Bucky Barnes x Reader
Run-through: Dating a superhero was no joke. And as noble as Bucky’s job was, it was just as dangerous and unpredictable. Which is why ever since you and Bucky started dating, he’d been training you in his free time. Teaching you how to defend yourself if ever he wasn’t around to protect you, or if ever his enemies came after you. Although you weren’t perfect at combat yet, you were almost certain you could get out of a tricky situation if you ever found yourself in one. But you were soon proven wrong. And your only option was to hope and pray that Bucky finds you in time.

It had been two hours since these strange men had so easily abducted you off the streets.
It was a regular day, you were leaving yoga class and were on your way to pick up a smoothie. A treat you always got yourself after each workout class. Nothing out of the ordinary. Except Bucky’s incessant messages asking about your location.
You knew you weren’t supposed to let your guard down, not even on busy streets – one of the first lessons Bucky taught you just weeks after your first date with him. But you couldn’t help looking down and frowning at your phone. Your bag, purse and phone in your hands. Always have your hands free when walking alone, even on busy streets – the second thing he taught you.
Always be ready. Always be ready. Always be fucking ready.
But you had messed up that morning. Bucky’s messages were starting to worry you. He had been away since last night, and as usual, never gave you too many details about his job. But all you knew was that before he left, he’d asked you to try and not go out if you could. Your apartment was safe. He had eyes all over that building. Cameras, security guards, it was the safest place you could be.
‘Where are you? Why aren’t you home?’
Seconds later:
‘I told you not to go out. It’s not safe right now. Call me.’
Then some missed calls which you couldn’t answer because you were in class at the time. Then messages one after the other:
‘Go straight home.’
‘Is your class over?’
‘Go home and wait for me. Don’t open the door for anyone else.’
‘Baby I’m so serious right now, go home.’
And you were midway through typing an answer to reply to him. To tell him not to worry. To tell him that yes your class was over, and everything was okay and you would call him as soon as you got home.
But you never got the chance to reply to his messages.
It all happened too fast. One moment you were looking down, all your focus on your phone and boyfriend, and the next, you were being grabbed and shoved into a dark truck. You barely even got a scream out before the doors were shut and a tape sealed your mouth, ropes snaking around your wrists and ankles.
And just like that, in less than a full minute, you were taken.
And here you were now.
In the back of that same truck which had been driving for about two hours, maybe more. Getting further and further away from the city you lived in, and into more and more unknown areas.
Fuck! You had messed up.
You should’ve checked your phone while you were still inside the building. You shouldn’t have been texting on the streets. You shouldn’t have let your guard down. Bucky had been saying for weeks that he suspected people had eyes on him, and consequently you because you two spent a lot of time together.
He was right of course. He always was. You should’ve listened. You should’ve stayed at home, at least until he got back later today.
A tear slid down your face, like it had been for the past hours. You silently cried, thinking about all the potential circumstances you could end up finding yourself in. You couldn’t even tell who were the men who kidnapped you because they all wore masks and hadn’t said a single word in the past hours.
They were armed. And the truck seemed bulletproof. And they kept driving. Nothing said about wanting a ransom, nothing about why they had taken you, or whether they were using you as bait to get Bucky’s attention. Surely they were.
And a few minutes later, when you heard the familiar roar of a familiar bike, you knew they had his full attention.
Bucky was here.
But they hadn’t noticed yet. And you didn’t want them to. So you tried to get all their attention on you by wiggling in the backseat, acting like you were trying to get more comfortable. The two armed men right in front of you just glanced at you and your tied limbs and let you be.
You noticed the guy in the passenger seat didn’t even bother looking at you. The driver looked into the rearview mirror but quickly looked away and ahead.
They still hadn’t heard the faint, steady roar of Bucky’s bike.
Perfect.
By the time Bucky would get close enough to attack, he would catch them by surprise. And it would be too late for them to react and defend themselves.
So you kept moving, grunting in annoyance extra loudly just to mask the sound of Bucky’s bike as it got closer and closer–
A loud gunshot exploded near you. For a moment nothing made sense.
Then you realised the truck was no longer steady, it was tilted on one side. Bucky had shot one or more of the tires. You sighed in relief, while the men in the vehicle panicked. Muffled voices spoke all at once, one of them telling the driver to drive faster.
Another, one of the men who was armed in front of you, lowered the window and popped his head and gun out, trying to find whoever was around but it was too late.
You turned your head and managed to catch a glimpse of him through the rear windshield. Amongst the smoke and dirt flying, there he was. Mounted on his mean bike like a fierce general riding his beast into battle. Except this general wasn’t backed by soldiers. He was alone.
But army or not, he was still Bucky Barnes. All black bike, black helmet, full biker gear, metal arm catching the sunlight. Guns strapped to his body. He looked like Death.
A sob shook your body as you ducked and hid under the seats as much as you could as Bucky rain down bullets like hellfire upon the vehicle. He knew it was bulletproof, but you were certain he was doing it just to get the men to use their weapons and waste their bullets on him as fast as possible.
The loud noises made it seem like your brain was vibrating, your heart was racing, and your ears were hurting with how loud the guns and shouts were. But Bucky was here, and all would be well now.
A few seconds later, the truck began zig-zagging. You assumed it must be because the driver got shot. More shouts and bullets later, the truck came to a sudden stop. Like it collided with something that was strong enough to stop it even at that speed.
But there was nothing on the empty streets you had been on. Nothing except… Bucky.
An eerie silence followed. Then footsteps. The men in the truck had all been shot you realised upon smelling the scent of blood and gunpowder.
You couldn’t get yourself up, not with your limbs still tied but you tried your best. And you were barely up when you heard the sound of metal literally tearing apart. You managed to peek from the back seat and Bucky had torn off one of the doors. The entire door off the side of the truck.
You couldn’t call for him, but you kicked the back of one of the seats hard enough to get his attention.
The moment his ocean blue eyes met your teary ones, you couldn’t help but start crying. Hot, burning tears streaming down your face as Bucky almost tore apart the entire truck to get to you. The moment he grabbed you and pulled you out into the open air, it was only his arm around you keeping you up.
“I’ve got you,” He whispered over and over again, “You’re safe. I’ve got you, baby. It’s okay, it’s okay. I’m here.” He repeated continuously as he carefully peeled the tape off your lips and cupped your face in his hands, looking at you intently to look for injuries while he wiped your tears away. “Are you hurt?” He asked, looking more panicked and worried than ever. “Baby, answer me. Did they hurt you? Inject you with anything? Touch you?”
You shook your head, wanting nothing more than to just be able to take a deep breath, now safe in his arms. Only when you went to wrap your shaky arms around him, he stopped you. Keeping you at arms’ length and away from him.
That worried, soft look in his eyes turned cold. Even under the afternoon sun, you shivered under his gaze.
“What the fuck did I tell you before I left, huh?” He snarled. “I told you to stay inside, don’t leave the building. Didn’t I say that?”
You sniffled, nodding. “I just went to my weekly class, and–,”
He cut you off, hissing, “And look what happened!” He was almost screaming in your face, “You’re so lucky I got here in time. You’re so fucking lucky I have a tracker in that bag of yours. Otherwise it would’ve taken me days to get to you! Days!”
You trembled, knowing he was right. Bucky dealt with dangerous people. He knew why he asked you to be cautious.
Bucky leaned closer to you, looking down at you with no warmth. “These aren’t the villains you read about in your silly, little fucking books.” His voice sounded menacing, freezing. “These are actual, dangerous people. They wouldn’t have waited for you to charm your way out. They would’ve killed you!” He yelled.
“I’m sorry,” You sobbed. “I was replying to your texts and–,”
“We had a deal, didn’t we?” He grabbed you by the chin and forced you to look at him. “That when I tell you it’s not safe out there, you stay put. You stay inside and wait for me.” He growled. “You could’ve been killed today! And who would have had to live with that, huh? Who would’ve had to live with the disappointment that he couldn’t keep you safe? That he brought you into this shitty life and couldn’t even keep you alive?” He bellowed. “Who would’ve had to look your family in the eyes and tell them he lost you? Me! That’s who!”
More tears, and a whimper escaped your lips. “I’m sorry.” You whispered. You had never seen this side of him. He let go of your face like it burned to touch you.
He looked around, at the torn apart truck. At the bodies. The bullets on the ground. He grimaced but didn’t say anything. He reached into the truck and grabbed your things. Your bag and all that you had on you when you were taken. Your phone wasn’t here though, they must’ve thrown it out onto the streets while they took you.
Bucky said, “We need to get out of here. Come.”
He didn’t turn around to see if you were following, he knew you would. Once he got on his bike, he handed you his jacket and helmet. You put both on without questioning where you were going.
Once sat behind him, your arms hesitantly around his torso, he turned to the side and said, “City’s not safe right now. We’ll spend the night at a motel nearby.”
And that was all he said for the next few hours.
–
By the time you two made it to the motel – which was much, much more decent and clean than you had imagined – the sun was already setting. The place was quiet. A few voices conversing here and there, ACs humming as ACs do, cars coming in and out frequently given there was a gas station nearby, and a burger joint on the other side of the street.
Bucky got you two a room for the night, and didn’t say a word to you as he grabbed your hand and led you to the room.
It was a decent room. Bed, bedside tables, TV, sofas. The usual.
You didn’t notice Bucky had packed a bag as well. You hadn’t been paying much attention anyway. He placed his much bigger bag on the bed and pulled out a few things. Some belonging to you, you noticed. Toothbrush, soaps, clean clothes.
He handed a bunch of things to you and said, “Go shower.” He didn’t even look at you as he spoke. Guess he was still angry at you.
You didn’t argue. You just took the things and rushed to the bathroom, locking yourself in there for a good half an hour.
When you stepped out of the shower, feeling clean finally, you noticed Bucky wasn’t in the room. And the weather outside had changed. You could hear the faint thunder approaching. Surely by tonight there would be a storm.
But where had Bucky gone?
You put your clothes away in your bag, and with no phone you had no choice but to turn the TV on. You got in bed, a few minutes into watching some random documentary when Bucky walked in with food.
You gave him a look, wondering if he would talk to you now. But all he said as he placed the bags filled with food on the bed was, “It’s none of your fancy green smoothies and healthy wraps, but it’ll have to do for now. I’m going to shower.”
Then he disappeared.
You were still upset, but then hunger took over and you pawed at the bags like a raccoon. You found milkshakes, fries, and burgers. And you ate while you wondered how long Bucky would keep being angry at you.
You were halfway through your second burger when Bucky walked out of the shower. With nothing but a towel wrapped around his waist. His wet, dark hair pushed back, droplets of water still dripping down his chest and abs.
You swallowed your food before you choked, then looked away, acting as if the documentary on the TV was much more interesting to look at compared to your half naked boyfriend.
“Are you hurt anywhere?” He asked, and you noticed he was carrying a first-aid kit in his hands.
You shook your head.
“Nothing? No scratches, nothing?” He asked again.
You shrugged, “Just a small cut. It’ll heal. Nothing serious.”
He walked over to your side of the bed, and said, “Show me.”
You didn’t want to argue so you placed your food aside, lifted your shirt and showed him the minuscule cut on your ribs. “It’s not–,”
But he cut you off by placing the kit down and looking for some cotton and disinfectant.
It burned as he cleaned in and put a little bandaid over it. It hurt even more when he didn’t kiss it after like he usually does whenever he tends to your cuts and wounds.
You didn’t say a word though. And soon, you both finished your food in silence with only the TV and the approaching storm as noise in the background.
The thunder got louder and louder as you both got into bed. That weird silent treatment continued, and by now you were annoyed as well. You’d admit, it was your fault for being so careless when he’d told you to be cautious. But didn’t he see that you needed him now?
Couldn’t he see you wanted to be held? And kissed? And comforted?
You frowned in the dark. The lights from outside came through the blinds and lit the room up a little bit. As did the lightning. You were the only one tossing and turning you noticed, Bucky was asleep it seemed.
But the thunder, the new bed, the fear and stress from earlier, it was all keeping you from falling asleep. Plus, it was a little embarrassing to admit, but you liked being held while you fell asleep. But Bucky wasn’t even talking to you, and wrapping your own arms around yourself wasn’t working.
Another hour went by. Now the heavy rain finally came, along with a proper thunder storm. And you couldn’t take it anymore.
You turned to face Bucky and he had his eyes shut, facing you. Not a single item of clothing on his body, except for a thin sheet covering him from the waist down. You sighed, frowning a little in annoyance still but you couldn’t help but scoot closer to him, seeking his warmth and embrace.
First you pressed into him, to see if he would stir or wake up. He didn’t. So you got bolder and took his metal arm and placed it around you, waiting again. He didn’t move. So you went to wrap your arms around him, and once you did, you heard his sleepy voice saying, “Oh, what’s this? Now you need me?”
You froze, trying to see if you could pretend you were asleep already. He didn’t buy it.
“I know you’re awake.”
You sighed. “It’s the thunder.” You said, nuzzling his warm neck.
“And you need daddy to protect you now, little bunny?” He mocked. “But when I try to tell you what to do to keep you safe you never listen.”
You noticed he kept his arm around you, pulling you more into him even as he chided you. “I’m so sorry, Buck. It won’t happen again.”
He hummed. “It better not.”
You were quiet for a second or two, then said, “You were so mean to me earlier.”
“I have to be.” He said sternly. “You never listen. You don’t take your training seriously, you think you’re ready to fight your way out, baby, but you’re not. All I asked you to do was not to leave that apartment until I got there. But you couldn’t help but be a brat, could you?”
You squirmed in shame. “I don’t want you to be angry with me.”
“Well,” He said, sounding sassy as he pulled you closer, “I am pissed. Deal with it.”
You had had enough. You slipped out of his arms, “Stay here and brood then,” You tried to get out of bed, “I’ll sleep on one of the sofas–”
Bucky didn’t let you. A loud thunder boomed right above as he pulled you back into bed and climbed on top of you. “Stop being fucking difficult.” He hissed.
Before you could answer, his mouth was on yours. Beard scratching your face, his long hair tickling the sides of your face.
His kiss was rough and it hurt in the best way. Bucky pulled away for a brief moment, squeezed your cheeks so you couldn’t close your mouth. “Brat.” Glaring down at you, he spat in your mouth before kissing you again.
Your brain felt like it was floating. His kiss was hot. And messy.
“This is what you wanted, isn’t it?” His voice dropped to a dangerous whisper, “Needy little brat. Can’t ever do as you’re told, can you? You almost got fucking killed today, but you don’t care about that. Do you? Huh?”
You were quiet. Your brain was too foggy with lust to function.
“Why are you quiet? No bratty words for daddy?” He asked, sliding his rough hands up and down your parted thighs. You spread them even more the moment he touched you and he smirked when he noticed it. “Go on, tell me to stop. Tell me to let you go.” He taunted, knowing full well you would never do that.
All you did was whimper as he touched you mindlessly, sliding his fingers up and down your slit, spreading your wetness around.
“You’re gonna listen from now on.” He stated. “I don’t care what it takes. I’ll lock you in that apartment if I have to. But from now on, if I tell you it’s not safe out there, you do not leave that house. You hear me, princess?”
Silence. Which earned you a slap on the thigh. You yelped in pain before glaring at him. “Fine,” You said, “Yes, I hear you. I’ll be good.” You whined.
“Of course you will,” He said, his metal hand pinned you down on the bed by wrapping around your neck to keep you in place, while his other hand wrapped around his cock. Pumping it once, twice while holding your stare. “‘Cause I’ll have you over my knee and spank that little butt raw if you don’t.”
You whimpered and squirmed because of how badly you needed him inside you. “I will. I’ll be so good,” You begged, “Buck, please.”
Bucky wasted no time sliding inside of you. Giving you no time to even think, he moved in and out of you in a way that had you moaning out loud, not caring that the walls might be thin.
The storm got louder somehow, thunder rumbling and lightning lighting up the room every now and then. The rain got heavier, silencing the rest of the world as Bucky fucked you. His body weight pressing down onto you in a way that made you never want to be anywhere else.
It didn’t matter that you were in a small motel room, so far away from home. It didn’t matter that danger could still be lurking around. Nothing mattered, not when he held your stare as he fucked you hard and fast, barely giving you time to breathe right.
He leaned in again, whispering against the corner of your open mouth, “Look how you behave the moment you have some cock in you. Is that all my baby wanted? Daddy’s cock? Hmm? Is this why you’ve been pouting for the past few hours?” He chuckled, spreading your thighs even more, “I’ve been mean to you, haven’t I?” He cooed, fucking into you deeper somehow. “I’ve been so mean by telling you just where you messed up and how bad things could’ve gotten if I didn’t reach you in time. I’m so mean to you, aren’t I?” He mocked you, scoffing, “Is that why your pussy is strangling my cock, baby? Because daddy’s so mean to you, is he?”
You could feel your face getting hotter as your walls clenched around him over and over again, as he sped up and pounded into you. You felt all of him stretching you out, filling you up, moving rapidly in and out of you until he was all you could focus on.
“Is this what you wanted, little bunny?” He whispered, pounding into you relentlessly as he bent down to bite your lower lip and tug on it. “Is this enough to make you behave from now on, baby?”
You moaned at how perfect his warm body felt on top of yours, his weight pressing down on you. His stubble tickled your skin as he kissed your face and bit on your lip. Your legs trembled as his thrusts, relentless and unbearably good. The pressure around your lower body grew, familiar, tight and hot.
The storm, the streetlights, and every little bit of light allowed you to see how Bucky looked down at you as you tightened around his cock. He smirked, looking down to where his cock disappeared into you each time he thrust in. “I killed for you today.” He whispered, “I saved you, and this is what I get? Attitude? A bratty girl? Not even a thank you,” He scoffed, “Not even a ‘thank you for saving me daddy’, nothing.” The cold cruelty in his voice only made you clench around him harder.
His hand squeezed your throat again, making you moan even louder. “Dirty little slut. Look at you, all cock drunk.” He scoffed, giving you yet another messy kiss. “Are you gonna be good from now on?”
“Yes,” You whined, not recognising your voice because of how desperate you sounded. Then again, only he could make you sound this way. You whimpered, unable to say anything else because of how good he felt sliding in and out of you.
Fuck, you needed this. So much. You whined again when his hand let go of your throat, fingers trailing down your squirming body until his metal fingers found your clit, toying with it while he pounded into you mercilessly.
“Yeah?” He stared deep into your eyes as he spoke. “You’re gonna be my good girl and listen to me?”
You nodded, tears streaming down your face again. The exhaustion from earlier, the day you had survived. It was all too much. “Please…” You whimpered, squirming and unable to hold back anymore. You needed to come so bad. Your thoughts were a mess.
“Good girl.”
And you couldn’t hold back anymore. You came undone all around him. Moaning, your back arching off the bed as you came hard around his cock, tightening around him even harder than earlier.
Bucky kept pounding into you as your orgasm washed over you, your walls squeezing him violently. Your body trembling under him. “That’s it, babygirl. Come for daddy.”
You could hear the untamed hunger in his deep, growly voice. He groaned until he came undone as well. You whined and whimpered as you felt him filling you up, his thrusts slowing down, his cum dripping down your inner thighs.
You vaguely remember his cleaning the two of you. He let you rest for a minute, but then it seemed like he couldn’t keep his hands to himself. So he flipped you around, straddled you and began massaging your worn out body.
He rubbed his rough hands all over your back, down your hips, and thighs. It was quiet for a while. Just the rain, the thunder, and the sound of Bucky breathing.
Then you heard his gentle voice. “I can’t lose you. Not you.” He whispered, like he was saying it to himself, “Not you, baby.”
Your heart throbbed and pinched.
He leaned down and kissed the back of your neck, your shoulders, down your spine, all while massaging your body. “I don’t like being mean to you.” He kissed his way up again, nuzzling your ear and whispering, “Earlier today,” He spoke softly, “When I watched the tracker show me how fast you were getting further and further away, thinking about how they must’ve grabbed you. How easily, how quickly they took you, I–,” His voice cracked.
You couldn’t help the tears anymore, “I’m sorry.” You tried to turn over and face him but he gently pushed you back down on the bed.
“Shh,” He shut you up. “Just let me take care of you.” His hands touched you everywhere. Soft touches soothing the spots he’d grabbed harshly earlier. “You scared me, baby.” He kissed around the cut on your side. “For a moment I thought I’d never see you again.”
“I’ll be good, I promise.” You sniffled, trying to look at him over your shoulder. “I’ll train harder, I’ll be better. I won’t let my guard down, ever.”
He leaned in and kissed your lips gently. “You’re perfect.” He stated. “We’ll work on training you better. We’ll be okay. Don’t worry baby, I’ve got you. Always.”
You gave him a teary smile and sheepishly said, “Thank you for saving me.”
Bucky laughed softly, nuzzling your neck again, kissing your skin like he couldn’t get enough. “I would burn this entire world down if anyone tries to take you from me again.”
You laid your head back down on the pillow, laughing softly. Thinking he was joking.
He wasn’t.

