katsuki doesn’t like when his idiot loudmouth friends (as they insist on calling themselves) call him.

and especially not when you’re napping.

his face that had been calmly drifting through his feed with eyes occasionally drifting to your sleeping form in his arms, scrunches up when he sees a call from kaminari. he scoffs and quickly swipes the notification away, seeing the missed call notification and sighing in relief when he sees that you’re still undisturbed and dreaming. he’s about to press a kiss to your forehead but his lips barely make contact before his phone rings again.

this time he growls, quickly hanging up but the damage has already been done. you’re awake and he swears he’ll kill kaminari with his bare hands next time he sees him.

“shh, shh..” he shushes softly, you whine a little and he feels his heart tremble. fuck do you look cute when you wake up, even though you swear otherwise but you’re stupid and you don’t know what you’re talking about.

“mm..who is it..?” you mumble, going to rub at your eye but he stops you, placing your hand right where it originally was and threading his fingers with yours, he presses a kiss to your forehead.

“nothing, s’no one.” he ensures softly against it, “jus’ some random extra that’s got the wrong number.”

you whine again, disapprovingly this time and your eyebrows furrow, you raise a hand up to press against his cheeks. “you shouldn’t..” you interrupt yourself with a yawn and katsuki thinks you’ve never looked cuter “you shouldn’t call people extra’s, katsu..s’not nice.”

he has half a mind to roll his eyes, you wouldn’t say that if you knew who was calling he’s sure, but he simply leans into your touch and decides to hold his tongue, though a snort manages to leak out.

“okay, baby. won’t do it anymore, i promise. go back to sleep now, yeah ?” he soothes and you thankfully offer him a sweet “mhm.” and a nod and after a bit of him pressing his nose to your skin and his rough palms on your cheek you’re out like a light again. he huffs a sigh of relief, slowly managing to untangle himself from your grip and walking off to sit on your office chair.

it feels colder now and katsuki wants nothing more than to go lay back down into the little love nest you’ve made on your bed, he sighs again and presses his phone to his ear. his foot taps angrily against your padded floor when he hears ringing and an unmistakable voice through the speaker. his eyebrows furrow and a scowl forms on his face.

The original, the one, the only, TB (originally meant to stand for Tiny Barbatos, but at this point it alternates between that and Tiny Bastard), the one that stared it all in June of 2021

he is also the only one w/ a name bc I didn't expect to make so many more

this li'l one's my second wisp. They've been to a lotta places with me, and even have been to comic con! (/srs - a prop for my Nameless Bard cosplay)

they're what started the actual trend of me making these lil fellows ; I wanted to take TB on vacation with me but got scared bc I didn't know how to clean felt, so I made a second one a few days before our trip with t-shirt fabric. I've smuggled them into school a few times too

i never gave the third a name, but they look like they'd be namedFrank

they were an experiment to see how non-stretchy fabric worked with the pattern (Which was primarily drafted for use with felt, as that's my go-to sewing medium)

They uh... no longer exist (which looking back on, I'm sad about, I wish I kept them instead of [redacted])

One of my partners affectionately calls this one the strawberry wisp

They're actually based on art by Ceri_obt on twitter, of their corruption AU venti and the wisp form to go with it

I planned to add chains from the craft store and then I didn't

their eyes also used to swivel bc of how I unintentionally sewed the buttons in ; after awhile they got too loose, so i just hot-glued them into the above position.

I guess you could say they have a case of... resting wisp face?

Eh? ... No? Okay, moving on-

I wanted to experiment with how I attached the flowy part, and I had more spare tshirt fabric, hence.. this li'l fellow

I don't have much to say, just that they too were an experiment

the car ride home was filled with chatter and the low volume music coming from your cars speakers. as you drove, you and bucky were in the middle of a conversation about what movie to watch at home when you heard what song was playing. thee song.

“i’ve been wanting to watch that grinch movie wanda told me abo-“ bucky was cut off by your loud gasp, which made him flinch.

“bucky shut up!!” you shushed him. he was about to ask what was wrong until he was interrupted again and you turned the volume way up.

“real hot girl shit.” the speakers blasted. bucky could practically feel the loud beat in his brain. he furrowed his eyebrows and went to turn the volume down but you slapped his hand before he could even touch the stereo.

