Lily's Week Celebration! (June 6th- June 12th, 2021)

This week will be celebrated +600 followers milestone, the 2nd anniversary in this platform and my friendship with Katie (will have a proper surprise in June 24th 😉😌 stay tuned!)

The dynamic of the event will be simple, you send a certain emoji, and I'll reply something. Here's the guide:

Roger, a man of lots of women, decided just for one. He was in love, and he didn’t want to deceive to that black-haired girl that stolen his heart since they met. He told to that woman that he at least could poach an egg, she was skeptical. So, Roger tried to ask help to his friends… just Brian replied to that, and he asked his mum to confirm.

One day were both at Roger’s house, to practice that. Both were in the kitchen, in front of the cooker, with all the necessary elements. Bri, despite he offered his help, he didn’t see the point of that and made it know to his friend.

-I don’t know why you told that to that woman, Roger. You know that cook isn’t your cup of tea -Brian said.

-I… I don’t wanna seems like an useless man Bri - Roger confessed, smoking his fifth cigarette in half an hour.

-No one of us knows how to cook a lot and don’t make us useless. We… we just have another talents. We cannot be good at everything possible.

Roger sighed and smoke his cigarette a bit more, watching to his garden though the window.

-Anyways, I didn’t felt enough man to Dom, Bri -he smoke again-. She’s a good woman, with a good heart, kind, sweet, plus she’s so precious… It’s like an angel -he sighed- I feel like the most insignificant ever, man…-he smoked his cigarette again and sighed deeply- I wanna show her I’m not like other men in music industry, y’know…

Bri was speechless. Roger opened his heart and his real intentions with her. He never used to show sensibility. Now it's one of those moments...

The silence reigned in that kitchen for almost a minute, until Brian could speak properly.

-Roger… I think that if she’s really into you, she will be with you despite your clumsiness at kitchen, plus… I-

Roger was watching to his friend with attention, meanwhile he was trying to say something.

-Doesn’t matter Bri, I got your point. But anyways I wanna learn, at least I wanna try -he smiled, turned off his cigarette in the ashtray-. Let’s start then, and we should to be quick.

Bri watched to Roger’s eyes and understood without words what was going on.

-Roger… seriously?

-We will remember this day with joy when we’re two old men, between laughs…

-Yeah, but now isn’t that funny! We haven’t time! And this take at least 15 minutes.

-Great then -Roger smiled.

Brian sighed and started to help to his friend.

It's okie. No probs if someone already requested me the 🎤 thing, the problem would have been if you asked a comparison that I've already done. But no one asked me rainbow vs odeon, so no problem 😁♥️

About the ask thingy:

I never fully watched Odeon (I'm slow, sorry haha), so I'll go here with Rainbow 74. I fully watched to it like 9 months ago and I was 🤯. It was cute to see shy John just moving a feet in counterpart with his mind-blowing dexterity at bass (in Ogre Battle, Stone Cold Crazy and Bring back that Leroy Brown 🤯🤯🤯🤯). Also I love the individual takes before the show, meme content! ;)

I know that Odeon also gave us lots of iconic moments, I'll watch fully someday, promise 🤙 (I'm lazier than the "normal" fan to catch up all the content in a fandom in general)

It’s early in the morning. The kids aren’t awake yet, so they’re enjoying the peace of a Saturday morning. John, after his breakfast, was to the bathroom.

-John, come and sit here with me, please - his wife said when he was entering to the kitchen, pointing to the chair next to her.

John decided to be funny, so his reply wasn’t the one that Veronica expected.

-And sit on your hot-seats of love? -John asked, with a normal face.

-Emmm well, if you wanna call of that way… - the woman said, confused.

John, watching that confused face, decided to continue the song references. He sat next to her.

-Okay, John, I want to ask you something -Veronica said, watching to her husband’s eyes.

-Say the word, your wish is my command -sung John, holding a chuckling.

She was about to be angry with him, but she decided to play his game. And not the game of love. She closed a bit her eyes, inhaled a bit of fresh air and talked.

-John… really… you mean it? -ask her, mischievously.

-I can be your Valentino, just for you… - John whispered near to her left ear.

-Not now, the kids! -exclaims her, continuing the joke and blushing a bit- But seriously, you really mean it?

-Yes.

-Nice then - she said. The woman extended her right arm to grab a sheet of paper- Can you go to the grocery store for me and buy these things?

Upsie John… you were fooled.

-Ronnie… no please!

-My wish is your command, shush- she said, smiling mischievously, putting her index from her right hand over his frowned lips- Here’s the list -repeated, grabbing the list with her right hand and giving it to John.

-My goodness… it’s a lot!

-And this is the first half! The another half we will buy next Saturday with the kids.

“Damn…” he thought, but he was already prisoner of his words.

Then was Ronnie who was holding a chuckle.

Thank you so much for the requests in my event (I have three in the works!) and thank you so much for boosting my confidence with my lettering, I- 😔♥️✨ in the pics are two little consequences of the requests (yeah, the band-aid and the mini rubber/eraser)

Gosh, you have no idea how much I love tenement funster, I'm soooo glad to have been done this! I had my times listening just that song non-stop and it was hard to pick one or two phrases to the lettering. I hope you like it ❤️😘