Mother.....- enhypen
-When the calm girlfriend finally snaps
Lee heeseung - 이희승
The evening had started like any other, with you calmly going about your routine, trying to unwind after a long day. But as you walked into the living room, the sight of the mess Heeseung had left behind—after you'd asked him countless times to clean it up—stopped you in your tracks.
The clutter was everywhere: dishes piled up on the coffee table, clothes strewn across the couch, and random items scattered on the floor. You could feel the familiar tightening in your chest, the overstimulation building up like a pressure cooker. You had always been calm, collected, the one who kept things together, but tonight, it was too much.
“Heeseung!” you called out, your voice strained as you tried to keep it together. He emerged from the bedroom, his usual carefree smile on his face, oblivious to the storm brewing in you.
“Hey, what’s up?” he asked, glancing around the room without a second thought.
That was the breaking point. All the frustration, the countless times you’d asked him to clean up, the overwhelming mess—it all came crashing down at once.
“Why is this still here?” you snapped, your voice sharp and louder than you intended. “I’ve asked you so many times to clean this up, and it’s like you don’t even care! Do you know how exhausting it is to come home to this every single day? I can’t handle this anymore!”
Heeseung stood frozen in place, eyes wide with shock. He had never seen you like this—never heard your voice raised in anger. You could see the fear and surprise in his expression, and it only made the guilt begin to creep in, but you couldn’t stop now. The words just kept pouring out.
“I try so hard to keep this place together, to make it comfortable for both of us, and you can’t even pick up after yourself? I’m so tired of having to clean up your messes, and you just…you just ignore it like it doesn’t matter!” You could feel your hands shaking, the overstimulation making everything feel too loud, too much.
Heeseung’s face softened, his usual confident demeanor faltering as he took a hesitant step toward you. “I’m sorry… I didn’t realize it was bothering you this much,” he said quietly, his voice laced with guilt. “I didn’t mean to make you feel like this.”
You closed your eyes, taking a deep breath as you tried to calm the storm inside you. The sight of him standing there, looking so vulnerable and unsure, made the anger ebb away, leaving behind only exhaustion and regret.
“I didn’t mean to yell,” you whispered, your voice breaking. “I just…I couldn’t hold it in anymore. I’m sorry, Heeseung.”
Heeseung quickly closed the distance between you, gently wrapping his arms around you and pulling you into a tight embrace. “No, I’m the one who should be sorry,” he murmured into your hair. “I’ve been careless, and I should’ve listened when you asked. I never wanted to make you feel like this.”
You leaned into his embrace, feeling the tension slowly drain from your body as his warmth surrounded you. “I just need you to help me, okay?” you said softly, your voice still trembling slightly. “I can’t do everything on my own.”
He nodded against you, his hold on you tightening. “I promise, I’ll do better. I never want to make you feel this way again.”
For a moment, you both just stood there, holding each other in the middle of the mess, the anger and frustration giving way to a quiet understanding. You knew that things wouldn’t be perfect, but at least now, he understood how much it meant to you. And that was a start.
Park jongseong - 박종성
You had always been known as the quiet one, the one who handled things with grace, never letting anything ruffle your feathers. Even Jay, who knew you better than anyone, had never seen you truly lose your temper. But today was different.
You were out with some of your high school friends, a group that had always been a little too opinionated for your taste. Jay had tagged along, more than happy to spend time with you, even if it meant being around people he didn’t know too well. The day had started off fine, but as the conversation progressed, it took a turn that you could feel brewing for a while.
One of the girls, who had always had a knack for saying the wrong things, began bringing up some old, unnecessary information about your close friend Nudsie. They were poking fun at things that were clearly uncomfortable for her, laughing at memories that should have stayed buried. Nudsie, ever the good sport, laughed along with them, but you could see the strain in her eyes, the way she was forcing herself to stay composed.
Something snapped inside you.
You could feel the anger bubbling up, a rare and unfamiliar sensation for you. Normally, you would let things slide, brush off the comments, but not today. Today, you weren’t going to let them get away with it.
“Do you ever think before you speak?” you interrupted, your voice calm but carrying an edge that made the group go silent. The girls turned to you, surprised by the sudden shift in your tone. “Because it’s really starting to seem like you don’t.”
They blinked, taken aback by the sharpness in your words. You didn’t raise your voice, didn’t cause a scene, but the intensity behind your calm demeanor was enough to make them freeze in place.
“Nudsie has been nothing but kind to all of you, and this is how you repay her? By dragging up things that should’ve been left in the past? You might think it’s funny, but it’s not. It’s hurtful, and frankly, it’s immature. If you’re so bored with your own lives that you have to dig up others’ pasts to entertain yourselves, then maybe you should focus on improving yourselves instead.”
You could see the discomfort in their faces, the way they shifted in their seats, unable to meet your gaze. The silence that followed was deafening. They had no comeback, no defense—just awkward, guilty expressions.
Jay, who had been watching the whole exchange, was surprised but also impressed. He had never seen you like this, and as much as it caught him off guard, he couldn’t help but feel a surge of pride. He hid a smirk behind his hand, knowing this wasn’t the time to show his amusement.
The girls mumbled weak apologies, clearly too shaken to continue with their usual banter. They avoided eye contact with you, their earlier bravado completely gone.
You took a deep breath, the anger slowly ebbing away as you turned your attention back to Nudsie, who looked both relieved and touched by your defense. “Are you okay?” you asked her softly, your tone completely different from the one you had just used.
She nodded, giving you a small, grateful smile. “Yeah, I’m okay. Thank you.”
You nodded back, feeling the tension in your shoulders finally ease. As you turned to Jay, you found him watching you with a mixture of admiration and pride, his eyes shining with affection.
He leaned in closer, his voice low so only you could hear. “Remind me never to get on your bad side,” he teased, his lips curling into a smile.
You rolled your eyes playfully, but couldn’t help but smile back. “It takes a lot to get me there,” you replied, your voice softening. “But some things are worth standing up for.”
Jay reached for your hand, giving it a gentle squeeze. “I’m proud of you,” he whispered, his tone sincere.
You squeezed his hand back, feeling a sense of calm return. The moment had passed, and you were back to being your composed self, but now Jay had seen a side of you he never knew existed—a side that made him admire you even more.
Sim jaeyun -심재윤
You had a long day, running errands that seemed to drag on forever. All you wanted was to come home, relax, and get ready for the evening. You had asked Jake to do one simple thing—just one—so you wouldn’t have to worry about it when you got back: the laundry. He had agreed, of course, always the obedient and loving boyfriend, eager to help out.
But when you opened the door to the laundry room, your jaw dropped.
The entire room was filled with foam, spilling out of the washing machine and spreading across the floor. The machine itself was making a strange, gurgling noise, clearly on the brink of breaking down entirely. And in the middle of it all stood Jake, staring at the chaos with wide, dumbfounded eyes.
You just stood there for a moment, taking in the disaster before you. Your patience, which had already been worn thin by the frustrating errands you had to deal with, finally snapped. The clothes you needed to wear tonight were now soaking in a sea of foam, and the laundry room looked like a scene out of a sitcom gone horribly wrong.
“Jake!” you snapped, your voice louder than you intended, startling him out of his daze. “Be so fucking for real—what the fuck happened here?!”
Jake blinked, his mouth opening and closing as he tried to find the words to explain. “I—I don’t know, I just… I followed the instructions and—”
But before he could finish, you cut him off, the anger bubbling up and spilling over. “I better get a good explanation because this is insane! I’ve had the worst day, and now I come home to this?!”
Jake looked like a deer caught in headlights, clearly shocked by your outburst. He’d never seen you lose your temper like this. You were always so calm, so collected, but this—this was a side of you he didn’t know existed.
And it scared him.
In a desperate attempt to diffuse the situation, Jake immediately dropped to his knees, his eyes wide and pleading. “I’m sorry, mother—I mean, Y/N—I don’t even have an explanation,” he stuttered, his voice trembling slightly. “I—I must have done something wrong, I’m so sorry, please don’t be mad!”
The sight of him on his knees, so panicked and remorseful, broke through your anger just enough to make you realize how ridiculous this whole situation was. The absurdity of it all—the foam-filled room, Jake’s panicked apology—was almost too much. You felt the last bit of your rage dissipate, leaving you standing there, half-exasperated, half-amused.
You let out a heavy sigh, running a hand through your hair as you looked at him, still on his knees, clearly terrified of your reaction. “Jake, get up,” you said, your voice softening as you tried to reign in your temper. “I’m not going to kill you.”
He hesitated, glancing up at you cautiously. “Are you… are you sure?” he asked, his voice small.
You couldn’t help it—you laughed. The situation was so absurd, so unlike anything you’d ever imagined dealing with, that all you could do was laugh. “Yes, Jake, I’m sure. I’m mad, but I’m not going to kill you.”
Relieved, Jake slowly got to his feet, still looking a bit sheepish. “I’m really sorry,” he said again, his tone sincere. “I have no idea what went wrong. I must have used too much detergent or something.”
You shook your head, a small smile tugging at the corners of your lips despite everything. “Yeah, that’s pretty obvious,” you replied, glancing at the foamy disaster still covering the room. “But we’ll figure it out. Just… maybe let’s avoid you doing laundry for a while, okay?”
Jake nodded quickly, his usual confidence completely replaced by a mixture of guilt and relief. “Absolutely. Never touching the washing machine again,” he promised, a nervous laugh escaping him.
You sighed again, but this time, it was more out of exhaustion than anger. “Alright, let’s clean this up before it gets any worse,” you said, rolling up your sleeves and preparing to tackle the mess.
Jake immediately jumped to help, still eager to make up for his mistake. As you both worked to clean up the foam, he couldn’t help but glance at you every now and then, still amazed by what he had just witnessed.
You caught him staring and raised an eyebrow. “What?”
He shook his head, a smirk finally breaking through his guilt. “Nothing, just… you’re kind of scary when you’re mad, you know that?”
You rolled your eyes, but couldn’t help but smile. “Yeah, well, let’s hope you don’t see that side of me too often.”
Jake grinned, leaning over to press a quick kiss to your cheek. “Deal.”
Park sunghoon - 박성
You and Sunghoon were on the couch, attempting to have a relaxing evening together. He had the soccer match on, and you could tell he was fully invested. But as the game went on, he started to get a little too invested. Every time his team missed a shot or the opposing team got too close to scoring, he’d smack your thigh—hard.
At first, you brushed it off. It was just his way of expressing his excitement, and you were used to his quirks. After all, you had your own—like when you would bite his biceps out of nowhere just to see his reaction. But as the minutes ticked by and the smacks got stronger, it started to wear on you.
“Sunghoon,” you mumbled, shifting away slightly. But he was feeling uncharacteristically clingy tonight, and no matter where you moved, he followed, his focus still on the game.
Another smack landed on your thigh, this one even harder than before. You winced, feeling the sting. It was starting to feel less like playful taps and more like someone had whacked you with a heated building block. You tried to stay calm, but the next hit pushed you over the edge.
“Sunghoon, I swear to god,” you snapped, your voice laced with irritation, “if you lay your fingers on me one more goddamn time, I will take every single one of your fingers, cut them off with a smile on my face, cook them, then serve them to you on a plate and feed them to you.”
Sunghoon froze, his hand halfway in the air, eyes wide in shock. He turned to look at you, completely speechless, his mouth slightly agape as he processed what you’d just said. He knew you could get feisty, but this was on another level. The intensity in your eyes made it clear that you were dead serious, and he quickly realized he had crossed a line.
For a moment, the room was silent, the sound of the game still playing in the background, but neither of you paid attention to it anymore. Sunghoon slowly lowered his hand, his pride and confidence suddenly shrinking under your fiery gaze.
“Sorry,” he mumbled, genuinely apologetic. “I didn’t mean to hurt you.”
You sighed, the anger slowly dissipating as you saw the look of remorse on his face. “Just… be more careful, okay? I know you get into the game, but I’m not a punching bag.”
Sunghoon nodded quickly, scooting closer to you again, but this time with more care. “I promise, no more smacking,” he said, trying to make up for it by wrapping an arm around your shoulder gently, as if you were a fragile piece of glass.
You couldn’t help but let out a small laugh at his sudden change in demeanor. “You better keep that promise, or you’re going to have to figure out how to play soccer without fingers.”
He chuckled nervously, leaning down to plant a kiss on your temple. “Deal,” he whispered, pulling you closer as he turned his attention back to the game, but this time making sure to keep his hands far away from your thighs.
Kim sunoo - 김순우
You had always admired Sunoo’s dedication to his career, his meticulous attention to every detail of his life, especially when it came to his health and appearance. But lately, his obsession with this new diet had been pushing you to the edge. He was cutting back on meals, skipping out on food that he usually enjoyed, and it was driving you crazy. You respected his choices, but this was too much.
Today, however, you’d had enough. You found him in the kitchen, making yet another bland, low-calorie meal, and something inside you snapped.
“Sunoo, we need to talk,” you said, your voice tense as you walked up to him.
He looked up, surprised by the tone in your voice. “What’s wrong?” he asked, setting down the plate he was holding.
“What’s wrong?” you echoed, your voice rising in frustration. “What’s wrong is that you’ve been on this ridiculous diet for weeks now, and it’s not healthy! You’re not eating enough, and it’s driving me insane! I can’t stand to see you do this to yourself anymore, Sunoo!”
Sunoo blinked, caught off guard by your sudden outburst. He’d never seen you this upset before, not with him. He knew you were worried, but he hadn’t realized just how much it was affecting you.
“But I’m just trying to—” he started to explain, but you cut him off, your anger bubbling over.
“No! No more excuses!” you said, your voice firm as you stood in front of him, your eyes filled with a mix of anger and concern. “This diet is not okay, Sunoo. You’re hurting yourself, and it’s breaking my heart to watch you do this. I care about you too much to let you keep going like this.”
Sunoo’s shoulders slumped, and he looked down at the floor, his usual bright energy nowhere to be seen. He felt a pang of guilt in his chest as he realized how much his actions had been affecting you. He’d been so focused on his own goals that he hadn’t considered how his behavior was impacting the people who cared about him—especially you.
He didn’t know what to say, so he just stood there, pouting slightly, his gaze fixed on the ground. The silence stretched between you, heavy and uncomfortable.
You took a deep breath, trying to calm down, but your heart was still pounding in your chest. “Sunoo, I love you,” you said, your voice softer now. “But this has to stop. You’re perfect the way you are, and you don’t need to do this to yourself. Please, promise me you’ll stop this diet.”
Sunoo looked up at you, his eyes filled with a mix of guilt and remorse. He knew you were right, and he hated seeing you this upset. “I’m sorry,” he whispered, his voice barely audible. “I didn’t mean to make you worry.”
“Then promise me,” you insisted, your tone gentle but firm. “Promise me you’ll stop.”
Sunoo nodded slowly, the weight of his promise settling heavily on his shoulders. “I promise,” he said quietly, finally meeting your gaze. “I’ll stop.”
You let out a sigh of relief, feeling the tension slowly drain from your body. You stepped forward, wrapping your arms around him in a tight hug. “Thank you,” you whispered against his shoulder. “I just want you to be healthy and happy.”
Sunoo hugged you back, holding you close. “I will be,” he murmured, more to himself than to you. He knew he had a lot to work on, but with you by his side, he knew he could do it.
Yang jungwon - 양중원
You loved Jungwon more than anything. He was kind, thoughtful, and always knew how to make you smile. But there was one thing that drove you absolutely insane—his obsession with mukbang videos. It wasn’t just a casual interest; he would play them at any given moment, whether you were eating, cuddling, or just trying to relax. Normally, you’d let it slide because, well, it made him happy. But tonight was different. You were PMSing, already feeling irritable and craving a bit of comfort, but instead of the soothing presence of your boyfriend, you were greeted with the obnoxious sound of someone slurping noodles on full blast.
As you entered the living room, there he was—your big dork of a boyfriend, sitting in front of the TV with a plate of food in front of him, grinning ear to ear as the mukbang video played. The sound of exaggerated chewing and slurping filled the room, making your skin crawl. You tried to push through it, telling yourself that it wasn’t a big deal, but the longer it went on, the more unbearable it became. The misophonia you suffered from flared up, and every sound felt like a personal attack on your sanity.
“Jungwon,” you called out, trying to keep your voice steady, but the irritation was evident.
He didn’t seem to notice your tone, too engrossed in the video. “Yeah?” he replied, not even turning to look at you, his eyes glued to the screen.
That was it. The last straw. You couldn’t take it anymore. “Jungwon, I swear to God, if you don’t stop that stupid video right now, I might as well unplug the TV, kick you out, and throw the TV out with you!”
Jungwon’s eyes widened in shock as he finally turned to face you, his expression dumbfounded. He’d never heard you this angry before, especially not over something as seemingly harmless as a video. But seeing the genuine frustration in your eyes, he immediately realized how serious you were.
“I—I’m sorry,” he stammered, quickly grabbing the remote and pausing the video. The room fell into blessed silence, and he looked at you with wide, apologetic eyes. “I didn’t know it was bothering you that much.”
You let out a long breath, the tension in your shoulders slowly easing now that the noise was gone. “It’s just… I can’t deal with it right now, especially tonight. I need a little sympathy, not more noise.”
Jungwon’s expression softened, and he immediately moved to sit beside you on the couch. “I’m really sorry, I didn’t mean to upset you,” he said, gently pulling you into his arms. “Here, you can have my food. I’ll turn off the TV, and we can just relax together.”
You looked up at him, your irritation fading as you saw the concern in his eyes. He really hadn’t meant any harm, and now that you’d gotten your frustration out, you couldn’t help but feel a little guilty for snapping at him. But Jungwon wasn’t upset; if anything, he looked relieved that he could make it right.
“Thank you,” you mumbled, accepting his offer and taking a bite of his food. It tasted even better knowing he cared enough to listen to you.
Jungwon smiled softly, brushing a strand of hair behind your ear. “Anything for you,” he said, planting a soft kiss on your forehead. And with that, he settled beside you, the two of you finding comfort in each other’s presence, with no mukbang videos in sight.
Ni- ki -남편
You and Ni-ki had just returned home from what felt like the longest, most exhausting day ever. Every part of your body ached, and all you wanted to do was collapse into bed and drift off to sleep. Ni-ki, however, had other plans. Despite having gone through the same grueling day as you, he seemed completely unfazed as he immediately made a beeline for his PlayStation. It was his go-to stress relief, and as much as you loved him, you couldn’t understand how he had the energy to play after a day like this.
You tried to ignore it, convincing yourself that you could sleep through the sounds of his game. But as soon as you started drifting off, the loud, agitating sound of the PlayStation starting up filled the room, followed by the unmistakable noise of gunfire and explosions. You groaned, turning over in bed and pulling the blanket over your head.
But then came the worst part—Ni-ki’s screams. Each time he lost, he let out these deep, guttural growls that seemed to shake the room. His voice, usually comforting, was now the most irritating sound in the world. You pressed a pillow over your head, trying to block out the noise, but it was no use. The sounds seeped through, and your patience was wearing thin.
“Niki, scream one more time. I dare you,” you muttered, your voice muffled by the pillow but still laced with irritation.
He thought you were joking, so he let out another loud yell when he lost the next round. That was it. You sat up, grabbed the nearest pillow, and threw it directly at his head. It hit him squarely, and he turned around, eyes wide in surprise, as he pulled off his headset.
“If I even hear you breathe right now, Ni-ki,” you snapped, your voice low and deadly serious, “I will dig my hands so deep in your throat and snatch your voice box out. Let’s see how you’ll be able to scream again at 3 a.m. in the morning. Ni-ki, don’t test me.”
Ni-ki’s eyes widened even more, and for a moment, he was completely speechless. He’d never seen you this upset before, and it shocked him to his core. He quickly realized you were not in the mood for jokes or more noise.
“Okay, okay! I’m sorry, I’ll stop,” he mumbled, quickly turning off the PlayStation and sitting down quietly beside you, looking at you like a scolded puppy.
You let out a heavy sigh, the anger slowly ebbing away now that the room was finally quiet. “Thank you,” you muttered, lying back down and pulling the covers over yourself again.
Ni-ki slid under the covers beside you, cautiously wrapping an arm around your waist. “I’m really sorry. I didn’t mean to annoy you,” he whispered, pressing a soft kiss to your shoulder. “I’ll make it up to you tomorrow, I promise.”
You softened at his words, and though you were still a bit frustrated, you appreciated his apology. “Just… no more games this late, okay? I really need to sleep.”
“I promise,” he repeated, holding you close as you finally started to relax. The two of you drifted off to sleep, with no more interruptions, and the only sound left in the room was the quiet, steady rhythm of Ni-ki’s breathing as he cuddled up to you.