75 and 76 with harrison/reader

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHOHOHO. OKAY. y’all choosing one of the trinity of tropes. i’m here for it. but the question is: can you handle it? answer: ya you probably can, and i’m being so dramatic. what else is new? same as the others - it’s both bullet points and blurbs ( i think this is longer than the last one?? oh god. i don’t wanna check. )

75. bed sharing / 76. did they or didn’t they?

For years you had been close friends with Harrison. You saw him around before the two of you actually met, but it wasn’t until your friend Lacey introduced the two of you that you got to know him. Almost instantly the two of you had a connection, quickly becoming friends. He was your “person”, your closest companion. The two of you texted one another daily, sharing funny stories or dumb photos. He was the person you called in the middle of the night, asking to kill a bug for you. (What’s nice was that he actually came over and did it, despite calling you dramatic.) You confided in him with just about everything. Well, everything except for the fact that you had a major crush on him. 

both of you are part of this tight knit group that always hangs out on the weekends with one another, usually partying at someone’s house or at a bar. to be honest, you preferred hanging out with friends because it meant there was less of a chance of you watching harrison flirt with random girls

but there’s one night where everyone’s partying at tony’s place. it’s getting pretty late that you decide that you’re just going to stay over and sleep in the guest room.

and that’s the thing about being part of the group; it wasn’t weird sleeping over unless someone made it weird

anyways you’re settling into the bed, getting comfortable when harrison peeks his head in

“You mind if I crash with you?” he requests noticing that it’s just you in the bed. “Remy took the couch, Sam called dibs on sharing Tony’s bed, Lacey’s taken the futon, and Tom’s passed out on the floor.”

“I’m sure Tom wouldn’t mind the company” you tell him sweetly. He rolls his eyes at your playful demeanor. 

“Hardy har har. C’mon. Please? You’d let your ‘person’ just sleep on the floor?” He juts out his bottom lip, shooting you the most adorable puppy look. You raise a hand, trying to cover his face. 

“You know I can’t resist you when you do that.” He hears this as a joke, but you’re being dead honest. That face would make you commit sins for him. 

so you gesture for him to come join you in the bed

it’s not like the two of you haven’t shared a bed before. in fact, you’ve done it multiple times. and every single time your heart leaps out of your chest, anxious about his presence being so close

but you keep reminding yourself “this isn’t weird unless you make it weird”

except it gets weird in the morning

tom comes bursting through your door the next morning like “rise and shine, bitches!” 

and then he makes a face, unable to process what he’s witnessing

which is harrison with his shirt off having his arms wrapped around you while you’re snuggled against his chest

so with wide eyes he backs out of the room slowly before gently closing the door. and then he takes a deep breath. then begins yelling “OH MY GOD I THINK HAZ AND Y/N DID IT LAST NIGHT” as he waves his arms and dashes through the house with the news

this obviously wakes the two of you up because why is tom so loud?? it’s way too early for this. you both kinda stumble out of bed before you realize that harrison is shirtless

when you point out he’s not wearing a top, he simply picks up his discarded shirt from the night before and slips it on. you can’t help but wish he was shirtless for a little longer because that was a view

and when the two of you leave the guest room, all your friends are standing outside like “did something happen??”

the two of you look at one another and in synch just shrug your shoulders

so now everyone’s speculating whether or not something happened. some people are sure the two of you did it because they’ve seen the way you look at harrison even though you insist the two of you are just friends. others are like “there’s no way that would happen. y/n would never ruin the friendship like that” which, true. but they don’t have to say it so bluntly

both of you play it coy just simply shrugging and making simple faces and gestures in response. this is driving your friend’s crazy, which is honestly kind of fun

and then the next day you guys are walking together out in the city

he mentions tom’s been bugging him about it, asking what actually happened. he laughs at how silly it sounds for everyone to be involved in this when nothing clearly happened. you’re not sure why, but it irks you that he’s laughing

“We can say we did” you suggest nervously. He looks at you, unsure of what to say. “I mean, I don’t care.” You do your best to sound nonchalant despite the multiple implications this would mean. “There are worst rumors people could spread about me.”

