so, originally seeing this in my inbox i was like: “oh, absolutely john’s jacket.” and i still feel that lol!

the jacket(tm) is a central part of classic spn’s embodiment, and of what makes it so so so fucking good beneath the crystal clear. it is winchester skin passed down to winchester, blood to blood. it is perfect, to me.

dean has always wanted it. always always always. ever since john’s had it, and ever since dean has thought of something as cool enough to want, he has wanted that jacket. whether to be like dad, or be closer to him you can take your gamble! i think it’s a messy witches brew of both plus so much more. john lets him try it on a few times, laughing not unkindly at the fit of it because his boy still has lots of growing to do. dean takes to only wearing it out and about when he’s a little older, little rougher, and only when john leaves for a while without taking it. if john knows about this and begins an unspoken tradition of draping it over dean’s side of the bed before he leaves, dropping a kiss to the high points of dean’s cheekbones, sometimes drifting lower and lower, then dean won’t ever speak about it either.

i think sam mentions it sometimes. but only sometimes because sam knows. he mentions it when he’s missing dad, or maybe when he’s missing dean. he never wears it. and sometimes he hates it. especially after stanford, how much dean is trying to sound like dad. he’ll touch dean through the thick layer, trying to feel meat and bone underneath it all. when he tucks himself into the crook of dean’s neck, he smells and feels and dwells in musky leather and warm skin. dean paws at him, rubs along his spine notches and waist sides like dad once used to. he kisses sam’s pounding temple, the thrumming pulse at his wrist in a fashion that is entirely them, absent of father and mother, of any outside rationale. it’s the closest to home sam ever feels, and no matter how much he hates to chase it sometimes he needs to know the blood that runs through him will always be there.

Dean feels Sam's face tuck into his neck before he sees his brother walk over, Sam presses himself into Deans side so something is obviously wrong.

"Sammy?" He asks, turning on his feet to look at Sam's face, his eyes glisten with un-shed tears, nose sniffling after a second. Dean feels dread twist up in his gut, this hunt should be an easy salt and burn, they had come to this shop to ask a few routine questions about the owner who had died and since come back to haunt the place that his daughter now owns. Sam shouldn’t be upset or hurt at all.

"Hey, hey, sweetheart what’s wrong?” Deans hand comes to cradle Sam’s cheek before he can stop himself, he knows that Sam has slipped into his headspace, it’s written all over his face.

“Nothin’ just some guy.” He mumbles and a spike of anger flares in Deans chest. This is the fourth hunt in that past however many months that someone’s said something about Sam, whether it be about his “childish” behavior or the rambles he gives on cases that are too intricate for the local pd to understand. Both make Dean angry, protective, but the comments about how “clingy” or “young” Sam is really get to him.

His brother has been through a lot throughout his life, something that Dean is keenly aware of. The latest trauma is Jess dying, it had shook Sam to his core, just like when Mary died and John became a mess. But they’re working through it and Sam regressing has been helpful, it’s only four months into Dean finding out about the coping mechanism and yet he’s fallen comfortably into the role of a caregiver for Sam. A role that Jess used to fill, Dean is always sure to be sensitive when that comes up.

The last thing Sam should have to deal with is a bunch of assholes who have nothing better to do than poke fun at someone they don’t know. It gets to Dean in different ways than it does Sam, the older Winchester wants to hunt the people down and give them a piece of his mind, while Sam would rather Dean leave it and let Sam latch around him a little more than normal.

It’s how Dean finds his hand gripped tightly in Sam’s as they walk down the crooked sidewalk back to the Impala, thankfully not wearing suits as he’s sure it’d be an odd sight for anyone passing by. It’s not a long walk by any means but Dean can feel his mind spiraling the more Sam squishes against his side, whatever was said must’ve been bad, really bad.

“Hey it’s okay Sammy, it’s just us now.” Dean assures as soft as he can. Sam’s staring up at him from where his head is rested on Deans side, his body halfway slid down the bench of the impala so he can be smaller than Dean. It’s something Dean noticed almost immediately, Sam always slumps himself down or curls his shoulders in when he’s regressed, just trying to shrink himself to be physically tinier.

“Can you tell me what they said? You don’t have to but if I know I might be able to help more.” There’s a low rumble as Dean drives down the road, now thankful that their motel is just outside of town and not in the middle where they could run into more rude people.

“I- I was just asking questions about the girl we’re trying to help but this- this guy came in and started to say stuff about how nobody like me could really help her.” He sniffles through the explanation and Dean has to focus half his energy on not turning around to go tear that guy a new one. It’d do no good, sure it’d satisfy him, but Sam would still be upset and probably even more so knowing Dean got into a fight because of him, despite none of it ever being Sam’s fault. The kids got a heart of gold that people love to prey on.

“That’s not true, it will never be true Sammy. You are an amazing hunter and anyone would be lucky to have your help.” The compliments fire off in instinct, of course Sam’s a good hunter, of course he’d be the person you’d want to get help from, Deans never thought anything different.

“But—.” Dean shakes his head firmly, glancing down at Sam’s soft face and hand gripping at the t-shirt Dean has on, Dean wishes he could stay like this forever. Just them, safe, in Baby, only worrying about each other.

“But that guy was a jerk and you don’t deserve to be talked to like that. Now c’mon we’ll order something and watch cartoons.” A tired but full smile spreads on Sam’s face as they both tumble out of the car, Dean already holding his hand out for his brother and a plan forming in his head for what they can do once this hunt wraps up, they could both use a little tlc in Deans opinion.

I stopped watching Supernatural when I got to the angels and shit and that was when I was like 14, so be warned that this will probably display a massive ignorance of the canon and fandom lmao

♡: Sam and Dean's relationship had always been weirdly codependent, with Dean being more like Sam's parent than an older brother, but it probably became romantic and sexual sometime in their teens. If I remember correctly, they have a three year age difference? So probably around when Dean was ~17 and Sam was ~14, before things really started going sour. They pick back up pretty quickly after Jess dies and they start hunting again.

♤: Their dad never knew. He would've blamed himself (which they thought was justified) or, more likely, blamed Dean and they just couldn't deal with that. It's not like he was around enough for it to matter anyway.

Bobby catches them kissing once when they were staying with him, pretty soon after that part of their relationship started. He was. . . worried, for a lot of reasons. He was worried that Dean was grooming Sam, that John was abusing them both, but he stayed quiet and he observed their dynamic and it settled his fears to see them both happy. They don't actually tell him until they're both adults, and he doesn't mention that he already knew.

♧: They both awkwardly try to avoid it. To people who aren't in the know, they can both just say that they aren't looking for a relationship right now and it won't matter because they'll be in the next town within a couple days and never see these people again. To other hunters, they don't even really have to make excuses, it's just assumed that they don't date because of how complicated it is to start relationships with their lifestyle.

Sometimes they're mistaken for a couple in towns they stop in and they happily take advantage of it.

¤: The incest part freaks them out, and it's still something that Dean shies away from really thinking about even years into their relationship, but it couldn't have been anyone else. No one else in the world could understand what they've gone through, the lives they've lived. They've both tried to walk away, find someone more "acceptable", but they always end up back together in the end.

How I feel about this character: my son.  2000000000/10 would protect with my life.  Sam is...man, I get emo when I talk about him, because of how strong he is, what a natural leader he is, how much he cares, not only about Dean, but about everyone they meet, about Cas, Jack, the random mother who lost her kid when they’re on a hunt.  Sam cares, he cares so much and even when he majorly fucks up, he’s doing it for the right reasons, because he thinks it’s the best way forward.  He loves to learn and he loves to read, he’s a natural at witchcraft.  He loves dogs.  He’s been willing to die for humanity any time it’s been necessary, and he’s never been afraid to stand up for what he believes in.  He protects Dean as much as Dean protects him.  Sam is also just so gentle, he’s gentle with the people they meet, he’s always been gentle with Jack, and so gentle with Eileen.  But that gentleness isn’t everything, you know, he’s also a total fucking badass, he’s an amazing hunter, he literally was able to get LUCIFER under control and throw himself in the pit.  He’s complex and flawed and it makes him so compelling, like I feel like I really know him, like he’s a person that I could sit down and have a conversation with.  Damn, he is so amazing.