summary: ...because you’re just too dumb to look out for yourself, Rafe takes matters into his own hands.
~
You hung onto Sarah as she helped you into her house, your ankle screaming in protest with every movement. You were thinking that maybe you should’ve listened to the blonde when she told you not to climb so high on the rock, but the sunset was too pretty, and you wanted to get the perfect picture. As much as your ankle was hurting, it was kind of worth it.
“Okay, sit here, and I’ll get some ice,” Sarah told you, depositing you on her couch.
“Okay!” you chirped, distracted as you flipped through your phone to study the pictures you took. “They came out so pretty!”
You showed Sarah as she neared, and she sent you a warm smile, a soft chuckle escaping her.
“Yeah, but next time, let’s come up with a less dangerous way to get the pictures,” she advised, bag of ice in hand.
You hissed a bit when the cold touched your skin, relaxing as it started to soothe the ache.
“Your mom would kill me if you got seriously hurt again.”
You knew what Sarah was referring to, of course.
That one time you were at a bonfire and leaned too far over to roast the marshmallows, something that took forever for that particular part of your hair to grow back from. Or that time you weren’t paying attention while dipping some punch at a party, and the glass bowl holding it all fell all over you, shallow cuts adorning your feet for weeks. Your face fell some as you thought about how mad your mom had been at Sarah for not looking out for you better.
It didn’t seem fair to you.
It’s not like you were some kid who couldn’t do anything right.
“It’s just a sprain…I think,” you added, shrugging. “She doesn’t have to know.”
Sarah gave you a look at that, and just then, movement on the stairs caught your attention.
You looked up, eyes landing on a familiar face, and you smiled at the sight of him. Sarah’s brother Rafe was someone you mostly saw in passing. Sometimes you found yourself interacting with him, offering him some of your fries to which he’d dryly decline, or the odd occasion where you were in his way, hurrying to move at the mean sneer on his face. Rafe always seemed to be in a bad mood when you were around, and because Sarah assured you he was just like that, you always tried your best to cheer him up.
“Hey, Rafe,” you called.
Sarah looked over her shoulder at the sound of your voice, huffing to herself. She rolled her eyes as she turned back around, and you blinked at him when he didn’t return your smile. You watched him sigh, ignoring as you he asked Sarah where their parents were.
“Out,” the younger girl quickly replied.
You watched Rafe throw her a look at that before his gaze landed on you again.
“Any reason why she’s here?” he asked, and your brows drew together.
Something about his tone didn’t make you feel good, but you brushed it aside when Sarah just shook her head, quietly telling you to ignore him.
“I do,” she said, standing to her feet. “I’m going to get something to wrap it.”
You smiled at her as she hurried upstairs, and when you looked over, you found Rafe’s gaze on you as he leaned against the kitchen counter. You noticed that he stared at you a lot, especially when Sarah wasn’t around, and you didn’t know why. You watched his blue eyes fall to your ankle where you held the ice, and he brought the beer in his hand up to his lips.
“What happened?” he mumbled around the neck. “Try to walk and chew gum at the same time?”
You blinked, frowning a bit just as he chuckled.
“No?” you replied, confused by the odd comment. “I was taking pictures of the sunset, and I needed to get on some rocks to get a good picture…”
You trailed off when he started to laugh, shaking his head at you.
“Of course, you were,” he slowly commented. “I don’t even know why I asked.”
You didn’t know what to say to that, and you chewed on your lip, glancing away as he continued to eye you.
“Are you going to Topper’s party, tonight? I’m going with Sarah,” you tried to change the subject, smiling at him.
Rafe stared at you in silence for a while, strangely and with a frown on his face. After some time, he scoffed, pushing himself away from the counter, looking at you from beneath his lashes.
“He’s kind of my best friend, Y/N,” he slowly said. “Why wouldn’t I?”
You shuddered at the sound of your name coming from his lips. He always had a way of saying it that made you feel…uneasy. It was like when you drank just enough to feel bad but not enough to ignore it. Your chuckle was light, not thinking of that for some reason, and you nodded.
“That makes sense.”
Rafe was nearing the stairs just as Sarah reappeared at the top of them, and he kept his gaze on you for as long as possible.
“You should probably stay home though,” he threw over his shoulder. “We wouldn’t want you to fall in a hole somewhere after you’ve had too much to drink.”
Your friend hissed his name as she passed him, a deep frown on her face, but Rafe only chuckled to himself. Again, the comment had your mind wandering in confusion. Topper’s mom kept their yard to perfection, and there wasn’t a patch of uneven grass, let alone any holes. Sarah heavily sighed as she neared you with some gauze, mumbling to herself.
“He’s such an ass,” she voiced. “Seriously, just ignore him.”
That was what she always told you, but it was kind of hard to do. Rafe had a way of stealing your attention sometimes whether you wanted to give it or not, and it wasn’t just because he was pretty. He was so different from Sarah, and you guessed he fascinated you in a way. Always so grumpy and unhappy, and it seemed like no matter how much you tried to cheer him up or at least get a smile out of him, it never worked.
…and you didn’t know why.
“Don’t sweat it so much,” Kelce chuckled later that night. “Rafe is Rafe.”
He smiled at you, flicking your chin, and making you join him. Two of his friends were with him, Topper glued to Sarah’s side, and Rafe nowhere to be found. You didn’t remember their names, although you were sure you’d met them before. Their faces did look familiar, after all, and you felt bad about not being able to place them.
They didn’t seem to care much though as they returned your smile.
“That’s a cute dress,” one of them said, reaching out and pulling on the end. “You always wear the cutest stuff though.”
“Isn’t it?” you added, spinning around and making the skirt fly up a bit. “Sarah picked it out!”
“Sarah has great taste,” the other told you, eyes looking over you and admiring the dress.
You imagined he liked the color just as much as you did, and you started telling him about how it was the last one, and Sarah had to almost fight some lady for it. You were taking a sip of your drink when you took a step back, bumping into someone, and you jerked when the cold liquid spilled onto you. You gasped in shock, more than grateful when Kelce grabbed a napkin and started dabbing at the fabric.
“I got it,” you told him, reaching for it instead, but he smiled at you, insisting.
However, another hand came between you and snatched the napkin away. You blinked in shock, looking up just as Rafe’s other hand grabbed your arm, starting to pull you away.
“Hey, Rafe,” Kelce nervously chuckled. “We were just… She had an accident so…”
He trailed off, and you looked between him and Rafe as the blond pulled you away. He gave Kelce a look that you couldn’t place, the other guy and his friends sort of shrinking in on themselves.
“Uh huh,” was all Rafe said, and you stumbled with him in confusion as he led you away.
“What are you doing? Is it Sarah?”
Rafe softly chuckled to himself at that, shaking his head.
“Is it Sarah,” he mumbled, sounding more like a statement. “No, it’s not Sarah.”
He roughly let you go, making you stumble, and you frowned as he threw the napkin at you.
“Here,” he spat, huffing to himself as he looked you over. “Clean yourself up.”
You slowly did as he said, carefully watching him as he watched you, jaw clenching and eyes hard. There was that sour feeling again. Here you were, at a party and surrounded by so many people, but it strangely felt like you and Rafe were the only ones in the room. There was an uneasy feeling in your chest, and you bit your lip.
“Are you…are you mad at me?” you nervously asked.
It was a silly thing to ask because why would Rafe be mad at you? However, his rough treatment wasn’t like him. In fact, you couldn’t ever remember a time where Rafe had so much as touched you. The look he gave you was enough to curdle milk, and when he sighed, your shoulders drooped in relief.
“Nah,” he drawled, lips pressed together as his eyes met yours. “Who could be mad at you? That’d be like getting mad at a child.”
You blinked, but before you could ask him what he meant, he gruffly told you to find Sarah and stay out of trouble. You frowned a bit, still wiping at your dress as you slowly turned and did as he said. When you looked over your shoulder, Rafe was still watching you, and you guessed he wanted to make sure you found Sarah okay.
Tumblr media
“…and…just what are you doing?”
You straightened a bit, pushing yourself to your knees as you looked up to find Rafe looking down at you. His face was pinched as he studied you, and you grinned at him, hands resting on your thighs.
“Hey, Rafe!” you suddenly remembered that he’d asked you something. “My phone fell under the couch.”
You gestured to the piece of furniture, and you were just about to bend over again when Rafe reached down to grab your arm, pulling you to your feet. You eyed him as he did the same to you before taking your place. You crossed your arms over your chest, watching him, and your confusion at his strange attitude disappeared when he reemerged with your phone. A delighted gasp left you as you reached for it, pausing when Rafe held it out of reach.
“You know, I think you’d lose your head if it wasn’t attached to your body.”
That was something your mom said often too. His eyes looked between yours, and you swallowed when he moved closer. His chest brushed against yours, and your heart raced.
“Thanks for getting it for me,” you finally said, reaching for it again to no avail.
Confusion filled you.
“If I give it to you, what will you give me?” he murmured, and you blinked, brows raising a bit.
“Well…what do you want?”
Rafe only rolled his eyes at that, chuckling before dropping your phone in your hand. You held it to you just as he moved, and you were startled by the feel of him reaching down and pulling on the end of your skirt, pulling it down some. You hadn’t even noticed that it had ridden up, and you looked at him with a smile, thanking him.
“Where’s Sarah?” he suddenly wondered, plopping down on the same couch you’d just been searching under.
“She said she was on her way, but I think she’s still with Topper.”
You watched Rafe’s blue gaze linger on your legs, and you looked down, fearful that you’d scratched yourself or something in your search for your phone. When you didn’t find anything, your eyes met Rafe’s when you looked up, and you watched the corner of his mouth curve upwards.
“You’re too nice, you know that?”
“Me?” you laughed. “I don’t think so. No nicer than anyone else.”
Rafe snorted at that, and you moved to sit down next to him as you waited for Sarah.
“If it wasn’t for Sarah, so many people on this island would eat you alive, you know.”
You didn’t understand what he meant by that, frowning, and that just seemed to amuse Rafe more. He didn’t elaborate either, opting to run his eyes over you instead, and when they landed on your skirt, he reached over to pull it down where it had ridden up some again. You softly thanked him, and he pointed at you at that, tongue pressed to the inside of his cheek.
“That,” he said, shaking his head. “That is exactly what I’m talking about.”
You curiously eyed him as he stood just as you heard a vehicle in the yard.
“You shouldn’t be thanking me for something like that,” he told you with an unreadable smile. “I might take it the wrong way.”
You watched Rafe’s back as he made his way towards the stairs, only looking away when Sarah rushed in, repeatedly apologizing.
Rafe always said things like that to you, things you didn’t quite understand. To be fair, there were a lot of things you didn’t understand, but especially the things Rafe seemed to say. Why wouldn’t you thank him for making sure your skirt was pulled down? Why would he take that the wrong way? In what way?
When you’d brought it up to Sarah one day, she’d merely scoffed and called him a sick pervert before apologizing again for leaving you alone with him.
“He’s so…sleazy, sometimes, you know?”
You didn’t know, actually. Outside of his mood swings, Rafe was at least respectful to you. At least, you felt like he was, but Sarah talked about her brother like he was the scum of the earth or something. You watched her as she sprawled over her bed, eyes trained on the ceiling.
“One minute, I swear he can’t stand you and then the next it’s like he’s too into what you’re up to.”
You frowned at that, this being news to you, and Sarah seemed to realize what she said. She sighed, pushing herself onto her stomach, and your eyes met hers.
“Rafe doesn’t like me…?”
You weren’t surprised by how much it hurt to hear. Rafe was your best friend’s brother, after all, and while you two weren’t friends, you’d never been anything but nice to him. You always tried to offer him things and ask how he was and smile at him whenever you saw him.
“It’s not that he doesn’t like you,” she confessed, throwing you a sympathetic glance. “He just doesn’t think the best of you.”
You deflated some, frowning as you tried to remember if he’d ever said anything to you that you missed.
“It’s why I hate when he comes around when you’re around. He’s always being an asshole, but don’t take it too personal, okay? He’s an asshole to almost everyone.”
You’d heard that before, but still. You’d never done anything to Rafe, and hearing this made you a little sad because Sarah didn’t even say why he didn’t like you. You sat there, feeling stumped and second guessing everything. Rafe said funny things sometimes at how much pink you wore, or he’d shake his head when some jokes had to be explained to you, and he certainly seemed to get annoyed when he came downstairs to find you bending over in the fridge.
Sarah had assured you though that Rafe was just like that.
When you found yourself at another party, you did your best to stay out of his way. You didn’t want to upset him anymore than you already had, even though you didn’t know how you’d done it. You were with one of Topper’s friends that you’d seen in passing, giggling and struggling to stand with every second that passed. As you finished the last of your drink, he quickly poured you some more, and you pressed your hand to your mouth to keep from burping.
“Sarah’s going to have to carry me home,” you told him, your words coming out more jumbled together than you’d intended.
He laughed at you, an arm snaking around your waist to help you stand. You eyed his dark hair, smiling at how it contrasted with his light eyes.
“I can take you home whenever you’re ready,” he offered, and you felt yourself perk up.
“Really? Oh my God, thank you,” you sighed out. “I always feel so bad when Sarah has to look out for me.”
His pink lips pulled into a smile, and you returned it. It felt like his hand on your waist was the only thing keeping you up, and you leaned into him, feeling beyond grateful.
“You should probably finish your drink before we go though,” he suggested, and you nodded.
He was so nice to get you another, and you didn’t want it to go to waste. He helped you put one foot in front of the other as he led you across the beach and in between the bodies. You stumbled a few times, and you thanked him each time he kept you from falling flat on your face. You asked him how he knew Topper, and when he told you they went to school together, you smacked your forehead.
Almost everyone here went to what some people dubbed as Kook Academy.
“Duh,” you giggled, shaking your head.
You were just about to ask him which car was his when you were ripped away from him. Your eyes widened in shock, and you dropped what was left of your drink as you tripped over your feet. It took you a moment to realize what was going on, and when you glanced up, you smiled at the sight of Rafe. You’d been trying to avoid him for his sake, but you were always happy to see the blond.
“Hi, Rafe!”
He wasn’t looking at you, one hand on your arm and the other pushing against the chest of your new friend. You frowned in confusion as you took in the scene, realizing they didn’t look so friendly, and you noted this was the first time you’d seen Rafe really mad before.
“What the hell, bro?”
You watched Rafe shove him away, the other guy almost falling back.
“Are you crazy? You don’t think I know what you’re trying to do?”
You looked between them, and Rafe didn’t wait around for Topper’s friend to straighten himself up. You had no choice but to follow as he dragged you away, and his fast pace made your head spin even more. You asked him to slow down, but he ignored you, and you could feel your stomach turning. When he made it to the familiar black truck, he practically pushed you inside when he opened the passenger door, and with his hands on the vehicle, he had you trapped.
“What the hell is wrong with you?” he asked, his voice harsher than usual, and your brows knitted together. “Are you that stupid?”
You blinked at him, lips parting, and at that, Rafe slammed the door shut with a shake of his head. You stared at it for a few seconds, only sitting back and slowly putting on your seatbelt as he slid into the driver’s seat. The ride to your house was quiet, and you were reminded of what Sarah had told you. Why didn’t Rafe like you? What had you done now?
He was just as quiet when he made it to your house, and you noticed that your parents weren’t home. You struggled to get your door open, but it didn’t matter much when Rafe was suddenly there, yanking it open…and yanking you out too.
“Ow!”
He didn’t care to be careful, forcing you towards your door, and he snatched your purse before you could. You wrapped your arms around yourself, shuddering at the cool ocean breeze as you stood in your dress, the flowy skirt of it kissing your thighs. When Rafe finally got the door open, he all but shoved you inside, and this time, you did fall.
You whimpered in pain, sitting up to take off your shoes, rubbing your foot just as he slammed your door closed.
“What the hell is wrong with you?” he repeated, slower this time as he brought his hands up. “Huh?”
You were drunk and confused, blinking and desperately trying to understand why Rafe was so mad. You’d done your best to avoid him all night—these past few weeks, actually. You didn’t like making anyone mad, especially Rafe considering his relation to Sarah.
“You realize he was going to hurt you, right…?”
You laughed at that, throwing Rafe a frown.
“What? Topper’s friend? No, he-.”
“He what? He plowed you with alcohol—maybe a few drugs—and was just so eager to take you home?”
You hesitated, a frown forming.
“I mean…we were drinking just like everyone else was, and I feel bad when Sarah has to take me home,” you said, much quieter now.
Rafe let out a laugh at that, and you finally decided to try and push yourself to your feet. You stumbled when Rafe neared you, so close, and your eyes widened. Rafe was so close you could feel his body heat, and he gestured to you with both hands as he leaned in.
“He was going to rape you. Do you get that?”
You flinched, chest tightening as you shook your head.
“No, he wouldn’t do that…”
“…and how do you know? You just met him, tonight,” Rafe spat. “You don’t know shit about him!”
You blinked, and you could feel your eyes burning because Rafe was so mad, and you didn’t understand why. Topper’s friend had been nice to you all night, looking after you and getting you drinks and keeping you company. You had the hardest time believing Rafe’s words, and you shook your head.
“He was being nice,” you argued, but Rafe’s anger and harsh words had you doubting that, now.
“…because he wanted to fuck you, you-.”
He cut himself off, heavily exhaling, and he glanced away. You watched him as his eyes fell closed, a bitter chuckle escaping as he shook his head.
“Do you have any idea how crazy you drive me?”
You almost didn’t hear him, and when he turned his cold gaze back to you, you swallowed.
“Are you really that stupid?” he quietly wondered, tapping his temples. “Huh?”
You pressed your lips together, the sound of your heartbeat loud in your ears.
“I’m stretching myself thin here just to make sure all those guys you think are your friends don’t have you lying down in their backseat somewhere…”
“Rafe.”
“…but like the dumb broad that you are, you think they’re being nice and friendly and that they actually care about you outside of what’s under your tiny little dress!”
You looked away.
“Every day I find myself wondering how the fuck did you even graduate? How did you even make it this far on your own?”
You struggled to swallow, your gaze finding the floor.
His words had you shifting on your feet, heart sinking at the familiarity of them. You were never the smartest, you knew that. It wasn’t like you hadn’t tried in school, tried to understand things that came so naturally to other people. You remembered your tutors getting so fed up and frustrated, leaning against the hall and listening as they told your mom they didn’t see how you’d ever pass. You remembered enlisting classmates for help before they too gave up and just took pity on you by doing your work for you.
“Hey, it’s okay,” they would tell you with soft smiles. “You really tried, and that’s what really matters.”
You looked up when Rafe huffed again, tears in your eyes. You had no idea that Rafe thought those things too, and you reached up to wipe your eyes.
“I mean, you’re always parading around in this crap that barely covers your ass,” he sneered, gesturing to your dress. “Always smiling and giggling at everyone.”
You sniffed.
“None of those guys are ever laughing with you, they’re laughing at you.”
“Why are you saying this to me?” you whispered.
“…because someone needs to,” he threw back. “…because you’re too fucking dumb to look out for yourself.”
Rafe neared you, reaching out and clutching your dress, yanking you closer.
“Do you know what that guy would’ve done? Hmm?”
You shuddered when his other hand came up to clasp the back of your neck.
“He would’ve gotten you in his backseat, probably wouldn’t have even waited to get you home…”
“Stop,” you pleaded.
“He wouldn’t have listened to a single word you said, too busy trying to get your legs open and his pants off.”
His hold tightened, and you winced, a few tears skipping down your face as he walked forward. He forced you to stumble back.
“He would’ve fucked you even more stupid and-.”
He cut himself off as you hit his chest, lips trembling and desperately trying to keep yourself from crying. You couldn’t stop, and Rafe huffed, rubbing his hands over his head as he let you go. Rafe’s chest was heaving, and when his eyes met yours again, you couldn’t hold his gaze for long.
“You’re so pitiful, you know that?” he murmured, coming near you again. “Every time you open that mouth to say something stupid, I just want to shove my cock in it.”
Your eyes widened at his words, stumbling back when he gripped your roots, scalp stinging.
“…but that’s all you’ll be good for, huh,” he mused, his other hand circling your chin. “To be split open and filled up.”
You reached up, grabbing his wrist, but Rafe didn’t care, leaning in and nipping at your cheek.
“…and if it’s going to be someone, it might as well be me, right?” he breathed, brushing his lips over your trembling ones. “Those other assholes on this island don’t look out for you like I do.”
Rafe wasn’t giving you time to think, and before you could stop him, his mouth covered yours. Rafe deeply inhaled, tongue tasting the inside of your mouth, hand roaming over you, completely ignoring your own as you tried to stop him. He roughly pulled at your dress, and you heard the fabric rip, a noise of protest leaving you.
You thought that Rafe didn’t like you.
It was what Sarah said, and Rafe himself had called you dumb and stupid and every other thing you’d tried to pretend you weren’t. You didn’t always pick up on things, but would Topper’s friend really have hurt you? Rafe was smarter than you, so he would know, right? He’d seemed so sure of it, but as his hands squeezed your frame, you recalled his words.
Wasn’t Rafe doing the same thing?
You gasped when his teeth sank into your neck, and all your breath left you when your back met the floor. You mumbled his name, but Rafe didn’t seem to hear you, yanking your panties down your legs, his own pants partially undone. When his fingers found a home between your legs, you whimpered, jerking at the feel of them sinking into you. He groaned at the feel, and your nails pressed into his arm.
You felt like your brain was short-circuiting, eyes rolling as he thrust them into you, massaging your walls. Rafe hovered over you, his nose brushing yours, and your hands reached out to scrape at the carpet. Your chest arched when Rafe curved them, and he kissed you again, a deep moan leaving him as you clenched around him.
“Rafe, stop-.”
Your words were abruptly cut off when he pressed on your stomach, holding you down, and you trembled, body buzzing. When he pulled them out of you, you felt disappointment, no time to linger on it as the head of him pressed to you. He pushed in slowly, inch by inch, and your stomach arched against his firm hand. Your mouth fell open at the stretch, toes curling, and Rafe made a shushing sound.
“You can take it,” he murmured. “Open your legs.”
He rested in between them on his knees, and his free hand was on your thigh, parting them further. A high pitched sigh left you as he filled you to the hilt, fitting snuggly and holding himself inside of you. The turn the night had taken made your head spin, along with the alcohol, and you threw your head back when Rafe’s hand traveled from your stomach, thumb pressing against you.
“You’re so fucking wet,” you heard him groan. “Dripping around me.”
He started to move, pulling out before swiftly pushing his cock back into you, making you squeeze your eyes shut.
“This is all you needed, huh? Someone to fuck your dumb little brains out.”
Your lashes fluttered, and Rafe was blurry through your tears, but as you blinked, he cleared up. He leaned in to press kisses to your face, hips snapping against yours, the sound of skin slapping against skin loud in the living room. You couldn’t focus on much besides Rafe’s cock in you, hands tight on you and holding you in place so he could fuck you like he wanted.
“You know how many times I wanted to bend you over? Wanted to stuff you full of my cock just so you’d shut up?”
You whimpered, hands grasping at his back and arms as he leaned over. His forehead was pressed to yours, one of your knees completely pushed back as he drove himself into you. He was hitting something in you that had your breath hitching with every thrust, and the earlier events of the night were in the very back of your mind.
When he sat up, pushing both of your knees towards your chest, you cried out. You could see his eyes focused on where he disappeared into you, sliding into you and watching the way you dripped around him. You could feel yourself squeezing him, greedily trying to suck him back in, and Rafe chuckled.
“Nothing to say? Too busy taking my cock?”
When you didn’t say anything, he laughed again.
“Hmm?”
You could only bite your lip, chest heaving, and when you looked up, Rafe’s gaze was on your breasts.
“Touch yourself,” he told you, satisfied when you did. “Make them hard for me.”
You were a moaning mess, a fire in your core as Rafe rutted into you. You could hear it, hear the wet sound of you squeezing him and every dip of Rafe’s cock. You softly moaned his name, and Rafe asked you to do it again. Feeling drunk in more ways than one, you did, gasping when he spread your legs again. His arms hooked under your knees, his chest brushing yours, now, and Rafe pressed his face into the crook of your neck.
“Any of those assholes even look at you for more than two seconds, and I’m showing them who you belong to,” he promised.
You could feel your stomach tightening, walls fluttering around him, and you could only lay down and take Rafe’s unrelenting cock.
“This pussy is mine, now,” he breathed. “No more leaving the house like you do without me.”
“Rafe,” you gasped, breath hitching. “I’m going to…”
You trailed off, losing your breath, and Rafe kissed the corner of your mouth.
“You’re gonna come? Yeah?”
You nodded, lips parted.
“So, I should probably keep going, huh?”
“Uh huh.”
“What if I just stopped?”
Your heart skipped a beat.
“No,” you desperately argued. “Please-.”
“You wanna come?”
“Yes…please,” you moaned.
You could feel his eyes on your face as he lifted his head.
“Look at you,” he whispered. “So hungry for my cock. Can’t even keep your eyes open.”
You didn’t have the mind to argue with him, squeezing him and loving the way he stretched you out.
“This is right where you belong. Spread open and desperate for me,” he hummed, pressing open mouthed kisses to your neck. “My dumb baby girl, only good for milking me dry.”
He continued when all you could do was whimper.
“Isn’t that right?”
At your silence, Rafe stopped, only the tip of him remaining. You tried to lift your hips, fucking yourself onto him, but from this position, with his arms keeping your knees bent back, you couldn’t. You whined, tears kissing your eyes as your chest heaved against his. You frantically nodded, another whiny moan escaping.
“Yes,” you breathlessly gave in. “Yes, yes.”
Rafe snapped his hips against yours again, smoothly thrusting into you, and you came around him with a cry. You couldn’t keep quiet, gasping and moaning as Rafe fucked you through your high. He held you in place, body trembling underneath him, and Rafe groaned when he started coming too, spilling into you. A light sheen of sweat coated both your frames, and you shuddered when he pulled out of you.
You felt completely worn out as he crawled over you, and his hand circled your chin, lifting it. The head of him pushed past your lips, and he groaned when he softly told you to clean him up. His eyes met yours as you looked up at him, lips wrapped around him as he reached down to brush the dampness from your cheek.
“Do a good job, and I might clean you up too.”

