We tried a body wash with epsom salts in it and genuinely our pain hasnt been this low in a while
#its really improved my mood and brain fog a bit too#the reason just regular epsom salts arent an option is bc no bathtub only shower#like. paracetamol hardly does anything for our pain#Im going to take more magnesium supplements too to see if it helps since epsom salts is like a magnesium salt#chronic pain#fibromyalgia#unfortunately my allergies are like bad today so I dont feel fullly ok and some of the pain is still there the effect of the epsom salts is#fading over time#will have to see how it does when our allergies arent like this bad lol#and although it has essential oils the scent doesnt linger !! we mainly smell the scent of epsom salt anyways#its kind of nice like ammonia if it werent harsh or irritating like it just smells chemically in a nice way