He remains quiet, glancing down at his shoes. Was this a bad idea? Probably. But it’s not like it’s harming anyone.

“I mean, it’ll be fun to see everyone’s reaction.” You try and keep this light and fun. If you prove that you’re game for just a funny joke, he’ll buy into it. “It’s really not a big deal.”

He hesitates. You can see him on the verge of shaking his head, but for some reason you want him to play along. You want to believe that the two of you are capable of something more, even if it’s simply a one night stand. “Really, I don’t mind” you add.

“A-Are you sure?” You nod in response, unaware of the consequences you now faced. 

so the two of pretend that you slept together just for kicks. because why not? it’s a fun joke. that’s what you keep telling yourself.

and both of you are pretending this whole sleeping together is not that big of a deal. people do it all the time. it’s sort of impressing your friends how you guys are acting mature, as if it doesn’t really mean too much

but the dynamic between the two of you has radically shifted

he’s a little more gentle with you, courteous with his actions. he’s checking in on you more than usual, more affectionate than normal. not that you’re complaining. 

but in turn you find yourself a little shyer around him. everything he does is so sweet that you’re not sure how to handle this

anyways there’s another outing and this time y’all crash at tom’s place since he’s decided to play host

tom’s like “y’all can sleep in the guest room again wink wonk. just please don’t soil my sheets too badly or i’m making you pay for the drycleaning” he’s such a div, but he thinks he’s hilarious

and the two of you are lowkey freaking out

you know you shouldn’t because nothing happened last time and nothing’s going to happen this time right??

both of you are hesitant of your every move, afraid it might be too much. at first when you get under the covers, you’re a bit nervous even though he is as well. it’s just the two of you under blankets for god’s sake, but it feels nerve-wracking 

he’s trying to play it cool, attempting to have a regular conversation with you. and honestly it helps a bit. you’re finally starting to relax around each other, starting to feel like things are going back to normal. you guys are leaning in to one another, smiling at your silly inside jokes 

harrison keeps scooting in closer to you, way closer than before. and you keep saying to yourself that he’s probably just cold or doesn’t wanna talk too loud. except you know what’s happening even if your brain is taking forever to process it

The next thing you know, his lips are grazing yours. He never kissed you before, not even on the cheek the way some of your guy friends palled around. This was special, a tender kiss that made your heart flutter. 

it starts to get a lil more forceful, your hands roaming through his hair, tugging on it while he’s getting handsy. and you’re so eager for this to finally happen that you help him slip out of his shirt and you’re kicking off your pants. 

and then the next thing you know he’s stopping and like “i, uh, i…sorry.” you’re confused because you thought that the two of you were enjoying yourselves, but he turned so quickly on you. he rolls towards the other side, scooting towards the edge of the mattress

“did i do something wrong?” you ask concerned. you touch his back and he stiffens. “no, it’s just…i can’t…i can’t do this right now” and you get the sinking feeling that you’ve ruined everything

so you turn to your side, trying to steady your breathing so that you won’t cry

the next week or so is agony because the two of you are both actively avoiding one another

you don’t text, you don’t hang out, and it feels like you’re not one another’s “person” anymore. the loneliness is eating at you, but you don’t know how to deal with this misery besides wallowing in it

saturday night swings around and it’s some dumb house party. you only go, deciding that you’ll only stay an hour

you’ve managed to find a secluded area where you won’t be too bothered and that’s when tony slides into the space next to you.“wassup y/n” he greets you but his smile fades when he sees you looking miserable

so he asks you what’s going on. you don’t want to explain, ashamed of what happened. but tony’s always been there for you and insists he won’t judge. so you decide to tell him everything. how nothing happened before. how you decided to play pretend. and how things got more intense. and now you’re at the point where you don’t know what to do about haz. tony’s like “oh.” because it’s a lot of information to process. he feels bad about the whole situation, and tries to convince you that you should just try and forget about it for tonight. “that’s not great advice, tony.” “sorry, i’m not good with this when i’m drunk”

so later you’re out on the patio and you’ve kinda decided that you’re gonna leave - this isn’t fun and you miss just having your friend being by your side. things just aren’t the same without harrison as your friend. 

