Was pretty disappointed by #LimaDubai tonight- after loving #limalondon, we were so excited to go crazy in the #Dubai location. After calling in and confirming that there are #vegan dishes available, we ended up with 3 exactly similar versions of chopped/diced/sliced #veggies in a red sauce, a plate of #quinoa over #mashedpotatoes ( this was pretty nice), grilled baby lettuce ( the only thing husband loved), and finally a recommendation of an (baked) #avocado dish, which was also quite lovely. Grilled hake, corn and rocoto pepper, Amazonian cashew and fresh cheese at @limalondon_restaurant. This was my first time at Lima. I was really impressed. The dishes are all beautifully and carefully presented but most importantly the food is great with a lot of interesting Peruvian ingredients. The service was friendly but a bit disorganised.
