.

Is good at making guesses at who the Impostor is and being right!

Walks in at the wrong times and ends up being killed.

RIP

Was close to setting his name as stone dad.

Likes doing tasks and completing them. Makes him feel accomplished.

Doesn’t like being impostor

Gets away with it.

Andrea's guide to Barcelona

I spent the past 5 months living and working in the beautiful and vibrant city that is Barcelona. I have written all my favourite spots in a small notebook, but I thought it would be a good idea to write it down once more. This time in the online world of Tumblr (so I can find it too in the future).

Favourite neighbourhoods:

El Born (lots of cool shops, think of concept stores and gift shops)

El Raval (a bit alternative, you can find various graffiti paintings)

Barrio Gótico (basically the heart of the centre)

Touristic Things:

La Rambla (not very special to me, but it’s nice to have seen it)

Placa de Catalunya (if you want to see the busiest square and shopping streets of Barcelona, then definitely go here!)

La Sagrada Familia (the most famous church in Barcelona of course, if you are under 30 and go on a Sunday after 16:00, you’ll get a discount, which means you can visit the church, go up on one of the towers ánd get the audio guide for 15 euros)

Park Güel (there’s a free nature park, which is great to walk around, but also make sure you visit Park Güel and take a photo on the famous bench)

Placa d’Espanya (walk up the stairs for a view of Barcelona)

Magic fountain (near Placa d’Espanya, fountain show with lights and music)

Camp Nou, FC Barcelona game (even if you don’t like football, it still is cool to watch a FC Barcelona game and experience the atmosphere)

Do the Gaudi houses tour (on your own, for free, look it up on the web and give yourself a tour!)

Swim & Chill

Favourite beach: Playa del Bogatell (bit more quiet, more locals there, less annoying people who want to sell stuff and a cleaner sea)

Piscines municipales Montjuïc (the olympic swimming pools of Barcelona, great way to cool off and get an amazing view of the city. Make sure to bring your own drinks and food because there aren’t really food places nearby. It’s also a good idea to bring a hat because there aren’t many shadow places.)

Parc de la Creueta del Coll (beautiful parc with small pool/lake, a lot of locals with small kids go there)

Vintage shops and markets:

Lost & Found Market (basically a big flea market, I wasn’t a big fan of it)

Two Market (everything only costs 1 euro, but the entrance fee is also 1 euro, if you go early you can definitely find something cool and cheap)

You will find most vintage shops on Carrer Tallers, like: Holala vintage, Flamingo, Flamingos vintage kilo, etc.

If you’re looking for new and second hand vinyl or cds, go to Revolver Records on Carrer dels Tallers 11. They also sell band shirts.

Palo Alto Market (great market every Saturday and Sunday with food trucks, clothing, lifestyle goods, live music and much more!)

Nature & Sights

Ciutadella park (a lot of green, also a lot of people who do work-outs there)

The Montjuïc (one of the most famous hills in Barcelona, there are also a lot of touristic things to visit there, my recommendation is to go to the Teleferico Barceloneta and take the cable car to the Montjuïc)

Tibidabo (visit the Basílica and go up on the tower for a fantastic view)

Bunker El Carmel (it is quite a walk, bring some food and drinks, go in the late afternoon and have a nice picnic while watching the sunset)

Parc del Laberint d’Horta (nature park to walk around, which also features a maze!)

Food & Drinks

En Ville (very fancy menu del dia, if you’re into that)

La Tagliatella (good and cheap chain Italian food)

UDON (cheap fast food, asian style, go for their variation of the menu del dia)

Spice cafe (best carrot cake in town, seriously!!! Also try their homemade raspberry lemonade, it’s very refreshing)

Federal café (great for brunch, nice poached eggs, also a good place to work at)

Surf House (especially great in summer, after an afternoon at the beach, have the burger, fries and mayo-mango sauce or the phi phi salad!)

Eyescream and friends (very cute shaved ice cream with little eyes on them, you can choose the ice cream flavour and two toppings. It’s super yummy, they have cute branding and it’s very instagrammable!)

Bacoa (if you like eating burgers, this is the place to go to!)

Maka Maka (also a great burger place, with a very nice looking exterior)

La Boqueria Market (thé food market in Barcelona, definitely worth a visit, buy a cup of fruit or a smoothie or try a macaron ice cream sandwich from MIMA Ice Cream)

Brunch & Cake (delicious and extremely good looking brunch food! They have two locations, one by the sea and one in the city. Be sure to come early, because it gets very busy and you’ll have to wait in line to get a table)

FOC BCN (great latin food and cocktails, but make sure to tell the staff if you don’t like coriander)

Cosmo bar (very hip and trendy looking bar with great food, amazing cakes and nice coffee & juices)

Café Cometa (same owners as Cosmo bar, same hip-trendy-quirky restaurant, but with more light and it’s a bit more relaxed. Try the munch brunch, you can assemble your own brunch plate)

Chök the Chocolate Kitchen (amazing donuts and cronuts, they have two locations, but not a lot of seats, mainly focused on take-away, try the Kinder bueno donut)

Trópico (healthy and tropical foods and AMAZING juices and smoothies, try the smoothie with pink dragon fruit!)

Ice Wave (they take cream, add your toppings and create it into ice-cream rolls, which is already a show to watch on its own, they also sell fantastic ice-cream crepes)

Gaudí Bakery (incredible cakes, also great to take-away, try the Red Velvet!)

Can Dendê (Very cute little brunch/lunch place, try the pink lemonade, bagel with salmon and waffle fries)

El Nacional BCN (bit more expensive, but definitely the most beautiful eating place with multiple restaurants inside, especially magical around Christmas time)

Granja Petitbo (restaurant with a vintage and hip looking decor, try the waffle with cheese, chicken, spinach and strawberries)

Syra Coffee (brilliant coffee, kind baristas and amazing sweet goods from Lukumas)

Flax & Kale (worth a visit for the healthy food lovers, try the pink salmon burgers, coconut yoghurt with fruit and granola or the banana bread, or ALL OF THEM)

Tapas tour (book yourself a tapas tour and learn more about the history and culture of Barcelona, while eating tapas at various places)

Disseny Hub Barcelona (if you’re into design, then go here! From graphic design to furniture, there often also are cool exhibitions)

Google online for a free street art tour (or find a tour yourself and go explore the city!)

CCCB (museum with contemporary art, last time I was there, they had three exhibitions going on, very interesting!)

On Placa d’Isidre Nonell, there’s a mural of two lips kissing each other, made out of small photos: “The sound of a kiss is not as loud as that of a canon, but its echo lasts a great deal longer.”

Clubs, bars and parties

Brunch in the park/Brunch in the city (in the summer, there’s brunch in the park on the Montjuïc, which is really cool, in the winter it’s in the city, most of the time in Poble de Espanyol)

Sala Apolo (a lot of events, but especially concerts, I went to Allah-Las for example, very authentic venue)

Paradiso (if you go through the vintage fridge doors, you’ll find yourself a secret bar with amazing cocktails! Try the pineapple one)

Shôko (club which often has R&B, hiphop and classics playing)

The Lime House (cheap and strong mojitos)

The George Payne (Irish bar for a night of karaoke, they also sell a cheap black-out tray for 20 euros you’ll get: 2x Sex on the Beach, 2x Sangria, 1 caraffe of Vodka + Redbull, 2 shots Jäeger, 2 shots Tequila and 2 shots Sambucca)