prompt - “If we both want to fit, we’ll have to cuddle”
note- idk what this is, I kinda just started writing it out.
warnings - none? some grammar mistakes.
For several years now, it has been known that you and Jack did not get along. Honestly, you’re not really sure when it all started that you two just did not like each other. You just know that both of you haven’t let up with the comebacks you both throw toward each other, and people and friends know how aggressive you both get towards each other, nothing bad but it can get heated. Despite how good of a friend you are to Luke, you just cannot get past arguing with Jack, and he wastes no time doing the same to you.
Summer was right around the corner, and to celebrate the end of the hockey season and to bring everyone together, it was decided that a vacation was the best option for everybody. You were excited as you haven’t seen everyone in forever, but that would mean that you would have to see Jack, and he was the last person you wanted to be around.
Everyone decided that the perfect vacation spot was to a beach house in Tampa, Florida. Quinn, Trevor, Luke, Jack, Cole, Alex, and some other girls and guys that are friends of them arrived earlier than you. Once you made it, Luke picked you up from the airport. After hugging you he wasted no time to tell you to be on your best behavior around Jack. Throwing an arm around your shoulder, Luke says, “Now I know how you and Jack can get around each other, and me and the others are just begging that you keep the arguing on the down low.”
Smirking at him, you say, “And did you tell this to Jack as well? It’s as much him, as it is me, ya know?”
Luke throws his head back laughing, because he expected you to say something like that. “Yes, we all told Jack the same thing. Now let’s go, everybody has been waiting on you!”
Finally arriving to the beach house, Luke grabbed your bags and helped you inside. As soon as you were inside, everyone came and welcomed you as they were so excited to finally see you. However, that happiness died a bit for you when you saw Jack.
After hugging Cole last, you see Jack out of the corner of your eye leaning against the wall. He speaks up when he notices you looking at him, “Glad to see someone finally made it, ya know this whole thing started hours ago?”
As soon as he started speaking, you wanted to pull his hair out, one by one. However, Luke told you to behave so you would do just that. Repeating in your head, be nice be nice be nice.
Breathing out, you say with the biggest smile, “Glad to see you too, you ass.” Technically, you were still being nice, you smiled and greeted him. Everyone just stood there glancing between the both of you, waiting to see if this exchange would turn into a full on battle.
“Nice to see you haven’t changed, now have you heard the news?” Jack says with a smirk.
Giving him a glare, you ask, “What news? Oh my gosh, are you leaving?!”
“No,” Jack replies with a glare, “Since Lukey here didn’t tell you, I guess I will, we are going to have to share a room.”
As soon as he said it, you start busting out laughing, “You’re joking, aren’t you? You and me share a room? That’s crazy!” You look around to everyone but nobody is laughing along, mostly just taking in this whole scene.
Slowly Luke and Quinn move forward, wincing Luke says, “It’s not a joke, you two are going to have to share a room. I should’ve said that, but we’re down on rooms compared to people, and Jack drew your name in the “roommate” draw for this weekend.”
Quinn reaches out to put a hand on your shoulder, “Sorry, my advice is just to not kill him, but I know he can be a bit too much sometimes.”
“Hey!” You hear Jack yell out.
Speaking up, “Okay, it’s okay! It will be fine! I won’t kill him, as long as he doesn’t do anything that would require me to do so.”
Jack walks forward toward you, “Well don’t make it difficult, and I won’t do anything!”
“Me make it difficult? Have you met you? You make everything difficult!” You point a finger into his chest.
Quinn quickly goes between the two of you before this argument gets blown out of proportion. “Okay! That’s enough, you two can argue all night long! For right now, it’s late and tomorrow is a big day of adventures, now go to bed!”
Feeling like you were scolded by your dad, you follow through with what he said. “Okay, you’re right. Let’s head to bed,” you grab your suitcase, turning back to Jack, “Cmon roomie! Let’s go check out our room!”
Jack grumbles, but leads the way to your shared room.
Faintly behind you down the hall, Quinn says to the others, “You think they know there is only one bed in there?” The others just laugh. Five seconds later, they soon figured out the answer, and then start making there way to their rooms so they can’t deal with the aftermath.
“Oh, you have got to be kidding me!” You yell.
“One bed! You’re joking!” Jack yells.
“You!,” you turn towards Jack, “you did this, didn’t you! You knew there was only one bed, so I could get the floor!”
Jack spins around, “Me? I had no idea there would only be one bed! I just drew the stick!”
Sighing, you bring your hand to your throbbing head. You walk towards the bed and sit down, trying to think this through. “Okay, I’ll be the bigger person, I’ll sleep on the floor and you can take the bed.”
Jack immediately shakes his head, “No, you can get the bed, and I’ll sleep on the floor.”
“Jack, you were here first, you can get the bed. It’s just a couple nights, I can sleep on the floor.” To prove your point, you grab your pillow and blanket and make a spot on the floor. Once the spot is laid out, you lay down and act all bundled up, despite the fact it’s the floor and it’s hard as a rock.
You close your eyes, but you immediately hear Jack laughing. Opening one eye, you glare at him. “What? I’m trying to sleep?”
“Y/N, take the damn bed, we both know the floor isn’t comfortable.” He extends his hand towards you to help you up. You think for a few moments on the idea, and then take his hand.
Once you’re up, you put your pillow and blanket back on the bed. You can feel Jack staring at you behind you. You know you’ll regret the words that are going to come out of your mouth but you say them anyway. “You know, we would just both sleep in the bed?”
“And share the same bed as you?” Jack says, but he immediately regrets it. “Wait, I didn’t mean it so badly.”
“Wow, if you’re going to be all rude again, just go sleep in the bathtub,” you sigh.
Thinking about it, the bed is not really that big so it would mean you both would be super close to each other. However, you didn’t want to sleep on the floor and he didn’t want to sleep on the floor, so it made since to share the bed.
“Ugh, fine, we can share the bed,” Jack says, immediately bringing his pillow to the other side of the bed. “Just don’t steal my covers!”
“Mhmm,” you agree.
Going back over to your suitcase, you pull out some pajamas. “I’m going to change real quick, I’ll be back.” You thought you would be sleeping in a room by yourself, so you brought your tiny shorts and tiny tank top to wear, and now you’re regretting that decision. Making your way to the hall bathroom, you notice someone is already in there, sighing you turn back around to go back to the bedroom.
“Welp, someone is in there, so I’m just going to change in here, you don’t have to leave, but do you care to just turn around?” You ask Jack, as he is laying down scrolling through his phone.
He nods and flips over onto his side that isn’t facing you. You hurry and change into your pajamas. Clearing your throat, you say, “Okay, you can look now.”
Jack flips back around, and immediately notices your tiny pajamas and takes in the sight. He notices how much bare skin is showing between the bottom and top of the tank top and shorts. Swallowing, he says, “Cute pajamas.”
Turning around from grabbing your charger, you look at him. “Thanks, I guess,” you reply, “Um, I thought I would be in a room by myself, so I didn’t think these pajamas would matter that much but I’m not by myself.” You shiver under the intense glare that he is giving you.
“Nah, they’re cute. Now, I’m tired, let’s head to bed,” he says from his spot still laying on the bed.
You grudgingly make your way to the bed and plug your phone up before getting under the covers. You slowly realize this bed isn’t big enough for the two of you. You’re practically smushed into his side, and he has a leg already over yours. Not knowing where to put your arm, you just decide to awkwardly put it above your head.
You’re still moving around ten minutes after Jack turned off the lights. Sighing, he flips over to look at you. “What are you doing?”
“I’m trying to get comfortable, what are you doing?” You say back to him.
“I’m trying to sleep is what I’m doing, but I can’t when someone keeps moving!”
“Well, I can’t help it when this bed was only made for one person!” You throw your hands up, frustrated once again by this situation.
“If we both want to fit, we’ll have to cuddle, ya know?” You hear him say next to you.
Slowly moving your head, you glare at him again. “Cuddle, with you? I’d rather just sleep uncomfortable.”
He just gives you a smirk back before saying, “You know what, we’re going to cuddle. Because I know if you don’t get good enough sleep, you’re going to be in an even more grouchy mood tomorrow! So come here!”
You just stay right in your spot, not moving. That is until you feel arms move around you. “What are you doing!”
“We’re going to have to cuddle to fit, I just said that so that is what I’m doing!” He moves you closer to him so that your head is on his chest and his arm is wrapped around your shoulder. He has one leg over yours.
Not wanting to admit it, but he is right that this was the better option. You slowly relax into his embrace.
He must’ve noticed, because you can hear the smirk in his voice when he says, “See, I told you it was the better option.”
“Yeah, yeah, go to sleep,” you say with a small laugh.
The next morning, you wake up still in his embrace. He has the softest look on his face while his hand is covering your arm and leg stilled wrapped around you. For some reason, you realize that there is not any where else you would rather be, and you’re finding comfort from the one guy that has been anything but to you. So you just continue laying there in his arms until the alarm goes off with the biggest smile on your face.

SWEET
carl grimes x reader
(you and carl find a polaroid camera.)
tags: fluff!!!
masterlist here!
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Back at the prison, you and Carl had limited entertainment around. Michonne had found the two of you comics occasionally but you two had gone through an odd phase where you focused on surviving when you had a perfectly safe home. You’d spent more time cleaning your guns and sharpening your knives when you should’ve been reading or playing with legos.
You wish you didn’t have to grow up so fast, you missed being able to not have a care in the world. That’s what you were happy to have Carl, he made you feel better about everything. Even when everyone got sick, you had him and he made you feel better always. He joked around a lot just to make you feel better.
When the prison fell, you guys thankfully ended up with each other. It was traumatic for sure, seeing him fight with his dad like that and just seeing Rick in that state in general. It wasn’t the easiest but you had a chance to feel okay when the two of you were alone. You guys left Rick in the house to go out and scavenge. You encountered some walkers but together you were able to handle it.
Upon searching some houses you ended up finding different books and random puzzle toys to mess with. Your favorite thing you found was a polaroid camera. You took it with you when Carl decided he wanted to eat pudding on the roof. You settled in next to him as he shoved pudding into his mouth. You rotate the camera in your hands, sort of just examining it before you notice the little number on the back. A small one.
“Damn there’s just one left.” You frown, showing Carl the back of the camera. He swallows the pudding and looks at you. “Guess that means we gotta make it count right?” He grins. You nod and agree, Carl set the can of pudding beside him and you scooted closer to him to take the picture. You did something simple, just smiling. You were excited to have something to look at. You snap the picture and let it print from the camera. You hold it face down as you chat with Carl some more and share pudding.
You later look at the developed photo and it was so sweet. It was basically perfect, you can’t remember the last time you’d seen yourself in a photo, you were happy it was with Carl. He’d loved the photo too. He loved you.
“Can I have it?” He asks with a pleading smile. “But I want it.” You counter, holding it to your chest as if you were hiding it away from him. He laughs as you guard the polaroid with your life. The both of you made an agreement that you would rotate days holding the photo as dumb as it sounds.
He could carry it for a day and the next morning he would give it to you. That lasted a couple of days and you kept the camera in case you had found more film. That was until of course, Terminus. There you lost everything, everything but the photo. Carl had the photo that day, you were scared you wouldn’t receive it from him the next.
But like always, you made it out. You felt like you lost hope, there was nothing really to smile about anymore after Terminus and after learning Eugene had lied. All you had was Carl and the polaroid. Up until Alexandria, you felt completely numb. Even first getting to Alexandria you weren’t sure how to react to it, it didn’t even seem real.
The second day you arrived you and Carl searched the house next door. You marveled over how large the houses were, Carol commented about how it was odd they’re just giving them away. Carol left you and Carl alone in the house and you admired the house. The both of you heard a thump from upstairs and were immediately heeded before grabbing your knives from your belts.
You head up the stairs and Carl goes first, hesitating to open the door. He bursts through it dramatically which you sort of giggle at and you follow him inside. The place is scattered around with random shit; paper, books, pillows, music.
“I wonder where this all came from.” Your eyes linger around the room, looking for anything to take for yourself. You didn’t care much about the people in Alexandria. Not yet. “I saw some kids. They probably hang out here.” Carl explains, picking up a comic. You look around the room some more and your eyes land on something you’ve been looking for since the prison fell.
“No way.” A grin forms on your face and you walk over to the corner of the room where a Polaroid camera sits on top of a small table. Carl turns to see what you’re excited about and his eyes light up immediately. It seemed as though the simple little machine gave you the spark you’d been missing for weeks. It made you consider the other teens a little more than you had before. You look at the back of the camera to see there’s six left.
Before you can even think about what to do with it, you hear a voice from downstairs asking you and Carl to head back to the house. You take it with and keep it in the room you two were given.
The rest of the day was long, you had talked to way more people then you would’ve liked. Carl seemed so happy about it, he was ready to talk to anyone. He made you feel more comfortable though, you couldn’t have gotten through the day without him.
He did most of the talking. While he talked you couldn’t help but admire his features, it was the only thing you could do at the time. His pretty eyes and his cute nose, the way his hair is cut and his pretty smile. His perfect lips- holy shit you couldn’t get enough. (IM GEEKING SO HARD WRITING THIS SHIT SOMEONE SEND HELP)
You couldn’t wait to get home.
When you did you still couldn’t be alone with him, you had to have dinner and then debrief with everyone about how your days went. You finally got the chance to go up to your room and as you both entered, you closed the door behind you.
It seemed like he was on the same track because he pulled you into him straight after you shut the door. His lips captured yours in a harsh kiss, his fingers gently gripping your waist. You pull from it to place more kisses around his face, his nose his cheeks, everywhere you’d admired earlier. His face immediately heats up and he smiles sweetly.
After kissing all around his face excitedly you pull away and catch your breath, he looks at you amused. “Did you get it outta your system?” He giggles, kicking his shoes off so he can lay down on one of the beds. You nod, doing the same to lay on the other. “Yeah I feel better.” He pats the bed beside him and pulls out the comic he’d found earlier. You walk over and sit next to him and begin to read. You yawn, kinda bored since the comic didn’t really tickle your fancy but you get an idea that might pay off nicely for you.
You lean to the nightstand and grab the camera which Carl payed no mind to. You point it at him and he sort of side eyes you right as you snap the photo. He looks at you weirdly with a smile and nudges you away. “Stop.” He says lightheartedly, sort of laughing. You pull the printed film and set it on your lap. “No you’re cute.” You respond, snapping another picture of him while he’s caught off guard, not even looking at you but at the comic. “Noooo.” He shoves his hand in front of the camera and grabs it tightly. “Hey-” He pulls it away from you and sets it on the floor on his side of the bed.
“You’re no fun.” You joke, gathering the two photos you were able to take. You wait for them to develop and when they do, you cannot contain your laughter.
The first photo he was side eyeing the camera, looking super confused and slightly irritated. The second was just adorable, he was in the middle of licking his lips so his tongue was just sticking out slightly as he looked at the comic he was reading. Carl looked over at the photos. “These are terrible.” He takes them from your hands and examines them. “Noooo you’re so adorable. Look how pissed you look in this one.” You laugh. He rolls his eyes and places them aside with his comic.
“Whatever.” He sighs and pulls you into him, nuzzling his face into your neck. He closes his eyes and yawns, placing a small kiss on your neck. You melt under his touch, delicately running your fingers through his hair.
“I’m keeping those.”
“You’re not.”