You ignore the sound of the glass door sliding open, assuming it’s Tony come to convince you to stay. “I’m not telling Harrison” you announce, shaking your head. 

“Not telling me what?” You swivel around, surprised to see Harrison holding on to the door, curious about your words. 

“Not telling me what, Y/N?” he asks once more.

“It’s nothing.” You don’t want to discuss this with him, especially feeling as lousy as you do. You try to walk past him, but he’s in the way. “Please move” you request, but he doesn’t budge.

“You haven’t talked to me since last week. What’s going on?” he pleads, wanting to fix the relationship.

“Neither have you!” you exclaim. “You’ve been avoiding me!”

“That’s not true.”

“Yes, it is!”

It’s clear that Harrison isn’t going to agree with you anytime soon. 

“Please…Just tell me what’s going on.”

You feel so helpless around him. Frankly you’re sick of how pathetic you’re being. It was awful being in love with your friend, feeling that he would never understand how you cared for him in a different way than the rest. So you let honesty take the reigns, spilling out your emotions. 

“I liked you Harrison” you blurt out. “I’ve liked you for, like, forever! And I know you’d rather us just stay friends, but that’s not fair to me. And when you just rejected me like that the other night...It sucked! Like, it really sucked, Haz!” 

you don’t feel eloquent in the slightest and it’s so frustrating knowing you have all these emotions that can’t be properly explained. he’ll never understand how you fell in love so quickly with him and it’ll take three times as long to get over him. and honestly you’re still not sure you want to get over him

anyways he’s looking away from you and he mutters “i knew it was a bad idea”. it’s like a punch to the gut, but he continues. “i shouldn’t have gone along with your idea in the first place.” that hurts to hear, and you begin tearing up.

“i’m sorry the idea of sleeping with me is so disgusting” you choke out, trying not to cry. he looks up and sees your face, and immediately regrets what he said. 

“oh! y/n! that’s not what i meant! that’s not what i meant at all” he’s reaching out for you, but you slap away his hand because you don’t want pity. not now, not from him. 

he’s frustrated, tugging at his hair as he tries to figure out what to say. “i just didn’t want...i didn’t want that. i can’t sleep with you knowing that it’s just going to be part of another rumor. you deserve better than that. i just wanted...i wanted to be with you, but not that way.”

he’s not really making much sense and he can tell. he lets out an upset groan as he squats down trying to properly express himself. and when he looks up at you, still looking a bit distressed, he decides he just has to go for it

“i like you, y/n! obviously i like you!” you stop tearing up hearing this, caught off guard by the confession. “i just...i dunno! i’m bad at this! i didn’t wanna jeopardize the friendship if you didn’t feel the same way! you’re my “person” for god’s sake! and i’m sorry i hurt you. i am! god, i am so bad at this....christ, why am i so bad at this?”

you’re blinking back tears. “you like me?” “of course i like you. i’m pretty sure i’m in love with y-OOF” he’s not prepared for you to throw your arms around him, tacking him to the ground

You squeeze him tightly, so delighted to hear those magical words from him. Nothing about this was fake or a rumor; it was Harrison laying every truth on the line with you. “Say it again” you whispered in his ear. 

“I like you, Y/N.” You felt his arms wrap around you, pressing a kiss in your hair. “You’re my ‘person’. Forever and always.”

Hello! Can I request an MC who drags the RFA (plus the minor trio, of course), to an amusement park as a surprise?

***Of course you can! This one actually sounds super fun. Let’s see how that turns out for everyone. Starting with my favorite, Yoosung!

For the purposes of this lil blurby blurb, all of the canon characters have made it through their good endings, V has had an operation to restore *some* of his sight, Saeran has gone through a treatment program to make him more stable, and Vanderwood is my version of Vanderwood whom you can get to know in my Vanderwood Backstory fanfiction. The MC/you will also be implementing a blindfold because funsies.***

Yoosung:

‘Where are you taking me?’ Yoosung is confused, but also super excited/ His precious girl is taking him somewhere for a surprise! Blindfolded and everything?! Yes, please.

’You’ll see.’ You take off the blindfold and Yoosung’s violet eyes go wide. AN AMUSEMENT PARK?