All the people I ship romantically with this character: FUCK I just want this boy to know happiness and peace.  Eileen, obviously.  Like her entire resurrection episode????  Hello???  Also when they make too many margaritas and get drunk together???  Icons?????  Also Rowena, I just thought they had a lovely dynamic.  Even Jess and Amelia y’all, like if it makes this boy happy it’s fine by me, his overprotective mom lmao.  Also I dabble in Sabriel because the fic is always really good lmao

My non-romantic OTP for this character: it’s gotta be Dean right?  Like they are the basis of the show.  They’re so dumb and codependent sometimes, but idk, it’s been really nice, especially in 15 how they’re sorta getting towards being able to be brothers, hunting partners, not twins attached at the hip where they try and snip snap death to sacrifice themselves for each other.  Sam has such amazing pissy little brother moments, he is always willing to throw down for Dean, but he also is going to call him out when he’s doing something reckless or stupid (can you say ALLOWING SAM TO BE POSSESSED BY AN ANGEL WITHOUT HIS CONSENT???).  Like Jack and Cas are in there two, Team Free Will 2.0 is a unit, and they all compliment each other in different ways, but imho it’d be dumb for Sam and Dean not to be the ultimate platonic OTP, bc you know, they are the brothers of the show.

My unpopular opinion about this character: he and Dean aren’t soulmates.  Imo their heavens may be “linked” in some way, but they aren’t destined to be in the same one.  I think he and Dean need to separate at the end of the show, not in a “never speak to you again” sort of way, but in a way that they’re allowed to just be brothers for once.  I also thought that he was way too forgiving of Mary but he’s a much calmer boy than I ever would be.

One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon: he should’ve punched John in the face.

Jack

How I feel about this character: is baby.  Okay so since I came back to SPN after a literal five year hiatus, I binged the season where Jack appeared, and so I didn’t really have to wait to warm up to him bc I was consuming as much SPN as I could.  I just...I love him so much. It like physically hurt me to see him lose his soul. (I felt like I was being ripped in half when he killed his snake lol).  I just love seeing how much like Sam, Dean, and Cas he is.  He’s picked up traits from all of them and it’s so endearing to watch.  I honestly didn’t think that an addition to TFW would work, but Jack fits so seamlessly it took about one episode before I was like “welp guess I’d lay down my life for him”

All the people I ship romantically with this character: literally no one.  See point 1: is baby

My non-romantic OTP for this character: probably Cas.  Cas took up the mantle of mom for Jack because of Kelly’s death, and Jack has never been afraid to ask him questions, even if they might sound stupid.  He’s able to be completely emotionally open with Cas, and Cas is with him because of how much they care about each other, and how they share some similarities (nephilim and angel) surrounded by humans, living in a human world.  Cas helps him understand not only his own feelings, but the feelings of others around him (specifically angsty boi Dean).  I always love when they have a scene together.

My unpopular opinion about this character: homeboy was honestly justified with what happened to Mary.  I didn’t want Mary to die, but she was literally IN HIS FACE, she kept pushing and pushing and pushing even when he told her to get back.  She didn’t listen and BAM, vaporized.

One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon: probably when that girl who was the Dean mirror got stabbed???  That was so awful and was like never brought up again.  Also I really just hated when he killed his snake

pre show jess: doesn't know anything except that sam told her some fucked up shit and she didn't really believe him much like amelia didn't believe jimmy but what's clear to her is that sam's upbringing was deeply fucked up in what might've been some kind of apocalypse doomsday cult and she can say "sam, it wasn't real" as much as she can til she's blue in the face but it isn't going to change the fact that sam is Deeply Fucked Up by Shit. and it upsets her and confuses her but he does a good job of setting it aside or knowing when to give in and he's such a sweet and Loving Dude otherwise so she just files it away in her bf trauma bank and keeps cheering him on

s1 jess: your bf's CRAZY brother shows up says he needs help finding your bf's CRAZY dad who may or may not have been part of a doomsday cult and you say, bitch i watched the heaven's gate documentary there is NO WAY i'm letting you leave with him, but he's not gonna Stay cuz he insists it's just for one night (and his brother DOES seem relatively stable, like, as a person), so jess insists she'll go too. while she's in the back seat sam tells dean he told her everything dean's like lol. sure. you believe in ghosts, sweetheart? and jess is like no but i do believe that i'll kick your ass if we don't get home in time for sam's interview tomorrow morning. and then the whole white woman thing happens and she's like oh fuck it's REAL but they DO GO HOME and instead of jess dying on the ceiling there's like idk ghost mary on the ceiling or some shit and they NARROWLY escape the fire together andddd idk they can't go back to stanford cuz it's not safe and their apartment complex literally went up in flames. there’s a more complex reason here but idk what it is. maybe it was brady (demon brady) who died or something IDK LISTEN ITS JUST AN AU

anyway all of season 1 when they’re trying to track down john jess is the voice of reason asking why do they need john in the first place? And eventually sam is like listen we don’t need HIM but if he’s got research on where yellow eyes is, that’s what we need. and dean is mad about that and he’s mad at jess and they bicker like crazy. and sam sleeps on the floor because dean is like dude cmon. don’t make me sleep in the same room as you and your gf together. maybe meg gets replaced by meg possessing jess, and she doesn’t get thrown out the window so when they exorcise her she just needs a hospital and then she’ll be ok. and that would explain why she’s in the hospital and not there for the finale, but can meet up with sam & john & dean in the hospital after

s2 jess: sam is so consumed by grief and fear that jess is actually the first one to notice that dean’s spirit might still be still Around. i’m imagining a scene where sam is asleep next to dean’s bed and jess is awake, and she slowly looks around towards dean and you see ghost!dean Connecting with her for the first time

obviously, all the grief episodes keep happening. maybe jess got seriously hurt as well tbh so she goes back to her parents house to recover; there’s an episode where the boys go meet her parents and dean and sam’s Daddy Issues come out in full force. eventually jess is back and kicking ass and slowly getting along more with dean, partially perhaps because of dean’s Grief Response to john’s death, which is that all the anger and hate comes bubbling up, and jess is like i don’t fucking know this dude, but from what sam’s told me, i hate him, which is not something that sam is in a position to Deal With right now. things proceed pretty much along the course

i am considering now if jess could also be a special child. she also has some kind of psychic abilities but i’d have to choose something cool for her. anyway if she IS then that gets her in the town with sam in all hell breaks loose which i think is the best place for her during that arc? i know all the other special children supposedly had to die but maybe her psychic power was to go inviisble or something lmfao i don’t fucking know. anyway dean has his sad monologue but jess either (a) fully shuts down or (b) just goes STRAIGHT to hunt down whatever the fuck his name is. jake? leverage man? that would be dope actually. and then actually dean, sam, bobby, and ellen actually meet her at the hell’s gate

s3 jess: truly does not understand why they’re hunting. gets into arguments with the boys all the time about how this is pointless, if you’re not gonna try and save yourself then why can’t you just put it down and let yourself have this year?? and dean’s a little bit like you know what jessica that makes a lot of damn sense. but it makes sam mad and they argue a lot about it and jess probably takes off halfway through the season. maybe after malleus maleficarum? partly cuz that’s the ep where ruby more or less becomes part of the team and also when she confirms that she can’t save dean from hell. and i just feel like jess would be like i cannot.... Sit Here.... and watch you both drive yourself into the ground. dean, if you’re gonna die, sam’s coming after you. you knew that. you just didn’t want him to go first.