ੈ♡˳·˖✶ — TEEN DAD! GOJO x FEM READER
Gojo realizes that adopting Megumi doesn’t just entail calling himself a DILF as a joke. It has responsibility. He doesn’t know how to live with that.
wc — 1k
tags — hurt/comfort, coping with recent chapters/leaks, spoilers for anime onlys, title from Runaway by Aurora, somewhere in the timeline of teen dad gojoverse, in which you and Gojo raise Megumi together
Tumblr media
Gojo doesn’t see the point of road trips. He can get there and back in an instant, so there’s no point.
But you like commutes, and Megumi likes what you like, so it’s two to one. Gojo tries to angle for his vote counting as three, being the savior of the Jujutsu world and all, but Megumi is already climbing in the car without him. If there’s anything Gojo hates more in the world than being ignored, it’s being left out, so he’s climbing in too, acting as if it was his plan all along.
Halfway in, Gojo cracks like you knew he would. Somehow, road trips are just the perfect vehicle for heart-to-heart conversations. The monotony of the highways create an itch for vulnerable conversations. That, and Gojo has a bad habit of blurting out whatever’s on his mind anyway. He’s never learned the meaning of the word filter.
“I don’t know how to be a dad,” Gojo admits. “I don’t even know if I want to be one.”
You turn to double check that Megumi’s actually asleep before you give him an admonishing look. He should’ve checked first.
“See,” he says. “This is what I mean.”
“It’s okay, Satoru,” you say. “We’re still learning. This is new.”
“I’m not ready. I don’t think I’ll ever be.”
“Me neither,” you admit. “I’m so scared I’m going to mess this up.”
Gojo laughs. “And here I thought you knew everything.”
A comfortable silence falls between the two of you. It stretches for a few miles as you turn the conversation over in your head, trying to think through the answer.
“How do we do this?” Gojo whispers. “This is a kid. I can’t- what I usually do isn’t going to work. If we fuck up, we fuck him up.”
You know what he means. Every mistake feels irreversible. Some days, you want nothing more than to take Megumi back to campus and demand Yaga do something about it, even though you feel guilty immediately afterwards. This responsibility weighs heavy on your shoulders.
“I don’t know, Satoru. We just have to try. The other option-“
“There’s no other option,” he says, his lips pressing into a thin line. “I’m not giving him to the Zenins. He deserves to be a kid.”
“I agree with you.”
“Sorry. I know you wouldn’t. I just- Sorry.”
Without looking, you reach over and pat his knee lightly, accepting his apology. It’s alright. You understand.
He’s silent for a while. Then he says, “You missed the exit.”
It throws off your calculations for estimated arrival by nearly thirty whole minutes, but somehow Gojo finds that he doesn’t mind, even though this is the perfect opportunity for him to say I told you so.
Megumi is still sleeping in the back when you stop. Gojo opens the passenger door just in time to catch him as he slumps forward, having been leaning against it. He stirs a little, but goes right back to sleep after twitching like a puppy.
“Come on,” he coaxes, “time to get up. We’re here.”
Megumi snuffles a little. He must still be half asleep, because he raises his head just enough to place himself over Gojo’s shoulder and wrap his arms around his neck. Megumi’s still young. He still remembers what it’s like to be carried by his father, especially when he’s dreaming.
Gojo freezes, caught in this awkward hug that Megumi would never willingly be giving while awake. You laugh at the face he’s making. Carefully, gently, one hand goes to Megumi’s back. He scoops him up to carry him out of his seat, holding him as you lock the car.
Somewhere in the future, Gojo Satoru steps onto the battlefield and knows he’s going to have to kill his boy. He only hopes to bring his body home for Yuuji, for the woman he loves, and for himself. Megumi deserves at least that much from him.
Here, in the present, Gojo cradles this little body in his arms, more fragile than anything he’s ever been allowed to hold before, and feels his heart swell with an emotion he can’t quite name. All he can do is hold on, gripping your hand as he gives himself over to a force greater than himself for the first time.
There’s a rising sense of panic in his throat. He’s never been in charge of something so small. It feels as if he’s holding the world in the palm of his hands and it terrifies him. He looks at you, pleading. Asking you to take it from him. It’s too much.
He’s the strongest, but his heart feels stretched to its limits. It’s hard to breathe with how much he feels in this moment, overwhelming love and a desire to protect. He wants to keep this thing safe from everything in the world that could hurt it. He doesn’t understand what he’s feeling - it hurts.
It hurts so good.
This pain is the most beautiful thing he’s ever felt in his whole life. It’s a holy kind of hurt. It feels like Toji sticking the knife through his throat if he had willingly lowered his head and let it happen. He’s so scared of it, drowning in a riptide he can’t control. He wants you to save him from himself.
He needs you to take this away from him.
This is something he would ruin himself for. He can’t bear it.
You press closer, laying your head on his other shoulder as you wrap your arms around them both. He’s breathing shallowly, trying not to disturb the quiet dreamer in his arms. The burden is enormous, but you don’t take it from him. You shoulder it with him, letting yourself fall into the current too.
It’s humbling to be trapped by a force that Gojo had always thought he would be free from. The first time was bad enough. He had never wanted to experience it again, especially not like this. He made himself strong so he wouldn’t have to feel that vulnerability ever again.
Even the strongest makes mistakes. This feeling is inescapable.

Your instincts and little motor ability guided you, as your legs were severely numb from the number of sensations that overwhelmed your body. A gentle grip on your waist kept you sane and stable, making your feet advance in confusion without knowing their destination. Your eardrum was becoming more and more sensitive to the warm air that Seonghwa released through his mouth and nostrils. Little by little, you were melting into his touch.
“Don’t faint just yet, beautiful,” His intoxicating tone of voice flushing your skin. “We have quite the night up ahead.”
Your dizzy head tried to send a warning signal to your vague and rather sleepy neurons. You were about to plunge into an even bigger problem than the one you already had on your back and you weren't realizing it.
Your nervousness and numb limbs were fogging your brain up, leaving a very submissive you as a result, vulnerable to Seonghwa’s touch.
You suddenly stopped walking, your head and trunk wobbling slightly from the abrupt stop. You watched as the man’s hand reached for the door handle to turn it and lead you to a dark, cool room. The cold air condensed your tremors and you blinked a few times to allow your eyes to get used to the darkness that surrounded you and thus try to decipher Seonghwa’s intentions.
You heard the lock and instinctively turned around, finding yourself with the closed door and the masculine and slender silhouette of Seonghwa, his face being blurred by the lack of lighting. “Hm, it’s been a while since I’ve done this,” You heard his hoarse, deep voice. “Looks like I’m in luck.”
You watched as he approached you dangerously, a devilish smirk adorning his plump lips. Your breathing hitched for a few seconds as you felt him rest his long hands on your hips, his penetrating gaze peering through your soul and stabbing daggers into it. Your eyes were caught in a funny loop between seeing his eyes and his lips.
“Where should I start?” His hands went up from your hips to your back, one of them rubbing your bare shoulder and the other playing with the zipper of your elegant dress. Both making a collective effort to strip you of the silk fabric. “Normally, I’d ask if you’re okay with all this,” He tilted his head slightly to let out a soft sigh. “But you didn’t come here with good intentions, didn’t you?”
“I can’t give you a nice night if you didn’t either, love.” Finally, your dress slid down your body smoothly, your divine figure at Seonghwa’s mercy. Chills ran down your spine when you felt him curse under his breath, but you went icy the moment he abruptly brought your lips together in a kiss. There was so much hate in it and so much lust and a lot of things that weren’t exactly said and wouldn’t be if it were up to the two of you.
The abruptness of the kiss made you release a gasp, perfect for Seonghwa to insert his tongue into your oral cavity, a whine coming out of you in response. That kiss left your head spinning and a dangerous pool of heat was starting to build up down there. Your lips parted for a second to catch some breath, “Do it again. Please.”
Your request caused a shit-eating grin to decorate Seonghwa’s face. Some sense of power filling his ego up. He wasted no time in picking you up, placing his hands on your buttocks for support, and guiding you to the large bed in the meantime. A faint whimper was heard, as with your legs partially spread Seonghwa was likely to notice the embarrassing wetness staining your underwear, which you knew he would soon remove with his own hands. However, you had already made a home in his arms, you felt comfortable and immune to any harm in his strong arms.
Once he left you spread out on the bed, you resumed the sizzling kiss and the desire that had been on hold for a few seconds soon dominated your behavior. Your arms had already caught the sides of Seonghwa’s neck, and his hands had already taken up the habit of groping your waist and breasts.
“Fuck, I can do this all night long. Touch you like this,” He whispered breathlessly, a cool breeze making your skin crawl even when the atmosphere was suffocating enough for a normal person to sweat. “Wanna taste you so badly though..”
A soft whine from you was heard, causing Seonghwa to smirk. You were so vulnerable to every word, sigh, command. That man was becoming your new addiction, one you never wanted to get out of.
His hands ran all over your leg, creating a new constellation as he dragged his phalanges over every single mole and mark he met at the moment; your breath hitching every time. Seonghwa absolutely loved how pliant you were under his fingers, how submissive you could become if he pushed the right buttons. And how your thighs shuddered in excitement when his mouth was finally positioned in front of your cunt? His sanity was gone by then.
And speaking about buttons. He pressed the one that made your lips release a satisfied sigh.
“S-seonghwa,” You squirmed under him, his arms flexing at your breathless cry. “Please.”
“Hmm, you’re not very patient, are you?” A silent whimper was heard as just a vague breath as his lips pressed a kiss against your inner thigh; his hands stroking it fondly. “Behave. And then I’ll give you what you want.”
You nodded vigorously, your senseless state preventing you from formulating any coherent sentences. But Seonghwa was apparently not satisfied with your answer, his palm flattening against your outer thigh after mercilessly smacking it; a loud moan coming from you in response. “Answer me, you bitch.”
“Y-yes! Hmgh, yes daddy..” You stuttered under your breath, your mind being too fucked out to realize what had just left your lips.
“You into that?” A low chuckle coming out of him, not believing your words. “Fine, I can work with that.”
Finally, he dived in, his tongue starting to swim in your wetness; a nasty sound resonating all over the room. The only possible reaction for your body was to arch your back, stretch your legs, and open them even more; surrendering to the malicious pleasure that was being provided to you by Seonghwa. That’s when you decided to give in to desire and Seonghwa and his dirty fantasies.
His tongue swirling and lapping your clit made you see stars; you swore you could hear colors. Its tip was reaching spots you didn’t even know existed, his tongue pressing exquisitely against your pleasure button. Your hips studdered in attempts to move away from the mattress, but Seonghwa’s strong hands restricted any movement.
Your hands clung to the silk sheets as if your life depended on it; your knuckles turning a pinkish white. For some reason, you didn’t dare to tangle his silky hair between your fingers, something was stopping you. Seonghwa was doing an excellent job of making you see the stars and planets, you couldn’t ask for more. Right?
Your moans gradually grow louder and the wet squelching sounds of dripping center bounce on the walls, “More, Hwa. Please.” You released a broken sob; your breath quivering, nails now digging into your palm.
“So fucking greedy.” His husky voice and dark chuckle resonated inside your eardrums, “What do you want, love? My fingers?”
A bothered and childish mhm from you was heard. “Want your cock.”
You glanced down at him, meeting his dark gaze. You almost fainted when you saw him between your legs, his large pupils dilated by the ecstasy, the corner of his lips stained by your wetness. He looked so docile beneath you, but you knew that with just one command from him, you would get on all fours and a dog collar would magically appear around your neck.
‘If I come out of this alive, it would be interesting to try it’, you thought.
“Well, aren’t you a needy little whore?” He separated from your cunt to move up to your lips and seal your protests. His tongue, once again, dominating your thoughts and mouth, “But you’re not in control tonight, sweetheart.”
You felt how, in an agile movement, his hand grasped your hair, taking a fistful of it, forcing you to stand up and allowing Seonghwa to manipulate you like a doll.
“On your knees, doll.” His hand grabbed your hair in such a way that you could observe every feature of his face; of course it hurt you, but you were so lost in studying those irises, deep like the ocean, that nose, perfectly sculpted, that frown that you even considered cute, and those lips, so hot that you could burn yourself to hell with just one caress.
The pain began to get more intense, so you knelt and sighed internally as you felt his grip loosen up a little. You were face to face with his prominent erection, struggling to come out of the uncomfortable fabric that had imprisoned it for so long.
Your eyebrows fluttered as you looked up at him. His frown and swollen lips constituted his twisted face; his hands working hard and desperately trying to remove the garment. His pants pooled down his ankles and his length shot out, hitting and bouncing against your nose.
“Come on, baby. Suck it like a good girl.” His fingers traced a funny line all along your scalp, holding your hair in a ponytail; his leaking tip right on your lips
And you were more than happy to oblige. You parted your lips widely enough so that at least half of his length entered your oral cavity; you were well aware that there was no physical law or mathematical rule that would allow you to put his whole cock in your mouth, but you would do everything you could to return the favor and make him feel as good as he made you feel.
You heard Seonghwa hiss and curse under his breath. The pressure he kept on your ponytail grew stronger, but you couldn’t care less. Your hands and mouth were too busy satisfying Seonghwa’s big, hard cock. Your doe-eyed gaze looked up at him and met his tensed jawline, your pupils suddenly turning into pink, shiny hearts.
“Come on, doll. You can do better than that.” His praise was followed by a deep groan, his hand guiding your head further, “You can take it all in. Right, princess?”
You closed your eyes tightly like a scared child, trying not to gag around it. You had to show him that you were a good girl, and you would do it by giving him the best blowjob of his life.
“Fuck, that’s it, baby. Show me what that pretty mouth can do,” He praised through gritted teeth; his breath hitched, his muscles tensed, “Work for it, love. I’m almost there,”
You complied with his order, sucking harder with greater force. You wanted his mind to melt with all the pleasure you were giving him, for his body to surrender to yours. He hissed as soon as he noticed how you complied with his command.
“So fucking pliant. God,” He heaved a sigh. His free hand running through his silky, now sweaty hair, “You love sucking my cock, don’t you?”
“Yes, daddy,” You yearned, your lips forming a cute smile, without showing your teeth. Your glaze-over eyes caused Seonghwa to utter some profanity you couldn’t quite understand.
“Can’t wait anymore,” You heard him say breathlessly.
His hand caught your shoulder and gently pulled it up, indirectly ordering you to stand up. Once on your feet, your knees felt partially sore. His hand guided you towards the bed again, but you stopped when you saw that he was the one who lay down first, his back flat against the headboard.
Seonghwa analyzed your state from the bed; messy hair, messy lipstick, mascara dripping from the sides of your eyes, exquisitely erect nipples, neck and thighs marked with bites and red hickeys. ‘A sight for sore eyes’, he thought.
He patted his lap a few times and locked gazes with you, “Get in here and ride me, doll.”
Your body quivered in excitement and you quickly climbed onto the bed to straddle his lap, his hardening cock making contact with your wet folds. You unconsciously began to move against his length seeking relief or some sort of friction. Seonghwa was quick to catch your hips in his hands, stopping your desperate movement.
“Desperate, are we?” He whispered, almost dismissively, “What did I say earlier, love?”
“That I have to behave,” You repeated as if you had studied his words.
“Good girl,” He grabbed almost tenderly your cheek and joined your lips once again in a feverish kiss. You were so immersed in the feelings that kiss caused you that you didn’t realize the moment in which Seonghwa slid his fat cock inside you, a broken moan pouring out of your lips.
“F...Fuck, Seonghwa. Be gentle- mgh!” You stumbled over your words as you felt him so deep inside you, a perfectly formed lump in your belly. Your breath hitched the moment you felt him shift in his place, his cock deliciously reaching unknown spots.
The way he threw his head back due to the tightness of your walls made you squeeze him even more. He had his eyes shut tightly as he breathed in heavily, large beads of sweat rolling on his temple and hanging on for dear life on his sharp jawline.
Yes, that mere vision had you moaning and your throwing your head back.
Exactly a minute passed and Seonghwa hadn’t performed a single move. Your desperation was beginning to overflow and you found no other way to show him your impatience other than by whining like a baby.
“Daddyy, please move,” You cried out; doe-eyed as you stared at him.
“Show me how badly you want my cock, doll.” He muttered faintly in a low voice.
You had said unimaginable things that night. It couldn’t hurt to lose a little more dignity.
“Pleaseee, daddy. I need your cock so badly, need you to fill me up and fuck my brains out,” Your heart was intensely hammering your ribs; your heartbeat deafening your eardrums.
“If you don’t shove your cock inside me, then I’ll do it.” You protested.
“Do it then. Fuck yourself on my cock, silly girl.”
And he didn’t have to tell you twice. You began to bounce on his cock as if your life depended on it, your hands using his broad shoulders as support. Shattered moans and husky grunts filled the room up, the clash between your skins being the main sound of the symphony.
“S-seonghwa- Nghh, ahh! You’re so.. sooo- ugh!” You had lost the ability to formulate intelligible sentences the moment Seonghwa started hammering his hips into yours.
“So what? So deep that you can’t even think straight anymore?” A weird combination between a strained moan and a chuckle left his lips, “I really did fuck your brains out, huh?”
Seonghwa asked you and you didn’t even have the time to agree before another loud cry left your swollen, red lips. Accordingly, he abruptly shoved two of his fingers into your mouth, muffling your moans and keeping them at an ideal volume —low enough so that no one would think he was killing you.
Your mind was completely mush by then; his thrusts grew harder, faster and sloppier, his fingers eventually leaving your hot mouth. You were sure that with a couple of thrusts, Seonghwa would open the doors of an unknown heaven for you, pushing you into an eccentric abyss of pleasure.
“Right there! Ugh right the fuck there..” You sobbed brokenly, “I’m gonna- c-cum, ahh! Please daddy, can I? Pleasepleaseplease,”
“Cum, pretty girl. Make a mess all over my cock,”
And with no delay, you squirted like champagne, staining his cock and the expensive sheets with your fluids. You let Seonghwa manipulate your body as he pleased to reach his high as well. Overstimulation being very sensitive and toe-curling but with your priority being Seonghwa’s release, you couldn’t care less.
“Fucking hell, you’re squeezing down on me- ah! so hard..” His breath hitched for the last time that night; his muscles tensing with your recent release, “Gonna cum inside you and fill you up so fucking good. Gonna be walking with my cum dripping out of your pussy for a week,”
And he did. He filled you to the bone the moment he hammered his hips against yours for the last time. He remained still for a couple of seconds as he felt his cock twitch inside your warm, squishy walls.
You caught you breath after a few minutes in silence, finally settling into bed; both of you lying down while Seonghwa wrapped his arms around your waist, keeping you close to him.
“Well, wasn’t that supposed to be a punishment?” You question.
“Are you complaining?”
“No,” A cute giggle came out of you, ”So, what do we do now?”
“We both go back to our lives, of course,”
You knew it would end like this. But why does it hurt you a little?
A moment of uncomfortable silence came in. Until Seonghwa decided to break it, “Let’s exchange numbers. Maybe we can keep on talking? You know, I could help you with your work and you could help me with mine.”
A fond smile decorated your lips, your iris suddenly turning into shiny bulbs, “Sounds good to me,”
You settled back into his arms, finding warmth in them. A warmth and security that you haven’t felt in a long time. His calm breathing numbed your eyelids, which were beginning to close little by little. Finally you were immersed in a soft, ideal world of dreams and stars, surrounded by Seonghwa’s arms.
Maybe, after all, your boyfriend was something you could get over with