Yoosung is all for this, sure he’s a little nervous when you want to go on a ride that goes upside down, but he takes a deep breath and does it anyway because HE IS A MAN DAMMIT.

You try everything especially trying to win some really cute matching stuffed animals, one for you and one for him so you can both hug them close at night. Yeah, he’s really cheesy like that.His depth perception isn’t the greatest thanks to his injury, but he manages to get you some really cute green bunnies.

Yoosung seems to have even more energy than you do and by the time he realizes you’re tired and not feeling well he goes into doctor mode, checking your forehead, pulse, anything at all to make sure you’re okay. “Yoosung, I‘m just fine, just tired.” Now he realizes he was being silly and blushes up a storm, apologizing and taking you home. He tucks you in and everything.

Jaehee:

Jaehee is super nervous. Surprises for her usually meant someone made a mistake in the latest office report or Jumin had a new cat project.

Why did she agree to this again? When the blindfold comes off, she’s just as nervous. Jaehee has never been to this kind of event because she was always studying and trying to advance her career, avoiding being a burden.

You assure her that it’s going to be a good time and take her around the fair, going through a house of mirrors and some of the other smaller attractions before you try anything more.

Finally, you manage to get her to go on one of the faster roller coasters and the adrenaline rush is apparently a little too much for her because now she’s clinging to you saying how you need to find a way to put that feeling into one of your specialty coffee drinks.

Maybe this was just a tad much for her first time at an amusement park because she totally passes out once you get home and you just snuggle up.

Zen:

If his cutie wants to take him somewhere, you can bet he wants to go. The only hard part was convincing the director to give him a day off and he maybe did one of his best performances and called in sick. This guy can fake a cold like no other. The only cold he ever has is one he pretends to have.

He’s more worried than anything when the blindfold comes off and he realizes where you are. There’s so many people and he’s pretty popular right now so he keeps getting recognized and it’s totally spoiling the fun whenever a girl tries to flirt with him.

You end up getting him a ‘disguise’ sunglasses and a hat, but you get to walk around holding hands uninterrupted with your babe for several hours.

Zen does take off his disguise from time to time to get a selfie with his favorite cutie in front of the different attractions.He simply insists, in the very least to post them to the chatroom and make the others jealous.

Alright, so you’re definitely ending up in the tunnel of love because Zen is just that guy but you can bet he doesn’t unleash the beast. He only does that at home.

Seven:

So, usually he’s the one putting the blindfold on you. Fufufu, but seriously, this seems like fun, and you know if Seven thinks it’s going to be fun, he is way more than in.

Once the blindfold comes off, he’s sweeping you into his arms and running off towards the nearest attraction. So, he said he wasn’t going to be Seven anymore and just be Saeyoung, but let’s be honest he’s shouting LOLOLOL the entire time he’s running with you.

So. Much. Fairfood. This boy eats junk food like it’s the nectar of the gods, but hey if you’re his MC you probably are enjoying it just as much as he is.

Seven tries to win you the biggest stuffed animal there. It’s bigger than you. He names it Sir Bearington.What a big goof.

Maybe it wasn’t such a good idea for you both to get on that rollercoaster after having all of that funnel cake, but hey, you managed to have a great time.

Jumin:

He thinks it is completely impractical for you not to tell him where he is going. Jumin had to call of a very big meeting for this surprise, although he was happy to do so if it would make his darling happy. Jaehee isn’t a fan of the fact that she now has to babysit Elizabeth the 3rd for the day, though.

Once the blindfold comes off. “Oh yes, I’ve heard of these commoner’s attractions. I’m almost certain the company has hosted an event very similar to this one.” He’s going around examining everything like it’s an art museum, and it’s actually rather cute.

Don’t try to get him to eat the fair food. “My nutritionist would advise against this. I’m sure it’s well over the 300 extra calories I’m allowed a day.” Maybe you can get him to have a bite of something, but he will most likely pull a face. All that sugary sweetness is too much for his sophisticated taste buds.

You do manage to get him to try a rollercoaster, but he sits there with his arms crossed? Afterwards he starts analyzing the adrenaline rush and sensations. “I see, when these coasters stop at the very top before a fall it’s to heighten the anticipation for the rider.”