maybe dean hits her lmfao and sam screams at him for it and jess just Walks Away, tearfully

s4 jess: so jess bailed midway through s3, but when dean wakes up and starts making calls in that phonebooth, he calls bobby and bobby hangs up, so he calls jess. and she comes and gets him.

jess and sam are obviously not together anymore, but jess is totally civil with sam and even with ruby. she’s like we can work together, it’s fine, whatever. and this is the season where dean and jess really bond and become a good Team. and cas is just usually confused why jess is Around but eventually gets used to her. i’ve toyed with jess being jewish which would lend a good and also funny perspective to all the heaven and hell stuff

jess heard about hell first from dean, but not the specifics of the stuff that dean told sam, not until after on the head of a pin. she’s their Lore Expert on seals and is trying to identify as many of them as possible so they can put in place safeguards, and maybe that bumps her up against angel priorities for an episode. maybe we get an episode where cas has to Threaten her 00 and he can say something like sam and dean are important..... you are not. remember that. and then [flappy wings vanish]

uhhhh jess’s siren in the siren episode....... is just like a carbon copy of sam lmfao. which is extremely funny and sam and jess will both kind of awkwardly clear their throats and not address that. i guess jess is just fucking stuck with bobby during the finale because the point of her presence is that she’s so USELESS to both demons and angels

s5 jess:  i’d probably add in an early episode where her parents are killed, probably by demons because the demons know they can’t touch the winchesters due to angel shit but they can fuck up jess as much as they want. then when sam and dean temporarily split up jess would go with dean cuz she’s a hunter now and has nowhere else to go and it doesn’t feel right to just sit around with sam. or maybe she also leaves and splits up and doesn’t stick with dean cuz she’s processing her own traumatic shit. at any rate, early in the season there’s a moment where sam is Gone and dean and jess are drinking together and talking about their feelings and they have a moment where they gaze at each other in the eyes and almost lean towards each other.... then jess goes you know what? this is fucking weird and dean is like oh thank god you said that absolutely this is too weird

in The End, it’s revealed that jess was killed and no one will tell dean more information or talk about her until he finds out that she was pregnant when she was killed (presumably with sammifer’s baby)

in changing channels they get put into a telenovela and sam and jess have an tearful emotionally charged confession scene in spanish. this is about when sam and jess finally get back together [cue cheering]

in the chuck eps it’s revealed chuck rewrote it so that jess died on the ceiling in the first book cuz he was like “i just didn’t think it made sense for her to be alive! it was literary symmetry that’s all!”

in sam, interrupted when sam is all high on meds that’s when he says lots of kooky sweet shit to jess about wanting to MARRY her and have a FAMILY together and it’s sweet and also dean throws up in his mouth a little bit having to hear it

in my bloody valentine the thing that jess is hungry for is Family but i do not know the logistics of how

in dark side of the moon jess does die with the boys but it takes a while to find her, tho they eventually do in one of sam’s favorite memories (probably from the first time they met or something). she’s like what the fuck i’m jewish

no, i have no clue how she factors into swan song. she just does, ok. lucifer can snap her neck along with bobby’s

s6 jess: she tried to check in with dean occasionally at the braedens, and actually had dinner with them once but started checking in less and less as the year went on, and it turns out she knew that sam was back and she’d been hunting with him + the campbells and a couple things

when dean finds out he is truly FURIOUS, but jess is like dean i saw you with lisa and ben! i saw you getting better! i saw you happy, i saw you ok, and hell i’ve only known you since you showed up in palo alto five years ago but it was the most at peace i’ve ever seen you, and i couldn’t take that away from you, and neither could sam.

she’s also like yes, dean, he’s different, he’s colder, it makes me sad but who was the one who put up with YOU when you were spiralling after your dad’s death? or when you were all buttoned up after you came back from hell? he did! so show him a god damn OUNCE of empathy, would you!

and when they find out he’s soulless jess is like. hm. and dean is like i TOLD you there was something wrong with him!!! and jess is like i mean.... yeah....... and maybe i didn’t really want to admit it... cuz.... the sex was So good.........

anyway, s6 happens the way it happens and that’s fine

s7: the only important thing that happens in s7 is that Season Seven, It’s Time For a Wedding! is actually about some sort of monster and the only way to kill it is to cast a spell but the spell must be cast by “two warriors joined before god” which means married and cas is awkward about it cuz he doesn’t want to Presume Anything 

and the whole episode is lots of sam and jess being like “i mean, of course, if you want to..... .like, but if you DON’T, that’s also totally fine, of course.... you know.... whatever you’re comfortable with” until finally they’re in the final battle and cas has to marry them the way barbossa does for will and elizabeth in potc and when dean is pinned against the wall by the monster he goes “DAMMIT JESS WILL YOU KISS MY BROTHER ALREADY” and then sam dips jess in a kiss and the monster is instantly obliterated [heart eyes]

i truly genuinely do not remember anything that happens in s7. anyway jess and sam are married now

s8: sam was with jess the whole year dean was in purgatory. they were struggling to get back to normal life after everything. dean is still fucking mad that sam didn’t go looking for him. i assume everything else goes pretty much according to whatever the fuck happened in s8 except jess at one point has to go to bat for benny cuz sam for some reason hates him so much

i’ve been toying with the idea of jess doing the trials not sam but i mean how can i take that away from my Boy

s9: i do not know anything that happened in this season ):

s12: now i never watched s12, but in this au there is no lucifer’s son jack. instead jess gets pregnant midway through the season; cas finds out first because he can sense it and he’s like why does it feel like there’s an extra being in the bunker, and then he spills to dean cuz he can’t keep a secret, and then dean is like “oh shit what are you gonna do” and jess is like well!!!! sam and i.... talked about this. we were.....open to the possibility. and dean is like wtf how could u possibly bring a child into this world that’s fucked up adn cas is like [wipes tear] that’s beautiful

anyway when they come back from some kind of hunt (probably something that involved claire) and sam and jess are in the bunker, sam goes “jess, seeing claire, seeing jody and the girls.... it makes me think.... i wanna have a family with you” and jess hugs him and then cas walks into the bunker with dean and is like “oh, have you told him about the baby?” and everyone SCREAMS at him

and cas uses his annual miracle allowance to just reverse time about 30 seconds so when he enters the bunker he just goes “i have nothing to say” and Fucking Leaves

the baby is born in the back of the impala in the s12 finale, on the way to the hospital. dean is devastated. he’ll have to reupholster the WHOLE THING. sam accidentally names the baby john but they don’t want to tell dean that so they decide to call him jack.

s13-15 gets to be mostly about how cute it is to have a wittle baby in the bunker. cas is the best babysitter because he loves babies and is very powerful so he can protect him. the occultum nonsense in s15 can be about finding a Safe Place for baby jack, no matter what happens to the rest of the world. sam tells jess, you go with him, you’ll be safe there. dean tells sam, you go with them, you’ll be safe there. all of that good good cute family stuff. was it the best idea to have a baby in the middle of constant apocalypses? maybe not, but like, they are ALWAYS in constant apocalypses, so at some point you just have to bite the bullet

Exactly!!!! They 100% act like they're self righteous but like hello??? There's like a bunch of people who would also literally die for them and they're just like "oh cool!! It's whatever- they can die cause it won't be us right? And let's not bring them back but holy shit Sam died guess we gotta destroy the world to bring him back" - friend nonnie. (I'm in complete belief that Case deserved better. Cause the inches years are stupid and he does everything for them)