"Hey, have you sent animated invitations to everyone for Saturday’s party?"
You heard a voice complaining behind you as a coffee flew through the air and landed in your hands.
"Yes, don’t you like it? They turned out pretty good, didn’t they?"
"Big social event at Spencer Reid's house. Please be on time, if you've been invited it's because you're a very special person… The time, the day... the address... a heart, another one... moving animals... very creative, yes." He complained, barely holding back a laugh.
"I think it was successful… everyone liked it, they all confirmed their attendance, by the way. You’re welcome for the help," you responded sarcastically.
He hadn’t asked for help with the party, but you wanted to do it. It wasn’t something he would normally do, though you thought it was great, and it was as good an excuse as any to spend time together. You’d been friends for a long time, but lately, you’d been feeling more attracted to him than usual, something you tried to deny to yourself.
"I didn’t ask for it, no need, really, just you coming is enough." You knew he didn’t mean to bother you, which only made him more adorable.
"I’ll be there early on Saturday to help with everything. And don’t try to argue! I know you." You said with a cheeky smile but a certain authoritative tone, and he couldn’t help but smile too.
On Saturday, you arrived at his house at four sharp, loaded with bags full of decorations, food, and drinks. You climbed the stairs, feeling sweat trickling down your back and your heart racing. You wanted to look perfect for him. Once at the top, you dropped everything with a sigh. Your hair was a bit tousled, and your cheeks were flushed. Just as you were about to fix yourself up, the door opened.
"Hey… What are you doing…?" A shy smile appeared on his lips.
"N-nothing... I was… resting. I carried all these things up." You were still panting.
"You should’ve called me! You’re so stubborn... You’re early." He protested as he helped you bring in the bags.
"There’s a lot of decorating to do... Why are you throwing a party if you're going to complain so much?"
"Okay, okay, sorry. I’m just nervous. You... You look really pretty, by the way."
Your eyes widened, and you fought to keep your cheeks from turning red.
"Oh… Thanks…" You turned away, trying to hide the fact that the comment affected you, and started taking things out of the bag. "Come on… Help me..."
Before you could finish your sentence, Spencer was beside you, helping you take out the decorations and placing them on the table. His arm brushed against yours, and it was affecting you more than you'd like to admit.
"Hey, look." Spencer wrapped your head with a garland. "It really suits you," he said with a laugh. You were standing quite close, and your heart raced at his adorable gesture.
"Oh, so funny." You put a bow on his head. "Now you’re a gift."
He smiled when you didn’t pull away. He looked at you intently and, with a moment of bravery, said, "I don’t mind if I’m a gift for you."
Your cheeks flushed, and you lowered your gaze, feeling your heart pound. You didn’t expect such a direct declaration. Was he openly flirting with you? Was Spencer Reid flirting? He was, and you liked it, but the idea of crossing that line with your best friend terrified you.
As you both decorated the living room, the tension between you increased with every accidental touch and prolonged glance. Your body responded instinctively to his closeness, but a part of you fought to maintain distance. When you finished, you both sat on the couch.
"Have you thought about the music? Parties have music, Spence..." You grabbed your phone and searched for a lively playlist.
"Good thing you’re here, or else…" Suddenly, you felt his hand gently stroke your arm, casually, as if it were something he did all the time. You glanced at his hand out of the corner of your eye but tried to ignore it, focusing on your phone, but your body betrayed you, and your skin tingled at his touch. You looked up and realized he was much closer than you thought. The tension was palpable, like that typical movie moment where the protagonists kiss. You felt it, you wanted it, and you could tell he did too. But oh, right... just as you were about to get closer, the doorbell rang—a timely yet inconvenient coincidence. You both cursed internally; it was clear on your faces.
"I’ll get it..." Spencer said as he stroked your arm once more, pressing gently. You didn’t know what they had done to your friend and colleague. He was so bold, so confident, you couldn’t believe it, though you loved it.
When he opened the door, Penelope burst in, with Derek and JJ following behind.
"Heyyy!" The blonde greeted cheerfully.
"How’s it going, lovebirds? I brought this," Derek placed something to drink on the table.
JJ entered and sat in the living room, looking at you curiously when she saw your frown. She smiled.
Soon, the others arrived, and honestly, you were all having a great time. You kept handling the music for everyone's sake, and watching Morgan and Garcia break into dance quickly got the party going. Rossi pulled you out to dance, Emily and JJ made amusing comments, and Hotch stayed off to the side, sipping his drink and "smiling" at the spectacle. But noticing how Spencer never took his eyes off you for a second made your heart race non-stop. If there hadn’t been music, everyone could have probably heard your heartbeat.
You spent the whole night flirting, glances here and there, a touch now and then, a subtle comment whenever one of you got close to the other… Tonight you felt like you were on cloud nine. You went to Spencer’s room, where you had all left your personal things, to grab some lip balm from your purse. As you were about to leave, you bumped into him.
"Oh..! You scared me... Sorry."
"Sorry, I didn’t mean to startle you." Spencer had a relaxed smile on his face. He had followed you, clearly wanting to be alone with you, and at that point, you had no control over your nerves.
"N-no, it’s fine..."
"You still… still haven’t danced with me," he said, raising his eyebrows, giving you those puppy-dog eyes that made you melt. You hadn’t really been aware of it until now. And suddenly, you realized you were in his room, in the dark, with only the light from outside and the sound of the music from the living room and your friends having fun.
"No, you don’t dance..." You said with a nervous giggle.
"I would dance with you," he replied, stepping closer.
The shy laugh that escaped you as you lowered your head, embarrassed, seemed like more than enough of a sign for him to approach, with a soft but determined touch on your waist. His touch was slow, cautious, waiting for any sign of doubt or rejection, but that never came. Instead, your hands slowly moved up his arms, tracing the path to his shoulders, and you were completely pressed together as you started a slow, swaying dance.
Your gazes locked, trapping you in the warmth of his brown eyes that seemed to speak without words. Slowly, he leaned his face toward yours until your foreheads touched. He smiled—a smile full of tenderness you could see even with the dim light that entered, making you shiver.
With a slight movement of his foot, he closed the door, isolating the two of you from the rest of the world. The darkness surrounding you seemed to intensify your heartbeat. His hands, which had rested on your waist, began to slowly slide down, while yours, almost without realizing it, moved up to his neck, seeking more closeness.
Your noses brushed in a sweet, innocent gesture, but it was loaded with restrained desire. Your bodies, once swaying in sync, now moved erratically, but in that lack of coordination, there was something deliberate, as if every small accidental touch was a game you both wanted to keep playing. You could feel it—his body reacting, and yours responding to his touch.
Almost at the same time, you both leaned in, meeting in a kiss that, though passionate, was slow, delicate. With each touch, each caress of his lips on yours, you felt your mind fog, and time seemed to stop, letting only your deepest instincts guide the moment. Your tongues tangled together, while Spencer’s hands tenderly caressed the rest of your body, pulling it as close to his as he could, wanting to treat it with all the care in the world, and that’s when he seemed to realize he wanted to kiss every part of you. There was nothing innocent about the way your tongues intertwined, exploring each other with a sweetness that made you feel like you were floating. Spencer’s hands were careful, starting to explore your body with the same tenderness with which he kissed your lips.
He pushed you gently against the door, his ragged breath hitting your skin as he began a trail of kisses down your neck, slowly descending to your collarbone. Each kiss ignited a spark, making your thoughts completely vanish. The softness with which he treated you was a delicious contradiction; his kisses were soft, but the desire only made you burn more.
In the background, you barely heard the music and distant voices. Laughter, conversations, even Derek’s booming laughter or Garcia’s loud voice faded away. All that mattered was him and how his hands drew you closer to his body, as
In the background, you could barely hear the music and distant voices. Laughter, conversations, even Derek's loud laughter or García's booming voice faded away. All that mattered was him, and the way his hands pulled you closer to his body, as if he never wanted to let you go.
With a gentle movement, you pulled Spencer, and the two of you fell onto the bed. You on your back and him on top of you, his lips never stopped moving across your skin. A mixture of desire and tenderness filled every second. His body against yours enveloped you, not just physically, but emotionally, as you felt the intensity that only kept growing. And there, while Spencer's hands continued to explore your body with that infinite devotion, you knew that moment was just yours, perfect in its mix of passion and love.
His lips didn’t stop exploring every part of you they could reach, while his ragged breathing brushed your skin with an intoxicating warmth, the way his mouth lingered on your skin was slow, but filled with an intensity that made you shiver. Your hands weren’t still. They slid to his hair, tangling in it, tugging slightly, trying to feel him even closer. You could feel how every one of his movements seemed intentional, designed to make you feel loved and desired at the same time. He paused occasionally, breathing deeply. The silence in the room, broken only by whispers, shallow breaths, and the music in the background, became even more palpable when his lips finally met yours again in a deeper, more desperate kiss.
His hands rested on your face, caressing your cheek with an overwhelming softness. He looked into your eyes as his breathing steadied slightly, and then, in a low and husky voice, he said, "You can’t imagine how much I love you." His confession hung in the air, filling it with a warmth that pierced your heart.
You shivered, your body trembled, and your mind went blank. In that moment, it felt like you were floating away, all the feelings you'd been ignoring, and there he was, confessing that he loved you and making you feel like the most desired person in the sweetest way.
As his lips met yours again, Spencer couldn’t help but smile against your mouth. There was something mischievous in that gesture, something that seemed to remind you both that you'd been away from the party for too long. Your stomach fluttered, and you said, "I love you too, Spencer." The urgency started to grow more palpable. His body on top of yours pressed slightly, as if time itself was conspiring to make sure nothing and no one interrupted that moment.
Between kisses, soft laughter, and ragged breaths, he whispered in your ear, with a warm and conspiratorial tone: "They're going to look for us... they must be wondering where we are by now."
"Let them wonder," you replied with a half-smile, almost panting, as you pulled him closer, making your bodies fit together even more. You felt the heat on your skin, the fast beat of his heart, and in that moment, nothing else mattered. There were no longer just brushes of skin, his hands sought your breasts, caressing them beneath your clothes as he kissed your neck.
The hand that had been exploring your torso moved down to your abdomen, unbuttoning your pants. His hands began to slide more firmly over your waist, moving down, pulling off your pants and underwear. Despite the urgency you both felt, there was a softness in his touch that countered the fast pace of his kisses. It seemed like every gesture, every caress, was filled with love and devotion.
Between kisses, Spencer paused his mouth near your ear. "Tell me if you want me to stop..." His voice was a deep whisper, filled with that perfect mix of desire and respect, his words echoed in your mind as you bit your lip.
"No… Don't stop," you responded quickly, your fingers tangling even tighter in his hair, pulling him closer to you. You got rid of his belt, and his hands moved even faster, exploring every part of you, while his mouth reclaimed yours in a deeper kiss, full of that urgent desire. You knew that at any moment someone could knock on the door or ask about you two, but that only seemed to speed things up. You shivered when, in one swift movement, you felt him make you completely his.
Spencer breathed against your neck, his lips moving up and down, leaving a trail of kisses that made your skin burn with each touch. Between whispered moans of pleasure, you felt how his movements became faster, more intense, but never lost the sweetness that had characterized every touch, every kiss.
"You're perfect," he whispered against your lips, his voice ragged from the intensity of the moment. His hot breath brushed your skin as he kissed you over and over, his hands gripping you as if he didn’t want that moment to slip away.
You felt it too; that delicious mix of urgency and emotional connection that made you wish time would stop. As your bodies moved in unison, Spencer kept his eyes closed, as if that allowed him to thrust with more force, as if he wanted to savor every second. But when he opened them, he looked at you with such intensity that it almost took your breath away.
Words were replaced by unintelligible whispers, small confessions of love and desire that escaped between quick breaths. The urgency that had started when you fell on the bed now reached its peak, but even in those most intense moments, Spencer never stopped being tender. His hands, which gripped you more tightly, still kept that softness that made you feel protected and loved.
Finally, the moment culminated in an explosion of sensations, and he had to cover your mouth with his hand between laughs to keep quiet, though luckily the music was loud. The two of you clung to each other, breathing together, sharing the heat and the rapid beat of your hearts. Spencer buried his face in your neck, breathing deeply as he tried to calm down, letting his hand that had been over your lips fall.
After a few moments, both of you started laughing softly, your bodies still close. Spencer sat up just enough to look into your eyes.
"They definitely suspect something," he said, but his tone was light, playful. He didn’t seem too worried.
"I don’t care," you replied, laughing, as you caressed his neck.
That night meant something new for both of you. Monday morning when you arrived, he was there, and you looked at each other nervously, unsure of what to say. You had confessed your love to each other in the middle of the frenzy and hadn’t talked about it afterward. For the rest of the party, you were affectionate, more than usual, and of course, your friends noticed your absence and the playful flirting afterward. You didn’t escape the teasing comments either.
“Hey, lovebirds, here,” Derek handed each of you a drink. “You need to replenish your fluids.” My face turned as red as a tomato, and Spencer laughed, lowering his gaze.
“Morgan... leave them alone, don’t be cruel,” JJ was at least on our side, thankfully.
“I love it when there are new couples! The beginnings are so beautiful!!” García is undoubtedly the team’s biggest blabbermouth. I didn’t know where to hide, and I couldn’t understand why Spencer wasn’t feeling awkward about the situation.
“Alright, alright... Guys, stop, y/n’s going to bolt,” Rossi gestured with his hands as if calming everyone down. “So, where were we? Can someone turn up the music and bring me another drink?” Emily had definitely taken over a couch and was in her happy place.
After the party, I went home. JJ, Emily, and I took an Uber. Spencer and I said goodbye normally; I think we were embarrassed, with everyone there, we didn’t know how to behave. And for the rest of the weekend, we didn’t talk again.
When we saw each other again on Monday, it was a bit awkward. He greeted me when he saw me, and I didn’t know how to react.
“Hi.”
“Hi.”
“How are you...?” He seemed like he wanted to say something more, but I think he was feeling the same as me.
“Uh, uh... I’m fine, and you...?”
“I... Well, I’m fine...” There was a pause. “Actually, no, I’m not.”
“You’re not? Okay, why not?” You thought this was the stupidest conversation you’d ever had.
Even with the silly conversation you were having, you cursed when you were interrupted.
“Hey, Reid, I need you to come with me to a crime scene.” Damn Morgan, he’s always so freaking inconvenient.
You spent the whole day at the office nervously trying to do the profile, but you didn’t make much progress. You kept glancing at the door. “Where had they gone?” you wondered.
It wasn’t until the middle of the afternoon that Reid appeared, exhausted from running all over the city, collapsing into his chair. When you saw him, you moved closer, sitting in the chair next to him.
“Hey... how did it go? You took a while.” You were worried when you saw his tired face, and you had the urge to hug him.
He slouched further in the chair. “It went well, it was just a long investigation. I’m tired,” his eyes locked on yours. “I... wanted to see you.”
You tried to contain a smile that was fighting to come out, but you lost the battle. Spencer gave you one in return, sincere, kind. And you saw him extend a hand, inviting you to take it. You didn’t think much about it; you wanted to feel his electrifying, warm, and comforting skin against yours again.
“The day felt so long without you.” You were starting to lose filters; you didn’t want them with him.
“It’s been endless. The thing is, I’ve had something on my mind all day, and I need to ask you.
“Oh, okay... Go ahead, ask.” You were a nervous wreck, but you acted normal.
“Um... You and I... ? Are we... are we boyfriend and girlfriend...?”
Your smile grew wider without meaning to; you found it so adorable how he was asking to be your boyfriend, how he wasn’t sure if he already was after what had happened. He was sweet even for this. Though to be honest, you didn’t really know either.
“Hm... I’d like that... Do you... do you want to be my boyfriend...?” You asked with a bit of hesitation.
He gently pulled on the hand you had grabbed a few minutes ago, and with the other, he cupped your face and kissed you with a softness and tenderness that made you melt. Yes, he definitely wanted to be your boyfriend.
You spent a few dreamlike months together. You were in love, enjoying your time like any newly-started couple: many hours in bed, just as many out walking, countless more on the couch reading and eating chocolate ice cream like you loved so much, enduring the comments and teasing from your friends... You had been together for a month and a half, and for the last few days, you hadn't been feeling well. Some dizziness and more exhaustion than usual, though you didn’t think much of it.
A week later, and suddenly, the foods you once loved were making you feel sick. Everything disgusted you. By the time two months had passed, the lack of sleep and food, along with body aches, was getting to you.
"Hey, you've not been feeling well lately, babe. We’re going to the doctor," he insisted, kind but firm.
"Seriously, just leave it, these past few weeks have been stressful. I just need to finish this case."
"Stress? You can’t stop moving at night, your back hurts, you're irritable, you're not eating... It’s like…" His face changed completely, becoming sad.
"Like what…?"
"We started dating, and now you… Is this all because you don’t want us to be together? Do you want to go back?"
"W-what?" My eyes were wide. Had I made him think that? I had been so focused on myself that I hadn’t noticed how he was feeling. "NO! I love you! Do you hear me?" I grabbed his face, forcing him to look at me.
Spencer nodded slowly and rested his forehead against mine. "I love you too. I’m just worried you’re not okay."
"You’re so adorable I could die right now, you know that?" His laugh, with his forehead still pressed against mine, made him even more adorable. He didn’t know.
A couple more weeks passed, maybe three, you weren’t sure. There was so much chaos in your life—working at the BAU had its downsides: traveling, long hours, constant outings... You hadn’t noticed a pattern until today. You had spent the last five mornings throwing up your coffee. “Sht…” you thought. Suddenly, you became aware of everything else: you were wearing leggings because your jeans were too tight, the aches, the fatigue, the chest pain, the nausea... “Fck… This can’t be, this can’t be…”
You panicked and got dressed quickly, trying not to think about it anymore. When you arrived at the bullpen, JJ showed up with some donuts and offered you one, but you refused as soon as the smell hit your nose.
“Ugh… no thanks, JJ…”
“Oh, alright… I’ll save one for later.” JJ looked at you closely.
“Hey, for how little you’re eating, you’re looking extra huggable. Love looks good on you,” Morgan joked about the obvious change in your body, and it crushed you. It was an innocent comment, seemingly positive, but you couldn’t take it.
“S-sorry, I need to go to the bathroom, guys.” You rushed off, the door closed behind you, and you started crying uncontrollably.
A few seconds later, someone came in. “Hello…? Hey…” JJ was fully aware of what was happening to you. She had been watching for a while—she had gone through the same thing. “Wanna tell me what’s going on?”
“I screwed up, JJ…”
“Well… It’s not exactly that, right?”
“How could I not use…? Damn it, I should’ve known better. I forget to take the pill sometimes. I’m so scatterbrained, and with the time changes, the trips… What do I do?!”
“Hm, I think you two need to talk, honestly. You love each other, don’t you? It’ll be okay.” JJ seemed so calm, and it was actually helping you, but all you wanted to do was scream.
The rest of the day, you were a bit distant with everyone, even with Spencer, who seemed worried about you. He tried to take care of you without overwhelming you too much, always attentive to your needs. He always did that, but now he wanted to make sure you felt better; leaving water on your desk, lollipops you liked next to your monitor, hand cream… At the end of the day, he approached you.
"Hey, um, would you… do you want to come over to my place today?" You could see his concerned, almost pleading expression.
That automatically brought a small smile to your face. "Of course, I want to. Let’s go."
When you arrived, you were determined to talk to him, no matter how hard it might be.
"Um, Spence, can we talk? I need to tell you something." Your face was full of complete and utter distress.
Spencer let out a deep sigh, took your hand, and gently led you to the couch, inviting you to sit beside him. His attitude struck you as odd, though he was always tender with you.
"Alright, uh… I have something important to tell you," you said firmly. You wanted to be direct, not knowing any other way to do it.
"I know what's going on." His face, though serious, radiated affection, empathy, and kindness.
"Oh. Uh… How do you… know?"
"If there’s one thing I’m good at, it’s recognizing patterns. And for the past three months, you’ve had some pretty obvious symptoms: nausea, vomiting, aches, fatigue, gaining a bit of volume…" He squeezed your hand, and a small smile appeared on his face.
You felt like you were breaking slowly. "Why… didn’t you say anything?" Your voice sounded high-pitched, on the verge of tears.
"I was giving you space, I thought you needed it. At first, I thought you were sick, and then I realized that wasn’t it. I just wanted you to come to me when you were ready…" Your face was a mix between a pout and a smile.
"It’s just… I didn’t notice, it’s not that I didn’t want to tell you, I just wasn’t aware. My god, what a stupid thing… Not even with my body, my clothes don’t even fit."
"Your body is perfect, I love it, no matter what it is now or what it will be, I’ll love it always. I love you in all your forms." He lifted your hands and kissed them with his eyes closed, showing all the devotion he felt for you. Your heart felt like it was going to burst out of your chest, and a huge smile spread across your face.
"Look, I haven’t actually taken a test yet, so I don’t know if I really am or not… I also don’t know if… I mean, what now? If it’s real, what are we going to do? I can’t think of anything else right now; it’s like everything is foggy—my work, the future, us…"
"Okay, okay, okay… Stop. Listen. Tomorrow we’ll go to the doctor, and this time you can’t say no. Once we know more, you can decide what you want. I want you to know that I love you and I want to share my life with you. The idea of starting a family together makes me really happy, but what matters most is that we’re okay together." Tears streamed down your cheeks, maybe because of the hormone cocktail, or the mix of happiness, love, fear, uncertainty… and he wiped them away with his fingers, placing a gentle kiss on your lips.
"Everything is going to be okay." His words soothed your hyperactive mind. "I love you."
"I know." You said, gently holding his wrists, wanting to keep him close.