Still, you love your sweet Jumin and have a good time, even if he doesn’t quite know how to shut off his constant need to acquire knowledge. He also buys an entire cart of stuffed animals after you mentioned that you thought that cart was cute. Excessive, but sweet nonetheless.

V:

The blindfold makes him super uncomfortable. He’s only just had an operation to restore the majority of his sight, so you decide that just not telling him where you’re going is good enough.

Once the amusement park comes into view, he’s squinting to make it out, but then realizes where you are. It’s not something he’s used to, but the opportunity to make new memories with you is something he wouldn’t miss for the world.

There’s actually an art competition in one of the buildings there, and you decided to check that out, even though it was mostly amateur submissions, it was fun and there were quite a few talented artists clearly. It was just too bad V had such trouble seeing all the little details.

After managing to get him on a rollercoaster, he’s maybe just a little freaked out, the ground was a blur for more than one reason, you apologized but he said it was fine and was back up and walking around with you in a matter of a few minutes.

He tried, really tried, winning you a prize, but you ended up having to be the one to do it thanks to his poor eyesight. He apologized profusely and you had to tell him at least a hundred times that it was alright, that your heart had absolutely melted just by his gesture of trying.

In the end you mostly walked around holding hands and enjoying each other’s company. Both of you were ridiculously tired and you hadn’t done very much, but sometimes just being in each other’s presence is what’s most important. V seemed to understand that more than anyone.

Saeran:

It takes a lot of persuasion to get him to allow you to put the blindfold on him. He’s been through a lot and still has some trust issues, but you’re working through them.

Once you take the blindfold off, you can see that he’s really nervous. There are a lot of people here, but you decide to take him to the back of the amusement park where there’s less of them, everyone else starts at the beginning.

He falls in love with the fair food, especially this weird frozen dot thing which is similar to ice cream but not quite ice cream and his eyes just go big and you know he’s having a good day now.

Saeran, very reluctantly, tries a mild rollercoaster with you and with how hard he’s gripping the bars at the end of it, you’re thinking, Oh, no, it was too much! But then he mildly asks if maybe you can go on another one? So, you do, and he seems to really be enjoying it, surprising you both completely.

The crowd does eventually get way too big and noisy for him so the two of you head home and to wind down you snuggle up on the couch. You’re so glad he’s actually letting you snuggle up with him for once, and he’s glad to have had a good day out with you for once. That’s how you fall asleep.

Vanderwood:

This is stupid. You want to put a blindfold on him and take him somewhere he doesn’t know where is? He needs to scan the area for potential danger! Once you promise him that you’ll take it off as soon as you get there and he sees how excited you are, Vanderwood concedes. You win. Blindfold him.

Once the blindfold is off, he’s not in much better of a mood. Crowds like this have a high potential of danger, but at least you’d be able to blend in, so that was a bonus.

Getting him on a rollercoaster was really difficult, mostly because he thinks it ridiculous that people do these kinds of dangerous things for a false high. Once he’s done it though, yeah no it’s fun. That adrenaline rush is totally worth it. Okay, so maybe not too many rollercoasters for him since he doesn’t need to relapse into his old ways.

The fair food was equally as difficult to get him to try. Vanderwood takes pride in taking excellent care of his body and watching what he puts in it. You manage to get him to try a smoothie, but that’s about as much as you’re going to get out of him.

For the fun of it, you try a shooting game and the person running it eventually asks the two of you to please leave his cart because he’s not going to have any teddy bears left if he keeps winning so easily. So, now you have a brand new collection of teddy bears. Nice. Vanderwood realizes  that it’s going to be a problem to find somewhere to put them all, having gotten caught up in the moment, but you’ll figure it out once you get home.

This guy is so OCD that he keeps picking up every little tiny piece of trash he sees. “People are so disgusting, the trash can is five feet away!” Yeah, he is not a fan of litterbugs. Vanderwood is definitely happy to be back to your nice clean place at the end of the day, even though he’ll have to admit that he did actually end up having a good time.

