Apa jadinya bila sensasi perjalanan ke Peru kemudian dinikmati dengan pengalaman gastronomi yang akan memukau? Masakan Peru sudah dikenal di banyak kota besar di dunia. Salah satunya adalah London dengan adanya LIMA London @limalondon_restaurant yang didirikan oleh Jose-Luis dan Gabriel Gonzales serta Peruvian chef Virgilio Martinez. Regrann from @ladzinski - Bolivia’s high desert is a place of isolation, stark beauty and a high concentration of volcanic activity. This lake here, the #redLagon, gets its name from the algae that grows here in the thermal waters. It’s a well known habitat for flamingos and migrating birds. It’s a big effort to get here, but a place that you’ll likely have all to yourself at sunrise, making it all the more special. @danahrichardson @jacadatravel @edaccessible @CWcream @Capochino67

@Regrann from @ladzinski - A flock of #JamesFlamingos, huddled to stay warm at sunrise on #Bolivia’s high plateau. This bird was thought to be extinct until the mid 1950’s when a small flock was rediscovered. Although it’s numbers have grown since then due to protection, it still remains the rarest flamingo to see. This extraordinary bird lives year round at high altitude, through the extremely harsh Andean winter, feeding on brine shrimp and algae in the thermal pools. @jacadatravel @danahrichardson @edaccessible @CWcream @Capochino67

Regrann from @ladzinski - A #CheshireMoon setting as the sun prepares to rise on the fiery horizon. The timing of this photo was pure luck, I was at the Red Lagoon in northwest Argentina to photograph flamingos, arriving about an hour and a half before sunrise to stealthily approach the sleeping birds. The smiling crescent moon stole the show and distracted me for easily 30 minutes as I shot 100’s of photos of this beautiful scene. The name Cheshire moon comes from the Cheshire Cat, it’s also referred to as a #wetMoon, here’s a better explanation sourced from Wikipedia - “A Wet moon is a visual phenomenon when the ‘horns’ of the crescent Moon point up at an angle, away from the horizon, so that the crescent takes on the appearance of a bowl or smile. A wet moon occurs when the crescent Moon is low above the horizon and at a point more or less directly above the Sun's (invisible) position below the horizon” @jacadatravel @danahrichardson @edaccessible @CWcream @Capochino67

Regrann from @ladzinski - I can’t decide if this looks more like an hour glass or a broken heart spilling out, regardless this unnamed mountain was one of hundreds of unique geological peaks we saw on our 1 week drive through north west Argentina’s high desert. Regrann from @ladzinski - The pumice fields of #PiedraPomez #Argentina felt photographically overwhelming as I walked through it. Knowing that I only had one evening to shoot here had my head on a swivel, everywhere I looked was remarkable making it impossibly frustrating to land on a decision. When shooting landscapes I always find myself hunting for foreground to compliment the overall scene, it’s often the most challenging part of the composition. This photo here was shot about 20 minutes after the sun had set. It’s one of my favorite times of day to take pictures because the light is generally even and vibrant. Today’s cameras sing in these conditions. The rock formations extend for over 30 kilometers and have tiny canyons covered in rippled rivers of sand, I’ve never seen anything like it. It felt like a crime every time we walked across them, incriminatingly leaving foot prints as evidence. This is one of my favorite shots of our short time here, really hope to return someday for round 2. @danahrichardson @jacadatravel @edaccessible @CWcream @Capochino67

Regrann from @ladzinski - From the car it looked like a mirage, blurredly wobbling in the distance from the heat reflecting off of the desert. As we drew in closer however it was an even stranger site; a giant cinder cone isolated in the #SalarDeArizaro salt flat towering at roughly 400 feet tall. Our guide explained that it’s actually a minor volcano, one that never had the power to erupted. It’s considered sacred to the local Aymara people and a surreal geological feature to see at any angle. I shot this vertical pano here from roughly 1,500 feet above the desert floor with a @djiglobal phantom 4 pro, seeing it from this unique vantage really shows the isolation and contrast of this incredible #cinderCone! @danahrichardson @jacadatravel @edaccessible @CWcream @Capochino67

Regrann from @ladzinski - A herd #vicuña grazing at blue hour in the Argentinean high desert. These sturdy animals are always a beautiful sight to see, they graze on grass that’s nearly as thorny as cactus! The sandstone colors here in the background are some of the oddest shades of purple I’ve ever seen in rocks, looking forward to more of this in the days to come! @jacadatravel @danahrichardson @edaccessible @CWcream @Capochino67

There are nearly 1,000 Moai’s on #EasterIsland, all carved between the 12th and 15th century. The tallest on the island is over 30 feet tall and weighs over 90 tons 🗿 @danahrichardson @jacadatravel @edaccessible @CWcream @Capochino67