I love Cas so much and I have this conversation with my little brother a lot, as much as I love this show and will until I die, the writers only care about Sam and Dean and they only care about each other (since you said current watch I’m assuming you have seen farther than six if not sorry I don’t want to spoil anything for anyone!) Ash, Ellen, and Jo: ash died in the fire and jo was hunting and Ellen was out at the store okay so we got to “fake deaths” idk what to call them we learn they aren’t dead but ash is dead and no one ever says anything! Until they need him in heaven and while they are there they talk to Pamela which we never hear about after she dies and then she’s gone, then when Ellen and jo die we never hear about them again until the titanic episode with Balthazar (and maybe some other visions or something I think?) and then they are gone again. I was gutted when Charlie died as a queer female I loved her she was a very relatable loved character and she died in a bathtub, after running from people on her own she died when she’s needed to die for them, Dean blanes himself but then the show moved on and it’s like she never mattered again. Bella: I loved her actually she was a very honest character she deserved to have her parents killed (like really they were gross) and she decided to make the best of what she got and then because she was a little girl and tried to fix it, she made a deal then she tried to compromise to save herself and Dean let he die. Dean also killed the mom (I can’t remember her name she was a monster and when her son got sick she fed her kid fresher stuff but then Dean killed her because she was a monster) but said he wouldn’t and that had no consequences he killed someone because they “might do something again”, then the whole thing with Jesse! He decided to disappear and now that Lucifer is dead he doesn’t have powers and now he’s alone in Australia (unless he talked to his parents but how does he explain getting there or what happened all those years!) they don’t care. Bobby is one of my favorite characters he’s a father figure to me and no one cares about him. There’s an episode on it where he tries to eat something (pie maybe? Or cobbler idk) from his neighbor and he can’t because everyone is asking for something from him and it’s like very relatable that everyone wants something from you without giving something or even checking in without needing something (which is why I loved the poker game aging episode because we see Dean and Bobby talking bitch that was the only time I really remember someone talking to him without it being hunting related. Another thing is when Bobby died and Garth tried to help people Dean yelled at him to stop being Bobby and said that other people knew Bobby too (or something similar to the extent of other people needed Bobby not just you) and I sorta was like man I hope Dean had realized that before hand but idk if he did.

All of the angels got fucked over: Samandriel, Castiel was brainwashed and he wasn’t helping after the artifact was sold, Gadreel, sacrificed because his ark to help Dean was done which sucked because he just wanted to prove himself, Balthazar, man I like him and I was sad he died just like personally sad he wasn’t just a helper and was a very dynamic and loud character and I feel like he got shot down because they couldn’t use him, Castiel, he was introduced and was supposed to “fly away” and leave but then they kept misha around had the whole ark with the Claire getting possessed by him and then jimmys whole thing and then they realized they made him too powerful because they thought it was a little time ark and then had to nuke him because he could have just fixed everything, Gabriel, where do I even start with him I love him so much, as a person with an older brother (and older cousins who acted like siblings due to how we grew up) I was always picked on my cousin is two or three years older than me but acts like she’s amazing at everything (even though she didn’t graduate) and was used to hearing everyone argue all the time to each other, about other stuff, about family stuff, literally anything. So I really related to Gabriel and I was so sad when he had everything happen to him like I can’t even go into it right now because I’ll be sad, Michael, Michael really does reflect Dean, self righteous and feeling the need to do everything (they found a way to put Lucifer in the cage and he said he needs to fight him because god said if that’s not Dean Sam and john idk what is) and honestly I felt for him and I wished we got more of him, and I know no one wants this but Lucifer, I love how he plays by his rules and doesn’t let anyone tell him that’s wrong or anything, so the opposite of Dean and sorta like Sam (with the demon blood being the exact opposite of what he was told to do by Dean and he did it anyway) and I feel like if the show worried more about better character than only on Sam and Dean it would have been better.

Idk I love the show but sometimes I’m like that’s out of character for them (like Adam wasn’t even a thought for them ever they forgot until the fucking play) and then I’m just like I don’t know what they change so much to fit the episode and I’m just tired of getting sad every time someone dies and happy (then sad) when ever someone that I love *might* come back, then probably die again but whatever l. I could write more but idk I have more characters that deserved better but whatever.

as a rule i don’t do crack exactly but my favorite funny fic is…from marvel, and It’s The One About The Cow. if you were even vaguely into the fanfic scene post winter soldier, i promise you have read it. here it is. the author sure does have a way with words, i wonder whatever happened to her

i do but i don’t know what to call it or how to describe it. in fanfic there seems to be like…a tag for every genre/trope but there is not one for mine! but anything that’s like really super emotionally intense or fraught without being out of character or turning someone into a woobie - for instance, a demon and a hunter fall in love despite the fact that they should hate and fear one another, or a werewolf and a hunter, or a mage and someone who abhors magic, or a sorcerer and a king who banned sorcery…i just listed like half of my otps i’ve ever had and i still haven’t gotten it across quite right, but you get the idea. i love Heavy Shit and Exploration Of Trauma and Reluctant Emotional Vulnerability. sometimes people tag this with hurt/comfort but as a rule i really hate h/c particularly because of woobism so ??? what’s the tag for that, no one knows

im gonna cheat a little and combine these two because the best alternate idea & angstiest idea are the same one. it’s the au for cambion in which jesse does in fact ditch ben and claire at the roadhouse and never sees them again and sam and dean stay in purgatory for all 50 years, eventually coming back to bobby’s to find an aged ben and claire still living there, married, having never expected to see them again. i have a post about it here but here’s an excerpt: 

it’s just ben there alone. and he’s MOVED ON, he’s given up on this, he’s accepted he’ll never know why or how, and he’ll never see them again, and he grew up and he did good without them, and suddenly they’re HERE, and this old man all arthritic and wrinkled with age is a little bit sixteen again

1. Who is your favourite character in 2?

It is a tossup between Stiles and Isaac. I love them both so much, and really it depends on the episode. (Given that Stiles is IN more, I suppose that would be him…)

2. Who is your least favourite character in 1?

Metatron…yeah, that’s about it.

3. What was your favourite episode of 4? 

Oh damn…that is so unfair, there are so many good ones! I think my favorite has to be the one where Rory goes to water the neighbor’s garden for Lorelai. She gets stuck and she can’t get Dean so Jess saves her, but then Dean finally gets back to her saying he’s on his way and he unsaves her because he knows how important Dean is to her. It’s also just a really funny story about this random neighbor that makes you realize that apparently only the Foresters can be the only normal new people in the Hollow.

4. What is your favourite season of 5?

Well there’s only the one out right now, but I love it, I don’t think it’ll be topped. It’s one of those scifi shows that is made into a pretty complete story in one season.

5. Who is your favourite couple in 3?

Maggie and Glenn Rhee! They are such sweet babies and they went through so much together. I loved their story and it is so compelling to see where they strayed or stayed true to the comics.

6.  Who is your favourite couple in 2?

Scallison. I just can’t get over them, though Scira is a pretty damn close second. Scott and Allison were such a well rounded couple, they weren’t perfect, and they had their hold-ups, but they always loved each other and always found a way to make things work, whether they were dating or not.

7. What is your favourite episode of 1?

Oh, Jesus… Probably the episode where Dean dies a thousand different ways. It was the first real glimpse we got of what would happen if Sam lost his brother, and how far he would take things. Or really, it just shows how much he could be like Dean and John and it scares the viewer as well as Sam.

8. What is your favourite episode of 5?

That would have to be the episode where Kovach saves Kristen and he just lets her be pissed at him because it was so much better than her dying. Also watching her grief over losing her partner. And the way the episode just flows into the next was so flawless. The raw emotions that were there, as well as the humanity that was being laid out in front of you was freaking amazing.