Happy Halloween by @womanoflettersinthebunker : Based on the halloween post about Abby the little sassy cowgirl with read hair and freckles! I really love the alternate route this took, and it gave Sam a fun little adventure to boot — love the details of Sam naming trick-or-treaters in this head! Fantastic work. ♥

Proud Defense by @my-pen-is-my-sword : Very, very neat — an expansion of this strange creature from a pre-series comic! I'm impressed with the attempt to tackle this one, since it was one of the more vague and mysterious comics I've thrown out there, but it ended up being a really great piece! Excellent job.

1. What inspired you to write your current WIP(S)?

Shadow Stealers was from a Pinterest writing prompt I believe. (Can I just mention how much I love Pinterest!) Now it has totally morphed of in a different direction, but that’s how it started. 

Truth or Dare was a fun little blurb I wrote one day based of of one of @prompts-for-the-otp lovely prompts that has now gone way further into it’s own story lol! 

2. What’s your favourite thing about writing?

Either character creation (I feel so close to my oc’s) or the fact that I have total control over this new universe or situation that I have created. Sometimes my own life is just so out of control, but yet my writing is under my rule...sort of anyways! 

3. What, if any, aspects of or occasions in your own life have you used as inspiration for your writing?

Well, for starters there is a little bit of me in each of my characters. Cath is the introvert fangirl, Hana is the uncertain person that is plowing ahead anyways, and Liam is the one who is always smiling even when he is hurting inside. 

Also, yes, I always try to incorporate any funny or embarrassing scenes that I come across in real life. Anything I am struggling with internally will come into a oc’s life (at the moment usually Hana) and that helps me deal with it. 

4. What’s the best book you have ever read?

How can you ever just pick one? Like seriously? I’d have to copy pixel-letters honestly because I to am really so obsessed with the PJO series at the moment lol! Also, another favorite would be Wait For Me by Caroline Leech! And LOTR....oh and don’t forget Harry Potter.....okay I’ll stop now. 

5. Favourite trope?

Introvert quiet girl meets popular guy, they fall in love, blah blah blah. You know the story. Why am I such a sucker for it? Oh....yeah

6. Favourite type of scene to write?

A cute scene were the characters are a peace for a moment and then spill their guts and tell each other about all their secret wishes and worries.....

7. What kind of scenes do you hate writing?

Uhhh, fight scenes I guess. Like what do I say?

A ‘lil chop. A bang. Another wack. 

But at the same time I love them ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ 

8. Do you have a target audience in mind for your writing?

Older teens I guess? It’s kind of hardcore in some parts and silly in others, so idk? I wouldn’t mind writing for a younger audience either though. 

9. What’s one thing you would change about your WIP?

I have a horrible sense of humor. Like. Seriously. It shows through. :D

I’m a pro at egg puns for some reason! Good thing I have a unborn dragon so I have the egg-act situations so that can put them to egg-cellent use. 

Also, I have this thing for comparing situations to hot dogs and rotisserie chickens. (And yeah, I am a vegetarian so that makes it double weird...)

10. To sequel or not to sequel?

I admire people who can sequel lol, but at the moment, no. I’m just focusing on getting this first novel done. 

11. Do you prefer to read series or standalones?

Series!!! It’s agony to find one book you like and then it is done! On the other hand, hey, if it is a series the gift keeps on giving!

The Character I See You As: Ariel! Sweet, out-going, knows what she wants and is always trying to get it. I love her because, while she’s bold and unafraid at times, she’s also clearly not an extrovert in the typical sense. She still needs her downtime. Her best friends are fish, not other merpeople, and she spends time in her own little caverns, collecting things. I just love my small redheaded child.

Your Three Best Friends: Belle, Tiana, Jasmine

The One You Don’t Get Along With: Flynn Rider! Sometimes you really do wish you could hit him in the face with a pot or a pan. He’s obnoxious at times, not exactly your type of guy with his theatrics. He grows on you eventually, but not without some kind of trouble first.

Who I Ship You With: Human!Simba. Okay, who didn’t have a slight crush on Simba as a kid? Or is this some weird thing only me and my friends did? Anyway. Totally reliable, reluctant and stubborn but protective of his friends, Simba is honestly the best SO material honestly. He knows how to have fun, but also super responsible? I mean, if I met anyone like Disney’s Simba, I would be deceased.