Rare But Not So Rare Sonic Moments
Flaws
This may get controversial.
Tumblr media
I welcome anyone else’s view point on this topic. If you don’t agree I’m okay with that. Just because I have a different perspective doesn’t make what I think right or wrong. You don’t have to change your mind. Whatever your opinion is, I respect it. Besides, it’s fun to have different views on something we both love. It gives us a way to see different sides of the coin.
Disclaimer: I’m a person who didn’t grow up with this franchise and only recently got into in early 2022. I have no biases towards any version of this character. Making my opinions about his characterizations mixed.
By the way, I’ll only use Sonic games as examples (for the most part) because this analysis would be too long if I talked about other medias.
In short. Most of his flaws do stir into different medias as well. To be honest, Sonic’s other variants aren’t as different as some may think, but that’s my hot take.
Times The Blue Blur Messed Up
Riders: Sonic lunched Amy along with Eggman into the air with his wind abilities. While knowing Amy’s safety would be at risk. Then left her. Which was the reason she was so angry and aggressive afterwards. He didn’t ever apologize either.
06: Exchanged a chaos emerald for Elise even after Tails warned Sonic not to.
Tumblr media
Unleashed: Was distracted by taunting Eggman.
Sonic: “Well, this is new. Showing remorse Eggman? If you played nice, I wouldn’t have to break all your toys.”
Then became the Werehog. All because he wanted to boost his ego.
Secret Rings: Shahra used Sonic to collect the world rings for Erazar Djinn. Even though it should’ve been expected because she said, “They use to work together.” Ended up not being true.
Black Night: Was tricked into helping Merlina who wanted to create a world that would last forever.
Lost World: Tails once again tried to warn Mr.Impatient about the conch in Eggman’s hand, but kicked it anyways. Then warned Sonic about another trap, he didn’t listen, ended up getting the fox captured instead.
Frontiers: Accidentally helped free The End despite Knuckles and Sage’s suspensions. If his friends, Eggman, and Sage didn’t help him…..Well, it’s in the villain's name.
Side Note: In Secret Rings, Black night, and Frontiers Sonic was rude at points.
Sonic Sassiness
Sonic Sassiness Part 2
Sonic’s Overall Flaws/Mistakes
Some may be from his general characterizations throughout his history.
Sonic rushes into things without a second thought. (Impulsiveness) Sonic can be too reckless, brash, or not take situations seriously.
He’s impatient. (Which was his core trait since his idle animation in Sonic 1)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
He doesn’t listen to his friends warnings. Sonic can be too cocky at the wrong moments. He causes or contributes to world ending consequences. The blue blur can also be too trusting and naive.
Tumblr media
Sonic doesn’t worry about his own physical or mental state and internalizes his emotions. He isn’t able to express himself very well. Therefore doesn’t put the right words together when speaking sometimes.
Tumblr media
Sonic can be stubborn and a bit of a jerk.
Sage: “You are short tempered and short sided.”
And that’s about it. If I missed anything, feel free to let me know.
My Thoughts
A few of these can be seen as Sonic’s strength and weaknesses. Like his willingness to harm himself if it means to save his friends.
The reason Sonic never learns from his mistakes in the games is because he gets away with them. Which is not a good or bad thing per say. (Besides Sonic Riders. There’s no excuse for that.)
The stories never really given him an arc. But I don’t think Sonic’s a perfect or flawless character. If the examples I’ve shown are evidence of anything.
I’d say he’s static, but not consistently. Most static characters I’ve seen rarely stays static anyways.
I also don’t believe Sonic himself thinks he’s perfect. Sonic probably thinks he doesn’t have to change because he’s so sure he should be able to manage things without issue. Everything does eventually go his way. Why should he change?
Tumblr media
I do understand Sonic influences people, but why can’t there be a balance? It’s been done plenty of times with other characters. In books, movies, and tv shows. Animated and live-action.
Movie!Sonic in Sonic 2 inspired both Knuckles and Tails. Helping them better themselves with advice and encouragement. While also going through his own arc of growing up and being responsible.
Tails:“You’ve inspired me. To leave my village. To find you and help you on your mission.”
Tumblr media
Despite him learning how to slow down and plan things out, Prime!Sonic also inspires the different variants of his friends. Thorn, Dread, and Nine. Helping them grow into becoming better people.
Tumblr media
Even in Unleashed Sonic was at his most mature, but it was only after his cocky attitude got him into trouble. So, yes. Inspirational characters can have flaws.
I’ll just say this
Everyone has their own views on how Sonic should be characterized, drawn, played, voiced, animated, and showcase.
It’s fine if you don’t like a curtain interpretation of a character, but to say the character (Especially if they weren’t very consistent in the first place) isn’t acting like themselves now, it’s really hard to argue what self there is to come back to. Because even in the games there are so many different selves for these characters in their own canon universe. From Classic to Adventure, Unleashed, Colors, and Frontiers. (If that makes any sense)
It’s hard to find one place to be in because Sonic’s been in too many places at once. He shouldn’t be held down to one characterization if he’s already been all over the place from the beginning of his existence.
AKA Sonic’s first two shows ever. TAOSTH and SATAM. In both shows Sonic had flaws as well, but never learned from them. Which means he’s been like this from the start. Like everything else about this franchise, his personality is an ongoing experiment that’ll probably never be solved. And I kind of love that. Even if it can be stressful and has it’s own up’s and down’s
All of these unique stories from the games, comics, tv shows, and movies people grew up with are what made this franchise so popular. This is the main reason I became a Sonic fan. Because I learned so much about characterization from this franchise and how to love the different variations of its characters. Finding an appreciation for each of them.
Tumblr media
Conclusion
Everyone’s opinions are valid at the end of the day. At least we all have a version of this character we can love and appreciate. Whether you agree or not I’m grateful you’ve made it all the way to the end. You’re a trooper!
Stay Creative! 💜

let me know / nishimura riki
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
where you actually get to be in a relationship with your bias...but maybe you're taking it a little too far (bad yn) genre est. relationship, angst, arguments
Tumblr media
riki sat on his bed, staring blankly at the ceiling, trying to make sense of the argument that had just taken place between him and yn. they’d been dating for only a few months, but tonight had been the first real argument they’d had. the words still echoed in his mind, swirling around in a mix of confusion and frustration. it wasn’t even about something huge—just a small misunderstanding—but it was the way yn had spoken to him, like he could do no wrong, like he was some perfect figure that was beyond making mistakes. and somehow, that bothered him more than the argument itself.
his thoughts drifted back to the day they’d met, that pivotal moment when everything had changed.
it was at a fanmeet. he’d seen countless fans before, smiled and greeted them all with the same enthusiasm and professionalism he was expected to. but then you came up to him. he remembered your shy smile, the way you nervously fumbled with the small gift you had brought for him. it wasn’t the first time a fan had been shy around him, but something about you was different.
“hi, riki,” you had said softly, your voice shaking a little.
he had smiled at you, trying to ease your nerves. “hey, how are you?”
your eyes had widened slightly, as if you couldn’t believe he was speaking to you directly. “i’m good, just… really nervous.”
he chuckled at that, leaning in slightly as if sharing a secret. “don’t be nervous. i’m just a person, like you.”
you had blushed, clearly not believing him. “but you’re… you’re riki from enhypen.”
that was the moment something had clicked for him. the way you said it, like he wasn’t just a regular person, like he was this larger-than-life figure you could barely comprehend. it should’ve been flattering, and in a way, it was. but at the same time, it made him feel… distant. like there was this wall between him and the real world, between him and you.
but then, you two had talked. just a few more sentences, really, about how long you’d been a fan and how much the group meant to you. but that short conversation had left an impact on him, so much so that he’d done something he had never done before.
he’d pulled a staff member aside afterward, asking them to find a way to get your contact information, but to keep it discreet. something about you intrigued him, made him want to know more, beyond the surface-level interactions of idol and fan. and before he knew it, you were exchanging texts, getting to know each other on a more personal level.
back in the present, riki sighed, his hand running through his hair in frustration. the fanmeet had been the beginning of something special, but now… now he wasn’t so sure.
he thought about all the other moments you’d had together since then. the late-night phone calls where you’d gush about how amazing he was, how talented, how he was unlike anyone else. at first, it had felt good, hearing you talk about him like that. who wouldn’t like being praised? but over time, it started to feel… heavy. like you were seeing someone that wasn’t really him. like you were in love with “riki from enhypen,” not riki, the boy who still tripped over his own feet sometimes or made dumb jokes when he was nervous.
even during the argument, you hadn’t yelled or gotten angry like he had. instead, you’d looked at him with wide, hurt eyes, like you couldn’t believe he was capable of making a mistake, like he wasn’t allowed to get upset or frustrated because he was supposed to be perfect.
“riki, it’s okay,” you had said, your voice soft and placating, like you were trying to calm a storm. “you don’t have to apologize. i know you didn’t mean it.”
and that’s when it hit him. that’s what was bothering him so much. it wasn’t just that you were brushing off the argument—it was that you weren’t letting him be human. you weren’t letting him fall, make mistakes, or be flawed. and it was exhausting, feeling like he had to live up to some impossible standard that you’d built around him.
he thought back to other moments. the time he’d tripped while you were out on a casual walk, and instead of laughing it off with him, you’d acted like it hadn’t happened, quickly changing the subject as if it was beneath him to stumble. or the way you’d once scolded him for talking too freely with other girls during a fan event, but then immediately apologized, saying, “i just don’t want anyone to think they could take you away. you’re too special.”
and he was special to you—he knew that. but the way you saw him, the way you put him on this pedestal, it made him feel distant. it was like no matter how much time you spent together, there was always this invisible barrier between you. you were still looking up at him, and he didn’t want that. he didn’t want to be this untouchable figure. he just wanted to be riki.
riki, who could mess up, who could say the wrong thing, who could fall. and still be loved for it.
he stood up from his bed, pacing the room as his mind whirled. he knew he had to talk to you about it, but how could he even explain it? how could he tell you that he didn’t want to be the version of himself you saw? that he needed to be seen as more than just an idol in your eyes?
grabbing his phone, he scrolled through the recent messages between you two. there were sweet, affectionate texts, cute goodnight messages, and even the occasional playful banter. but reading them now, he could see it. the way you always praised him, always reassured him that he was perfect, that he could do no wrong. it was suffocating.
he typed out a quick message, his fingers shaking slightly as he hit send:
“can we talk? i need to tell you something.”
it wasn’t long before your reply came through, and just like that, riki’s heart was racing.
he knew this conversation was going to be difficult. he knew it might hurt you to hear that he wasn’t the version of himself you’d built up in your mind. but it had to be done. because if you couldn’t see him for who he truly was—the good, the bad, and everything in between—then this relationship would never work.
taking a deep breath, riki sat back down, his phone clutched tightly in his hand. he didn’t know how you would respond, but he hoped, deep down, that you would understand. that you would still love him, even after he fell off the pedestal.

The Last Time | Leah Williamson
Tumblr media
Summary: you and Leah decided to go your own ways after living separate lives.
Word count: 1.6k
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Inserting your key into the lock, you give it a twist and nudge the door open with your foot. Your bag slips from your shoulder, landing on the floor with a muted thud.
A sigh escapes your lips as you take your hair out from the ponytail that it had been up in all day, it had been a long day at work and you hadn’t had the best day. You were a primary school teacher, the days were long and overwhelming.
As you entered your apartment, you quickly glanced around to see that it was still dark inside meaning that Leah wasn’t home yet. It was seven thirty at night meaning she was still at training.
You made your way into the kitchen, dragging your tired feet along the wooden floor. Instead of your body feeling energised and fresh like a twenty-six-year-old's body should, it felt old and torn down.
The fridge light shined brightly on your face as you searched for something to eat. Nothing was appealing to you as you tapped your foot against the floor.
Leftover pasta caught your eye, you stuck it in the microwave to heat it before making your way over to the couch. You flick the TV on and put on whatever is on the TV.
You ate your dinner alone like you had done for the past few weeks. You’d been with Leah for two years now and if you were honest with yourself, both of your lives were completely different right now.
You were both doing different things, you felt like you were on different planets. You got up early for work, as did she for training, and you got home late from work - as did she from matches and training.
The only time you really got together was in the mornings and yet that was a maximum of an hour. Each evening was the same, you’d both arrive home tired and already having eaten meaning you’d have a quick conversation before heading to bed.
You were proud of Leah, you really were, and you were proud of yourself too but you just wished that you both weren’t as busy as you were. You wished you were back in Italy like you were last summer, travelling the small island you’d found.
That summer was perfect. You and Leah were out in Italy for two months, you spent your days on the beach and your nights in fancy restaurants. You’d give anything to relive that bliss you felt.
The clock ticked past nine when you heard the familiar jingle of keys at the door. Leah stepped in, her presence filling the room with a different kind of energy. She looked as worn as you felt, her training bag slumping off her shoulder to rest beside yours.
Leah sat down beside you on the sofa, placing a soft kiss on your temple “Everything okay?” She questions. “How was work?”
You nodded, a tired smile on your face as you yawned, “Yeah, just tired.”
“Work was the same as usual,” you sighed heavily, blowing a small amount of air from your lips, “I was a little bit tired, I shouldn’t have stayed up that late last night.”
You’d both stayed up later than you usually do and had a small date night together. It was nice for you two to spend time together. Leah cooked you a meal which you ate whilst talking about our day before you headed to bed. You may have gotten carried away a little bit and not gone to bed till two in the morning.
“Sorry,” Leah mumbled, her head slightly falling.
“Le, it’s not your fault, I just should’ve known I would’ve been tired.” You said. “Today was picture day and it wore me out, it’s not your fault though.”
“Is last night something you regret?”
You lifted your head from her shoulder and raised your eyebrows at her, “What? I never said that to you, Leah.”
She tilted her head slightly, “Kinda feels like that’s what you were trying to say though.”
You sigh frustratedly, “I’m just so tired at the moment. Today was picture day, kids were getting overwhelmed, and I was overwhelmed. I should’ve known about last night.”
“Have we become each other's distractions?” Leah mumbled, her blue eyes finally making contact with yours.
Another silence washed over you but this time it was an uncomfortable one. Your eyes started to gloss over as you realised where this was heading.
Leah is your person.
She will always be your person.
Leah had always been by your side and you’d been through a lot in the two years you had been together. You’d spent almost every day with her for the past two years, loving her to death.
Leah taught you what truly love was and what a good relationship was with someone.
All she’d ever done was love you.
“Please don’t say it like that, Le.” Your voice finally cracked as you let a salty tear slide down your face.
“How do you want me to say it?” She questions, resting her hand on top of your thigh. “We’re living different lives, baby.”
“Please don’t cry, love,” Leah whispered, wiping your tears away with the pad of your thumb.
She kissed your temple as you shut your eyes tight, “I’m so proud of you, you know that right?” You nodded as more tears escaped. “We need to think about what we want for ourselves. We barely have time to spend with each other. When we do it’s like we’re a distraction for each other.”
“It helps me forget the real world…” you mumbled.
“Baby, I don’t think this is working.”
You shook your head repeatedly as more tears started to fall, “Don’t, please don’t, Le. I love you so much.”
“And I love you,” you finally look up at her and notice her tears have stained her cheeks, “But I don’t want to be the reason that you hold yourself back or have a bad day.”
Silence covered you once again until Leah broke it, “We can’t keep doing this. We don’t have time for each other.”
A million thoughts raced around your mind.
You didn’t want to lose the girl you loved the most, sometimes she felt like the only person you had.
More salty tears glossed over your eyes and fell down your cheek, “Just because our lives are in different places doesn’t mean our relationship won’t work, Leah.”
“But will it?”
You looked away from her, “Are you saying what I think you are?”
She nodded slowly, “We need to end this.”
And that’s when your heart broke.
Your world felt like it was ending.
You wanted to be sick and to run away, you wanted to wake up from this nightmare that you were living in right now.
“What about us being happy?” You mumbled, “What about everything we’ve been through, everything we’ve done, the plans we had made?”
Leah cupped your face to make you look at her, “I hope that one day someone can give that to you. I hope that someone can give you more happiness and time, I so fucking hope one day it’s me. Even if that person isn’t me, it’s what you deserve.”
“But you give me happiness and time and love and everything I could ever want, Leah!” You said, raising your voice a little. “I don’t want anyone else! I just want you!”
Your tears fell in sync as she pulled your face closer and kissed your lips, “Let’s make a plan, yeah? You and me, we’ll spend one final night together. Then in the morning, I’ll leave.”
You didn’t respond. You stayed silent as you continued to look away from her.
“Baby, look at me please?” Leah asked. You wanted to be stubborn and not look at her, but you couldn’t.
You turned your head and locked your eyes with hers, you felt like this was the last time you’d be that close to her pretty eyes that you adored so much.
“I will always be here for you, okay? Any time that you need me I’m one phone call away and I'll be right there. I will always be there for you.” Leah softly smiled.
You nodded, feeling empty.
Your brain was fuzzy and was hardly processing anything.
"It's late, why don't we go to bed yeah?" Leah suggested, pulling you into her chest.
You nodded and pulled back from her chest, "Yeah, I'm tired."
Silently, you left the living room and made your way into the bedroom. You did your separate things and got changed in silence. You took longer than you usually did, wanting to avoid Leah for some reason.
After drying your tear-stained cheeks in the bathroom, you headed into your bedroom. Leah was already curled up in bed, slowly falling asleep, the only light that shone in the room was the lamp.
You lifted the duvet and covered yourself up completely as no words were exchanged between you and Leah. It pained you that you didn’t say goodnight to each other.
For what felt like hours, you stared at the darkness covering the room as Leah slept away beside you. Tears dropped slowly down your face and onto your pillow, making a small wet patch.
A small light from outside glowed through the window and onto Leah’s face. You made the most of the light and took in every detail of Leah.
You took in everything from the way she slept to the way her blonde hair dropped over her face, you tried to take in her scent so you could remember how she smelt. As you slowly fell into a light sleep you heard Leah whisper.
“I’ll love you forever, my love.” And with that, she placed a final kiss on your forehead.
In another life, you’d be lovers forever.
In another life, you’d get married like you said you would.
In another life, you’d have a perfect little family with two kids and two dogs.
In another life, you’d love each other forever.

After god knows how long, heeseung was finally able to get some peaceful sleep after long, hard, grueling weeks without you.
It was early morning when his eyes finally opened, and he saw you staring right back at him. He smiled brightly, eyes half open as he dragged your body closer and hid his face in your bare chest. “Good morning, angel,” he mumbled groggily while wrapping his arms around you, engulfing you in the warmest hug you ever felt. You really missed waking up to mornings like this.
“Morning, hee.” Your hand slides up his lower back, going higher and higher until you reach his nape and run your fingers through his soft hair.
He hums in contentment, fingers strumming along your naked body as he kisses your chest here and there, almost as if he is checking to see if you’re really there, and when you kiss the top of his head, he can confirm this is all too real. “Can’t believe this is real,” he whispers, his warm breath tickling your skin. “Had so many dreams about me and you like this together, only to wake up and be in our bed all alone.” he released you from the hug, leaning back to take a good look at you. “But this,” he stroked your cheek softly with his thumb. “This is so real,” he whispers, looking back and forth between your eyes, savoring this surreal moment.
“You don’t have to dream about this anymore because you can wake up to me in our bed every single day from now on.” you cup his cheek, going in to give him a quick peck on the lips.
He leaned into your touch, rubbing his face against your hand. “Does that mean you want to come back home? You want to come back to me?” He looks at you almost as if he’s worried you’ll say no, but you’re quick to erase all those negative thoughts before they even begin as you nod your head, confirming that you want to live with him again.
His face immediately lights up. “I’m so happy. I can’t wait to come home to you after work and wake up to your beautiful smile, just everything. God, you’re just so perfect. You’re my everything.” Now it was his turn to lean in for a kiss after the short show of love and affection, he leaned back his head lightly plopping down on the pillow, and your eyes nearly bulged out of your head when you saw the tip of the pregnancy test sticking out from the side of the pillow his eyes couldn’t help but travel to the object in his peripheral. “Hmm? What’s this?” His brows creased together, his fingers going to reach for the stick.
Your mind was racing, and everything happened so suddenly that you didn’t have time to react. And now heeseung was staring at the positive pregnancy test, obviously confused, and you didn’t know what to say or do.
“Angel?” He turns to look at you, immediately noticing the tears in your eyes. “What’s this?” Normally, he would have been comforting you, but the initial shock of seeing the positive pregnancy test had his mind in a whirlwind of confusion.
“I’m so sorry,” you broke down in tears. “I’m sorry for not telling you. I was just scared that it might ruin things between us, and everything was going so good a-and I didn’t want to make you upset an-“ you ramble on and on, and he could barely understand what you were saying, so he did what he should’ve done, to begin with.
“Angel, slow down,” he calmly said while comforting you immediately and wrapping his arms around your shaky frame. “Now I’m not upset, don’t worry, okay? Just tell me what all this is about, yeah?” He rubbed your back soothingly until your cries settled down.
“Heeseung,” you sniffle. “I-I’m pregnant,” you told him, and your world felt like it was coming down around you. Everything was so good now, and you didn’t want this to change anything between the two of you.
“You’re what?” He exclaims, and the tone of his voice only makes you feel worse cause you’re not sure what he’s feeling right now and it was killing you inside.
Even though he saw the positive test, he still wasn’t having an easy time comprehending what was really happening.
“I’m pregnant. It happened two days before I left when we..” you trail off, hiding yourself in his chest as he slowly registers what you’re getting at, and he remembers you had both done the deed two days before you left, just like you had said.
“Oh my- wow, you’re pregnant,” he says in his state of pure shock. “You’re pregnant!!” He cheers happily after a few seconds of silence. “You’re pregnant, you’re gonna have a baby, we’re gonna be parents.” he hugs you so tight it almost hurts. “Oh my god, this is amazing, angel.” his voice lowers, and just moments later, you hear him sobbing softly, crying nothing but tears of joy.
“You aren’t mad?” You whisper, too caught up in your own emotions to understand how happy he truly was about you being pregnant.
“No angel,” he says shakily. “I’m so happy you have no idea, this is all I ever wanted. You are all I ever wanted, and if anything, I’m upset with myself because I put you through all this bullshit while you were carrying our child, so y/n, I’m sorry, and just know I’d never be mad or upset with you, okay?”
“Okay,” you had finally stopped crying, and you couldn’t help but smile now cause everything was finally okay. Now heeseung was happy you were happy, and so was the little baby growing inside you. The broken bits of your marriage had all started to piece themselves together, and you couldn’t imagine not spending every day with him from here on out.
“I can’t believe it,” he says while looking at the test. “You’re gonna be a mommy.” he smiles at you with tears in his eyes.
“And you’re gonna be a daddy.” You wiped the tears on his cheek, and he could only smile in joy. He finally had the little family he had always dreamed of having with you.
He peels back the blankets, looking at your belly that hasn’t even begun to show yet. “There’s a little baby in there?” He points at your stomach. You smiled and nodded at him. “Hi baby,” he poked your belly, and you both giggled. “Oh my god,” he says in amazement while caressing your tummy. “Does anyone else know?”
“No, just you.”
“Wow, your mom’s gonna be so happy,” he continued to caress your stomach, and immediately, it was like a fatherly switch went off inside him. “Are you feeling okay? Are you craving anything? Are you hungry? Any pain anywhere?”
The fact that he was so concerned about your well being meant the world to you, and you could only laugh and smile out of pure joy. Nothing could have been better than this.
“What are you laughing at me for?” He pouts.
“Nothing, baby, I promise it’s nothing.” You kissed his little pout away. “But if you’re offering, I am a little hungry.” he scrunched his nose cutely, his arms circling around you for the second time this morning.
“Anything for my angel.” he kissed your temple, rubbing your back softly as you did the same and held him impossibly close. “I’m so happy right now. My life couldn’t get any better,” he hums as he nuzzles into your warmth. “I love you so much, and I promise from here on out to be the best husband to you and the best father for our child.”
“I love you too. We’re both so lucky to have you.” A warm feeling spread across him, and he felt like the happiest man alive, knowing that the best woman in the world had forgiven him and given him a second opportunity to do the right thing. He wasn’t going to take it for granted. He’s gonna prove to you that he was worthy of your forgiveness.
“With all we’ve been through, I’m so glad I can call you mine, and I’m so happy to be starting such an important chapter in my life with you."
Your stomach growling interrupts the moment, making you both chuckle. “What are you craving for?” He props himself up on the bed, getting ready to get dressed and get you anything and everything you want and need.
“Can you cook for me?” You ask him shyly and hide the lower half of your face with the blankets. It’s not your fault he makes the best breakfast you’ve ever had.
“Of course, I can.” he pinches your cheek softly, and it was a weird feeling for him, but he felt so honored to be cooking for not just you but now your guys' baby, too. Plus, he knew just how much you loved when he made you breakfast, so he was more than happy to do it for the both you. “You both just wait here, and I’ll bring it to you so you can have breakfast in bed.” He kissed your forehead.
“You're spoiling me already,” you whined.
“Get used to it, angel,” he winks. “We still got months to go.” he got out of bed quickly, getting dressed to prepare your breakfast. “Now you just stay there and rest with the baby while I do the work.” you nod, already knowing he wouldn’t take anything but yes for an answer as he leaves the bedroom and heads to the kitchen to cook for you.
You watched him back out of the bedroom door with a smile on your face, and when it shut, you couldn’t wipe the smile off.
You lay back, getting comfortable on your bed, a hand softly stroking your belly, and you wouldn’t change where you are right now for the world. You’d go back and do it all over again if this would be the outcome. Sure, losing your husband for eight months hurts, but getting him back made all that pain go away the way he made it up to you, let you know he was the one no one else would fight for you the way he did, and you were just grateful he saw the errors of his ways and changed for the better cause you couldn’t imagine living life without him.
Out of everything you’ve done in your life, the best decision you ever made was going back to him.