9. What is your favourite season of 2?

Season 3. And no, I will not be choosing between A or B (it’s totally B because Nogitsune was Badass, but I digress)

10. How long have you been watching 1?

YEARS! I think I watched it around the time that season 4 aired, so my sister and I were a few years behind, but I’ve been watching it ever since. I take breaks from it every now and again, but I always end up going on a binge so I can jump back into it. It’s my comfort show, my homework show, my I’m doing things and need something in the background show…if I am watching TV and it is on I zone in on that channel and will watch it, not caring where in the story I am.

11. How did you become interested in 3?

So, I remember it came out on Halloween one year, and it was a cold year. Because I wasn’t going to watch it due to trick or treating and school the next day. But then my parents said they were gonna let us skip it and I sat and watched that premier in my parents room because I was the only one that wanted to see it. I fell right down the rabbit hole, got comics for Christmas started slowly luring family members into watching it. They’ve all given up on it, but I’m still hanging on. (and contemplating watching Fear the Walking Dead as well as whatever movie special they’re gonna have with Rick in it.)

12. Who is your favourite actor in 4?

Melissa McCarthy. I am such a Hipster when it comes to her. I loved Sookie more than anything else I’ve seen her in (except for maybe the Heat, that movie is a fuckin’ riot)

13. Which do you prefer 1, 2 or 5?

I’m pretty sure that how I answered 10 should tell you the answer to that.

14. Which show have you seen more episodes of, 1 or 3?

Supernatural, but that’s because there is WAAAAAY more of it.

15. If you could be anyone from 4 who would you be?

Rory Gilmore. Granted, if you ask certain people in my life I already am so it may not be too much of a stretch.

16. Would a crossover between 3 and 4 work?

I mean maybe if there were a mini-series, but honestly, Rory and Lor would die due to lack of food and all of the physical activity. Also, pretty sure Luke would disappear and never be heard from again. Or maybe he’d just buddy up with Daryl and then it would be The Walking Dead and Danes.

17. Pair two characters in 1 who would make an unlikely but strangely okay couple?

I’m fairly certain the fandom has done enough of that for me to not make any surprising comparisons, but Uh…I really would have like to see Bobby and Ellen actually get together. We see it in one episode, so maybe that’s cheating, but I think they would work really well together.

18. Overall, which show has the better storyline, 3 or 5?

Not gonna lie, there were so many micro stories and branches and intricacies in Altered Carbon that I can’t even begin to compare it to Teen Wolf, sorry Jeff Davis, but you were far to wishy washy to stand a freaking chance against it.

19. Which has the better theme music, 2 or 4?

I love the music for both, but I think Teen Wolf has to win, because the Laaaa laaa laa-aaah lala gets to be really freaking annoying after a while.

Michael, Lucifer, Raphael and Gabriel are NOT archangels here

the archangels are (in order of age, not role. more on that in a sec): Israfel, Uriel, Haniel and Anael

Israfel is the oldest but is in Lucifer's role as the devil (mainly bc corrupted healers scare the SHIT out of me). Healer = Raphael counterpart

Uriel is Michael's counterpart in leader of Heaven. them and Israfel are twins

Haniel is Raphael's counterpart in he's the archangel who stays (otherwise he's Lucifer's counterpart)

Anael (Anna) is Gabriel's counterpart, runaway archangel, trickster, etc

Michael and Lucifer are still angels but end up abandoning Heaven after Cain and Abel. Michael + Lucifer being their guardian angel's respectively

side not: Chuck is less "manipulative abusive narcissist" in my AUs and more "absent and neglectful and bad at relationships" so Chuck's not pulling strings to make the Winchesters lives hell

eventually Michael + Lucifer end up falling and get born as Mary and John's twin kids (bc someone has a sense of humor)

Adam, Sam and Dean are angels, Dean/Diniel pulls Michael from Hell

Adam is in Anna's place as fallen angel

so i have angels being made in like. Batches. and these are BIG batches. up to 1 trillion in a single batch

so angels in a batch will consider each other siblings but other batches are more like. coworkers or cousins at most

except for the archangel batch (4 angels) and the batch right after, aka the proto batch. a batch of ~100 angels

Sam, Dean and Adam are in that one. same with Michael, Lucifer and Raphael

those two batches, by virtue of being the oldests, are the Big Siblings

I actually have no idea… I don’t even remember the proper story anymore cuz despite it not being several years it was still quite a few years ago when I was still in.. middle school perhaps? That my school mates were talking about it and I asked my elder sibling who showed me random episodes, going by the least violent ones so I wouldn’t get nightmares.. so yeah I have no idea what season I first saw or what season was out exactly when I began watching random episodes. I only stared watching properly since last year 2. Who was the first character you fell in love with? 
Sam… he’s such a goddamn puppy that it’s hard not to like him!!! 3. Who was a character that you hated at first but grew to love?: 
Omg so many. I remember making a post about how the writers kill iff characters that were initially annoying but right as they started growing on us - bam. Dead
But ok maybe the first example was Bela… she actually was of course starting to grow o me by the time she died.. but the character that comes most immediately to mind because of how strongly I hated them… was Rowena. God she had been simply infuriating - I hated her so much for manipulating Crowley and threatening whatever good relationship he had with the Winchesters, that I wished she would die… but then come season 11 I fell absolutely I love with the woman 4. Which character would you most want to be in a long-term relationship with? 
Eep I have no fucking idea… fuck idk.. mm I never during my daydreams imagine myself with my fictional characters but if I had to choose… ugh maybe. Ok Dean is loyal and Sam is a puppy but idk it feels weird coming in between them… Cass is pretty amazing but… ugh fuck it maybe oh ok why not.. Charlie? Yeah. Oh god I have no idea, they’re all way too amazing people for me to compare with them. Uhhh maybe… eep Idk Lisa? 😕 idk I’m not even sure if I’m brave much tbh but if not her then.. idk maybe Chuck before the end of season 5? 😐 idk 13. What death hit you the hardest? 
Honestly because I kinda already knew about everyone who was going to die until season 12, because like I had to catch up with the show and that meant big watching 11 seasons before the 12th came out. So that means 11 seasons f knowing who already dies for the most part… but I guess.. ok Charlie, idr if I knew she died but it hurt me a lot because I hated the fact that she died, and even more so what it did to the boys. And then every time Dean died, mainly seasons 3 and 9’s finale, and goddamn how broken up Sam got about it at those times… fuck those killed me but I guess they were more of the heart wrenching scenes then death specifically that hurt me. 
But of course. Cass. Cuz I had obviously. So. Not. Seen. It. Coming. I barely managed I avoid screaming and after… it took me a couple of hours to even remotely get to mouth shut 14. What season finale hit you the hardest?:

Omg I don’t think I’ve seen enough to decide but… I think whenever J2M comfort each other. Those are just so soft and sweet and give us an insight to their friendship that just 🤤😍 28. If you were going to guest star (or be a recurring guest star) on SPN, how would you want your character to be described?: 
Well fuck me I’d love to be a badass huntress cuz it’s something I’m obviously not IRL… or maybe someone who isn’t aware of the Supernatural world until the boys come along and then I prove really useful for heir research because of something and then somehow I get dragged into the world and I’m actually pretty good? Yeah, there’s a pattern there isn’t it 29. What do you hope to see in the next season?: 
Apart from Castiel and Rowena and Crowley alive? Idk Jack not being the next big bad, hopefully a break from big bads for the boys and after they get Cass and Mary back and hopefully just leave Lucifer to rot in the alternate universe, just go on some cases and take some time to cool down you know? 30. - 40. Bobby!!!!! I mean hell yeah I would seriously love to see how the boys would react if John came back, but that would probably ensure that a lot of drama and fights would be quick to ensue as well, so yeah. Bobby Bela or Ruby? 
Well ok I liked the first Ruby because as Katie Cassidy went, we didn’t know for sure Ruby was not to be trusted. But overall Ruby was pure evil.. and I actually felt bad when Bela died while I didn’t for Ruby - felt relieved when Ruby died actually -so yeah. Bela Jess or Madison?:

1. What season did you start watching Supernatural? I started watching in 2014, after I came across a re-run of Changelings. Before that, I’d heard of the show, but didn’t think anything of it except that the leads are pretty hot^^. Changelings got me hooked so fast though, I thought, there’s a show in which every episode is like a little horror story niice:D. This episode is still one of my faves tbh, the monster-kids were so creepy. Yeah, then I heard sth of the angel that marches into the show in S4 and I just wanted to binge to his introduction tbh:P.

