I think he's still a deer, but like lmao, a dead deer someone shoved radio parts in and then electrocuted into moving around again.

Alastor like, already dips for a few months to deal with his heat/rut by himself in the woods with whoever he kidnapped, so I think he just stays gone a little longer until his antlers regrow after falling out. It'd be unbecoming of him to be a naked headed, horny deer in public lmao.

I've actually decided the antler/radio antenna thing is now a metaphor for autisim cuz like, you know how some autistics can hear electricity and get super agitated?? Yea, that. I think Alastor spent the first like, 2 years in Hell just tearing out his antlers because he couldn't deal with the sensory overload of receiving radio waves and electricity straight into his brain all the time. He eventually figures it out tho. Cannibal Town was probably the easiest place to live with its lowtech, and all the tech being based there just being Alastor's developing brain.

He can still hear with his deer ears, but he's already super jumpy and sensitive to sound so he relies mostly on the radio waves to process information so he doesn't fall to the floor and freak out when someone is too loud.

He's deaf in the sense that he can't interact or hear through tech, but can hear in that Overstimulated way where you hear so much you can't hear or think anymore. I think his mic could probably record people talking and the reroute that information straight to his brain with radio signal so he doesn't get overwhelmed by the actual "sounds" of everything around him.

Autisim is stored in the prey animal and also radio.

Part of my Alastor hc is that he's partially mechanical. He's actually arguably more of a robot then Vox is, because Vox is mostly a hard shell but with almost completely organic insides, excluding a few specific parts or bits he amputated and modded himself.

Alastor on the other hand has a fleshy, deer exterior but his insides are mostly made of copper. In place of false vocal cords and an Adam's apple, he has a tiny voicebox in his throat that makes the staticy noises, and subsequently can break if you squeeze it too hard. He has organs, but they're either covered in a thin layer of copper coating, completely rotten, or just straight up radio parts. Most of his meat and musculature is rotten and black with sepsis, his blood is almost always coagulated and super gross. Excluding his heart which is the only normal and humanly functional part of him. The parts of his veins that aren't trying to pump 100+ year old dead blood, are just straight up copper wiring. His antlers are actually his radio antenna and are directly tied into his ears and how he processes sound. If he rips out his antlers, or it they fall out he's basically half deaf.

Anyway,

Point is, no one tell Angel that Alastor's made of copper. He'll try to strip him for meth money

Flippy now wants to kill Petey and resents him even more after Petey makes Lil Petey. Flippy could also be a parallel to Dogman if you think hard enough about it. A fish turned into a monster and a dog turned into a hero, both caused by Petey in some way (making Flippy half robot, causing the explosion to turn Dogman into Dogman) 🎉

— you don’t need any routine to shift !! sources like early shifttok kept trying to brainrot everyone into thinking they had to do their skincare, clean their room, do their homework, drink a gallon of water, etc etc etc before bed in order to shift. that’s dumb, ignore everyone who said that

— i totally get what you mean when you say you haven’t legitimately tried in years. i fall victim constantly to the “don’t try at all to avoid the disappointment of ‘failure’”, like if i make no attempt at all, then i didn’t fail at anything when i wake up in my CR in the morning

the way i got past this was by “attempting” every night. and i don’t mean laying there and trying to force myself to stay awake while i counted backwards from 100 or anything like that. i mean deep breathing, loosely (BIG emphasis on loosely) visualizing where i’ll be waking up, and telling myself ‘i’m in my DR.’

the first step to the mindset shift is that ‘attempts’ don’t really exist, only whether or not you’ve fully and truly decided you are in your DR

there’s plenty more i could say on this topic, which is farrrr more important than the night routine itself, but i’ll get into what you actually asked for now:

2 .　　. 　 ˚　. HOT SHOWER — i always feel my most relaxed when i crawl into bed after taking a burning hot shower. the sigh you let out when you’re squeaky clean and wrapping yourself in your comforter means you’ve reached an entirely new plane of relaxation

3 .　　. 　 ˚　. STRETCHING — you don’t even need a yoga mat, you can do it once you’re already laying down. alternatively, you don’t even have to stretch, just systematically go through each of your body parts and make a point to relax them. regardless of which you do, the objective is to release any physical tension from the day. sink into your bed like you’re being pulled down into a cloud

SOUNDTRACK — put on something in the background, it truly doesn’t matter what—whatever feels right. it could be positive frequencies, a subliminal for shifting, ambient sound that connects you to your DR (hogwarts common room ambiance, forest or ocean sounds, etc. i’ve found some real gems on youtube before), or just soft music playing. quiet enough so it doesn’t distract you, and you can sink into it

Her most notable feature is that her face is constantly hidden behind an enchanted mask that changes depending on her expression.

Although she is RIDICULOUSLY smart, talented and full of potential— Jester… Doesn’t care about any of that. Currently tweaking and editing some aspects of her lore. But the important things you need to know is shes actually a child superstar and her real name is Arlene Adalyn! Shes first cousins with Vil, and ran away from home the year he enrolled at NRC. She enrolled a year later, and it was only halway through the semester he found out it was her. He keeps her secret, and no one knows of their connection just yet.

Jester ♡ Riddle — Enemies, But Not Really. || Despite everyone else thinking there must be bad blood between the two— thats actually not the case at all. While Riddle may scold Jester for her pranks and shennanigans, they’re actually pretty close friends! Behind closed doors, they’ve gotten a routine of hanging out whenever hes studying. While he wasn’t a big fan of this at first, he got used to it eventually. While Riddle has a lot of trouble with his developing feelings towards Jester— It was love at first sight for her! She speaks of him very highly and isnt shy about her admiration towards him, often saying hes the “Best housewarden she could ever ask for”.

Jester & Vil — Cousins! || The cousins ever!!! While no one else is aware of their relationship, they’re very close and act more like siblings than cousins!
