♧ i don't remember the exact date. I just remember being really burnt out from my academic and extra curricular loads, then add a few uh.. unexplainable cases that happened in my uni that hits close to home. I cried but I had to try and regain my composure fast cause parentals. 😗✌🏼

♧ it takes a long while but it's usually through creative means... or talking to my best friends. Creative means is the more used method tho