2. Who was the first character you fell in love with? Dean, I’d say. At first, he was this standard macho male lead but it shone through pretty fast that there was more to it than the stereotypical action hero, like all the times he tried so desperately to keep his little family together.. it just breaks your heart, oh Dean<3

3. Who was a character that you hated at first but grew to love? hmm.. Bela? I think I grew to love her in my first rewatch, because then I learned to appreciate characters who made life hard for the boys:P (I didn’t ‘hate’ her though, that’s a little too strong..) And Crowley is a little more difficult, since I liked him at first, then totally disliked him for all the shit he pulled in S8 with Kevin and Linda and Sarah and then I liked him again.. he’s a tough one to like^^  Maybe Amara? I just hate what they did with the ‘romantic’ non-consensual bond with Dean and think she has so much more potential than what they did with her, because her arc was pretty inconsistent tbh.. In retrospect.. I probably can’t love her because I kinda have a grudge at this whole thing but I appreciate the (largely unused) potential she brought on the table..

4. Which character would you most want to be in a long-term relationship with? uhmm.. I would say Cas but I want him to date Dean so:P Jimmy? Kevin? Benny? idk I don’t really think about this kinda thing... I love the characters but I don’t imagine dating them, you know?

5. If you could go on a date with just one character, which one would you choose? One date? Dean would probably be a total gentleman;)

6. What would you do on that date? Dinner and a movie?:P And I don’t do LARPing but I bet it would be fun with Dean. Or Charlie. Or both;)

7. Which character would you most want to be like? Charlie, because she embodies an optimistic view on life, bravery and sass, the holy trinity I strive for;) Plus, my favorite Charlie quote: “I realized the only way to get away with being me is to be as indispensable as possible” - words to live by^^

8. Which character would you most want to see brought back from the dead? CHARLIE CHARLIE CHARLIE!!! And Kevin and Eileen!!! And Alicia, because her death gave me a weird sort of bitterness.. she was such a fun character with so much potential behind her and without her Max is just a depressing character to me so yeah.

9. Which character would you most like to punch? Metatron, then I’d bribe him to write a bucklemming character into the show and punch them:P

10. Who is your absolute favorite character? Cas!:D

11. Which “Big Bad” do you think was the worst? Lucifer just had the most round arc in S5

12. Which character are you most like? if you cross out the intelligence level, Kevin? Or Claire maybe? Though they’re both braver than I am^^

13. What death hit you the hardest? Charlie because it was just so dumb an unnecessary. Same to Eileen. And Kevin. Alicia with the above mentioned reason too. Bobby.

14. What season finale hit you the hardest? Season 6. It was heartbreaking but I liked the angst. If only they had done something about Cas sooner in S7..

15. What are your ten all-time favorite episodes? Changing Channels, The French Mistake, Free To Be Me And You, The End, LARP and the Real Girl, Lily Sunder Has Some Regrets, Stuck in the Middle (With You), and like every episode with Cas and Charlie:D

28. If you were going to guest star (or be a recurring guest star) on SPN, how would you want your character to be described? Some mix between Charlie, Alicia and Jody? Idk, a fun character that’s also damn tough and doesn’t take any shit from the boys. Also, she’d be the one saving the day pls:P (this would be AU!me though because I can’t act for the life of me and I bet I’d be generally pretty embarrassing if I’d see J2M in person:P)

29. What do you hope to see in the next season? A central arc for Cas that makes sense, makes for good character development and is fun to watch, lots of Destiel moments, maaaany recurring guest stars getting their time to shine, fan favorites resurrected and becoming recurring guest stars,... I won’t watch on anything less:P

Onto questions.

1. What season did you start watching Supernatural?

Awe shit. I want to say during the 11th season and binged it alone so I was caught up for the season 11 release to Netflix. I only stumbled upon the fandom after seeing the episode where Dean was driving that beat up mini-van and said he looked like a soccer mom or something. I looked it up cause I wanted it on a tee-shirt. Ended up falling into the hole that is the fandom.

Never go that tee-shirt tho.

2. Who was the first character you fell in love with?

Prolly Dean.

3. Who was a character that you hated at first but grew to love?

Meg, but then I also feel like I want to say (please don’t attack me) Metatron. It’s all very hazy, but I do vaguely remember hating both of them at least a little and then not hating them.

4. Which character would you most want to be in a long-term relationship with?

The question to ask yourself while answering this is, “Who will I not die a young death with?”

In that case, Donna. She nice. She cute. She knows how to take care of business too.

5. If you could go on just one date with one character, which one would you choose?

Fuck, that’s hard. Dean, I guess. I don’t think a lot of Dean’s dates die and he’s a pretty cool dude. I bet he could pull off a killer date (No pun intended. Hopefully.)

6. What would you do on the date?

It would either be drinking at a bar in true Winchester style or hopefully we could go driving and star gazing like a bunch of saps because I like that shit.

7. Which character would you most want to be like?

Charlie probs. She’s bad ass and has a sense of humor but still freaks out. I like to freak out sometimes. Keeps me grounded.

You can’t always know what you’re doing or what’s going on.

8. Which character would you most like to see brought back from the dead?

Idk...

Alastair. I don’t know how to explain it. I just feel like he needs  good punch in the face.

Dean, but Cas always has a spot in my heart.

Does the Mark of Cain count as a Big Bad, cause man did that cause some trouble. If that doesn’t count I’d probably Leviathans since they were organized and you couldn’t fucking kill them.

12. Which character are you most like?

Meg 2.0 tbh. From what I remember of her, she was a lot of sarcasm. I use a lot of sarcasm with my irl friends.

13. What death hit you the hardest? 

I think I’m supposed to say Mick because I made an entire account centered around saying that he’s not back from the dead yet.

14. What season finale hit you the hardest?

The season 10 finale. I think it was the only finale I cried during. Just, when Dean told Sam to close his eyes I was so scared and a mess.

15. What are your ten all-time favorite episodes? 

Oh, fuck... Man, I don’t even know. I think I’m due for a full re-watch of the show because every thing is so fuzzy. Maybe I’ll know after that, but The End is probably on the list somewhere along with Bad Day at Black Rock and at least one of the Ghost Facer episodes. Maybe even all of them.

16. What’s been your favorite season?

I think I liked season 3 a lot.

17. Who is your favorite angel?

Cassie boy tbh. He good. Samandriel was pretty cool while he wasn’t dead too.

Abadon was cool.

Oh, man, I’m not really familiar with a lot of actors outside of SPN... But I think I’d love John Barrowman in any role on the show.

24. If you could write your own episode, what kind of creature would you like to see included?

So, I decided to actually think for once and came up with an idea for a monster that you can only see when you’re abt to fall asleep (Like, you’d fall asleep right after seeing it) and you’d see it at the end of you’re bed the first night and each night you saw it, it would get closer. When it finally would get to you... Bad stuff? Idk, just spit-balling here, but I think it’s be interesting to see the boys figure out a way to get rid of it.