Hey bro I see that your back now!!:)Was wondering if you could write a Hunter fic there are none on this app and I’m dying😭💕
YESS OKAY OKAY ermmmm let’s see
Hunter Sylvester x reader
Tumblr media
Character: Hunter Sylvester
Genre: Fluff I guess😭 sum angst i think
Lots of it is paraphrased cuz I didn’t wanna sound stupid.. I also change the plot a bit
Warnings: I KEEP SWITCHING BETWEEN SECOND AND THIRD PERSON IM SORRY mentions of his mommy issues. Arguing. I suck at writing things. Reader = y/n💀 That’s it I think,,,, nOT PROOFREAD
Tumblr media
Hunter Sylvester and you were once kindred spirits, enduring the rough path of middle school together. Your friendship was going perfect for a while, and he’d even started to gain feelings for you.
The long shadow of change began to appear as the first day of high school approached. Hunter, a sentimental guitarist with a heart full of unsaid things, started to notice changes in the shapes of your friendship. The smooth relationship you used to have was torn apart by new people, different schedules, different levels of popularity, and new environments. When high school came around, you started to get (somehow) more popular, and he felt as if he was left behind.
underneath it all, Hunter had more than just a quiet crush that had grown stronger with time. When life threw a curveball at him in sixth grade, your friendship came through for him. His mother had left abruptly, leaving a kind of void in him. You were one of the few constants in the midst of the chaos, providing comfort during the storm.
The strains of life’s melody transformed into a battlefield where your two bands were destined to be put against each other—a Battle of the Bands. As the band's frontman, Hunter struggled with the memory of a friendship that had endured heartache and the passage of time in addition to the need for victory. He would do anything to win the battle of the bands, and you both knew that.
On that crucial night, Hunter's nerves were crazy. His fists tightened, and like a melancholic tune, the recollections of sixth-grade hardships and your support reappeared. You tuned your instrument (or practiced your vocals), symbolically adjusting the common past that appeared through the bonds of your friendship.
The night goes on and the crowd seats and sings along with all the different songs that the different bands were playing. The judges had made their decision and everyone was waiting to hear who the number one champion. Or “metal lord” would be. (I’m so sorry💀)
Hunters band, Skullflower secured the place of runner up. A bittersweet taste after hearing that your band had been the winner. Amidst the cheers and applause, Hunter knew he had to come find you. He may have been a little upset, but ultimately he was extremely proud of you for winning. He’s always known you’d loved music, and you would constantly practice.
He found you in the band room in another hallway of the school. “Hey.” Is all he can manage to say. He says it quietly, but just loud enough for you to have heard it. You turn to him and look up to meet his eyes. “I’m glad you guys won, you really deserved it.” He says. He tries his best not to sound bitter or sarcastic, because he really means what he’s saying. You smile in return.
“Thanks Hunter. Honestly I feel like your band should’ve won. You guys were amazing” you say in response. He smiles the slightest bit back at you.
“I feel like you should know.. while it’s just us..” he starts to say, but doesn’t know how to finish it. His eyes reflect years of shared history, as well as love for you. He thinks you look absolutely beautiful tonight. As well as every day of course. “I really missed you. Being with you- I’m- hanging out with you I mean. We used to be so close I guess we just.. drifted when we got to this school you know? Your popularity just intimidated me a bit and I thought you would turn out like the other fake bitches at this school.”
“I missed hanging out with you too. We used to be so close and I just.. thought you didn’t want to be friends with me anymore when you stopped talking to me. Stopped calling me to talk about random things and texting me about your day. I thought you hated me” you respond.
“I thought I did too. But if I have to be honest, I was just scared. I just really liked you. Ever since middle school.. I mean- I still do, but I- I just- I don’t know. I thought that if I told you that you’d make fun of me and tell all your friends and stuff. I dont Care if you don’t feel the same, I just wanted to tell you.” He says. It sounds like he’s just saying whatever comes into his mind, without even thinking. “You just looked so beautiful on that stage and I just felt so proud when I found out your band won”
You’re not sure how to respond. “Hunter i… what..? Why..? I’ve never really seen you as the type of guy to have a crush on people. I thought you were too ‘metal’ for that” admittedly you’d caught him staring at you a fair bit of times. You’d had a hunch he felt something for you, but you couldn’t be sure because of his usual demeanour. “I really like you too, if I’m being honest. I always regret us drifting apart. I felt like you’d never like me back, but knowing what I know now.. it’s really.. I don’t know”
“So if that’s the case, want to go out with me? I have some tickets to a concert in town later this week”
And whatever you can imagine what happens from there

This req is gonna sound weird but do yk that scene in friends where ross is hugging rachel by the legs? on his knees? could i have a charles drabble w/ that? ty!
the final frame – cl16
You and Charles move in together, among other things.
auds here... this req is from before christmas hahaha. i do not watch friends so i scoured the internet for this ‘scene’, i hope i was right and i hope i did this req justice! this is the last one for now and i’ll hopefully reopen them fr in a minute. title from this
The night’s colder than you anticipated, a cool draft sending goosebumps up your forearm as you inspect the fillet of salmon in the oven. You step forward, off where you’d been leaning on the island, to heave the window shut—the act usually requires all your strength—but Charles bounds into you from behind, pressing insistent, laughing kisses onto your neck.
“C,” you say, giggling yourself, a hand coming up to stroke at the nape of his neck. “Stop, there are people in the next room.”
He bites on your jaw a little and you laugh. “Next room, babe. Like, right in the next—just two metres—!”
Laughing still, he finally lets up and effortlessly shuts the window himself. He pecks another kiss, just on the tip of your nose, murmurs I love you and lets it settle into the herb-smelling air. “Are you tipsy?” You ask, teasing. He winks.
“No—really, though,” you press a little, lacing your hands together. “You’re fine?”
“Totally.” He smiles. “Bit nervous.”
“I was, too,” you start, squeezing his hand, “until I remembered these are literally just our friends. And they’re stupid, and they’ll probably love us even if we announced we murdered someone.”
He nods and smiles, slots your mouths together. When he pulls away, he murmurs, “I love you. You look beautiful.”
Really, you’re just in a two-year-old dress from a flea market in Provence, and your hair is dry and ratty and tied into a bun, but you appreciate the compliment. He’s being genuine, eyes gliding over you with ease as he presses yet another kiss to your cheek; you loop your arms around his neck, smiling up at him. This is so foolish, you think, to be so idiotically in love like this, but it’s Charles, and it makes so much sense.
“You’re glowing, really.” He doesn’t give, still spouting compliments like a broken fountain.
“You suck.” You’ve never been good at accepting compliments, which seems ironic because you’re with a man who loves words, loves to tell you how much you mean to him, muffled by skin or said through a mic or in French or Italian. You tug him closer. “Should we go?”
He pauses, exhales. “Yeah. Let’s.”
Your friend group has gathered here, at Charles’ place, under the pretense that you’re trying to finish the ridiculously expensive bottle of wine Charles had purchased from France, but really, it’s for you both to announce your moving in together. Little milestones like these have always been celebrated by your group, and this is no different; tonight, Max has even volunteered to fix the clock that permanently reads 12:38 on Charles’ flat’s mantle.
You lead the way from the kitchen into the living room, where everyone is engaged in some kind of chatter or activity. Lily’s legs are draped over Alex’s lap and she’s coaching him through a Rubik’s cube. Lando is busy telling a joke to Carlos and Isa. And Max is three feet off the ground fiddling with a clock, turning deviously to ask: “Where have you two been?”
“Shagging,” you reply with nonchalance.
“Your hair’s still perfect,” Lily says disapprovingly. “Don’t lie!”
You roll your eyes, stifling a smile as you lean into Charles’ arm that’s wrapped itself around your shoulders. In the future, you’ll tell yourself you should’ve noticed his clammy hand pressed against your arm, or turned and noticed his blank stare, his too-nervous gait. So many signs, you’ll think, and you ignored them all because you felt so damn happy. “Okay, I’m lying. The truth is…”
You turn to him, brows raising. “…you wanna go?”
“I wan—do you?”
“Sure, if you—”
“Just tell us!” Lando yells impatiently, sitting straighter, abandoning the joke in favor of this. “Tell us. Now!”
“Okay, um, we—well, a few months ago we decided we kind of. No, we definitely wanted to live together. And, to save you all the sexy details of getting leases and looking around Monaco for flats—we got one just two weeks ago. So this is—what it is, is it’s, uh, really a dinner to celebrate saying bye-bye to Charles’ flat. Okay? Right. Okay.”
You pause. The room erupts in whoops and cheers—many utterances of the word finally! float across the room. Immediately Isa and Lily are standing, demanding to see pictures of the new place, directions they can input into their cars and phones so they know exactly how to get there. Carlos, Lando, and Alex all cheer, offer alcohol as housewarming gifts. Max nearly drops the clock.
And this is it, you think, the rest of your life’s been decided. With this group, and your Charles, and the flat that will be yours by tomorrow morning.
Your house doesn’t feel much like home.
You know it’s an unfair statement, that it’s only really been two, three months of living together. But something has shifted, something you cannot name no matter how hard you try to. It’s just as cold tonight as it was the night you were in Charles’ old place announcing this one, but everything feels different now.
The move had started excitedly, with you sending near daily updates to the group chat with Isa and Lily, of paint swatches and ship-ins from IKEA. They sent flowers, came over to inspect the place, and so did everyone else—Max returned the now repaired clock, nailed it onto a spot on the wall the entire group agreed on. Slowly, bit by bit, the place began to feel like it was yours.
But the nights without Charles grew long, and the days with him at work or at the gym or at a media affair—some of which he’d easily denied in favor of you before—grew more frequent. The flat, big and wide and lofty in an affluent neighborhood, felt bigger when he was gone. You were alone, a stranger in your own house, without him.
You can’t pinpoint anything.
You can’t pinpoint the when, the how, the why, the if. To you, everything is vague, and that’s the worst part: how can you fix something you can barely understand? You haven’t shared a cup of coffee in ages, and the most you see of him is half his foot departing the front door in the morning. It could be work, it could be the preparing for the season, but in six years of being together nothing’s felt quite like this. You wonder if it’s deliberate.
But your texts to Isa and Lily stay the same. Cream or eggshell? Cerulean or slate? And when they ask about Charles, you ignore the bite of guilt and lie instead. C and I just had brunch, he said eggshell, but the truth is, you’re the one settling on eggshell. You’d asked him ‘cream or eggshell’ three weeks ago and he said he’d think about it but he didn’t come home until four, and he hasn’t answered it.
He gets in on Saturday night earlier than usual, eyes dark with exhaustion. He’s wearing a suit, and you don’t know why. You can’t place half the places he’s been lately. His texts are choppy, standoffish. Here. Leaving soon. I’ll see you? “Hi, baby,” he croaks when he sees you nursing wine at the kitchen counter.
“C,” you say quietly. “Hi. When did you get in?”
“Just now, I was driven.”
“Oh.” You pause. “Want a glass?” You raise the bottle.
He seems to hesitate, stopping in his tracks a bit before nodding defeatedly and pacing toward you. He presses a kiss to your forehead, then your cheekbone, then finally your lips. You relish this, because you haven’t had it in so long. This intimacy, this affection, this kiss that isn’t pressed onto you while you’re asleep and he comes home with apologies flowing from his lips.
You pull away, pour him a glass of red. “Isn’t it crazy to think we have a home now?”
His smile flickers a little, and you notice. You try not to sound nosy when you pry. “C,” you say, the lump rising in your throat. Here you are, celebrating one of the happiest chapters of your life, but Charles won’t even meet your eyes. This is it. After months of not knowing, you think, you have to know. Now. “Are you okay?”
The wine is only half-poured. He sighs shakily, shakes his head.
“What’s wrong?”
“Nothing.” He sounds so, so far away.
“You’re scaring me,” you say, laughing. But you sound more nervous than amused. He sounds nervous, too.
“Baby,” he says suddenly, like a dam in his mind has broken and everything is spilling out, all the damage, all of it, and it’s washing onto you like a massive wash of water. “Baby, I—I fucked up.”
You cannot withstand the wave. Your eyebrows knit together. “Tell me,” you insist. Even more surprisingly, he crumples to his knees, hugs your thighs and leans against you. You press, anyway. “Talk to me, C. Please.”
“You can’t fix this,” he says resolutely, “you abso—you can’t.”
“I will,” you say. “I love you.”
“I slept with someone else.” This is a great, big, terrible feeling. You really can’t fix this. You’re back to being clueless. Your heart stops, and so does your breath, heavy and heaving. Words are dry when they try to leave your throat, leap off your tongue. Your hand, threaded into Charles’ hair, pauses. You feel him crying, but you feel nothing else.
“You what,” you ask. It’s so dry, everything is desert dry. A whisper, a breath, a murmur in the cold kitchen.
“I’m sorry.”
“C,” you say, and you can’t even cry yet. You’re stunned, struck with dizzy disbelief. “Was it—when, like, last season…?”
His silence answers you, and you stumble backwards, out of his grasp. You shake your head, like you’re trying to quell the tears, the lump in your throat, the nerves in your stomach that threaten to bubble over.
“Don’t say this year.” You shake your head, over and over, shaking and shaking, like it will rid you of the conversation you’re currently having. You think of the paperwork, of the nearly dropped clock, of signing the lease, of eggshell and flowers, of housewarming gifts yet to be unwrapped.
Tearily, you muster, “Don’t tell me, C. Don’t fucking do this to me, please. Don’t.”
“I barely even know her,” he says. “Once. It happened once. It meant nothing.” Your soul crushes, shot and wilted.
“No, it meant everything,” you say angrily. You’re angry now. Angry and sad, and furious and boiling with rage. You’re everything. You’re a house fire, right here in the flat.
And you stand, feet bare on the tile, thinking about how you’ll have to live with this forever, branded like an ugly stamp. You loved and he did not. Get out, you say. Get out and don’t come back, I don’t care. Don’t fucking come back. You shove him weakly, but he gets the message, ushers himself to the coat rack. You’re not even yelling. You’re just breathing heavy, shaking your head, like you’re denying this ever happened.
You only cry when he’s left, loud, exruciating sobs. He wrestles himself outside still apologizing, saying he’ll be back tomorrow. You’re torn between hoping he will be and hoping you never see him again, crumpled to the hardwood of your brand new house, knees weak, heart weaker. You don’t get up until morning.

I wish I was her
Angst ig idk 🤷🏾‍♀️ also not proof read so beware inspired by heather
Y/n Chris
Tumblr media
I was in class listening music as Chris was talking to me about the girl he’s had a crush on since 3rd grade I’ve always like Chris
But I watch his eyes as she walks by
She’s got him mesmerized
while I suffer
I’ve always liked him.. I wished I was Alexa she had good grades a good life and I’m just a nobody the only thing I had going for me was having a job which Alexa never needed since her parent were filthy rich
We were walking in the hallways going to our next class chatting like usual but I was zoned out, wondering what life would be like as Alexa she was perfect and Chris liked her.. then I see a hand waving over my face,
“Are you listening to me y/n?
He says staring at me scrunching his eyebrows together.. then Alexa walked by us waving at chris.
“Oh, yeah I’m listening.”
I said lying so clearly it hurt, but chris didn’t seem to notice I mean he only notices Alexa.. I’ll always just be his best freind.
“Her eyes so pretty.
I roll my eyes secretly and look unamused as he talks about her again, it’s always Alexa this Alexa that, but what about me?
“Yep..
My tone of voice was low but I tried to act happy for him. I couldn’t tell him how I felt he’s my best freind.
We walked together out of class talking about our professor then Alexa walks up to us talking to Chris, he immediately stops talking to me and starts talking to Alexa.
Then walk away without me leaving me in the middle of the hallway, I wish I was Alexa I continue walking my path to my next class fussing with my finger sighing as I watch them talk and laugh Chris smiling
I can’t take this..
I walk into the bathroom and cry before I hear somebody enter the bathroom I wipe my tears and flush the toilet pretending I used the bathroom and didn’t cry for almost 20 minutes
The next day I forgot a jacket it was December and freezing cold, Chris gave me his sweater.
“It looks better on you than it does on me” he said complementing me,
I felt hot.. my face was hot my body was hot Chris could only make me feel this way, I knew he didn’t know how I truly felt and he was trying to be a hood friend.. but I love him. Chris always complemented me but this time it felt different,
“Thanks.
I say fidgeting with my fingers
Chris had his arm around my shoulder he always did this pulling me closer to him to show how he appreciated me I got butterflies but they quickly flew away when I saw her walking by.
“Oh, I’m gonna go
Knowing that when I leave he’s going to go flying into Alexa’s arms I walk away fastly trying not to see the scene happening infront of me..
I said with a less ethunastic attitude
“Okay see you at lunch y/n
As I walked off I saw his hand around her shoulder suddenly I got colder.. I mean I was warm but I wish that was me in his arms.
At lunch chris came up to me jogging towards me smiling his face was red, probably cause he was flustered by Alexa
“Hey y/n can you give me back my sweater Alexa’s cold
“But but.. you gave it to me?
I say as my eyes look up at her..
“Y/n calm down its just polyester
“Yeah I guess your right
I took the jacket off sighing as he walked over or Alexa eargerly to put the sweater on her I went to eat in the library,
The bell rang great, I had to spend a class with Chris and Alexa
When I walked into class Chris sat next to Alexa I had to sit alone this was unusual since Chris always sat next me this was Ermbrassing the whole class I just stared at them.. that should’ve been me not her, I try to listen but I can’t my eyes wander back to them.
Then he put his arm around her shoulder pulling her closer to him next thing I know my eyes were tearing up without a word to our professor I grabbed my bags and walked out the classroom going to my dorm it was raining and I was cold All I could think about was how chris had his arm around her
“Fuck.. I should’ve told him now it’s too late
I say speed waking to my dorm I dropped the keys trying to get into my room I finally open the door I went to the couch and huddled up in a blanket.. it was his blanket.
I walked to my dorm and I binge watched a show me and Chris always watched trying to numb the pain.
an hour passed than Chris barged in the door happily I wiped my tears hoping he didn’t notice me crying
He jumped on the couch I moved my face away so he couldn’t see my bloodshot eyes
“We went on a date
“Y/n?
“Yeah?
I said as my voice cracked I licked my dry lips, I didn’t want to hear about Alexa.
I think im gonna head to bed
I said trying to change the subject I walked into my room flopping on my bed a few seconds later I heard a soft knock in my door
I wiped my nose and stared at Chris
Why’d you give me your sweater..
“Y/n it’s just polyester
“But you like her better I wish I was Alexa
After I said those words Chris layed next to me and put his arm around my shoulder and looked at my eyes it felt like he was staring into my soul
Y/n don’t ever say that you’re perfect.. but I can’t I have feelings for her I’m sorry.
My eyes teared up
“Chris get out of my room, go to Alexa since you like her so much
I say with sadness in my voice Chris walked out of my room his head hung low then the front door shut.
Why did I have to like him.