Wildcard: Your sidekicks are totally Simone and Pumba ok.

The Character I See You As: Sansa Stark! Let’s think post!Joffrey badass here. I love Sansa, I love her because her character arc is so special to me. She owns her femininity, but she also owns the side of her that absolutely kicks ass. I mean, she wants to rule the North? But on the flip side, let’s talk about how she loved to be social, even the center of attention, but turns out she’s also wickedly smart and needs her down time too? She’s more like her family than she used to believe. Anyway. Honestly someone talk to me about Sansa, she’s my favorite GoT character.

Your Three Best Friends: Brienne of Tarth, Missandei, Bran Stark

The One You Don’t Get Along With: Ygritte. She’s every bit as naive and stubborn as you used to be, but about different things. She only sees things the way she wants them to be seen, and sometimes she makes mistakes that you could have easily calculated (or at least you can now, past you probably couldn’t, which is why all of her mistakes burn you so much).

Who I Ship You With: Robb Stark! Okay ngl I feel awkward putting this as I saw you as Sansa, but that’s okay because who I see you as has nothing to do with the little blurb! But anyway, I love Robb, alright. He’s actually sort of the human version of Simba? Responsible, but slightly naive at the same time, wants what’s best for everyone and sometimes puts himself in harms way for that cause. I just love him though because he’s got some serious loyalty. I mean, he died for everyone he loved when he really didn’t have to (and trust me, I will kick him forever for it. He was my fav before Sansa).

Wildcard: Peasant, Blacksmith’s daughter in Winterfell.

Lil Blurb: There was nothing you loved more than sitting atop the iron fence running along your father’s shop, feeling the smooth metal underneath the material of your skirt pressed up against the back of your thighs. There was something reminiscent about it. You always stood or sat there when parades of nobles and their parties rode by, or when the Starks came out on business. You never interfered, but you always watched, dreaming of a better life for yourself than the butcher’s son down the street.

And there was something you loved about the wolves. You were biased, you were certain, but they were the most magnificent creatures you had ever seen. You loved all hounds of all shapes and sizes, but the direwolves held a special place in your heart. You knew them, the way they looked, their names, who was bonded to who. You had always read about them as a child, and you’d always wanted one yourself. It would never happen, and the Stark children all getting a pup was the closest you would ever get.

So it was a stroke of luck, or fate smiling upon you, when Robb Stark visited your father’s business personally. With Grey Wind at his heels, he perused through the gallery of fine weaponry. Your father was the best in the area, one of only three who provided weaponry nearby, and Robb liked to stretch his legs and take a look from time to time. Normally you were out with your mother running errands or you were shooed out, but his presence was a surprise to you and your father, not giving him enough time to send you away.

You pressed your back up against the wall near the entrance, staring wide-eyed at Grey Wind as he looked up from his master’s feet and gave you a curious sniff. Instinctively, you reached out your hand, palm up and invited the beast forward. The thought crossed your mind that it was silly, a terrifying thing. Grey Wind was notorious for being protective over his boy, just like the rest of the wolves. But surprisingly, he nosed your hand, forcing it up over his head for a scratch behind the ears.

When you looked up, the delight radiating off of your face, you realized that Robb had been watching, an eyebrow quirked. “He must smell my lunch on me,” you practically stammer, cursing yourself for being so nervous in front of the Stark heir.

“I’m surprised, he normally pays no mind to people. What’s your name again?” His eyes are twinkling. He reaches forward to thread his fingers through Grey Wind’s fur, and your father watches from behind between furrowed eyebrows.

“Y/N. I’ve always loved the direwolves. I never imagined I’d see one up close like this.” You squatted down, scratching between Grey Wind’s ears. He didn’t pay his master any mind for once, and Robb looked both stunned and amused.

“Well, why don’t you come meet our Kennel Master after this? I think he could use someone with a gentle touch like your’s.”

You turned red, but grinned up at Robb, bold despite the way he was looking at you. He was inspecting you, like it was the first time he’d ever seen you before. Maybe it was the first time he’d noticed, you were just proud he had talked to you at all. In fact, you had impressed him.

“It’s a deal,” you agreed with a short nod. You realized you were probably a little in over your head, but you didn’t care.