25. Who’s your favorite girl that Dean’s hooked up with?

Idk, but Elka, the girl from 12x11 Regarding Dean, just kind of hit a chord with me. She also abides by what I use to define a hook up.

26. Who’s your favorite girl that Sam’s hooked up with?

Still going with my hook up rules, I guess it would have to be the hippie chick from the UFO episode. The whole thing was just so funny.

27. What are some of your favorite convention moments?

I don’t really follow the conventions all that much, but the recent Underwear Incident as I call it where Jensen showed his underwear to Misha and Misha only was so funny.

28. If you were going to guest star (or be a recurring guest star) on SPN, how would you want your character described?

Badass maybe? But then books are really cool too...

29. What do you hope to see in the next season?

Happy endings for at least a few of the monster of the week episodes. It happened a lot in the early episodes, the boys would save the day and maybe even a kiss from a girl, but slowly it just got sad and no body got to live.

I just want to have a little happiness next season.

Supernatural Survey

1. What season did you start watching Supernatural?  I started watching July 3rd, 2016. I started watching from the pilot and finished the finale of s10 on August 19th (11 wasn’t available to view yet). I only know the dates because I made a Facebook post the day I started (I think it said “Amanda is watching supernatural season 1 - I think I may have made a terrible mistake …”) and one of my first Tumblr posts marking the day I finished. 12 was the first season I watched live.

2. Who was the first character you fell in love with?  I think it was Dean by about ten minutes or something. I’m pretty sure Dean’s cocky “Easy Tiger,” made me say “Oh, no,” shortly before whatever Sam said or did that made me say, “Yeeeah, I’m in trouble.”

3. Who was a character that you hated at first but grew to love?  Um, don’t hate me. Kevin? My first watch-through I found him incredibly whiny and ungrateful for a while. Then he started growing on me and I would call him ‘Kevin’ when he was annoying me and ‘Tran’ when I was proud of him. The second time around, I was able to be much more sympathetic.

4. Which character would you most want to be in a long-term relationship with?  This is hard. My answer surprised me because it might (gun to my head) be Sam. I always thought I found Dean *slightly* more attractive (again, gun to my head). And character-wise I love them equally. I guess I just think Sam and I would work better together in a long-term relationship.

5. If you could go on just one date with one character, which one would you choose?  Since I picked Sam for the other, can I say Dean?

6. What would you do on the date? Lol idk, see an old movie at a drive-in theatre? Something tells me Dean would enjoy the classic combination. I’d love whatever. I’d want him to be able to relax and be himself - see that ‘little kid’ side we get a glimpse of every so often. Maybe I could find some way to let him know he’s so much more than just his good looks?

7. Which character would you most want to be like?  Donna? I love her so much. I guess I see myself in her, but she’s *more so* idk. Her sweetness. Her bubbly personality. She’s not afraid to get personal. She’s been hurt, but she doesn’t let it make her hide who she is. She’s got a strength that usually takes people by surprise because she’s so nice, they think she must be soft. She likes doughnuts … She told Dean freaking Winchester to stuff it.

8. Which character would you most like to see brought back from the dead? If you’d have asked me this before the finale I’d have said Gabe. I don’t think bringing him back would cheapen his death (or continue to cheapen deaths on the show in general) because we were never sure whether to believe if he’d really died anyway. After the tangled mess of the finale (I’m including Eileen in this) I’m really not sure how to answer.

9. Which character would you most like to punch?  If by punch you mean repeatedly before handing her over to Sam to finish off and Sam is under some spell that allows him to give her the kind of death she deserves but he doesn’t have to feel too bad about it afterwards (idk a justice spell? That could be a real thing)- Toni freaking Bevel. That woman is a psychotic monster. I loathe her. Story time, 12x1 was the first episode I watched live. So I had to make myself be super quiet because I couldn’t rewind or rely on subtitles like I had been doing when the show would make me yell at the tv. The first commercial break I apparently yelled, “FREAKING BITCH!” so loud my mom heard me from upstairs. She thought it was hilarious. This was before the mind rape even happened.

10. Who is your absolute favorite character? Nope

11. Which “Big Bad” do you think was the worst? There are the villains I love, the villains I love to hate, and the villains I loathe. Spn has some of all three. Crowley is the scariest, I think, because he’s the most intelligent and devious and they keep forgetting he’s a bad guy, but I love him. Lucifer is probably the most evil, and most powerful, but I like him as a villain. Metatron was probably the one I hated the most (Toni couldn’t be called a big bad, I suppose, even though I hated her the most of all).

12. Which character are you most like?  It’s funny how many similarities I see in both Sam and Dean, but I think it’s prolly Donna. She’s more badass than I am, though :)

13. What death hit you the hardest?  The first time Sam died was hard because Jensen is too good at his job. When Dean died with the MOC Jared’s reaction gutted me. I knew they were coming back in those instances and what made it hard was witnessing the pain of the other. Bobby was the same in that I was sad to see him go, but they did him justice, I thought, and the hard part was seeing Sam and Dean go through that. Charlie’s was brutal. Charlie was probably the first time I’ve ever cried because someone died more than because the people left behind were sad. Not that the guys falling back and acting like they couldn’t bear to go in that room didn’t help sell it.

14. What season finale hit you the hardest?  Season 3, maybe? I don’t like hellhounds. I should; I typically love everything dog related, but hellhounds freak me out because of how much I don’t like to watch that scene. Then, Five was beautiful and so sad. I already mentioned about the season 2 and 9 finales.

15. What are your ten all-time favorite episodes?  Oh shoot! Um … Baby Regarding Dean Point of No Return It’s a Terrible Life Swan Song Two Minutes to Midnight In My Time of Dying Tall Tales Plush Jus in Bello These are just the first ten I thought of. I’m not sure if they’re my actual ten favorite, but they’ll do.

16. What’s been your favorite season? Oh, I don’t know. Um, maybe five? 

17. Who is your favorite angel? Besides Cas, I really liked Gabe, then Samandriel and Balthazar.

18. Who’s your favorite demon?   Ooh. Um Crowley obvi. I really loved Ruby as a character. I know there’s the pesky betrayal thing, but her banter with Dean is beautiful, she did keep Sam alive when Dean was gone, and I think in her twisted demon way, she really cared about him. Even if you believe everything before was an act (I could debate a couple points) the things she said after Lucifer’s cage was unlocked sounded like she really believed she, Sam, and Dean were going to be reconciled somehow and live happily ever after. I also liked Meg as a villain and reluctant ally.

19. Who’s your favorite evil character?  Besides the ones I’ve already mentioned above, I love Rowena (as far as villains I love) and Abaddon (as far as villains I love to hate). I also loved Dick because without him we wouldn’t have had all the amazing dick jokes (I have a very simple sense of humor, I won’t apologize)

20. So you have any supernatural ships? SamxSarah, SamxEileen. I always thought Dean and Bela would end up getting together, although it would have been mostly physical and wouldn’t have lasted long. I always wished Dean and Lisa could have made it work. I know, I know.

21. Who’s your favorite supporting actor?  The heck am I supposed to answer this?

22. What’s your favorite quote from the show?  Again, say what? I’ll give you a few. “Are you under the impression that family is supposed to make you feel good … They’re supposed to make you miserable! That’s why they’re family!” “Do I look like a ditchable prom date to you? … Family don’t end with blood boy.” “I am your flesh-and-blood brother … Believe in that … You gotta make it stone number one and build on it.”

23. If you could cast one famous actor in an episode of SPN, who would you chose?  lol Tom Hiddleston! Why not? Angel, demon, hunter, he could fill any of the above and nail it.

24. If you could write your own episode, what kind of creature would you like to see included?   I’d like to see a black dog or kelpie. That would be awesome.

25. Who’s your favorite girl that Dean’s hooked up with?  Lisa

27. What are some of your favorite convention moments?  When j2 played with the delay in the screen behind them to make it look like there were an infinite number of j2’s turning around. That’s funny and adorable. Um, when Sheppard got asked by the little girl about Crowley’s demon deal. When the crowd did the thing with the candles for Jared. When Jared or Jensen pretend they agreed to pay the person who asked the question.

28. If you were going to guest star (or be a recurring guest star) on SPN, how would you want your character described?  I basically wrote myself into an episode in devils’ trap. I mean I’m definitely cooler in the story than in rl, but my favorite is the respect and esteem Sam and Dean show when regular people (civilians) rise to the occasion when confronted with the supernatural. Season 10! I remember binge watching it over the summer and catching up on s9 in like the last week before 10 was set to air.

as bad as this probably sounds, Ellen kinda got on my nerves but I love her so much now she’s like a mom

11. Which “Big Bad” do you think was the worst?

Hmmm idk I think I’m gonna have to agree with Sarah bc like, there was no identifiable way to kill the Leviathans permanently, they’d probably be the worst.

Cas, because I too, also miss social cues and am extremely awkward 

13. What death hit you the hardest?

Cas this season because before this, I watched all the seasons 1 after another and I knew Cas was still alive, but this one,,,,,,oh god it was like I got stabbed in the chest along with him it physically hurt to watch Lucifer do that to him. I like,,,,cried for a good 20-30 minutes and a few times in the next few days. 

14. What season finale hit you the hardest?

Season 9 I think because I remember watching it in biology class and i sat in the back corner and thank god i did because I started crying real hard

Where Cas is a fuckin adorable ass, famous Fursona who goes to tons of cons and no one knows who he is and Dean went to like a Comic Con deal with Sam (this is like normal verse so no demons) and Cas is there and he’s like, intrigued, never seen a furry before. For some reason (insert reason here) Sam knows of him, cause maybe Sam’s gone to like anime cons and gaming cons with Jess and Dean ends up like idk. END GOAL = they date and Dean is Cas’s handler and Cas always acts hella cute around dean.

Dean gets dared to accept one random ad on craigslist. Charlie takes him to a random page.

This is the ad that catches his eye.

“Need a model. class project. i can’t pay much but i can get you pizza and drinks.”

Cas is the photographer. It actually is for a class project. Cas doesnt act flustered but he’s totally blushing during the shoot. Dean gives him his number. You know what happens next.

   Cas goes to Gabe’s bachelor party and Dean is a stripper and gives Cas a lap dance and Cas was like so against coming to here cause he’s a Good Boy™ but he gets so like turned on and hot damn Dean is sexy.

Dean slips Cas his number and they go on a cute coffee date and Cas just like isn’t sure how to act because “I’ve seen you naked already?? And you totally knew I had a boner?? What are we??”

Cas is a cute ass blogger who does random collabs and travelling videos and occasionally does silly cooking stuff. His fans love him because of how genuine and like happy and smiley and just a really sweet guy. Does lots of charity work. His best friend Charlie is on sometimes, and his brother Gabe is in sometimes too when he comes for visits he loves to hop into the background and be like “YOU BETTER KEEP THIS IN THE FINAL CUT.”

Dean wanted to record him rebuilding Baby from the ground up one time and Sam edited it and made it more like a timelapse and told him he should put it on YouTube, so he did, for shits and giggles, and people really liked it. So now he does timelapses of him deconstructing and cleaning/reconstructing guns. As well as cars and other mechanical work. He’s done a few tutorials and Q&A’s. He also has a second channel, that he didn’t tell him main channel about, where he posts videos of him playing the guitar and singing covers of his favorite songs. (He keeps his face out of them).

Cas and Dean probably meet at a VidCon and become good friends.

They start dating and don’t ever announce it, but the fandom ships it so hard because of how cute/flirty they were at the con. They start noticing that Cas is wearing what appear to be Dean’s shirts, and some fans are in denial, and they ask both questions but they always just shrug it off.

Until one time, Dean wanders into one of Cas’s vlogs in only flannel pajama pants, holding two mugs of coffee, and hands one to Cas, gives him a kiss on the cheek with a husky. “Morning sunshine.” 

They start posting cute ass couple pictures after it and its just so cute.

-Olympic!AU

Dean is either a marksmen or a martial artist. I can’t decide. Gabe is a sports photographer and Cas is a professional ice skater and he follows Gabe to one of Dean’s things and they end up talking after cause Gabe is at his interview after (he won gold obvi) and Dean was like “I liked your routine.” and Cas is like “You know me???” and Dean says Sam always loved the ice sports and because of Sam he took a liking to ice skating and he skates sometimes but he thinks its really cool. (Sam is olympic volleyball player as a side note.) but they exchange numbers and hang out more and watch Sam play and its hella cute and they kiss.

-Singer!AU

Cas is a famous singer and Gabe is his quirky brother. Anna is his manager. Dean and Sam get hired as bodyguards. Dean and Cas hit it off and try *not* to date but they totally do.

Also Sabriel. 

They have to hire new bodyguards. Anna hates them. (not really, but she’s like “For real guys??”)

Jody gets hired. She’s badass. Charlie is Dean’s best friend and dying cause he is dating Cas, who she loves. Also Kevin is Sam’s and like is also jealous.

Bobby’s their adopted Dad.

-Post!Apocalypse!Vampire!Weird!AU

(long ass name ik but this is a random fuckin idea i thought of years ago and will never do anything with so i’m going to do my best to explain it here and share it with you)

SO. Heaven and Hell went to war, the world got *wasted*. A lot of angels fell and so did demons and their powers have been like diminished. The world is a wasteland and divided into segments and the demons kind of run the place and segments. The angels hide.

Dean and Sam are reincarnated. There is minimal food in this world and because of things and whatever, everyone drinks blood of various degrees to stay alive. Like they dont need much, but they need it. (If you’re rich, you have a lot of blood. It does make you stronger, but you can be fine with minimal).

Blood is also a currency. Animal blood is included in this, but its worth less than human blood.

So. Dean and Sam lost their parents early on, and Dean has always been caring for/fending for Sam. He gets caught stealing books, which are like rare as fuck but he hated that no one was reading them and he felt they were being wasted. (He was going to return them. He was a quick reader. He didn’t think they’d even miss them)

Anyways. Sam goes to jail. The price to free him (cause either he’s a repeat offender or the demon is like Alistair/another demon who recognizes their souls and ups the price cause they can) is like 4/5 liters of blood. Human blood. Sam tells Dean not to pay for it, he’ll be fine, but Dean pays with his own blood of course (cause thats how the whole human blood thing works. Rich people can pay in other people that they own but like you pay in your own blood normally).

Dean is like hella weak after this and tells Sam he’s fine. He takes a day off of work but his arm (where he cut himself) gets infected and like he gets really pale and collapses a few days later. 

Sam packs up all of their stuff and takes them to a miracle healer he’d heard about through the rumor mill.

Surprise. It’s Cas. And Gabe is with him.

Cas freaks out, cause they thought Sam and Dean were dead. Gabe stops Cas from telling him, tho, and like they heal Dean and Dean gets like a frickin flashback while he’s unconscious and being healed of like his previous life.

Also they have a horse named Impala. It was their fathers and its like the only thing they really own besides their tiny shack.

At some point, they get their memories back. They become friends with Gabe and Cas and like, maybe find some of the other fallen angels, and potentially even Crowley and like, do something? That’s all though.
